Earth – Mexico City Hospital
The massive hospital loomed over them like a rotting corpse, its broken windows and bloodstained walls whispering of horrors long past.
Dan adjusted his flamethrower strap, staring at the darkened entrance. “This place gives me the creeps.”
Trixie shivered. “Trixie does not want to be here.”
Sam checked his rifle, exhaling. “If Tsunami was here, we need to know where he went.”
Pops, chewing a Snowball, shrugged. “Then let’s not waste time standin’ around.”
With weapons raised, they stepped inside.
The Search Begins
The hospital halls were eerily silent, the scent of decay and death thick in the air.
Bloodstained stretchers and overturned gurneys lined the corridors, the walls peppered with bullet holes.
Dan knelt near a pile of shell casings, recognizing the markings on them.
“.45 caliber,” he muttered.
Sam smirked. “Tsunami’s favorite.”
Starlight examined a half-burnt cigarette lying near the front desk. “He was definitely here.”
Trixie poked at a corpse wearing military gear, wrinkling her nose. “But where is he now?”
Then—Sam saw it.
A bloody handprint, smeared across a wall—leading toward the stairwell.
Dan stood up, gripping his flamethrower tighter.
“Upstairs.”
The Rooftop Revelation
The gang climbed the emergency stairwell, their footsteps echoing in the silent halls.
At the rooftop exit, Dan pushed the door open—and what they saw made his heart race.
Cigarette butts. Dozens of them.
Scattered near the helipad.
Pops whistled, stepping forward. “Well, damn. This is definitely his mess.”
Sam scanned the area. No bodies. No wreckage.
Just blackened tire marks where a helicopter had taken off recently.
Dan clenched his fists.
“Tsunami got out.”
Starlight exhaled. “So he’s alive.”
Trixie raised an eyebrow. “But where did he go?”
Pops, grinning, pointed toward the north.
“Well, considerin’ our mystery Apache pilot flew off in that direction… I’d bet my last Snowball he’s at the military base.”
Dan smirked. “Then that’s where we’re headed.”
Sam adjusted his rifle. “Let’s grab what we can and roll.”
Looting the Hospital – Pops Strikes Gold
Before leaving, Pops had an idea.
He stepped into the maintenance office, rummaging through scattered keys until he found what he was looking for.
The vending machine master key.
Dan raised an eyebrow. “Really?”
Pops grinned, dangling the keys. “Boy, you’d be amazed at what people leave behind.”
Over the next twenty minutes, Pops went on a looting spree, unlocking every vending machine in the hospital, stuffing the RV with:
Energy drinks
Chips & candy bars
Bottled water
Packaged sandwiches
Dan, watching the pile of snacks grow, muttered, “We came here looking for Tsunami, and instead, we’re leaving with a gas station’s worth of junk food.”
Pops bit into a chocolate bar, grinning. “Ain’t complainin’, are ya?”
Dan sighed. “...No. No, I’m not.”
Sam, already heading toward the exit, smirked. “Alright, pack it up. We’ve got a pilot to find.”
Dan cracked his knuckles. “And if anyone gets in our way—”
Trixie smirked. “We burn them?”
Dan grinned.
“Damn right.”
With their supplies stocked and their next destination clear, the gang loaded into the RV, revving the engine.
They had one last stop.
And Tsunami was waiting for them.
Meanwhile, in Equestria…
The enchanted mirror flickered, showing the gang’s discovery.
Twilight grinned. “Tsunami is alive!”
Rainbow Dash pumped her hoof. “Now they just have to find him!”
Applejack nodded. “Hope he’s still kickin’ when they get there.”
Celestia’s eyes narrowed, watching the RV speed toward the military base.
Something was waiting for them.
And this battle wasn’t over yet.
To Be Continued…
