Noche sat in his son's throne. It was uncomfortable as it was not his to sit upon. Armadura sat beside him, tired from being at her husbands side for so long. The hall was large, and was as beautiful as it was in Noche's youth. Everything was perfect, but what wasn't was that his son was missing. There were numerous guards in the hall, but it wasn't good enough. He wanted to see his son sitting here, not him. La Sombra Del Sol refused the throne, he preferred to lead their military. Skiadrum, he was far too dead on the inside to rule. So dead he was amazed Cadaver hadn't come to collect him. He and his love really did fail their first son. So much so that Noche wished he could have Last Legacy reset the poor thing, so he could bring Skiadrum out of his abyss of simply existing...

He was brought from his thoughts when the doors opened, revealing two strange creatures. Both were from Abyssinia, the country lead by cat people. He found them amusing, but they weren't fans of ponies, so they kept their distance. They liked the Umbrum though, thanks to the cattiness.

The Ahuizotl had an elongated dog-like head, except for his eyes, which are positioned over his nose at the end of his snout. He walked on all fours, with dog-like hind limbs and ape-like forelimbs, and a long monkey-like tail with a hand on its end. The Ahuizotl has a tuxedo style coat, having dark blue fur over most of his body, while his stomach, jaws and hands are of a lighter blue. He wore golden coloured jewellery, such as a necklace, a single ear ring, and three bracelets, one for each foreleg, and one around his tail's wrist.

Then there was the Abyssitire. She had a very soft orange brown coat with sandy beige around her eyes. It was also on the front of her muzzle, stating from her nose to going down under her chin to down her neck and chest. The rest was hidden by a luscious burgundy robe. The robes were, as stated, burgundy, but had a paler redish pink fuzz. The robes didn’t have shoulder straps and just went around her shoulders, which was adorned with the fuzz. She had a golden belt around her wait that pointed downwards, and from beneath that, the pink fuzz slowly spilt a part revealing a dress like part beneath the large robe. The pink circled all around the back touching the other side. The sleeves clung tightly to her body, the ends ending in curved points against the pack of her paws. Her fingers adorned golden rings with sapphires on each, totalling in six rings. She wore a necklace in a similar style to her belt which had a lapis lazuli in the middle. On her curved ears were gold rings, one for each ear. Her eyes were light malachite green with darker green for her slit pupils and had dark pink eye shadow above them. She had long waving ginger hair with bangs that framed her wondrous face. And she had a gold band on the near end of her tail, which also had a dark brown tip. The same dark brown on each side of her muzzle that pointed like arrows, thought only stayed on the upper half of her mouth.

"Hello your majesties," said the feline who bowed while a smile "I am Catrina of Abyssinia, and this is my friend, who likes to be called Ahuizotl." that would be like Noche naming himself Umbrum. He waved a hoof, letting them proceed "We are travellers, here to see what Shadowlogia has to offer our dear kingdom. The Queen herself asked me to come." he rose a brow, not believing her. Then again, Shadowlogia's allies were dumb enough to come without guards, why not send two like these?

"I am Queen Armadura, and this is my father in law, Noche De Neón, King of the Mountain." Catrina rose her own brow, curious as to why she specified 'in law'? "My husband was harmed during the storm the other week... I am terribly sorry, but we cannot aid your country until he is well again. I have no power over the country yet, thus the need for the King's father." Ahuizotl just shrugged, looking right up at the colourful king. He was very shiny and rainbowy. He'd make a good toy.

"A shame really," Ahuizotl said, his handed tail curled and scratching his chin "Well, we came all this way... It's just our country is in a state of turmoil and needs help from the wealthy Shadowlogia." they needed allies, who better than the Umbrum? The ones that controlled everything and had the power over the sun, moon and connection with the gods themselves "We're dying. We've lost a third of our population already, that includes EVERYTHING, not just my kind or hers."

"We are indeed in trouble, we need as much help we we can get," Catrina smiled, her charms not working on the stern King of the Mountain. A shame he was so immune to her, normally males loved her. Umbrum were obviously different "What is the worst that could happen dear majesties?"

The King of the Draconeqi, Gekidō, scowled at the sky. Something was amiss, something was wrong. He'd been given the letter about Medianoche, and his best mages were doing all they could to try and control the unwielded chaos energy in the sky. He sighed, leaving his throne. It was a giant tree, the beast branch that curved to the middle being perfect for him to sleep and lay on. Them being tree preferring creatures and all. He let out a loud roar, calling for his guard captains to come. He was going to send his very best to Shadowlogia to try and help with things. It was the least he could do. Sakura might do the same, so that was something to bring up later.

He was met with six of his best. Guard Captain 混乱 Konran, 不和 Fuwa, 狡猾な Kōkatsuna, 違法 Ihō, ロキ Roki and 悲しみKanashimi. All of them were in the golden armour of the royal guard. It was designed to make them all look the same, but on the armour plates at the chests had their names written in Drapanese. Only someone who could read Drapanese would know the difference. It was for their protection. They could see each other as if they didn't wear the armour, but to others they looked like clones. King Gekidō was keeping an eye on Fuwa and Kōkatsuna, they both had red lung dragon tails, meaning that when they reached adulthood, they'd become fellow Titan Tails. Only Konran was an adult, the others not yet adults. They were barely teenagers by Draconequus standards, but they were still the best guards he had. In all his years, he had yet to meet more talented youths and these five cubs.

"You five must be wondering why i have called you here," Gekidō said, looking down at their reactions at the use of Equestrian. They had all been taught the language of that land, but unfortunately they weren't as good as he was. He stood before them, eyeing Fuwa and Kōkatsuna harshly "The Chaos energy in Shadowlogia is out of control, our mages can do little here, so i'm sending you six there. You can balance out the unstable magic, and protect Ouroboros. Their king was harmed by the volatile magic there. Kanashimi, you have a talent in healing magic, yes?" the Draconequus nodded "I want you to heal King Medianoche, he will get an infection from the chaos magic otherwise and we will NOT lose another great leader out of Shadowlogia... Not after the loss of Cosmo."

"Is this wise?" questioned Fuwa "I'm not arguing with you our king, but uhh, who'll be protecting you? Not that you can't protect yourself, it's just that we're supposed to stay here." he was to be totally honest, new to this. He'd been a guard for a while, but hadn't actually been with the King himself before? That was reserved for Konran, their guard captain.

"I understand your troubles Fuwa but it is fine. You are very good with cubs, aren't you?" he nodded "I want you to guard the princesses Luna and Celestia, perhaps the King's niece Orgullo Oscuro as well. I've seen you with a halberd and i've seen you during the Battle of Hadesu kawa." the youngest out of the ground looked embarrassed by it. Yeah, it was pretty brutal. A female had somehow taken the magic of a male and had gone insane because of it. She had started to suck the magic out of everything she came across, and then sold her soul to become a Lich "You and Ihō were the ones who killed the lich after all." not a lot of them knew that, Konran took the credit as Fuwa and Ihō weren't exactly ready for the cheers of the public. that and they only got lucky with her.

"We understand dear King. we will be there withing three days," Konran bowed, looking up at the king who nodded and hopped back onto his perch, watching the two. Konran didn't think it was good for Fuwa and Kōkatsuna to leave Drapan, in a few thousand years Fuwa was gonna hit the Draconequus version of magical puberty, and that was going to be absolutely nuts thanks to being a Titan Tail. he'd thankfully be more manageable as he was more of a prankster.

The five youngsters followed the Guard Captain as he lead them away from the throne room, sighing as he looked right at them. those five weren't ready for something like this. yeah they were gifted, but they could barely speak Equestrian properly. Ponish was a stupid name and Draconeqi refused for it to be called that. it was run by equines, so Equestrian was a far more fitting name for their language. oh well, Konran would work with what he could get.

Ahuizotl isn't just a throw away villain like in the canon show, in this tale, he actually does shit! unfortunately, his describe is too difficult for me to describe, so i had to nick it from the MLP Friend Ship is Magic WIKI. sorry.
And Catrina is also here! she's also going to play a big part. nearly all villains from Gen 1 are coming back from the dead! which ones? read on to find out!

Catrina will be voiced by Scarlett Johansson, and Ahuizotl will keep his original voice actor.
