A teenage pure-heart paleontologist, Brandon Carter, has an unfortunate life surrounded by people that didn't care about goodness, and he can't find new good friends to hang out with since he cannot tell personalities of everybody. Until his life changes when he finds himself in Equestria in a form of a pony, and meets eleven new friends: the Mane 6 and five young human-ponies from Earth: an innocent intelligent girl, Lauren Mira; a trust-worthy boy, James O'Neil; a responsible nature-loving boy, Nick Dawson; a brave and loyal girl, Kelly Damon; and an energetic, sweet-tooth and sociable girl, Rebecca Kim. But when he discovers that Late Cretaceous dinosaurs from Earth were also transported onto this planet by a beneficial race known as the Arcturians during the KT extinction event, his life goes from bad to worse when two different worlds are invaded by a malevolent race known as the Changelings, but they're turn out to be extraterrestrials that invaded Earth sixty-five million years ago. The only hope of stopping an alien invasion is Brandon, his new friends and the Mane 6, and together, they go on a quest to find the Elements of Harmony that now developed special dinosaur transformation abilities, and defeat the aliens once and for all.

Note: Gore can only count on extraterrestrials and some dead animals. This story took place after the events of Season 7 finale and My Little Pony: The Movie.
