Twilight and I trot back into the throne room with the others. Celestia's wounds are already been healed since all Alicorns can heal themselves.

"Brandon, thank you for taking care of those Changeling infiltrators that almost killed my sister." Luna says,

"You're welcome, Princess." I say as I hand the gun back to her,

"Please call me Luna."

"But where did you get that pistol?"

"My sister and I had been on your planet for a while, and we've been collected several unique objects for a further study. What I believe that it's a ranged weapon more lethal than magic."

"I also need to speak you two in private."

Celestia turns to Twilight and the others. "Twilight, girls, clear the room."

Mary and the others exit out of the throne room, and they close the door behind them leaving me and the princesses inside.

Celestia turns at me, and she asks. "So what is it, Brandon?"

I clear my throat. "Celestia, what did you know about these creatures? Where do they come from? And why are they here?"

"I don't see a backstory about them. All I know is that Chrysalis is responsible for the attack on Canterlot during the wedding six years ago. I had no idea where they come from, but I know they're not from this country."

"The creature I captured told me that they know about the human race. Even they know what I am... I'm guessing that they're spying on us before these guys show up."

The two sisters are confused. "How did they know about your species?" Celestia asks,

"They'd been on Earth for decades. But like the Changeling said, they're not from Equestria, but they're also not from this world not even Earth."

"Like what's their origin?"

"Two words, Celestia: Extraterrestrial."

"Extraterrestrial? You mean like aliens?"

"Yes."

"I think that mentions that Chrysalis says that there's more love here than any other place."

"I think they've been traveling throughout the stars to find some food until they found it."

"Why didn't she tell me that she wasn't in this world?"

"I think they're hiding something that no pony ever knew."

"Let me get this straight." Luna says, "You're saying that these Changelings are secretly aliens that are not on your home planet?"

"We need to interrogate the prisoner after we can use the spell that would do the same thing as when a pony leaves from this world to Earth, and then figure it out what the alien looks like."

"I have the spell. I haven't used it for decades."

"Then let's go, and interrogate it."

"Follow me." Celestia says

We follow her out of the throne room towards the dungeon downstairs.

At the dungeon, the Mane 6, two of the royal guards, the princesses, Mary and I stood in front of the cell with an alien Changeling prisoner inside staring at us with a glare. Although it won't escape without magic as its horn blown off by Luna's gunfire leaving green blood dripping from its broken horn, and flowing down its face.

"You really think you can stop Chrysalis? Ha! Too bad she has other plans to do." The Changeling says,

"Quiet you bug-face!" Rainbow shouts.

"Rainbow, we're actually going to interrogate it. Not tell it to be quiet." Twilight says,

Rainbow rolls her eyes. "Right."

I turn to Luna. "Luna, are you sure you have that spell?"

Luna nods. "I'm positive."

"Then do it."

Luna's horn glows, and she fires a beam at the Changeling.

A light from the creature appears and brightens our eyes until five seconds later, the light fades away, and the Changeling's physiology changed.

We all gape at the alien's true form. The alien was realistic (unlike other real life animated ponies) and rather humanoid with an almost similar appearance of a Changeling except for the fact it doesn't have a horn, its layer if skin covers its exoskeleton, it has no beetle-like shell (although its torso is still blue), its hole-less wasp-like wings look more realistic, its hands have claws similar to a Xenomorph, it has a lack of horse-like ears but has ear holes similar to reptiles, its stumpy sauropod-like feet with two thick toes has no holes, its tail disappeared, and it has a long blade-tip tongue.

Celestia glares at the alien. "You!" It looks like she knows the alien unless she doesn't realize that the Changelings are the aliens she knew.

The alien hisses with a similar sound of a Xenomorph.

"Yeesh! I don't like the sound of that." Applejack says,

Fluttershy stands behind Rainbow in fear.

"Can you hear us?" I ask the alien hopefully that they can understand us.

Suddenly, the alien's blue torso turns from blue to white, and the words appear on its white torso: We can hear all. The words then disappear in ten twenty seconds.

I turn to Twilight. "They can't talk, but they can communicate with color changing."

"I'm guessing that their mother must've teach them how to talk to different beings from different worlds." Twilight says,

I turn to the alien. "Why did you come here to Earth and Equestria? What do your people want?"

The aliens says with its color changing words. I will never tell you why, The words disappear, and then the words with a different paragraph appear. But the queen will.

"Then where is your queen?"

It is unfortunate that you will not be able to locate her.

"Then what does she want you guys to do now?"

To kill every last princess here, The words disappear, and then the words with a different paragraph appear. And replace them with our own kind.

I turn to Twilight who had some flashbacks even Celestia and Luna have flashbacks too. I change the subject as I turn to the alien. "Tell me where'd you come from. Where is your home?"

Here is our home.

"And before here, where did you come from?"

Many worlds.

I took a deep breath. "I know that your planet looks like mine. We all have water, air and light from our sun. We could share them. Can your people coexist with us?"

No response.

"Is there any peace between us?"

No response.

I pause. These aliens didn't understand 'peace'. Or did they? "What do you guys want us to do?"

No response.

"I'm not going to argue, but--"

Suddenly, the alien's long tongue emerges out of its mouth, and coils around me neck like a tentacle.

"BRANDON!" Mary yells, but I can hear echoing.

Everything went white. And then I was in a conifer forest with no grass. I realize I was in the Cretaceous when a small bipedal dinosaur run right pass me.

Just then, a shadow covers the landscape, and the animals react. I walk uphill to see what's going on. I reach the top of the hill only to see the coast in the distance. Suddenly, a massive wall made entirely out of titanium appears above the sky hovering higher than Mount Everest.

What's in the bottom of the wall on the other side was a long wide 'ceiling' of some kind blocking out the sun. As sauropods from the distance watch the wall coming closer, the colossal ceiling that will cover the whole sky above me moves across the sky, and then slowly block out the sun turning day into night in the whole area.

I can only see nothing but blackness until I see a bright light in the distance over the sea.

"Kill it!" a voice shouts in echoing.

The light grew brighter and brighter, and then a massive beam from the light shoots down at the ocean. Then a ball of light the same size as the dinosaur killing asteroid fires from the light following the beam, and then there's another sun in the distance blinding my eyes as I try to cover my eyes. After the very bright light slowly fades, I uncover my eyes to see a colossal nuclear explosion in the open ocean.

Within seconds a loud 'CRACK' appears after the sound wave from the explosion engulfs right pass me. As my ears rings, I notice a blast of purple radiation expands from the explosion hurdling towards me. I look up at the colossal 'ceiling' noticing that the wall and ceiling is actually a spaceship, and I believe that the aliens are responsible for the KT extinction, and the dinosaur killers are now in Equestria.

After a blast of purple radiation engulfs the coast vaporizing every living thing in its path, the blast collides me, and I fall backwards. Then I was back in the dungeon after I landed on the floor.

The others gather around me. "Brandon, you okay?" Applejack asks,

"How did you wake me?" I ask,

BANG!

The alien shrieks.

BANG!

The alien shrieks again.

BANG!

The silence.

Luna was levitating her gun shooting the helpless alien in the head three times until its dead leaving a dozen bullet holes on its head.

Twilight helps me up. "The aliens in their original forms only feed on blood instead of love when I realized its blade tip tongue just like a mosquito, and they change color instead of changing appearances."

I get the point with the aliens' different abilities than their abilities in their Changeling forms, but I had to tell something that changed prehistory. "I know what killed the dinosaurs when I was in its head." I point at someone who to blame--the alien. "They'd invaded Earth at the end of the Cretaceous destroying seventy percent of life on this planet... and we're next."

Celestia says to me, Twilight and Mary. "Brandon, Twilight, Mary, meet me and my sister at the throne room ASAP."

Twilight, Mary and I follow Celestia and Luna out of the dungeon to the throne room.

P.O.V. Queen Chrysalis

The worker gallops over me. "My queen?"

I glance at him.

"We've lost contact with one of the infiltrators about twenty minutes ago."

In anger, I slam my hoof against the throne causing a loud echo. "That's it! We should direct an assault on Canterlot! Save it for the princesses. They're mine."

While my minions gear up, I grab my Moscovium rock necklace, and put it on so magic won't affect me.

"I'm coming for you, Princess Celestia." I laugh hysterically as we fly out of my new hive in a massive swarm.

P.S. In my theory of what was the rock from Chrysalis's throne from Season 6 is made of: Moscovium or Element 115. I'm guessing that radioactive chemicals, such as Moscocium, is basically a "kryptonite" in Equestria. It can't be a coincidence that these aliens have already found the ponies' weaknesses. But Moscovium isn't just a non-lethal weapon in Equestria; it's a rare element that fuels their ships and machinery.
