We arrive at Canterlot that is located on the mountain side, and there's a palace in the center of the city. We trek inside the castle, and into the throne room.

What's sitting on the throne was a six foot tall white Alicorn with rainbow colored mane that waves like a flag name Celestia, and what's sitting next to her was a five foot tall dark blue Alicorn with light blue mane name Luna.

"Welcome, Twilight Sparkle." Celestia says. Her voice sounds beautiful, if I could comment.

"Princess Celestia!" Twilight exclaims as she gallops over the princess for a hug, and Celestia hugs back.

"Mary, welcome back to Equestria." Celestia says as they stop hugging. "Who's your new friend?"

"Princess Celestia, I'd like you to meet Brandon Carter." Mary replies,

I laugh nervously while waving. I'd never met a royal princess before.

"It's an honor to meet you, Brandon."

"It's an honor to meet you too, princess." I say,

"Please, call me Celestia." she turns at the two guards between her throne she was sitting on. "Clear the room, you two."

"Yes, ma'am!" the guard salutes,

After the guards trot out of the throne room, Celestia says, "I can see you're from Earth like Lauren told me that."

That surprises me. Celestia knows about my home world even Twilight knows about Earth. "How did you know where I come from?"

"I'd been on Earth for a while with my sister to examine every living thing on your planet. It looks similar to this world."

"So why am I here?"

"Lauren told me about your knowledge of those long extinct Earth creatures called dinosaurs."

"You know about the dinosaurs? Or did Mary told you about them?"

"It's about about those new continents on the other side of the world. These continents are inhabited by ancient creatures that are native to Earth. Our continent is surrounded by a magic resistant barrier that could fade the pony's magic and changed into a human-like appearance when they leave right pass the barrier unless the pony reenters the barrier."

"Wait a minute. So the continents have these animals from the Mesozoic area?"

Celestia nods,

"How did they get on this planet without any technology? I mean dinosaurs are not as smart as humans."

Luna replies, "Sixty-five million years ago, an ancient civilization called the Arcturians evacuated most of the species during a cataclysmic event that destroyed seventy-five percent of life, but the others were dead or missing. Most of the dinosaurs went extinct, and the survivors were reptiles, mammals and smaller dinosaurs, now become birds today. They transported the rescued survivors onto the other side of the world. One the other side, the continents were designed to make it similar to the Late Cretaceous Earth making it habitable for these creatures."

"So the animals were here in this world... on the other side; not on Equestria, but on the other side of this world?"

"And the reason why I brought your here is because my mother is calling Twilight and her friends, and she wants me to bring six humans who had their elements." Celestia says,

"Wait a minute. You have a mother?"

"I didn't know she had a mother." Twilight says,

"We'll talk about my mother later." Celestia says,

"But--"

"No 'buts', Twilight."

Twilight sighs. "My apologies."

"So you are going to send six humans here? Why?" I ask

"The Elements of Harmony is located in Hell Creek Formation on the other side of the world, and if Twilight and her friends possessed their elements with their human partners, they will gain powers that would transform into six dinosaurs each." Celestia says,

"Wow. That's incredible, but if we could go to the other side to develop some dinosaur forming powers to Twilight and her friends, who are we fighting? I mean, I was just wondering what's coming to attack us."

Before Celestia could answer, the throne room door burst, and two guards step inside, but they didn't look happy.

"What's the situation?" Celestia asks to the guards.

Suddenly, one of their horns glow, and he fires a green magic bolt at Celestia's torso before she falls sideways in pain.

"Sister!" Luna gallops over her sister, and she creates a force field to defend themselves.

Twilight's horn glows, and then suddenly, the guards lift in midair as they glow purple. "What're you doing?"

No response. The guard fires his horn at Twilight, and she falls back dropping the guards on the floor.

Before one of the guards finish Twilight off with one of their magic spells, Rainbow and I jump on one of the guards, and we pin them on the floor.

"What've you done!?" I shout,

The guard won't answer.

"Answer me!"

Suddenly, when the guard laughs hysterically, green fire swirls around his whole body. His body transforms himself into a black arthropod pony with blue compound eyes, two long exposed fangs, a fin on the back of its head, snake-like tongue, holes on each hood, blue beetle-like shell on its back, and wasp-like wings.

I scream when I see the wasp pony's appearance as the second guard who changed into the same arthropod creature throws Rainbow off, and land next to Twilight how already stood up. I jump off the beast in fear thinking I saw a wasp-pony hybrid, and I gallop over Twilight, Mary and the others. Wasps are my primary phobias because they sting. Although these pony wasps don't have stingers.

I turn to Twilight. "Twilight, what the heck are those things?"

"They're Changelings." Twilight replies as Rainbow stands up. "They take forms on everything including something abiotic, and they feed on love."

"Changelings!? I thought we reformed them all." Rarity says,

Suddenly, the two Changelings transform themselves into me and Mary, but the difference between Mary and I, and those monsters is that they don't wear necklaces.

The shape shifting ability makes me mad. I don't like fantasy stuff because I love science. Shape shifting is NOT science because nothing can change form of everything (metamorphosis doesn't count). "Hey! Don't you dare break the laws of biology!" I yell at the the fake myself and Mary.

The two disguised Changelings look at each other confusingly, and the myself Changeling says with an evil smile. "Or else what?"

I glare at the monsters. "Enough of this!"

"Brandon, wait!" Twilight says trying to stop me,

But i ignore her as I change towards my evil twin, and I jump on him. I punch my-evil-self in the muzzle three times yelling. "SHAPE... SHIFTING... IS... NOT... SCI-!"

Just then, the evil version of Mary throws me off of my evil twin, and she pins me on the floor.

"Hey!" Mary charges at her evil twin to rescue me.

But the evil version of me blocks her path. "Step aside, Missy!"

The creature who's pinning me down says. "Chrysalis will teach you and your kind."

"What does she want?"

"Your love."

"Get down!" Luna shouts,

BANG!

The creature's horn fell off (the horn just appeared when something faster and far smaller than Rainbow Dash flew right pass its forehead) spewing green blood out of its forehead, and the Changelings turns into its original form.

I turn to Luna, and my eyes pop wide in surprise. She's levitating a pistol. Did Luna got a pistol unlike any pony where they haven't invented guns yet? And did she knew how to use it?

Luna shoots the Changeling again, this time in the head spewing green blood all over my face, and I throw it off of me.

Meanwhile, the evil version of me turns at me seeing what's going on, and he's shocked that Luna, who got a gun, shot its partner to save me. The evil version of me turns to Luna in anger, but Luna shoots it on its forehead causing its horn to fall off, and the Changeling changes back to its original form.

"Of course! They use magic to do that!" I say. The reason how these creatures change their forms is by using some sort of shape shifting spell.

The injured Changeling runs off in fear.

"It's getting away." Mary says,

"Oh not it doesn't." I say,

"Brandon, take this!" Luna levitates her pistol right over me,

As I grab the pistol, my hooves somehow sticks to the holder of the gun. I think ponies in this world have pressure pads on their hooves just to grab objects.

Without any hesitation, I follow the Changeling out of the throne room, and I follow it. But I cannot catch it when I was holding a gun while I was galloping with my three leftover legs.

"Screw it!" I point at the creature with my pistol. "Try to dodge this!" I pull the trigger with my other hoof since I don't have fingers, but I'm only using my tip of my hoof.

The Changeling falls on the floor in pain as the bullet impacts its right frontal leg.

I pin the creature on the floor. "You're not going anywhere you slime!" I say, "You thought you could assassinate the princess? Well too bad that you'd picked the wrong pony."

The Changelings glances at me. "You're a human."

I'm surprised that the creature just said. "What're you talking about? How did you know what I was? And how did you know about my kind?"

The creature didn't answer me.

I place the barrel of the pistol on its head. "Tell me everything that we didn't know! Tell me the secret you've kept from your queen!"

"We'd been on your world for decades."

"How did you get on Earth? Why travel to my world?"

"Your world is no longer yours."

I pause. "What are you?"

"What Chrysalis told me, I was a being that is not from this world and yours." He laughs hysterically.

I gasp. The Changelings, one of the deadliest creatures ever faced in Equestria, are secretly extraterrestrials all the time? I knew it!

Twilight appears using teleportation. "You go it, Brandon."

"Take it to the dungeon." I say, "We need to make sure that nothing gets in our way."

Twilight agrees as she levitates the creature. The guards show up, and Twilight tells them to bring the creature into the dungeon.

The guards agree, and they carry the Changeling before they drag it to the dungeon.

I turn to Twilight. "Twilight, I think I know their true origin."

"What?"

"They're not of this world."

Twilight gasps. "They're aliens? Then where do they come from?"

"No clue. But I know they're not from Earth either."

"Do you think Celestia knew about this?"

"I don't know unless I should talk to her."
