I run back into the throne room with my exo-suit and my weapons. The rest of the Mane 6 are already in there as they listen to Twilight's conversation about the aliens.

"Wow! Cool armor, Brandon." Mary says,

"Thanks, but we've got a problem." I say, "Chrysalis is on her way with her army."

They all gasp.

"They're going after me and my sister." Celestia says, "Who knows why they're after us."

"So we're sitting ducks?" Rainbow asks,

"Not anymore." I say, "But I got a plan. I need a map of Canterlot."

At the armory, we gather around the table with a map of Canterlot for a battle plan.

"So what's the plan?" Rainbow asks,

"So we all know that Chrysalis's primary target are the princesses so we can bait her just like we bait insects back home." I say,

"So if you want to lure Chrysalis to Celestia and Luna to feed on their love emotions, what now?" Twilight asks,

"You and your group, plus Mary and I, will do our snipping positions in each building..." I point at the structures around the fountain int he center of the city. "...around the fountain where Celestia and Luna, protected by the guards, stand still waiting for the right moment. And when she's taken the bait, I'll fire a non-lethal bullet bullet filled with Luna's magic similar she did to the alien prisoner. When she's in her original form, we'll open fire at her, and BOOM! No more Changelings."

"But you're the only one that has human weapons." Twilight says,

"Not this time." Luna opens the pantry door with conventional weapons inside behind us with her levitation spell.

"Okay. I like that, but how would killing the queen would eliminate the threat?" Rarity asks,

"You see, like Euscoial animals, queens are responsible for breeding and commanding her workers that uses pheromones to signal her queen, but to the aliens, the queen is controling them with her hive mind." Mary explains, "When the alien queen is killed, her workers will dies without her hive mind."

"That's right. Let's do this." I say,

We grab weapons, ammunitions and grenades, and we put on our exo-suits except for Celestia and Luna.

I cock my shotgun. "Let's kick some alien butt!"

Outside the castle, every citizen in Canterlot was evacuated, Luna and Celestia, protected by royal guards, stood in front of the center fountain while the rest of us are inside the second floors in each building in our snipping positions.

Twilight, Mary and I are inside the building int he second floor, Pinkie and Rarity are inside the building next door to the right, and Rainbow, Applejack and Fluttershy are inside the building to the left.

The rest of the group has different primary weapons, and all except Pinkie have pistols as secondary weapons: Twilight and I each are armed with assault rifles and shotguns; Rainbow is armed with a shotgun; Applejack and Fluttershy each are armed with assault rifles; Mary and Rarity each are armed with sniper rifles; and Pinkie is armed with a LMG and a rocket launcher as a secondary weapon.

"Okay, listen up, people. Do not engage until I take the shot." I say in my radio,

"Roger." The group says,

"I-I'm not sure what to do with this." Fluttershy says,

"Just be careful what you're aiming, sugarcube." Applejack says,

"Okay."

"Man! What's taking those freaks so long?" Rainbow complains,

"Stop complaining, Rainbow Dash." Rarity says,

"Just be patient, you guys." I say,

Within seconds, we hear a buzzing noise coming from outside the city, and the royal guards from below and inside each building drew their weapons such as spears and swords.

"Did you hear that?" Twilight asks,

"I sure do. Here they come." I say, "Do not engage, and keep quiet."

A huge swarm of Changelings appear in the sky, and they swarm towards our direction. Just then, the Changelings soar like green meteors that approach towards the city. When the changelings land like meteorites, the guards emerge out of each building, and attack the invading monsters using swords, spears and magic.

Several of the guards were attacked and killed by the aliens' magic and pouncing, but the changelings didn't notice our location. They may be intelligent, but not as smart as us.

"We need to engage now." Applejack says,

"Not yet." I say, "Just stick to the plan."

When most of the guards are overwhelmed or captured by the swarm, a small squad of armored Changelings with helmets resemble as mandibles land on the main street, and what's in the center of the squad was an Alicorn-sized Changeling with green reptilian eyes, long twisted horn, blue-green hair, short fangs and a green beetle-like shell. I know who this is. The only villain I hate the most.

"Queen Chrysalis!" I hiss quietly. I turn on my radio. "There's the queen. Hold your fire."

"Oh my gosh! This is incredible." Mary says,

The armored aliens tackle the guards around Celestia and Luna pinning them down using green sticky slime. Celestia tries to use her magic against the alien queen, but couldn't.

"What's happening?" Fluttershy asks,

I glance at a necklace the queen is wearing. I has a rock attach to it. "There. She has a special magic-proof rock like Luna told me."

"Luckily we've got our secret weapon." Rainbow says,

The alien guards spit slime at the princesses' legs pinning them on the ground. When the worker aliens capture most of the surviving guards, Chrysalis trots over Celestia laughing hysterically.

"Well, well, well! It it isn't Princess Celestia, the ruler of Equestria." Chrysalis smirks, "Too bad you can't use your magic against us thanks to me special rock." She taps her necklace.

"Chrysalis, you abducted us so you can take over Equestria." Celestia says, "But you've gone too far."

"Did I? Of course I did until one of those traders ruined everything."

"Why are you here?"

"As well as I brought the infiltrators to kill you and your sister, and replace you with my own kind, all I wanted was to feed the love out of you and your sister especially when you're supposed to be dead after one of my subjects bring you here. If I grow stronger after feeding the love out of you, we'll destroy one of our traders who stole my hive, and use Thorax as my slave."

"But it's the good thing I've got backup."

Chrysalis laughs. "Backup? I don't see Twilight Sparkle and her friends around here. I'm afraid they're too busy back in Ponyville." But she is unaware of us hiding in each building in our snipping positions. "Goodbye, Celestia!" She hisses, and then pink energy emerges out of Celestia's body as she slowly grows weaker, and the energy pulls towards Chrysalis's open mouth.

"On my mark." I say quietly, "Three..." I quickly cock my assault rifle." "Two..." I aim at the alien queen carefully. "One..." I pull the trigger.

An explosion of magic smoke spews all over the queen as I took a direct hit on her temples.

Chrysalis stops feeding off love emotions as she coughs out magic that almost choke her. "What the...?" Chrysalis coughs out harder. "What was that!?"

"Hey, horsefly!" I shout,

Chrysalis glances at me as she hears her new nickname. "Who dares speak to me in such a manner?"

"Aren't you forgetting something?"

Chrysalis gives an evil smile. "Oh yes."

She was about to use her powerful magic against me, but she couldn't.

"Too late." I say,

"My magic!" Chrysalis gasps, "What did you do to me--? AGH!" Chrysalis then she crouches screaming in agony follow by her workers. "What's... happening... to me?" She then roars.

Suddenly, something's happening to Chrysalis is something we didn't see that coming. Chrysalis grows up to thirty feet tall, she stood on her hind legs turning from quadrupedal to bipedal, her tail disappears replacing with a wasp-like abdomen called an ovipositor, her wasp-like wings turn realistic, here holes fade away, her frontal legs turn into arms with claws on each finger, her tongue is long with a blade tip, her twisted horn dissapears, her horse-like ears disappear replacing with reptile-like earholes, lionfish dorsal fin-like fins with tiny blue balls at each tip grew from the back of her head resembling her crown-like appendage, her hooves from her hind legs turn into sauropod-like feet, and two extra tiny arms grow from the sides of her chest.

From her hornless workers, there are two more castes as they transformed with their queen: the soldiers have thorns down on each arm, have a horn on top of their foreheads, they have muscular bodies, and their tongue is short and don't have a blade; and the drones that surround the queen are fourteen feet tall, have an insect-like abdomen for mating, they don't have fangs, and like the soldiers, their tongue is short and don't have a blade. Wait a minute, if the aliens feed on blood, how come the soldiers and drones don't have a long blade tip tongue unlike workers and queen(s)? What else do they eat?

We all gape of what did Chrysalis transformed.

"What the hay?" Applejack says in shock,

"I did not see that coming." Twilight says,

"What in Equestria did she transformed?" Rarity asks,

"She's even worse than her Changeling form." Rainbow says,

"She's not just bad; she's... bug." Pinkie says,

"Really big!" Fluttershy says,

The alien queen begins to speak. Unlike her brood, she doesn't need to use color changing to communicate with other alien civilizations, but she can learn so many languages on other civilizations. However, unknowingly, she was happy in her original alien form. "My body is back! Thank you, new one."

"Why is she so happy?" May asks,

"No time for information." I turn on the radio. "ENGAGE!"

We open fire at the queen with everything we have, but her skin covering her exoskeleton is hard enough to resist against bullets. After our ammunition clips are empty, Pinkie fires a rocket launcher towards the queen, and the rocket slams against her chest causing her to fly backwards after an explosion, and slams against the building.

"We got her!" I exclaim,

"Payback time, Chrysalis!" Twilight shouts,

But Chrysalis isn't dead as she opens her eyes. Even though, she is resist to bazooka shots and grenades.

"Oh give us a break!" Twilight groans,

Chrysalis laughs hysterically. "You fools. Your weapons are no match for my armor."

I turn on my radio. "If anypony's got a plan be, how about now?"

"I think we should all run." Mary says,

"Good plan."

We jump off each of our buildings, we run around them, and through the backyards. As we down the city away from Chrysalis, groups of alien soldiers follow us.

"How come Chrysalis was so happy in her original form rather than her changeling form?" I ask,

"I don't know, Brandon." Twilight says,

We came to a halt at a ledge that leads into a sheep drop all the way down the bottom of the mountain.

"We're trapped!" Mary cries,

The alien soldiers surround us like a pack of wolves. The workers, drones and Chrysalis show up.

We're doomed.

I want to make Queen Chrysalis to look almost like a Xenomorph Queen because that would make her an awesome bipedal monster. What will happened next while our heroes get cornered by the aliens? Find out on the next chapter.
