One week later...

The invaders have almost destroyed every life on both planets, one billion people were killed, thousands of ponies are dead until we’ve defeated them. We’ve salvaged their technology, we’ve freed the Changelings (abductees) from under control, and all the cities have been rebuilt.

In Washington DC inside the capital building, Faust, Celestia, Cadance and Luna are on stage while the audiences, plus the survivors, the military, children and every Anthro ponies, are sitting on their chairs for Faust’s aftermath speech. Me and my team are sitting on chairs while on stage.

“People of Earth and Equis,” Faust says, “As we all know, we have won the war against an alien invasion that almost destroyed our worlds. For many years, Equestria has been harassed by ruthless Queen Chrysalis and her Changeling army whose plan for the genocide of ponykind, but King Thorax foiled their plans. Unfortunately, once we’ve discovered that these Changelings are extraterrestrials, they launch a devastating attack against us. One billion of us and a thousand ponies are killed, but our heroes stopped the invaders from destroying our world. Brandon Carter and his team!”

The crowd applause.

“As the war starts, they’d been on adventures in two different worlds to find the six Elements of Harmony. They’d rescued me from captivity, and our human race fights back against the invaders on Earth and Equestria. Brandon defeated Chrysalis, and saved all of us. With their sacrifice, we have found the technology to help humanity and ponykind live together in two different worlds, and we also made our planet finally safe again. They’d invaded Earth in 1962, but they’re defeated by Brandon’s grandfather, Earl Carter along with Equestria’s leader, Princess Celestia.”

The crowd applauses as Faust walks over the other princesses while Celestia steps to the center of the stage. “Thank you, Madam president. Earl and I fought the war in 1962. But for his sacrifice, I’m going to miss him. But he didn’t die in vain; he risked his life trying to save his own kind, and he’s doing it for his grandson, Brandon Carter.” She turns to me. “Brandon, your team, please come forward.”

As we stand up and walkover Celestia, the crowd goes wild and cheering. Luna hands us medals of honor.

Celestia hands me a medal picture of my grandpa when he was my age. “Your grandpa was the bravest man I’ve ever met.”

“Thank you.” I say,

“Now do the honors for your speech if you like to.”

I turn to the audiences, and I take a deep breath. As I step forward to the center stage, the crowd goes wild.

“Thank you. Thank you, everyone.” I announced as the crowd then goes quiet. “I know you’re all happy when I saved the world and everything. But the truth is, I can’t do this alone.” I turn to my friends. “Not without my friends.” I turn back to the audiences. “And I cannot do this without the true meaning of ‘Friendship’ Twilight taught me. She became my sort-of sister as we’ve saved the world together. I’ve started out being an ordinary human being, and then we’ve been the coolest place in the world. I mean come on, we’ve been to Hell Creek formation. It’s on the other side of Equestria which is filled with prehistoric life even the dinosaurs and... everything. And you know the best way we can do to defeat an enemy is by sticking together, and help each other. Because ‘Friendship’ can save us all, and we did it!” I raise my fist,

The crowd wend crazy and cheer.

Luna walks over me. “Congratulations, Brandon Carter. You have become a new hero of Equestria.”

I smile at her. “Thank you.”

The Mane 6 and the rest of my friends gather around me in a group hug as the audiences stand up cheering.

“Thank you for saving us all!” Lauren exclaims,

“Way to go, Brandon!” Rainbow exclaims,

“You’re a hero now!” James says,

“Well done, Brandon!” Applejack says,

Then Pinkie got an idea. “Hey! I think I know what to do for our victory.”

Rebecca smiles at Pinkie. “Are you thinking what I’m thinking?”

“A PARTY!” They exclaims.

We’ve arrive at Canerlot for a celebration party outside into the night. A white unicorn with electric blue hair was beating from her DJ stand playing awesome party music.

The party is crowded by humans and ponies dancing, playing party games, and eating the food and sweets from tables. Red, Pinkie and Sugar are good at dancing while Applecrisp and Firefly are playing party games.

Twilight and I are standing in front of the table drinking fruit punch. “You know something, Twilight?” I take a sip on a fruit punch. “We’d made a pretty good team on defeating the aliens.”

Twilight laughs. “Are you kidding? You helped saved the world.”

“Yeah. Well this party’s awesome.”

Pinkie points up. “Look!

Rainbow along with the Wonderbolts fly over our heads, and then Rainbow delivers a sonic boom that amazes us.

Rainbow lands in front of us. “How awesome is THAT?”

“That was SUPER awesome!” I exclaim,

“More like super-ultra-amazing!” She gives me a high hoof,

Twilight elbows me. “Hey, Saurian.” She points at Mary talking to Rarity and Fluttershy. “Why not asking Mary to dance?”

My head is sweaty. “I uh...”

“Come on, Saurian.”

I sigh. “Alright. You two have fun.”

“Good luck.” Rainbow says,

I trot through the crowd, and right over Mary.

“Hey, Saurian.” Mary says, “Amazing party, huh?”

“Yeah.” I say nervously,

“Is there anything you want?”

“Uh well...”

The switches to calm music.

Pinkie was standing right next to the white unicorn DJ with a wink.

“Would you like to dance with me?” Mary asks,

I smile. “Sure.”

“Ooo! I would like to dance too.” Fluttershy says,

“If you can.” I say,

“I’m just kidding.” She says, “You two will have fun.”

I turn to Mary who is holding my hooves, and we step sideways around in a romantic dance.

“Yow know something? Before you’ve become a hero and anything, I like you. And it’s not because of what you know about, or what you’re perfect and anything. But it’s about what you really are.” Mary says,

I blush. “Well thank you, Mary. Mind if I call you ‘Princess Mary’?””

“If you want.”

The princesses and Faust arrive at the party, and Mary and I stop dancing as they walk over us.

“Good evening, Celestia, Luna, Cadance, Madam President.” Mary says,

“Please call me Faust.” Faust says as she takes off her suit, “I’m just here for the party. My husband didn’t make it. He’s at work.”

“So how are you two going?” Celestia asks,

“We’re doing okay I guess.” I say,

“And Flurry Heart is asked to see you, sweetheart.” Cadance says,

Flurry flies right over me, and she lands on my back. She hugs the back of my neck.

I blush. “Uh, hi?”

“Aw! She likes you.” Mary says,

I laugh nervously. “Yeah.”

Cadance levitates her baby daughter. “She likes you because of how you defeated her enemy.”

Flurry giggles.

“Hey, Fury Heart?” I say, “I could be your uncle, and I promise you that I will protect you.”

Fury smiles, and then she sneezes.

“Bless you.”

Cadance levitates Flurry on her back. “It’s sweet that you’re now her uncle.”

“Yeah. Twilight and I became un-biological siblings.”

“And I’m your un-biological sister-in-law.” She says, “You want to see our greet handshake?”

Twilight walks over her foul sister.

They dance together saying. “Sunshine! Sunshine! Ladybugs awake! Clap your hooves, and do a little shake!”

Mary and I laugh. “That’s cute.” Mary says,

“And Saurian, I’ve read your grandfather’s letter you gave it to me.” Celestia says, “It was dated in 1962.”

“You do?” I ask, “What did he say?”

Celestia reads the letter.

Dear princess Celestia,

I want you to thank me for saving the world and everything. But if I can see you soon, I will finish Chrysalis off, I will do it for you, and save mankind and your world. If I die, you’ll remember me forever as ‘best friends’, and I hope you can meet my future family soon.

Your human friend, Earl Carter. October 31, 1962

I smile. “You probably did meet me and my family.”

Celestia nods. “I’d just hope your grandpa is still alive.”

“Yeah. But he didn’t die in vain, but he helped me saved the world.”

“If you’ll excuse us.”

“Sure.”

Faust and Celestia trot away.

Luna puts her hoof on my shoulder. “Saurian? You’d think you can stay here in Equestria? You can visit Earth if you want to.”

“Well Earth is my home, but I’d rather stay here with my new twin sister, Twilight Sparkle.” I say, “I’d just hoped my family are okay.”

“Don’t worry, Saurian. Your family’s alive.” Luna says, “I’d met your older sister, and I told her you’re in Equestria with your new friends.”

“I hope that they’ll miss me.”

“They’ll visit you.”

“Yeah.”

“I’ll be with my husband over there.” Cadance points at Shining Armor drinking a fruit punch. “Oh, and Flurry Heart says ‘bye’ to you.”

I smile, and then Cadance trots away.

“You know something, Luna?” I ask,

“What?” Luna asks,

“I’d like you better than your sister because you’re so cool, and you’re like a dream catcher to me. But I didn’t say I hate her, but both of you are cool.”

Luna smiles. “I’ll be with my sister, and I’ll tell her that I’m cooler than her.”

“Luna!”

“Just kidding, Saurian.”

I grin. “Nice sense of humor.”

“Thanks.” She trots away.

Twilight trots over me. “Hey, Saurian. You want to be in the picture with me and my friends?”

I turn to Mary.

“I’ll have a picture taken.” Mary says,

I turn back to Twilight. “Sure.”

We trot over the Mane 6 and other human-pony friends in front of a camera with a blue photographer pony with purple sunglasses, stripe shirt and a skirt on behind the camera.

After Twilight, Mary and I gather my friends in front of the camera, the Cutie Mark Crusaders join with us.

“Okay, everypony. You ready?” The photographer says,

“Ready!” We say,

“Smile.” She takes a picture as we smile.

I’d know what happened to the dinosaurs, but they’re all not extinct. They were rescued from extinction by an advanced civilization known as the Arcturians. And the asteroid wasn’t a suspect of the KT Extinction, but I offer the dinosaurs some payback when I destroyed the alien queen and saved two different worlds from extinction. Now world peace has declared, mankind and ponykind live together in harmony. But the journey is not over. I’m Saurian Rex, and my new friends and I will go on our next journey... of ‘Friendship’!
