Chapter 36: GOOD ENDING – Part 1

Earth – The Turning Point

The battlefield was a war zone of fire, smoke, and death.

The Titan, once towering over the ruins of Mexico City, had been severely damaged—its grotesque, shifting mass torn apart by relentless gunfire, explosions, and magic.

Yet, despite everything, it refused to die.

Dan, panting, checked his ammo—nothing left.

His flamethrower? Out of fuel.

His grenades? Gone.

The Titan was still moving, still regenerating, still adapting.

He knew what was coming.

And so, with shaking hands, he pulled out a scrap of paper, scrawled down a final plea, and threw it into the shimmering mirror behind them.

It vanished into Equestria.

A prayer. A last hope.

Then, Dan turned back to the fight.

“WE’RE NOT DONE YET!”

The Fight Starts to Go South

Tsunami, high above in his Apache, unleashed his last missile, watching as it detonated against the Titan’s core.

The explosion sent chunks of rotting flesh flying—but when the smoke cleared, the undead horror was still standing.

Then—his dashboard blared with warnings.

⚠️ AMMO DEPLETED. RETURN TO BASE. ⚠️

Tsunami slammed a fist against the console. “DAMN IT, I’M OUT!”

On the ground, Pops fired his final shotgun shell, reloading nothing but air.

“…Well, shit.”

Lomo, her combat suit flickering, felt her power levels drop further.

🔋 POWER AT 25%

Her breathing was ragged. Her body ached.

But then—

Her eyes widened.

Wait.

She had a spare battery pack.

Her fingers fumbled with the latch, sweat dripping down her forehead.

“Gotta… make this one count.”

Lomo’s Final Gambit

Using the last of her power, Lomo’s suit surged with energy, her plasma weapons glowing white-hot.

With a final, desperate attack, she unleashed a full-force blast, her cannons vaporizing half the Titan’s mass in one, devastating strike.

The monstrosity screeched, its twisted body shrinking, melting away until only a creature the size of a T-Rex remained.

For a moment, they thought it was over.

Then—

The Titan’s flesh hardened, forming a rock-like armored shell.

Its eyes flickered—not with rage, but with evolution.

Dan cursed. “Oh, come ON!”

Lomo’s HUD blared warnings.

🔋 POWER AT 5%

Her thrusters sputtered.

Her vision blurred.

She was exhausted.

And then—her suit went dark.

Power drained.

Lomo crashed to the ground, panting, struggling to move.

The Titan stepped forward, its newly armored form unbreakable.

Dan’s heart pounded.

No.

He wasn’t letting it end like this.

The Chili Can Lifeline

Dan sprinted to the RV, rummaging through what little food they had left.

Then—he found it.

A single can of chili.

Dan grabbed it, ran back, and hurled it toward Lomo.

She barely caught it, blinking in confusion.

“…Seriously?”

Dan grinned. “CHUG IT, YOU BADASS NERD!”

Lomo groaned but didn’t hesitate.

She popped the lid and downed the entire thing in seconds, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand.

Sam blinked. “That was disturbing.”

Pops laughed. “Girl’s got guts, I’ll give her that.”

Then—Lomo slammed in the spare battery pack.

Her suit rebooted instantly.

Power surged through her limbs, her HUD lighting back up.

Her engines roared to life, her plasma cannons glowing white-hot once more.

Lomo grinned.

“Alright. Round two, you ugly bastard.”

The Final Push Begins

The Titan roared, its rock-like armor gleaming under the fire-lit sky.

But the gang was far from done.

Sam, gripping his knife, smirked. “Let’s finish this.”

Trixie stood beside him, her horn sparking with renewed magic.

Pops reloaded one last clip, cracking his neck. “Back in the saddle.”

Tsunami, hovering in his Apache, grinned. “LET’S TEACH THIS THING SOME RESPECT.”

Dan, gripping his combat axe, smirked at Trixie.

“You still hate me?”

Trixie blushed, rolling her eyes. “Less talking. More fighting.”

Lomo, floating above them all, her weapons charged to max, smirked.

“Let’s end this nightmare.”

The Titan charged, its final form ready to strike.

And the last great battle for survival was about to reach its climax.

Meanwhile, in Equestria…

The enchanted mirror shimmered, Twilight reading Dan’s letter with wide eyes.

Rainbow Dash hovered over her shoulder. “Well?! What do we do?!”

Celestia’s horn flared with golden light.

“We go to them.”

Twilight nodded, her wings flaring.

“EVERYPONY, GET READY!”

The mirror’s glow intensified, the portal widening.

Pinkie Pie whispered, “Please… let us be in time.”

Then—

The ponies leapt into the portal, heading for the final battle.
