King Medianoche raises Luna and Celestia after their mother abandoned them, and thus, the tale begins. from the story of Sombra, Chrysalis and Grover to Discord. this tale tells the true history of Equestria that has been hidden for too long.

King Medianoche discovers that Faust has abandoned her daughters Celestia and Luna, so he takes it upon himself for him and his wife to care for them. but with the passing of her father Cosmo Skies, Celestia is reluctant to accept the King as her parental guardian. we meet Medianoche's student Starswirl, who manages to befriend the young filly, and she's taught how to be a princess. as the ponies need a pony to lead them.

This is the tale of how Equestria came to be what it is now, how Celestia became the lovable princess we all know. it tells the fall of Amore, the imprisonment of the Umbrum, fallout of brothers Tirek and Scorpan, and the story of Sombra De Obsidiana, Chrysalis and Grover. even the corruption of Luna and the truth behind the Draconequus Discord.
