Chapters Elements of Insanity: Element of Sorrow
Rarity's POV.
It's been a few days since Twilight was given an assignment from Princess Celestia, to come to this realm and fix whatever is wrong with it. Something about dark magic or some evil force taking form and is growing stronger by the second.
Everything was working well until a surge of energy overwhelmed us and separated us from each other. Twilight Sparkle. Fluttershy. Rainbow Dash. Pinkie Pie. Applejack. Samantha. And even our dear bat pony friend Eleanor.
Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Rarity. I'm the local fashion designer of Ponyville. As well as the Spirit Representation of Generosity of the Elements of Harmony. A unicorn with a talent of fashion and locating gemstones. As well as the eldest of two sisters in my family.
Anywho, I was just about to sit down on a grassy patch, until I saw a human male, in a red soldier uniform, standing over a tombstone with a sad look on his face.
"You were good, son. Real good." Tears welled up in his eyes, under his bunny-eared helmet, "Maybe even the best."
A sad look grew on my face. Whoever owns that tombstone must have been very close to the soldier. A father, son or a brother.
The man wiped his eyes and left the graveyard. Once he was gone, I walked over to the tombstone. Resting on the grave was a red soldier hat. This man must have been a well-respected man. I wish I could have met him to see.
I read the engraving on the tombstone,
'Here lies Rubberfruit. Fellow Soldier and respected Freak.'
I tilted my head and raise a brow in confusion. 'Freak'? What does that mean? Was this guy capable of something other humans can't do?
As if by mere coincidence, the clouds cleared, to reveal the full moon in the night sky. The moon's luminous glow beamed upon the grave and a spectral green hand rose from the grave.
I took a step back in shock, as a spectral apparition of a man, sharing a resemblance to the other man from before, rose from the ground.
The man looked at me and smirked, "Hello. I am RubberFruit." Then he looked at the sky and pointed at the glowing moon, "There is a full moon in the sky tonight. The time has come for me to rise again!"
With that, he rose into the air, his body glowing in a vapor-like aura, turned to me and pointed, "Your soul is mine!"
Then he charged toward me. All I could do was freeze and scream, as his body glowed brighter and merged into mine. I've never felt so much pain in my entire life. It was burning, shocking and cold at the same time. Like I was dying over and over again. Once the pain subsided, a strange surge pulsed through me.
Memories flashed through my mind. Memories of evil. Memories of greed and pride. Memories of death and gore. Some of the memories weren't even mine, yet they feel like they were at the same time. Everything so wrong, and yet they felt so right.
Then I felt something. I didn't feel like I was taken over by a spirit. I felt fabulous. Refreshed. Beautiful. Alive.
A smile grew on my face. Everything around me and inside me filled up with so much power and wonder. I looked over to the hat on the tombstone. I picked up my hat and used my magic to turn it a pretty shade of light purple. I put it over my head and laughed.
"MIIIINE!!!"
No longer am I known as Rarity the Unicorn. I am now Rarifruit. The most deadly unicorn in existence.

Rarifruit's POV.
In the silence of the graveyard, I heard a voice speak from the other side. I snuck over to investigate, and found another human male in blue soldier clothing. He had a white mustache and mutton chops, wore a pair of shades and a pirate captain's hat. The soldier was standing next to some sort of dispenser.
He pointed to the dispenser and named it, "Dispenser Pie!"
A grin grew on my face. A perfect victim to test my new powers on. I snuck around the man, turning his attention away from his dispenser. Once his attention was completely gone, I used my magic to merge with the dispenser.
"Boo!" I shouted.
The soldier jumped in startle and turned to me. I smiled and returned to normal. The soldier was still frozen from my actions. I activated my magic. The soldier's body glowed in a purple hue and shifting and his bones cracked into a bar of chocolate.
I used my telekinesis to grab the bar and ate it. I smiled in delight. Tasty and sweet. Like the chocolate didn't come from a Soldier at all.
Suddenly, I sensed a presence behind me. I turned and it was another human male, but this one was larger. He was a Heavy. He wore an iron helmet and a jaw-piece. He pointed at me and laughed. I smiled at him and used my magic. However my magic was ineffective against his helmet.
The Heavy laughed, "Stupid Pony!" Then grabbed me by the neck, "I am going to kill you, and kill you, and kill you!"
Before I could beg for my life, a large bell rang. The Heavy and I looked at the bell tower and it was midnight.
Suddenly, just as the bell finished ringing, I felt something twitching inside me. It was welling up in me and my right arm was feeling funny. I looked at my arm and a strange gauntlet appeared. Where did this come from?
The twitching grew more intense and power welled up inside me. I had to let it out!
I screamed and the power released an enormous surge of energy, forcing the Heavy to let go of me and I fell to my knees.
Once everything calmed down inside me, and I caught my breath, I opened my eyes and fell different. I looked myself over. My fur coat is now a gleaming white. My mane and tail are now a vibrant pink with purple streaks. I looked over and saw that my Cutie Mark is now a purple apple with three diamonds engraved on it. How matching.
I turned my attention to the mysterious gauntlet attached to my right arm. Where did this thing come from? Why did it appear on my arm? Is it the source of the twitching and welling up power inside me?
As if a reply, the gauntlet glowed and a massive surge of energy pulsed through me. Like I was going through an Uber Charge. It faded after a few seconds.
That felt... Amazing. Like I'm a whole new Pony than I was before.
The Heavy spoke to me, daring me to fight. I smirked and waved my hand at him. My magic had hold of him in a powerfully crushing force. I chuckled in delight.
Then the gauntlet glowed all on its own. I felt something appear behind me. I looked and it was a pair of ghostly claws. A smirk grew on my face, as I returned my attention to the Heavy.
"Kill him." I instructed the claws.
One of the claws grabbed hold of the Heavy and the other grabbed his head. It ripped his head off with ease. His neck-bone and streams of arteries and muscles hung from his neck. The Heavy fell to the ground and the claws disappeared.
I picked up the helmet and jaw-piece, "Miine!"
Just then, another unicorn mare appeared beside me. I looked at her. She shared my old color-scheme. She wore a small pair of shades over her eyes, a nice fedora over her head.
"Umm... Hello." She greeted with a wave.
"Hello. Can I help you?" I asked.
"Uh... Yeah." She nodded, "I was wondering if I could have that helmet, you've got there." I looked at the helmet, "You see, I'm a travelling salespony that sells the rarest of trinkets." She looked at the helmet, "That helmet is a true rarity and will sell nicely to the highest buyer."
I rubbed my chin in thought, then looked at the gauntlet. The gauntlet was itching me to take the helmet and leave, but now that I think about it. I don't want or need the helmet. I just wanted to kill the Heavy for threatening me and almost killing me.
I picked up the helmet and gave it to the unicorn, "Here, you can have it. You need it more than I do."
The unicorn looked at me, "Really?" I nodded. She took the helmet and smiled, "Thank you, Miss..."
"Rarifruit, and don't mention it." I smiled back.
Guess the Element of Generosity still resides within me after all.

Rarifruit's POV.
But, why choose me of all ponies?
I sighed, "Why me, of all Ponies? Am I that deserving of this power?" I asked.
I grabbed the gauntlet and tried to remove it, but it wouldn't budge. Suddenly I sensed a presence appear behind me. I looked at it was a spectral form of RubberFruit.
"Look, Rarity. It's quite blatantly obvious that I'm stuck with you now, because of that gauntlet." He told me, "So if I'm going to be sharing a brain with a Pony, the very least I can do is try and make myself useful, for once."
"How can you do that?" I asked, "You're a spirit trapped inside me."
He furrowed his eyes at me, "At least I'M trying!" Then he looked ahead and pointed, "Well, look over there."
I followed his gaze and saw a familiar young filly unicorn wandering around the graveyard.
"Isn't that the one you call, Sweetie Belle? That sister of yours?" RubberFruit asked. I nodded. "Maybe she's come here, looking for you. Though I doubt she'll recognise you in your current state." He pointed out, "Just let me help you, and maybe we can make her the same thing that you are." Then he smiled and vanished, "All we need is a willing host."
I closed my eyes, nodded, then smirked. I activated an illusion spell to look like my old self. Alright, RubberFruit. I see what you have in mind. It is on!
I walked over to my younger sister and called, "Sweetie Belle!"
Sweetie Belle looked at me and smiled, "Rarity!" She ran and hugged me tightly.
I looked around, then back at Sweetie Belle, "Hey, Sweetie Belle?" Sweetie looked at me, as I gestured to a nearby grave, "Do you think you can help me check out this grave?"
Sweetie Belle nodded and walked over to the grave. Now's my chance.
I stepped back and quietly activated my magic to awaken the grave. Within seconds, a creepy-looking Medic rose from the grave and looked at Sweetie Belle. Sweetie Belle screamed and turned to me. I smirked and showed her my true colors.
Sweetie Belle took a step back and bumped into the Medic. The Medic picked her up into the air and smiled at her.
Then the merging began. Both Sweetie Belle and the Medic entered an Uber Charge form and enveloped in a bright light. I shielded my eyes from the light.
Once the light faded and I could open my eyes, I saw the Medic was gone and Sweetie Belle has changed. Her fur was now a dark grey and her mane and tail were black with red streaks. Sweetie Belle opened her eyes and noticed something on her flank. A red cross with a music note and blood strains. A Cutie Mark!
Sweetie Belle's eye twitched and a smile grew on her face. She has become just like me.
A smile grew on my face, as I called, "Sweetie Belle?"
Sweetie Belle looked at me. Her eyes hopeful, "Rarity?"
"It's Rarifruit now." I explained.
She smiled, "I guess you can call me Creepy Belle."
"I like that name. It suits you." I smiled.
Creepy Belle and I snuggled and watched the moon set, ready for the morning to come.
Suddenly, I felt something being ripped out of me, then RubberFruit appeared behind me.
"See? I told you I will make myself useful." He smiled, "Now, you've got your sister back, as a deranged little maniac, like yourself nonetheless, and you've also managed to cause some wonderful chaos tonight. I think you and I might be able to get along a little better next time. If you need me again, you know where to find me."
And with that, he was gone.
"Hey, Rarifruit?" Creepy Belle called.
I looked at her, "Yes, Creepy Belle?"
Her smile turned dark, "Wanna cause some more chaos?"
A dark smile grew on my face, "You read my mind, lil sis."

Eleanor's POV.
Twilight Sparkle. Nope.
Rainbow Dash. No.
Applejack. Not a glimpse.
Rarity. Not a scream.
Fluttershy. No squeaks.
Pinkie Pie. No sign of any balloons or streamers.
Come to think of it, ever since the Ponies and I came to this place, there has been a rise in the essence of dark magic from what Princess Celestia has informed us.
I followed the trace of the essence and it lead to a large graveyard. The place was radiating with powerful magic and energies. But some of the graves were stronger than others.
I walked over to the empty graves. 'RubberFruit' , 'GAYPENIS' and 'Creepy Medic' . Cautious, I laid my hoof over each of their stones. Images played in my mind.
Rarity was the first in the graveyard. Her soul fused with a ghostly spectre of RubberFruit. So much greed. Madness. Chaos. And death in her wake.
Next was Sweetie Belle. But how did she get here? Rarity was responsible for fusing her with Creepy Medic, changing her into a Pony Freak.
Last was Fluttershy. She ended up fused with GAYPENIS. She was the scream I heard from across the realm. My ears are still ringing from that scream. And I'm pretty sure everyone else is too.
'Flow like a river...'
I gasped as my ears perked up at the sound of the voice, "Who's there?"
I looked around. The voice echoed around me. I found it was originating from the graveyard, beckoning me to enter. I couldn't fight back, I entered the graveyard and looked around.
'Don't be shy...'
I turned and the source of the voice was coming from a gravestone nearby. It was one of the gravestones with a powerful aura of magic. You can faintly hear electric guitar music coming from the grave.
As if my braced hooves were moving on their own, I walked toward the gravestone. The music played louder, as if it was playing in my head. The moonlight shined over the gravestone, giving it a beautiful ghostly appeal. My eyes looked over the gravestones carvings.
'Ophelia.' 'The Drowned Queen of Tears'
Ophelia. What a beautiful name.
Leaning against the gravestone was a beautiful heavy metal electric guitar. Curious, I picked it up and played a small tune on the strings.
I've never played an instrument before, but this guitar felt natural in my hands. Like I was meant to play it. The tune, the cords, the music, everything felt like it all fell into place and constructed a beautiful melody.
'ARISE!'
I quickly took a step back from the grave. The music played louder, as a group of blue-skinned zombies appeared around me and the grave.
I quickly took a stance, ready to fight back, but two grabbed me from behind. I gasped and struggled to pry from the zombies' grip. My struggle was in vain. The moonlight shone brighter over the gravestone, almost as if it was glowing. From the dirt of the grave, a small pool of shadow appeared. The zombies and I took a step back.
'Through the woods a girl came sadly, Something broken in her chest. She had dared to love another, Alas, no better than the rest. Up my path a girl came sadly, Something opened up my doors. I longed to stop her bleeding heart, So I drew her to my shores. Those you trust will hurt you badly, Something now I'm sure you see. Drown your tears in me my dear, As you drown, my dear, in me...'
From the pool of shadow, rose a beautiful woman in a black dress. Her eyes a shade of purple. Her shoulder-length black hair caressed her face. Her skin was a beautiful bluish purple. She looked like a drowned victim and yet she was still alive.
The woman looked at me, smiled, and placed her hands over my cheeks.
"Drown with me..."
Suddenly, she pressed her lips against mine. My eyes widened and our bodies were wrapped in a vortex of shadows. A bright blue light erupted and blind my eyes.
The vortex and the light vanished and everything calmed down. My entire body surged with a pulse of power. Images and music played in my mind. So much chaos. Destruction. Bloodshed. Sorrow. Wonderful and embracing sorrow.
I was able to open my eyes and looked around. The zombies that grabbed me let me go and bowed. As did the others. The moonlight shined upon me, making my body glow.
Curious, I looked myself over. My ravenette coat was now a pale blue, like a drowned blue. My deep green mane was now ravenette, but with pale blue streaks that fade to violet at the tips. I looked at my tail and it matched my mane. My hooves were black, like my mane. The membrane of my wings were black as well.
Like I have drowned and was brought back to life.
My glasses were gone and I could see just fine.
I looked over my flank and noticed my Cutie Mark has changes as well. No longer was it a patch of night sky with a Celtic moon and a sprouting apple seed. It was a white raven diving downward, an upside down ankh in the center of the raven. Eight balefire wisps circled the raven. All within a black patch of darkness. It was beautiful.
My ears perked as I heard footsteps approach the graveyard. I looked and saw three male Heavys ready to attack me and the bowing zombies. A dark smile grew on my face and I raised my hoof at the Heavys.
Tendrils of shadows rose from the ground and attacked the Heavys. Three grabbed the middle and wrapped around him. They entered his mouth and choked him till he was motionless.
One tendril morphed into a scythe and dug its blade into the head of the second Heavy. Blood spewed everywhere. The skull crushed and the brain exposed.
The last two grabbed the last Heavy and carried him to me. I stroked his chin and kissed him. His skin turned blue. Eyes turned milky and his clothes turned black, purple and dark blue.
I released the kiss and the Heavy bowed before me. A smile grew on my face, "Go, my darlings. Drown them in sorrow."
The zombies nodded and sank into the ground, leaving no trace of their presence. Now the world will know what sorrow and ultimate pain feels like.
I am no longer Eleanor May Carter. I'm now Drowned Frost. Queen of Shadowed Tears.

Rarifruit meets Fluttershout
Fluttershout's POV.
"Another kill." I smiled, "This isn't so bad." Then I thought back on how I killed this one, "I mean, I was so assertive. He was like, 'You pathetic Pony'! And I was... I was like holding back all the tears. And he was like, 'Stupid Pony'! And then I..." My smile began to fall, "I..."
Then realization came to me and I sighed, sat on a nearby rock, "This sucks... I think I'm the only Pony who's got a scary monster inside her."
I didn't notice another Pony walking by and grabbing the Heavy's valuables, while I was sulking and lamenting.
"No one to speak to about having some monstrosity living in you, or using you for their nature. No. They all die when I suddenly freak out and... Scream so loud-"
"Could you keep it down, darling?" A voice asked me, startling me out of my sulk.
I turned my head to the source, "Who the hell?"
I saw a unicorn mare taking trinkets and valuables from the Heavy I just recently killed. The trinkets were levitating in mid-air, glowing in a vibrant pink aura, and were closer to the unicorn, so I could tell it was her magic doing the action.
The unicorn's coat was gleaming white, almost rivals that to the moon's luminous glow. Her mane and tail were a vibrant pink with purple streaks, combed to a natural curl. Her almond-shaped eyes were a familiar shade of light sapphire blue. Her hooves matched her mane and tail.
She wore a purple hat over her head. A strange gauntlet on her right arm, that encased her hoof and coiled up to her elbow. Her Cutie Mark was a purple apple with three diamonds engraved on it.
Three diamonds... Where have I seen a Cutie Mark like that before?
I returned my attention to what the unicorn was doing, and asked, "Why are you taking stuff from this dead guy?"
The mare looked at the trinkets she took, then looked at me, "Well... To be frank, dear. I have a monster inside me." She pointed to me, "Just the same as you."
I tilted my head in interest, "Really?"
She casually looked at her gauntlet, "It's a bit of an oddity too." Then she looked at me, "Remember me being generous?"
I thought for a second, this unicorn did remind me of another unicorn I knew that had a reputation for being generous.
I looked at her and nodded with a small shrug, "Yeah..."
"I have done some immense stuff too." She told me, "Compulsive. Kleptomaniacal." Then she smiled, "But, not only that, there can be another Pony Monster. An Alicorn. And I'm planning to marry him." She looked away in a daydream, "So sweet..."
I took a step back in surprise, but sulked and admitted, "I wish I could be just like you."
"You know what?" She looked at me, "Hang around with me, dearie, and I could use your monster power, not to my advantage, but to your benefit as well."
I raised a brow at her, "How?"
"You have lethal vocal skills, as I heard from a mile away!" She explained, shouting the last words. I covered my muzzle as she continued, "And I need money for my dear Endario and my son, Painis Cupcake. You and I can go places and meet other Pony Monsters." She smiled at me, "Trust me, you're gonna have lots of fun, dear."
I rubbed my chin in thought. It would be nice to meet other Pony Monsters, who know what it's like to be a freak and kill for the sake of causing chaos. I mean, meeting this unicorn actually felt nice and familiar at the same time.
I looked at her, "I will?"
She nodded, "Why, yes."
I rubbed my chin and asked myself, "Should I?" I shrugged, then looked at the Unicorn, "Alright. You got yourself a friend."
The Unicorn smiled, "Oh, trust me. You're gonna go far..." She looked at me, "What's your name?"
"Fluttershout." I answered timidly.
"Rarifruit. Nice to meet you." Rarifruit introduced herself.
I smiled, "Thanks. They'll hear me alright."
Rarifruit rubbed her temple a bit, "Not really." Then she mumbled, "I think my ears will be ringing for a while..."
I tilted my head to her, "What?"
"Nothing!" She quickly defended.

Pinkie Pie Meets Painis Cupcake
Pinkie Pie's POV.
I'm trapping in a room, with very little to no knowledge where I am. What to do? What to do?
Okay, let me back up so you guys can understand what's going on.
Princess Celestia has assigned Twilight, me and our friends to travel to another realm, where she believes dark powers has emerged and is growing stronger by the minute. Twilight prepared the teleportation spell, but something went horribly wrong.
Next thing I knew, I found myself in a white room. No sign of anypony else. No Twilight. No Rainbow Dash. No Applejack. No Rarity. No Fluttershy. Not even Nellie.
Oh! What do I do?
"Hello." A voice spoke from behind me.
I quickly turned and saw a human man standing in the middle of the room, staring at me.
He wore a red Soldier uniform. But he had a crazy look in his eyes. Like a crazy, insatiable hunger.
"Hi." I greeted with a smile, "I'm Pinkie Pie. It's nice to meet you."
The man smiled back, "Pleasure to meet you too, Pinkie. I am Painis Cupcake."
I smiled and started giggling in humor. Painis Cupcake. That's a very funny name for a human to have.
Painis' smile fell and he raised a brow at me, "What's so funny?"
"Your name." I answered, calming down from my giggling fit, "I've never met someone with a name like Painis Cupcake."
He regained his smile, "I guess my name is pretty funny sounding." Then he frowned and sulked, "My father gave me the name."
I noticed his sadness and frowned myself, "I'm very sorry for your loss."
He shook his head and smiled back at me, "Don't be. He's alive and well, now." Then he rubbed his chin in thought, "Even though he's a unicorn mare now."
This got my attention, "What? How is that possible?"
Painis Cupcake shrugged, "Somehow, a few nights ago, he rose from his grave and fused his soul into a purple-maned unicorn mare." He folded his arms, "I didn't recognize him, until I saw his hat." Then he scratched the back of his neck, "And it turns out my brother, Creepy Medic, fused into another unicorn mare. A filly."
I gasped at the story, "Rarity and Sweetie Belle are here?" I dashed over to him, "Do you know where they are? Can you tell me? Are they okay? Will they be able to recognize me?"
"Pinkie, calm down. I don't know." He told me, prying me apart from him, "But, I might have an idea." He took hold of my hands, "I have to ask a favor from you."
"Anything." I answered.
"I need to fuse my soul with yours." He told me.
My eyes widen, "What? But... I'm not a unicorn."
He nodded, "I know that. But, during my time at the graveyard, I learned an ancient spell, that can fuse souls together." Painis looked at me dead in the eyes, "It will destroy my body, but I feel like I can trust you to be my host. Just like my father, RubberFruit, trusted your friend, Rarity." Then he asked me, "Can you trust me?"
I was uncertain. I barely know this guy. But something inside me clicked with him. It must be because, despite how sane we sound, we're both as mad as Hatters. I mean, I'll be living with two souls. But, if it means I get to reunite with my friends, monster or normal, I guess it's worth a shot.
I looked at Painis and smiled, "Yeah. I guess I can."
He smiled back, "Thank you, Pinkie." Then he added, "Just be sure to remember. After this ritual is complete, go to the graveyard and wait there. Okay? My memories will lead you there."
I nodded in understanding.
With that, Painis Cupcake stepped back and put his hand together in prayer. He started chanting in a strange language. It sounded like old Equestrian, but I couldn't be certain. Nopony has spoken that language for over a millennia.
As he chanted, a magical circle appeared on the ground, surrounding me and Painis. The atmosphere of the room grew heavy and cold. Is this spell... Dark magic? That's not good.
"Painis, stop! This is dark magic! It's dangerous!" I shouted.
But Painis couldn't hear me. The magic has taken hold of him. I tried to move, so I could tackle him out of the circle, but I couldn't move. My wrists and hooves were bound by chains coming out of the ground!
"Painis, please listen to me! Stop this ritual!" I pleaded, "You'll die!"
But he continued chanting. The atmosphere grew heavier and darker by every passing second. A dark red fire surrounded Painis' body, burning his clothes and skin. He finished his chanting and ran toward me. He placed his burning hands onto my face and entered a glowing red state.
Both our bodies burst into flame. It was so painful, I screamed at the top of my lungs. Suddenly, a bright light erupted from the circle and blinded me. A surge of power pulsed through me and I fainted.
When I finally gathered the strength to open my eyes and sit up, I did so and looked around. Painis Cupcake was gone. The room looked like nothing happened. And, for some reason, I felt very powerful... And very hungry... For flesh.
Curious, I looked myself over. My fur has changed to a dark pink color. My mane and tail have dropped from their poofy style and are now straight, back to the time I was upset about my friends and my birthday.
My mane and tail were crimson red. Like blood. My hooves were the same color as my mane and tail.
I found that my Cutie Mark has changed as well. Instead of balloons, my Cutie Mark was a trio of floating cupcakes. The center cupcake had a 'P' inscribed on it, in blood. And the other two had blood frosting.
A pulse surged through my head. I closed my eyes and placed my hand over my forehead in pain.
Within the darkness of my eyelids, I saw Painis standing over a tombstone, sulking. Then him meeting a familiar unicorn mare in a jacket and a purple hat. I recognized her sapphire eyes. It was Rarity, but not at the same time.
Then I opened my eyes and gasped. The graveyard! Painis told me to wait in the graveyard. And now I know where it is.
I am no longer Pinkamena Diane Pie, Ponyville's party extraordinaire. I am now Pinkis Cupcake, and I'm hungry for some chaos and madness.

AppleJack's POV. *Yawn* I'm tired and worn out from searching for my friends and trying to find a place to sleep, without having human freaks trying to hunt me down and kill me.
Luckily, I was about to find a small shack. It looked abandoned and out of sight of the freaks. It'll have to do.
I was just about to lay down and close my eyes, until a voice reached my ears, "Hello, little miss."
My eyes snapped open and I turned to the source of the voice. It was a dark-skinned fella. He looked just as tired as I did. His clothes were covered in dirt, so he must have been running and hiding from the monsters as well.
"I'm awful sorry to disturb you. But, can I ask a favor from you?" He apologised, then asked me.
I sat up, "It depends. What seems to be the problem?"
My ability to talk startled the fella, as he took a step back. I guess animals in this realm don't talk, huh? He shook his head, regained his composure and handed me medical bottle full of, what the label indicated, painkillers.
"You see, I suffer from constant headaches and migraines." He explained, "These painkillers were prescribed to me by a friend." He handed me a the painkillers, "The only problem is that I can't seem to open it. No matter how much I tried." He smiled at me, "You seem quite strong, can you help me get these open?"
I tilted my head in uncertainty. I hardly know this guy, as he's asking me to help him. But I never turn an offer to help somepony. No matter how silly it might be. And that's including Rainbow Dash, who has a need for speed.
I looked at the dark-skinned fella and scratched the back of my head, "I'm not as strong as my big brother, but I think I'll be able to help ya."
The fella gave me the painkillers, and I started trying to open the lid. It was tighter than it looked, so I struggled for a few minutes. Something told me that this guy was twisting it the wrong way. Righty-tighty, lefty-loosey, right?
I started twisting the lid to the left and the lid slipped opened with ease. I smiled and handed the painkillers to the dark-skinned fella, "Here ya are, sir. Happy to-"
To my surprise, the fella was gone. Like he vanished into thin air, or he was never here. Weird...
Curious, I looked into the painkillers. The bottle was glowing. Before I could react, the glow got brighter and engulfed my entire body. A surge of power pulsed through me and I blacked out.
When I gathered the strength to opened my eyes and move, I opened my eyes and sat up to look around. I was still in the shack, but something inside me felt different. In front of me rested the bottle of painkillers.
Painkil...
Pain...
"PILLS!!! "
I picked myself up and pounced on the bottle of pills. I grabbed the bottle and swallowed the pills. The hunger inside me subsided.
"Oh, good. You're awake." A voice spoke from the darkness.
I looked around, "Who said that? Where are you? Show yourself!"
Out of the shadows emerged a tall, female bat pony. As tall as Princess Luna. Her fur coat was a pale violet-blue. Mane and tail were ravenette with light blue streaks that faded to violet at the tips. Her eyes were heter- Hetro- Hectic- Different colored. Her left eye was a hazel-green color. And her right eye was an icy blue-white.
Upon her flank, was the most metal Cutie Mark I have ever seen. A white raven diving downward, an upside down ankh in the center of the raven. Eight balefire wisps circled the raven. All inside a patch of darkness.
Most basically, the mare looked like a drowned victim that was brought back to life.
"Who... Who are ya?" I asked, backing away in fear.
"Oh, relax, Applepills. I'm not gonna hurt you." She assured me.
I tilted my head in confusion, "Applepills?"
The mare nodded, "I don't know your name, but you look like one of my friends. So I called you Applepills." Then she added, "I can change it if you-"
I quickly shook my head, "No, no. I like the name. It suits."
She smiled, "Nice to meet you, Applepills. My name is Drowned Frost."
I tilted my head and thought about the name. 'Drowned Frost'... That name sounds familiar. But I can't put my finger on it.
"Is something wrong?" Drowned Frost asked.
Come to think about it, I don't know what I look like. I stood up and looked myself over.
My orange fur coat has gained a slight grey hue. My mane and tail have turned from blonde to black. My setson hat was gone and my Cutie Mark has changed into three pills with apples on them. No wonder Drowned Frost called me Applepills.
"Applepills?" Drowned Frost called me, snapping my back to reality.
I shook my head out of my thoughts, "No. It's just that your name sounds very familiar."
"I guess it might." She told me with a smile. Then her smile turned to a grin, "You wanna make some chaos? I can see it in your eyes."
A smile grew on my face, "Cous, I thought you'd never ask."

The Birth of Rainbine Dash
Rainbow Dash's POV.
We came to the graveyard, trying to find the others, but no such luck. Twilight used her magic to track down the dark magic we were missioned to find and came across this graveyard. Maybe our friends were here too.
"Hmmm..." Twilight spoke up, rubbing her chin in thought.
I turned to her, "What is it, Twi?"
"Some of these graves feel empty." She answered, "Usually, when a Pony, or person dies, their souls leave a magical residual energy, indicating the dead from the living." She pointed to four of the graves, "These four graves have no energy. Like their souls have left no energy behind."
"Can you tell what happened?" I asked.
She nodded, "Yes. Before we arrived, I learned a spell that can give me images of the past of a certain object. Who has been here. Who has touched it. What happened during the time it's been here."
I smiled, "Well, don't sit around explaining. Get to it, Twi."
Twilight smiled back and nodded. She walked over to the first gravestone. She closed her eyes and her horn glowed in its pink-ish magical aura. She placed her hoof over the tombstone and focused.
I gave it a look over. The name written on the tombstone was scratched out. It was like someone didn't want to know who this person was.
Twilight's horn stopped glowing. She opened her eyes, removed her hand from the tombstone and gasped, "No!"
"What's wrong?" I asked, taking a step back from startle.
"Rarity was here." She answered, "Whomever this spirit was, it fused with Rarity and made her create such death, destruction and chaos. Poor Rarity..."
"I thought that was Discord's thing. Creating chaos." I spoke up.
"Not since Fluttershy reformed him." Twilight pointed out. I nodded in memory of Fluttershy's courage in turning Discord to good by becoming his friend.
I looked over and pointed another gravestone, "What about that one?"
Twilight walked over to the tombstone and repeated her actions. Her horn glowed, she closed her eyes and touched the stone. After a few seconds, Twilight opened her eyes, took a step back and gasped, "Fluttershy turned too! She was the source of the loud screams we heard."
I gasped at the news, "Fluttershy too?"
She looked at the next tombstone, which was two rows above this one, "Let's try that one."
I followed her to the gravestone and she repeated the spell. Within seconds, Twilight opened her eyes, took three steps back and gasped with tears in her eyes, "Ellie..."
I gasped, "Ellie turned too?"
"Worse." Twilight answered, "She merged with a spirit of a legend. She merged with Ophelia."
"Ophelia?" I repeated, "As in the Drowned Queen Ophelia?"
Twilight nodded, "Yes-"
Suddenly, there was a rustling noise, cutting Twilight off.
"What was that?" Twilight asked me.
I shrugged, "Dunno." I looked behind me, "Probably just a squirrel..."
Suddenly, Twilight and I felt something standing behind us. We turned and it was another Pony. She looked a lot like Pinkie, but with her mane and tail flat, and her colors were all different.
Her fur coat was dark pink with a light pink underbelly. Blood red mane, tail, socks, nails and hooves. Her eyes were still light blue.
She grinned at us, like an evil Cheshire Cat, started glowing red with yellow eyes and kicked me into a nearby gravestone. Then she tackled Twilight onto the ground.
The next thing I knew, the gravestone I was kicked into started glowing green. I opened my eyes to see what was going on and a pair of black ear pieces appeared above my head.
Mechanical voices spoke from the grave and it sent chills up my spine. "Guys, I don't like this." I told Twilight and Pinkie.
Suddenly the ears dug into my skull and I blacked out from the burning pain and pulsing power surging through me.
Pinkis Cupcake's POV.
As the light faded, what stood in Rainbow Dash's place was a cyborg pegasus mare. Black ear pieces replaced her ears. Her fur was a pale mechanical blue. Her wings and hooves were a darker color. Her mane and tail have gained a grey hue. Her Cutie Mark looked like her old Cutie Mark, now digitized.
Rainbow opened her eyes and looked us. She grew a smile of insanity.
"Rainbow Dash!" Twilight cried in disbelief.
"Hehe... Who's on fire now, you freaking moron?" Rainbow asked with a mechanical undertone, as she aimed a gun at Twilight.

The Union of the Elements of Insanity Prt 1
Fluttershout's POV.
"So, what are we doing here again?" I asked Rarifruit, as we arrived to the graveyard.
"I've met my sis, Creepy Belle, right?" She asked me.
I nodded with a smile, "Yeah. She's really cute for a Pony Monster."
"Well, she read through the internet that Pinkie has gone missing." She explained.
"What does that mean?" I tilted my head in confusion and raised a brow.
"She was last seen at the very cemetery of dead monsters and freaks that made us who we are today." Rarifruit answered, "Something tells me that our remaining four friends might be merged with whatever monster might break free and inhibit."
"Two." I corrected.
Something snapped in Rarifruit's head, as she turned to me, "Wha--? Two--?" She grabbed me and pushed me to the ground, "HOLD ON ONE BLOODY, WIFE-TOSSING MINUTE!!! Why are insinuating that we have two remaining friends, instead of four?"
I looked over to across from me and pointed, "Well... During one of my midnight strolls, I found Applejack and Ellie. Or, should I say..."
Rarifruit followed my gaze and she saw the two figures I was pointing to. One was a tall drowned bat pony that was brought back to life. And the other was Applejack, but with black mane and tail, paler coat and had a Cutie Mark of pills with apples on them.
"Mighty nice to meet y'all." Applejack greeted, "Name's Applepills."
"A pleasure." The drowned bat pony spoke with a familiar voice, "Drowned Frost at your service."
I smiled at the two Pony monsters, but Rarifruit started laughing at Applepills.
"Applepills." She squeaked between laughs.
"Rarifruit!!" I shouted.
Rarifruit looked at me, "What?"
"That was very rude!" I scolded, "Applejack just became one of us and you decide to laugh at her! You should be ashamed of yourself!!"
"Look, I'm sorry. It's just-" Rarifruit tried to apologise, but I cut her off, "Say you're sorry to HER, or else I'm gonna scream."
Rarifruit's eyes widen in fear, "You wouldn't."
"I'm getting ready to scream." I told her.
"You're serious?" Rarifruit started to get scared. Drowned Frost and Applepills covered their ears.
"Here comes the Fat Pony, ready for her final number!" I took a deep breath, ready to scream, then Rarifruit quickly covered her ears, and collapsed to the ground.
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! FOR THE LOVE OF LUNA AND ALL THAT IS HOLY!! I'M SORRY!" She screamed in apology and guilt.
"That's okay." Applepills spoke up, removing her hands from her ears, and glaring at Rarifruit, "I forgive ya, for now."
"Now with that out of the way..." I started, once everything calmed down.
"Allow me." Applepills offered, "I was a little worn out. A little confused. 'Cause I was trying to help this dark-skinned fella, and then this happened." She ran her hoof through her black mane, "I met Drowned Frost, here, when I woke up. We walked around a little bit, but got cornered with no way out. Then Flutters got rid of them, and hot damn, found out she was just like us."
"I decided not to use my powers, because I foresaw Fluttershout arriving and helping us out." Drown Frost explained.
I glared at Applepills, "Especially since you want to turn me into pills."
Rarifruit tilted her head and repeated, "Pills?"
"I can't help it, girl." Applepills defended, then went under one of her impulses, "I want the pills! Gotta grab anything I can!!"
I smiled and grabbed a bottle of painkillers from my backpack. I showed to Applepills and threw to the ground.
"Pills here!" Applepills smiled, then leaped after them and tried to open them, "My precious..."
"So uncouth..." Rarifruit frowned in disgust, as Applepills swallowed to pills, "To see someone with no control of their monstrous impulses..."
I smiled again an pointed to the gate of the graveyard, "Oh, look! It's a rare, discontinued, fancy fedora."
Rarifruit snapped into her impulse, "Where is it!" She dashed at the gate, "MINE!!!" She found there was nothing, except dirt and glared at me, "You're mean."
I smiled pridefull, "Learned from the best."
Drowned Frost's POV.
Rarifruit turned to the owner of the gun, "What."
It turned out the owner of the gun was Rainbow Dash. But not Rainbow Dash at the same time. It was a cyborg Pegasus mare wit black ear pieces and dark wings.
Her fur coat, mane and tail had a mechanical grey hue. Her eyes were still the same cerise rose color. Her Cutie Mark was a digitized version of her old Cutie Mark.
"Say good-bye to your plots, dweebs!" She laughed.
Fluttershout narrowed her eyes and stared at the cyborg pegasus.
The Pegasus noticed and frowned, "What the-- I know that stare..." The more the two Pegasi looked at each other, the more familiar they became. The cyborg pegasus' eyes widened in recognition, "Fluttershy?"
"So you decided to go off and shoot your friends right off the bat?" Fluttershout asked, keeping her stare, "That a way to treat your friends?"
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold it." The cyborg pegasus, Rainbow Dash, spoke up, withdrawing her gun into her arm, "I just got a little out of hand, geez." Then she explained, "It's just that I've got some super-cool weapons and everything, it's just so fucking awesome!"
Fluttershout shook her head, hardening her stare, "No excuse."
"I'm sorry, really." Rainbow Dash apologised then explained her story, "I was in that cemetery with Twilight, and we found out about you guys through the memories of this place. Then Pinkie popped out wanting to eat us, and we got really scared."
"And that?" Rarifruit asked, pointing to Rainbow's ears.
"Well... It was creepy and painful when some of the mechanics activated and dug into me." She explained, "But now I'm 120% cooler! I've even got guns!" She showed us her arsenal, "Noticed the gravestone was some dude named Scombine, so now... I'm Rainbine! Pretty cool name, huh?"
"Sorry to disrupt your boastful introduction but..." I spoke up, getting back to the matter at hand, "Where's Twilight?"
Realization hit Rainbine and she froze, "Oh, shit! I left her at the cemetery! Pinkie might still be there!"
With that, she dashed into the graveyard. The rest of us followed after her and found Twilight, laying on the ground unconscious. She had a gunshot would in the chest, but I could feel her body heat from where I was. She was still alive.
"There's Twi... But..." Rarifruit started, but she was cut off by the sound of rustling coming from behind us.
Rainbine gasped and looked uneasy, "What's that noise?"
"Pills?" Applepills asked with a smile, but Rarifruit 'shh'ed her.
"Everyone quiet, please." I whispered, "Someone else is here."
Then there was another rustling noise. Fluttershout hugged close to me, "There it is again."
"Now, Fluttershout. You're braver than that." Rarifruit assured the pegasus who's voice cannot be contained.
Rainbine nodded and said loudly, "Yeah, just look at me. With all these guns, I can scare this guy out in no ti-" Suddenly, something in a flash tackled her to the ground, "AAAGGGHHH!!! HE'S ON ME!! HE'S GONNA KILL ME!!"
"Hi, Dashie…" The assassin greeted with an insane smile on her face.
It was Pinkie Pie, but not Pinkie at the same time. Her mane was straight and in the color of a blood waterfall. Her fur coat was a darker pink.
"Pinkie?" Rainbine gasped.
Pinkie stroked her cheek, "Aaawww… you still remember me." She giggled, "So cute..."
"My god, what happened to you?" Rainbine asked in shock.
Pinkie shrugged, "Oh, nothing serious. I just met a really nice man. He was a maniac, and we both clicked together since, well... We're both crazy! So, then he decided he'd make me his new host and here I am: Pinkis Cupcake!"
"Pinkie, please..." Rainbine sobbed with tears welling in her eyes, "Don't hurt me."
"Oh, it's okay, Dashie. I'm not gonna hurt you." Pinkis assured.
"You're not?" Rainbine asked.
Pinkis' smile grew tighter and more insane, "I'm just gonna EAT you!"
Pinkis Cupcake's POV.
"For the love of Luna..." The drowned bat pony started, her eyes closed, "I have had it with all this fucking SHIT!!!"
The drowned bat pony's voice turned demonic and her eyes turned white. Her shadow came to life and surrounded me and the others, with tendrils growing. For the first time, I fell frozen in fear, as the air grew cold and dead.
"Is there anypony here, who isn't so fucking insane, that they kill off another Pony, who happens to be just like them?!!" She shouted.
I blinked in realization, "Just like... Me?"
Rarity nodded, "Well, yes, Pinkie, dear. We all have monsters inside us, just the same as you."
"Like me?" I repeated.
So these guys are my friends. Just with monsters inside them, which made them change. Ellie. Fluttershy. Rarity. Applejack and Dashie. I thought I'd never find these guys again.
"Uh... Pinkie?" Dashie's robotic voice snapped my back into reality.
"Dashie?" I asked, eyes wide.
"Can you, like... Get off me?" She asked.
"Oops. Sorry." I got off Dashie and helped her to her hooves, then turned to the others.
Each one of them explained what happened to them. How and which monsters live inside them now, and how they bumped into each other again.
"So, you are all really like me. How come I didn't find you guys before?" I asked.
"Well, probably because we all went our own ways after getting possessed-" Applepills explained, but was cut off by her impulse kicking in again, "Pills!"
"Seriously?" Rarifruit asked, then spoke up, "Well, I found Fluttershout here first, then the rest of you came to us." She rubbed her chin in thought, "Perhaps... This may be a bit farfetched, but perhaps our destinies are still within us after all."
"I have another theory, but I'll go with that." Drowned Frost smiled.
"Whatever that means, it must be good." Fluttershout agreed.
"Do you really think we can still work together?" I asked, cautious.
"Hey, I'm not objecting." Rainbine spoke up with a smile, "With these monsters inside of us, we're even better than before."
"Yeah... But what about Twilight?" Fluttershout asked.
I nodded in agreement, "Yeah. Seeing as we all, but Twilight, have become Pony Monsters..." Then I smiled, "Maybe we should form a group."
"How's 'Team Awesome'?" Rainbine smiled.
Rarifruit shook her head, "Preposterous!"
Applepills nodded, "And dumb."
"Party Killers?" I suggested, then thought back, "No... Wait... I still like parties."
We all rubbed our chins in thought, until we heard quite giggling. It was Drowned Frost.
"How about 'The Elements of Insanity'?" She suggested, then pointed to Rarifruit, "Avarice." To Fluttershout, "Ear Rape." To Applepills, "Obsession." To me, "Bloodlust." To Rainbine, "Cybernetics." To herself, "And Sorrow." Then to Twilight, "And Twilight makes Insanity."
"Wow..." Rainbine turned to her, "I never even thought of that."
"That is the most genius idea ever." Rarifruit smiled.
Then Applepills spoke up, "Uh, guys? What about Twi?"
Drowned Frost's POV.
Applepills smiled, "Why not? Ah like this deal." Then her neck snapped and yelped, "Pills!" She frowned apologetic, "Sorry."
We gathered around the unconscious Unicorn.
"So..." Fluttershout began, "Who should we put inside her?"
Rarifruit rubbed her chin in thought, "I'd say Edo Soldier."
We all thought on the possibility, until Applepills hissed, "Piiillls…" But Fluttershout hit her across the head, "Okay... Party pooper."
"The Fadkiller?" Pinkis suggested.
Rainbine shook her head, "Pathetic names. All of them." Then she smiled, "What about this one dude named..."
She whispered the name into my ear. Brutal Christian Sniper. I smiled in delight of the name, "A name that sends shivers down my spine. I love it."
"What is it, Frost?" Rarifruit asked me.
"Brutal... Christian... Sniper." I answered.
Rarifruit smiled in delight and nodded, "A very interesting tale, that name has. Even crossing paths with him will be the last thing you ever do."
Fluttershout nodded and smiled, "It's settled, then. Let's go and put him in her."

Drowned Frost's POV.
From the skies, a Pegasus mare crashed in front of us, next to Twilight's body, "Ow..."
It was a light grey pegasus mare with a cybernetic eye and headset infused into her skull. Her mane and tail were a pale blonde. Her Cutie Mark was of seven gears with a metallic flame within the biggest gear.
I narrowed my eyes at the Pony Monster. Ditzy? What are you doing here? You're one of us too?
"Who's the party crasher?" Pinkis asked, as the pegasus opened her golden right eye, "Can I eat--"
"NO!" The Girls and I shouted.
Pinkis pouted, "No fair! I'm starving!"
"Wait! Don't do it!" The Pegasus shouted in a mechanical-toned familiar voice, as she picked herself up.
"And why in the unholy name of Celestia are you telling us what we can and can't do?" Rarifruit glared angrily.
"Cause-- Cause..." The pegasus trailed off, then started muttering to herself in confusion. Then clarity hit her and she answered, "Oh, yeah. The guy! There's already a Pony Monster like you're thinking of creating."
My eyes widened, then I rubbed my chin in thought. The more I think about it, the more I remember that Twilight is a very special Unicorn. I've known her all my life. She's special enough the earn more than one freak. Maybe... Two?
"Seriously?" Fluttershout raised a brow in surprise.
The Pegasus nodded, "Yeah. I forgot what her name was, but she exists no less."
Fluttershout folded her arms angrily, "Well that was shot all to Hell! By another Pony Freak no less!"
The Pegasus glared at her, "That's Derpigun to you!"
"Hey, Girls?" I called.
"WHAT?!!" Fluttershout and Derpigun asked with their voices raised, causing me to flinch.
"Does it have to be one Monster per pony?" I asked them, "Shouldn't be a chance for two?" A smile grew on my face, "We can have Brutal Christian Sniper, then put another one in. Twilight will be a whole new Pony Monster."
"Ya'll PILLZY?!!" Applepills exclaimed, "I mean, crazy?!! Nopony has ever done that! She may not be able to handle two other personalities in one body!"
"We'd be crazy not to." Fluttershout spoke up, "It's worth a shot." Then she asked, "But, who's gonna be the second one?"
Derpigun giggled, "I've got a candidate."
She whispered the name into my ear. My eyes widened, "Are you sure he'll work?"
"You know him?" Rarifruit asked me.
I nodded, "Only stories and rumors. His name is Weaselcake. Does some crazy stuff to you. Not very many live to tell the tale."
"Yeesh. Heavy stuff." Applepills replied.
Suddenly, we heard groaning and moaning. The Girls and I turned to see Twilight was still moving. She-She's alive?! This whole time?!
"She's still breathing?" Rainbine noticed, "I thought my shot killed her!"
Rarifruit turned to the pale blue cyber-pony, "You... You shot Twilight?" Rainbine gave her a sheepish smile, "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!!"
"Hey, I didn't have control of my bloody weaponry the first time around!" Rainbine argued.
Pinkis spoke up and defended, "She's right. I witnessed Rainbine's transformation. I mean, Scombine's spirit was fully in control of her in that moment. Don't blame her!"
"Well, what do we do now?" Applepills asked.
"I know a place where we'll be all alone with her..." Fluttershout spoke up with a grin, "She'll be one of us yet..."
"And who will be the one to do it?" Rainbine asked.
I noticed Applepills and Rarifruit glance at me with a look on their faces. I looked at Pinkis, who shrugged.
"Me?" I asked.
Rarifruit nodded, "Of course, darling. You're the one Twilight trusts the most. And you have the living dead within your beckon call. You should do it."
I rubbed my chin in thought and looked at the lavender Unicorn.
A Few Hours Later...Twilight Sparkle's POV.
"Rainbow Dash? What's happened to my friends?" I wondered, as my vision cleared. Ponyville?
"Twilight?" I heard a familiar voice called, "Thank goodness, you're okay."
I looked up and saw it was my Bat Pony best friend, "Ellie?" I thought she became this drowned queen of the dead.
Ellie gave me a smile, "It's okay, Twi. We're all here, now."
I looked behind her. Rainbow Dash? Pinkie Pie? Rarity? Applejack? Fluttershy? Was it all just a dream? "All of my friends? But I thought you had all changed."
"On the outside, maybe. But inside, we're still the same Ponies you remember." Ellie assured me.
I smiled, "I knew you guys would never leave me."
"Of course." Ellie smiled back, then asked of me, "I just have one little thing to ask of you, Twi."
"Yes, Ellie?" I asked.
Her smile turned dark, "Just take a good look at this face." The others mirrored her expression, "Because this will be the last time you'll see it!"
In a flash of light, Ponyville was replaced by an empty cave, and my friends were replaced by the monsters I remember from the visions, "NOOO!!!"
Ellie giggled and smiled at me, "By Luna's moon. I can't believe you fell for that."
"Only a little more, and I think we might have got her crying happy tears!" Pinkie laughed wickedly.
The Girls looked at her with raised brows. Pinkie noticed and asked, "What are you looking at me for?"
I glared at the freaks before me, "You... You monsters!! I can't believe you'd do that."
Rarity gave me a fake hurt look, "Oh, dearie. I'm hurt now. I thought we were still your friends!"
"Hard to think she's still holding on to her past, isn't it?" Applejack asked.
Ellie nodded, "That's what made it so easy."
"What's become of you guys?" I asked, "This isn't the Mane 8 I remember."
"Goodness, are you that naïve?" A light grey cyber-pony asked me, "You saw Rainbine become what she is now before your own eyes. How can you not know?"
"R-Rainbine?" I repeated in confusion.
"That's my name." Rainbow smiled, "Primed. Locked and loaded. And ready to go." The others looked at her, "What? Too cheesy?"
"But... But you shot me!" I recollected, "How am I still breathing?"
Rainbine shrugged, "Hell if I know. I guess I missed your vitals by that much."
"Also kinda helps that we had some painkillers on us." Applejack smiled. Then she looked at the bottle in her hand, "Painkiller...." She smiled in joy, "PILLS!!!" Then she sat down and tried to pry the cap open, "Precious..."
Ellie turned to me, "You see, Twilight, we too stumbled into the Forsaken Graveyard. One-by-one. And one-by-one, our curiosity got the better of us and we woke the spirits of Monsters and Freaks that others loved and respected." She explained, looking at her pale blue hooves, as a shadow figure danced in her hoof, "Of course, the spirits fused themselves into the closest living thing that could bring them back to the land of the living: Us."
"The possession took its toll, and it's evident." Fluttershy spoke up, putting her hoof over Ellie's shoulder, "Our minds are but fractured remnants of what they formally were. But when we witnessed what we were all able to do, we cast off our worries and embraced our new forms." She shrugged and smiled, "After all, who would deny their chance to be better than they ever were?"
"And now, here we stand before you." Rainbine finished, "No longer the Elements of Harmony. But the new and improved Elements of Insanity."
My eyes widened, as I soaked in this new information. So, my friends are now monsters creating chaos and destruction? I don't believe this! But, if they plan to kill me...
"I'm not scared of you!" I told them, standing up and getting into a stance, "You may have otherworldly powers now, but I won't hesitate to fight." My horn glowed, ready to cast a spell.
Pinkie gave me a fake scared look, "Oh, we're so scared!" Then looked at me, "Really, though? Who said anything about killing you?"
My horn stopped glowing and I dropped my stance, "What?"
Pinkie raised her hand, "I didn't. I swear to god."
"B-But I thought if you all had become monsters, you would have no use for me!" I pointed out.
The grey cyber-pony shook her head, "There's where you're wrong, kid. There's still use in that body of yours after all."
"What do you want from me?" I asked, "What could you freaks possibly need that requires me?"
"Oh, it's really quite simple, Twilight." Rarity answered, "We maybe new and improved, but our Elements still remain within us. Generosity."
"Laughter." Pinkie laughed.
"Honesty." Applejack added, "And I honestly love these pills!"
"Empathy." Ellie smiled.
"Kindness." Fluttershy added.
"And Loyalty. Which leaves is..." Rainbine looked at me.
I thought for a second, until clarity and dread shook my mind, "No... No!" I glared at the Pony Monsters, "I won't become one of you! I won't!!"
Two blue-skinned humans with white eyes emerged from the shadows and grabbed me by the arms and shoulders.
"And can you possibly do to resist?" Pinkie asked me, "We're short a leader for our little group, and we've already got two spirits lined up, picked just for you." She looked at Ellie and nodded.
Ellie closed her eyes and took a proud and strong stance. Her a shadow-like aura started to crawl up her hooves.
I lowered my head and tried to whispered to myself, "It's okay, Twilight. It's just a bad dream. Any second now, you'll wake up and everything will be back to normal. Just... Gotta… Wake up!"
"Awww. So cute..." Fluttershy cooed, then looked at Ellie, "Keep going, Frostie."
Ellie smiled and the aura grew stronger.
"Wake up, Twilight. Wake up!" I kept telling myself.
"From the NetherRealm, through flesh and blood. Let these spirits be reborn, within this chosen one. " Ellie chanted.
The zombies grew larger in size.
"Stop it!!" I shouted, "You can't do this!! This isn't real."
"You can deny it all you want, child." Ellie told me in a deep voice, "But this nightmare's all reality." The zombie's lifted me into the air, "And now, you shall be Twilight Sparkle NO MORE!!!"
Ellie stomped the ground and a shadow-like vortex kept me in the air. Ellie stood on her hind legs as two colored auras started to emerge from the ground.
"Please! Somepony! Save me!" I pleaded, as I could feel the shadows merging into my body, "It's gotta be a nightmare! It has to be!" My neck snapped from the pressure, "Stop! No! No! Stop!" A wind picked up and threw the freaks across the cave, but Ellie stayed in place, "I don't want this! Stop it! Stop it!" Another snap coursed through my neck, "STOP IT!!!!"
Ellie elevated toward me, put her hooves over my cheeks and pressed her lips against mine. The shadows strengthened and the two auras fused into my body. I could hear their laughter in my head.
Suddenly I let out an explosion of power and threw Ellie away from me, "NOOOOooooo!!!!!!"
Drowned Frost's POV.
"IT'S ALIVE! IT'S ALIVE!" Fluttershout shouted in joy. I looked at her, "I always wanted to do this." Then she cheered, "BY THE GODS! IT'S ALIVE!!"
Twilight lifted her head, a pair of Alicorn wings stretched out from her back. Her coat was now a darker shade of purple. Her mane and tail were indigo with blood red and dried blood red streaks. Her Cutie Mark was a crucifix overlapping a star and a jar of jarate.
Pinkis wiped a tear from her eye, "She's so beautiful. Bring a tear to my eye."
Twilight began moaning and opened her eyes, "My... My head... What... What happened?" My soldiers let her go and retreated into the darkness.
"Fillies and Gentlecolts, I give to you Brutalight Sparcake." I introduced everypony to the new and improved Twilight.
Brutalight's eyes widened, "What?" She looked herself over and saw her wings. She gasped and looked at me, "Eleanor May Carter, what have you done to me?!"
"It's Drowned Frost now." I answered, "We've turned you over, my Brutalight. Your old life is now more."
Brutalight shook her head, "No! I-I don't want this! This isn't how I'm supposed to be!!"
"Oh, come on now! Embrace your new self. Feel good about it!" Applepills encouraged.
I nodded and turned to Brutalight, "How do you feel, Brutalight?"
Brutalight shook her head again, "I won't! I feel so wrong now! I feel awful!"
"How do you feel?" I asked again.
Brutalight looked at me in the eyes and her neck snapped, "I feel wrong..."
"How do you feel?" I asked again with a smile.
Brutalight looked at her hands, "I feel... I feel..." A devilish smile grew on her face, as she chuckled, "I feel... So... Alive!"
I smiled back at her. My best friend has finally gained the power she deserves.
"She is reborn." Fluttershout giggled gleefully.
"And she's also got a migraine. So shut the hell up." Brutalight told her.
"Oooohhh! She's a real feisty one, ain't she?" Deprigun smiled, then asked, "Who said that?"
*Later, in the Battlefield...*
I smiled back at her, "I'm glad. Wonderful feeling, isn't it?"
Brutalight nodded, "Like you wouldn't believe." She killed an Engineer from above, then turned to us, "So, what now?"
The Girls and I looked at each other. "We... Uh... We don't know. We never thought we'd make it to this point." Pinkis answered, "And we were kinda expecting you'd know what to do, since you know, you're our leader and all now. I dunno."
Brutalight looked uncertain, "Uh... Right..." She cleared her throat and recollected herself, "I mean, of course." She rubbed her chin in thought, "Well... Now that I think about it. What about those Cutie Mark Crusaders? Or Samantha?" We looked at Rarifruit, who looked sheepish, "Shouldn't we turn them over too?"
"Already ahead of you." A familiar voice spoke from nowhere, startling Raritfruit.
In a form of magic, Creepy Belle appeared with a smile.
"What? How did you find us?" Rarifruit exclaimed in surprise.
Brutalight looked at filly, "Well... That's one taken care of. But, what about the other two?"
Creepy Belle smiled, "Like I said, I'm way ahead of you. May I present the other two members of the new Cutie Mark Monsters, as I call them..."
She used her magic and Apple Bloom and Scootaloo appeared.
"Francie Bloom."
Francie Bloom looked like a paler version of her old self with a brown mane and tail. She still wore her signature bow, but it was black, instead of pink.
"I hate birds." Francie Bloom growled.
"And Karateloo."
Karateloo was in more vibrant colors of her old self.
"I am Karate Scout!" Karateloo corrected.
"Sorry." Creepy Belle apologised sheepishly.
"Well then... I'd say that's all business taken care off." Derpigun smiled, then she took off.
I smiled, "You can leave Sam to me. I already have a search party looking for her as we speak."
Brutalight looked at me with a smile, "Well done, Frost. I always know I can count on you.
"So, Brutalight? What happens now?" Rarifruit asked.
"Now..." Brutalight chuckled evilly, "Let's go cause some chaos."

Elements of Insanity: Element of Sorrow
Fluttershy's POV.
I've been spending the last few days in this realm of the Humans, looking for my friends, but I haven't been getting a lot of luck.
Hello there. My name is Fluttershy. I'm the local animal caretaker in Ponyville and I'm one of Twilight Sparkle's closest friends.
I turned my attention to a gravestone that read 'RubberFruit'. But, I sensed nothing within the grave. It was like to whole grave was empty. Then I heard something and turned to the next gravestone.
I walked over to the gravestone. It read,
'Here lies GAYPENIS. Fellow friend of RubberFruit'.
These are very weird names for humans. Eleanor and Sam's name makes more sense than random names.
My ears perked up, as I heard a voice speak.
"EAR RAPE!!!"
I looked around to find the source of the voice, but I was all alone. I looked at the grave again and there was a red and white striped hat near it. Where did that come from?
Suddenly, the hat floated in mid-air and something horrifying popped out of the grave. It was a Heavy male. I took a step back and yelped. His flesh was decomposing and his skin was a sickening green. Puss, blood and rotten flesh was oozing out of his clothes. Maggots crawled across his face.
He smiled at me, "I AM GAYPENIS! KING OF EAR RAPE!"
He roared at me. I took another step back and screamed, "Please, don't hur-!"
Without another word, the Heavy grabbed my by the throat, quickly stopping me from talking and I gasped for air. Then I felt a surge of power pulse through me and everything went white.
When everything calmed down, I opened my eyes and looked at the grave. The zombie was gone. Where did he go? Then a powerful surge pulsed through me and memories flash before me. Such destruction. Such fun. Such... Chaos.
I smiled and looked myself over. My fur coat was a lighter, more paler cream color. My mane was blood red and my tail was snowy white. I wore GAYPEN-... My hat on top of my head.
My Cutie Mark has changed too. Instead of butterflies, they were speakers, shaped like butterflies, covered in blood.
The smile on my face grew wider, "TIME FOR AN EAR RAPE!!!"
I screamed and the earth shook under my hooves. Everyone within my range had their ears bleeding and drop dead, or their heads exploded and drop dead. This power felt wonderful!
No longer will I be called Fluttershy. I am now FlutterShout, Pony Monster of Ear Rape!
