Chapters All My Friends are Heathens
Narrator's POV.
I finally was able to feel my strength return to me. My head throbbed and my body ached. I felt like I have fallen down a flight of stairs and onto a concrete road.
Speaking of concrete, a nasty odor of damp concrete, dried blood and rust entered my nostrils. The putrid smell made me feel nauseous, but I was able to keep myself composed.
Along with the nasty scent of death, I could hear something calling my name. It was blurred, but it started to clear.
"Ellie! Ellie, wake up! Something's wrong!"
I managed to open my hazel, near green eyes with a small groan, and looked to my right.
It was my younger, Unicorn sister, Samantha. Her blonde mane was tangled and covered in dirt. Same as her light blue fur coat and white forearms, socks and underbelly. Her dark purple, cloven hooves were covered in dirt and dust, from the dirt roads we were walking down, before we blacked out and ended up in this cold place.
But that's not the worst of it.
Sam was strapped to a wooden operating table and stripped naked. She had a strange ring on her horn. I had to look away before a blush appeared across my freckled muzzle.
Suddenly, I noticed I couldn't move either. Well... I could move my head, wings and tail, but not my entire body. I looked around to find myself strapped to a damp, wooden operating table, and stripped naked as well. Embarrassment warmed up my face red, as the cold air breezed through my ravenette fur coat and pastel green wings.
I blinked and looked around our location. Accompanying the odor of blood, rust and damp concrete, all I could see was blurs of grey, red and black. I blinked again, but my vision got worse.
"Sam, have you seen my glasses? " I asked my sister, as I resumed blinking, as if I was going blind, which I was, "I can't see without them."
"Oh, I thought these just made you look smart." A familiar voice spoke from in front of me.
I felt a pair of hands place something over my muzzle. I blinked and my vision began to clear and crisp.
"Better?" The voice asked.
I followed the voice and found it came from a certain Pink Party Pony with light blue eyes. The Element of Laughter herself.
"Pinkie?" Sam recognised, struggling against the leather straps around her wrists, hooves and waist, "Please, get us out of this."
Pinkie shook her head, "I'm afraid I can't do that, Sammie."
"What's going on?" I asked with narrow eyes.
Pinkie pointed at me and smiled, "That's the question!" Then she asked, "You see, Nellie, I drew double-numbers this week and what's better than the Thestral and her Unicorn sister?"
"Numbers for what?" I asked, then glared at the pink pony, "And I am not a Thestral!"
Pinkie Pie just shrugged, "Poh-teh-toh. Poh-tah-toh."
"Answer the question, Pinkie!" I shouted.
Pinkie waved her hands, "I was getting to that." Then she grinned like a Cheshire cat, "For my newest batch of cupcakes."
"What?!" Sam exclaimed.
Pinkie walked over to a light switch and flipped it up. A sharp light blinded me and my sister. Sam and I closed our eyes and looked away from recoil. Once our eyes adjusted, Sam and I looked back at the room and where horrified of what we saw.
A large, concrete room with a flight of stairs, leading to a wooden, pink door. A tray of cutting utensils on a wooden table, on the far left. Along with other equipment. The room looked like a party room, but the decorations weren't what they appeared to be.
Chairs and tables made from human and pony bones. Streamers and balloons of gall bladders and intestines covered in dried blood, slowly decaying.
And a banner hanging across the wall in front of us. The letters were written in dried blood. As well as decorated with blood stains and splatters.
'LIFE IS A PARTY'
Sam looked like she was going to faint from horror and shock. But something about this whole thing made sense. All the ponies that have been reported missing. They were never missing. We ate them. Pinkie's secret recipe to her pastries. We were the secret.
A giggle started to escape my throat, slowly growing into a laugh. My laugh echoed around the room, it alarmed Pinkie and Sam.
"What's so funny?" Sam asked me, "Pinkie is going to kill us!!"
"That's what's so funny, Sam." I giggled, "Everything finally makes sense to me. Where all the missing Ponies have gone. This is madness! And I love it!"
Pinkie smiled at me, "Hey! That's what I've been thinking every time I draw a number. Madness is fun!" Then she thought for a second, "Tell you what, Ellie. I'm gonna let you live, on one condition."
"Name it." I answered.
"You work with me and your first victim is your own sister." She told me.
"Wait, what? No! You can't turned me into pastries! I'm too young to die!" Sam exclaimed and pleaded.
I thought about the offer. Memories hit me on how Sam was being a jerk, even to her own family.
She left Applejack alone to do Apple Bucking Season, leaving her sleep-deprived and not bothering to ask for help. I know AJ can be stubborn as Shimmer, but that was just unhealthy.
During the dragon emergency, Sam yelled and teased Fluttershy over her fear of dragons. Not cool and not fair. We don't make fun over her fear of heights, so don't make fun of other's sensitive nature!
Sam even pulled mean pranks on Rarity. Have Opal shred her most valuable fabrics. Shrink-wash one of her unique dresses. The list goes on.
During the Best Flier Competition, Sam used her magic to sabotage Rainbow Dash's performance.
Lied to Pinkie Pie on her birthday, about us planning to cast her out as our friend and replacing her, and even threatened to send the Pink Party Pony to the Mirror Pool.
Not to mention that she teased and tormented Twilight during her breakdown, and made her act even worse than she already acted.
It's settled. Sam deserves to die for what she's done.
I smiled at Pinkie and shook her hand, "It's a deal."
Sam looked at me with wide eyes, "What? But we're siblings! How could you say yes?"
I looked at my sister with a harsh frown, "Because you've been nothing but a jerk to our friends and have never paid the price for it. Now, the time has come to pay for your actions."
Pinkie smiled at me and released me from my restraints. I landed softly, thanks to my wings, then turned to my sister, who hanged on the table.
"Now, how to we start this off?" I asked the professional Pink Pony.
Pinkie giggled, "We start with the Cutie Mark, of course." She handed me a sharp and clean scalpel, "And since this your first, I'll let you keep your first Cutie Marks."
I bowed, "Thank you, Pinkie."
Without a moment's hesitation, I took the scalpel and placed my left hand over Sam's Cutie Mark of an apple with a lily laying next to it.
I heard Sam gasp and felt heat travel across her body, "Please don't do this, Ellie. I-I'll make it up to you."
With my right hand, I traced the scalpel around my hand. Sam gritted her teeth, trying to holding her screams.
With the tracing finished, I used the scalpel to gently remove the hide from the flesh. Sam screamed in pain, with tears welling up in her eyes. Pinkie quickly picked up a syringe with a clear fluid and injected the fluid into Sam's waist. The blood from the wound absorbed into the exposed muscle.
"Wh-What was that?" Sam asked, as she opened her eyes looked at the wound. Tears ran down her face, darkening the fur on her cheeks.
"An agent to stop the bleeding." I recognised, "Saves a bundle on towels." I smiled at the bubble gum pony, "Clever, Pinkie."
"Thanks." Pinkie beamed.
I repeated my actions with the other Cutie Mark. Sam had no time to hold her breath. She screamed loudly into the room the cellar, Causing Pinkie to cover her ears. Fresh tears ran down her face. I removed the hide and put the Cutie Marks on a tray.
Pinkie clapped her hands and jumped for joy, "Well done, Nellie. You've earned your first Cutie Marks." Then she tilted her head at me, "It appears you're a natural. Have you done this before?"
I smiled and pointed to my muzzle. Pinkie giggled and put her finger over her mouth.
"Please... Please stop. I can't take this." Sam pleaded in sobs.
"Keep screaming, Sammie." Pinkie answered, "Nopony will hear you."
I turned to the Cutie Marks to admire my work so far. That was when I found a piece of flesh clinging onto the second Cutie Mark.
I removed the flesh from the hide and placed it in my mouth. Sam looked away and closed her eyes in disgust. I chewed on the meat for three seconds, but spat it into my hand and placed it in a napkin, "Disgusting..."
"What's wrong, Nellie? Too sweet?" Pinkie asked me in concern.
I shook my head, "Too bitter." I put the napkin on a nearby dustbin.
Pinkie regained her smile, "Oh, we can fix that." Then asked me, "Honey or sugar?"
I rubbed my chin in thought. Sugar is a good way to get sweetness into the meat. But honey is a natural sweetener and crystallises. I wanted to make this hurt.
"Honey." I answered.
Sam's eyes widen. Pinkie clapped her hand with a smile and made her way up the stairs, where I was able to catch a whiff of backing and frosting when she opened the door.
We're in SugarCube Corner's cellar!
I shook my head to clear the thoughts from my head and used the scalpel to create some symmetrical incisions into Sam's body.
"Ellie, please." Sam begged, "Now's our chance to escape. Get me down and we can alarm the authorities of Pinkie's crimes."
I glared at my jerk of a sister, "And let you take all of the glory, while I sit in your shadow? Or let you bully me, because I'm different? No, thank you."
"I don't bully you all the time." Sam protested, "I stuck up for you when that colt called you 'Evergreen'."
That memory struck a bad nerve. I remember that day like it happened just yesterday.
It was during our fillyhood in the Griffish Isles. We were only starting Elementary school and a young colt, named Shortbread, bullied me because of my pastel green mane and tail. He called me 'Evergreen'.
What was worse was that he was in my class and kept calling me Evergreen until he moved to Canterlot.
Why did it strike a nerve? Sam wasn't there when I needed her. She laughed and called me something else, when I told our mother about what he said.
Sam called me 'Shamrock'. Because, along with my green scheme, I spoke with an Irish accent. I still do today.
Angry, I poked my index finger and middle finger into the incision I made over my sister's heart. Sam wailed similar to a banshee.
"You feel that, Samantha Ellis Pie?" I asked my screaming sister, "That's the pain I've been feeling all my life. You were the favorite, cause you showed traits of the family. Not me! A Bat Pony that is mistaken for a Thestal! You called me Shamrock, because you thought it was funnier than Evergreen!"
I dug deeper into the wound, "Well let me tell you something, it fucking hurts! My friends avoided me, like I was actually death. My friends never spoke to me. Our parents never came near me, because you told them I was something I wasn't. I was alone. I was isolated. And what did you do? Stood there and laughed at my misery."
"It... It was... Just a joke..." Sam sobbed, as the pain intensified in her tearing eyes.
"Bullshit..." I growled, "You've always hated me. You were the favorite at home, but I was the favorite at school. I was the teacher's pet. I had friends. All because I behaved and treated everypony like I would treat myself. You were jealous of me, because you had no friends."
Sam started laughing and spat me in the face, "You're right. I was jealous. Because a Thestal had more friends than me. A freak had more friends that me. Shortbread was my only friend, until he moved to Canterlot. He never wrote to me since." Then she smirked and glared at me, "And you know what? If I survive this, I'll do it again! Thestral!! Evergreen!!Shamrock!!!"
Angry, I stabbed the scalpel into Sam's uterus. Good thing the serum was still in effect, otherwise Sam would have bled out and died from blood loss.
Sam screamed in pain and cried. "Selfish, heartless, bitch... You never cared..." I hissed.
Finally, Pinkie came down, with a jar of honey and a buttering knife, "Okay. We are ready for sweetening."
"Good." I muttered in monotone.
I grabbed the knife, full of honey, and started inserting the sweet golden syrup into the incisions. Sam screamed in pain, as the blood in her veins crystallised the honey, encrusting each of the wounds with light red honey crystals. Unable to take any more punishment, Sam blacked out.
"Awww... She blacked out." I cooed in a sarcastic tone.
"Wow. She must have really made you angry, Nellie." Pinkie noticed, "What did she do to you?"
"Everything." I answered with a hiss.
"Welp... Now the sweetening's finished. Let's start with the harvesting." She smiled.
"Very well." I nodded.
Pinkie grabbed a bucket and two syringes. One with blue liquid and the second pink. She put the bucket next to me and injected the fluids into Sam's bloodstream. Sam's eyes snapped open and she gasped.
"What? What are you doing to me?" Sam asked, as her breath quickened, "I feel like I can run a marathon, but I can't feel my hooves or my arms."
Pinkie shrugged, as she pulled a lever, which moved the table horizontal, "Oh, just gave you a small adrenaline shot and a numbing agent. Don't want you to miss this little masterpiece. Ellie is quite the poet."
"Fuck that!" Sam screamed, "Get me out of these restrains now, or I'll use my magic on you!"
"Go ahead." Pinkie dared.
Sam's horn lit up in her magical, violet aura. The magic focused on the tip. The ring started glowing and ka-boom!!! The horn exploded, shattering into little pieces on the floor, like tiny glass shards. Sam gasped and looked at what was left if her horn.
"Wha- What happened?" She asked, "What was in that ring?"
"Oh. I bought that ring for a rainy day." Pinkie explained, "I bought it from my business trip to Trottingham. The ring was enchanted with an explosion spell. Too much magic and ka-boom!"
"Let's us begin the harvesting." I smiled.
With the scalpel still in my hand, I traced a large 'Y' into Sam's torso. Pinkie opened the folds, exposing oozing honey all over Sam's organs. I started digging into her organs, thinking of a good song to go with, as I pulled an organ out by every two lines and placed into the bucket.
"I call this one 'Open Your Eyes'."'It's time you learned a lesson, It's time that you understand.
Don't ever count on anybody else, In this or any other land.
I hoped you, my family, To accept me as your kind.
But those were useless wishes, Of someone who was blind.
Open Up Your Eyes, See the world from where I stand.

As I removed her heart, Sam's eyes rolled to the back of her head and her head fell back, dead.
Pinkie wiped her eyes from the tears and clapped her hands, "That was beautiful, Nellie."
*Later, That Afternoon...*
I was able to get dress in my usual attire, which consisted of a grey shirt under a pair of hooded overalls, a dark purple sash around my waist and black and green fingerless gloves. Inky Rose named this attire 'Drowned in the Night'. Which fits.
Pinkie smiled in delight and swallowed, "These cupcakes are the best, Nellie."
Apple Bloom nodded in agreement, "Yeah. Real good call on the honey. Delicious."
I smiled back, happy to find where I truly belonged in Equestria. Baking goods out of Ponies who have wronged this world.
That was the day I saw my true madness and accepted the insult of being called a Thestral.

Just a heads up.
Since this is in an alternate universe, where Ellie and Sam were born in Equestria, but were given human names.
Why I made Ellie Irish is because in reality, my family has a Gaelic background somewhere. And I love the Irish.
I made Sam a complete jerk to her friends and family.
She's not really like this in reality, she's actually very nice and generous. Also a bit sassy to boot. Hehehehe.

Eleanor's POV.
Suddenly, the doorbell rang, indicating a customer has entered the café. It was Ditzy.
Derpy Hooves, or as I call her Ditzy Doo, is a young Pegasus mare who is about two years younger than me. Grey fur coat with a near white underbelly and socks. Dark grey hooves and nails. Blonde mane and tail and golden eyes.
She wore a light grey sweater with her bra visible from the shoulders. Beige khaki pants and her Cutie Mark Patch of seven bubbles on the right side of her pants.
What made her different from the other Pegasi that I have met was her walled eyes. Don't think of me as mean. I love her eyes, and she's not as stupid as other Ponies think of her. She's actually very clever.
"Hey, Ditzy." I greeted with a smile, "How can I help you?"
"Hiya, Ellie." Ditzy smiled back, "Have you seen Pinkie? I'd like some muffins for tomorrow's lunch break."
"I'm afraid that Pinkie is occupied in the cellar." I explained with a small frowned, "And we're out of muffins too."
"Oh, that's too bad." Ditzy frowned, then regained her smile, "I guess I can ask Pinkie if she can make some." Then she walked toward the basement door.
I chased after her, "Ditzy, wait!"
However, the moment she opened the door, my hoof caught the rug. I fell into Ditzy and we both fell down the stairs.
"Ow..." I muttered under my breath.
As if by the force of the impact, the basement door closed itself. Well... This is going very well...
"Hi Pinkie!" Ditzy greeted Pinkie happily.
Pinkie Pie turned to see us at the bottom of the stairs. She looked a little nervous, but kept her composure.
"Hey Derpy." The bubble-gum Pony smiled, "Did you need something?"
"You weren't up there so I came looking for you!" Ditzy explained, "I wanted to ask if you could make some muffins!"
Pinkie looked at her next victim, Candy Mane, to see her stirring, "Well, I was planning on making cupcakes today... but..." She paused, thinking.
Like I said before, Ditzy isn't stupid, but she isn't exactly like the other Ponies. Due to her eyes, Ditzy appears to be a bit mentally challenged, but she is very sweet and childlike, nonetheless.
"Derpy..." Pinkie smiled brightly, "Wanna help me make your muffins?"
"Oh yes! Yes!" Ditzy cheered, hopping up and down.
"Okay, but you gotta promise me something." Pinkie told her.
"Anything!" The grey Pegasus replied.
"Don't tell anypony about my secret ingredient."
"What's your secret ingredient?" Ditzy asked in curiosity.
Then, as if on cue, Candy Mane became fully conscious.
Candy Mane is an Earth Pony that lived up to her name. She's Ponyville's local candy maker.
Honey golden coat with buttercream blaze and socks. Short, curly bubble-gum pink mane and tail with raspberry streaks. Matching raspberry eyes.
"W... Where am I...?" Candy Mane asked, dreary from the drugs.
Pinkie Pie led Ditzy to the table, "Well, you see, everypony in Ponyville has a number, and when that number is drawn, I go get the pony."
Candy Mane struggled against her bindings, but was listening to the conversation instead of inquiring about her capture.
"So everypony has your secret ingredient?" Ditzy asked.
"Yes." Pinkie nodded, "But we need to get it out of them first! But baking is fun, so we play a little bit before harvesting!"
"Hey, what's going on?" Candy Mane shouted, getting our attention, "Why am I tied up?" She looked down upon herself and blushed, "Why am I naked? What do you mean harvesting?!"
Pinkie giggled, unable to contain her excitement, "Candy, today is a special day for you!" Ditzy began to giggle with anticipation, excited about this new event, "You're gonna help me and Ditzy make muffins! We were gonna make cupcakes, but Derpy likes muffins better, don't you Derpy?"
"I do! I do!" Ditzy smiled, hopping again.
"How can I help if I'm tied up?" Candy Mane asked with an angry expression.
"Oh, that's the most important part!" Pinkie smiled happily, "We need you to stay still!"
Candy Mane started looking around the room and noticed the party decorations of innards, hides and even our little Rainbow Dash.
"What the hell is going on?!?" Candy screamed loudly, which made Ditzy flinch.
"Pinkie, I don't think she wants to be here." She told Pinkie, a little shaken.
"But Derpy, her number was pulled," Pinkie replied, "We have to. It'll be fun! Trust me! I've been doing this for a long time, and after this we can make your muffins!"
The smile returned to Ditzy's face, "Oh yea! Okay, I'm ready!" said Derpy as Candy Mane began to panic and struggle wildly. "What do we do?"
"Oh, hold on a second." I spoke up.
I quickly made my way to the café, locked the front door and turned the 'Open/Closed' sign to 'Closed'. Then I locked the basement door and put a rune of silence over the door. The rune glowed with a green hue, showing it was activated.
"She's a screamer." I explained.
Pinkie cleared her throat and returned to teaching Ditzy, "Well, I like to save the cutie marks, so..." She pulled a scalpel off of her metal stand that held her tools, "Watch carefully, Derpy."
Ditzy came closer, watching as Pinkie carved a circle around Candy's cutie mark. Candy screamed and cried, trying to break her bindings, but it was no use. Then Pinkie Pie dug the scalpel under the skin to slice the Cutie Mark away from the muscle.
"See?" Pinkie asked, holding up the patch of skin in front of Ditzy.
"Can I do the next one?" The grey Pegasus asked.
"Of course!" Pinkie nodded, delighted, "But be careful not to cut yourself Derpy, and try not to cut the cutie mark. We want it to still be nice and pretty."
Ditzy took the scalpel and held it up to Candy Mane's other flank.
"No, Derpy please, no!" Candy Mane begged, sobbing.
Ditzy shakenly pierced Candy's hide and carved a very messy circle around the mark. It did the job, though. Pinkie and I clapped our hands together, cheering.
"You got your first cutie mark!" Pinkie cheered, "You can keep it if you want!"
"Well done, Ditzy." I clapped.
"Really? No fooling?" Ditzy asked, smiling broadly. She tucked the cutie mark into her pocket for safe keeping, "Now what do we do?"
"Now we have some fun!" Pinkie answered, "We can do anything we want to her. What do you think we should do, Derpy?"
Ditzy thought for a moment, and then gave a great hop, "Can we take away her legs?"
Candy wailed again, trying to call for help as tears ran down her face.
Pinkie Pie smiled with glee, "Yes! That's a great idea!"
Pinkie Pie grabbed her hacksaw, which was still stained with Rainbow Dash's blood.
"Hey Derpy, maybe you can answer this. Why do they call it a hacksaw if it doesn't hack?" Pinkie asked Ditzy.
"Um..." Ditzy started. She looked at me, but I shrugged, "Maybe... maybe you can also hack with it!"
Pinkie laughed, "I never thought of that!" Then handed the saw to her, "Wanna give it a try?"
Ditzy took the hacksaw and skipped closer to Candy Mane.
"Listen, Derpy..." Candy pleaded, "Killing ponies isn't good! It's bad! Please don't hurt me anymore!"
"But we need the special ingredient or else Pinkie Pie's muffins won't be as tasty!" Ditzy chirped.
She leveled the hacksaw right above Candy's left knee, then pulled back her arm, and swung the saw. It broke the skin just a bit, and Candy Mane screamed again.
"Keep trying, Derpy!" Pinkie Pie encouraged.
Ditzy began to hack at Candy's leg violently with all of her strength. Over the Earth pony's screeches, Ditzy was laughing giddily.
"This is fun!" She laughed. However, when she got to the bone, she couldn't hack anymore, "Pinkie Pie, it won't go through!"
"We might have to actually use the saw part now," Pinkie replied.
"Please stop! Please stop!!" Candy Mane bellowed.
Ditzy began sawing through the bone, and Candy Mane's eyes widened, the excruciating pain overwhelming her.
"Oh no," Pinkie gasped, "I think she's about to faint."
Ditzy sawed her way through the bone, and the severed leg lay limp, still strapped to the table. Candy was hyperventilating now.
"Here, let me do the other one." Pinkie offered.
Ditzy handed the hacksaw to Pinkie, and she made quick work of Candy's other leg. She was feeling dizzy, her vision swimming.
"Pinkie, I think she's sleepy." Ditzy noticed.
Pinkie Pie pulled the detached legs from the straps and threw them aside.
"I can fix that!" Pinkie Pie jabbed a needle into Candy Mane and injected a shot of adrenaline into her.
Candy gasped fully awake, breathing hard and continuing to sob.
"Pinkie, please..." She pleaded weakly.
"Derpy, wanna see what an eyeball feels like?" Pinkie asked.
Ditzy nodded excitedly. Pinkie pie took her scalpel again, along with a spoon, and got closer to Candy Mane's face.
Candy begged, "No, please NO!"
With another blood curdling scream, Pinkie used the scalpel cut the membrane holding her eye in her socket. She then took the spoon and carefully scooped out the slimy ball, slicing the optic nerve. She brought the bloody eyeball to Ditzy, who nudged it onto her nose, smiling.
"Ew! It's all gooey!" Ditzy giggled, "Can I play with the other one?"
"No, we want Candy to see everything until she has to go," Pinkie replied.
"Okay!" She dropped the eyeball to the floor, rolling it with her hoof before stomping on it with a cry of joy.
We've added another Pony to the madness, Pinkie.
Pinkie Pie took one of her knives and set it in a pot of burning coal that was heating up some nails.
"We're going to heat this knife up," Pinkie Pie explained to Ditzy, "And then it will be hot enough to make marks on her hide. Do you like drawing, Derpy?"
"Yea! Yea!" Ditzy replied, using her wings to hop very high, then trotted up next to Pinkie.
Candy Mane wasn't screaming or struggling anymore, just simply sobbing, her empty eye-socket spilling blood infused tears. After a few moments, Pinkie Pie handed Ditzy the hot knife.
"Careful, it's hot!" Pinkie warned the Pegasus mare.
"I know exactly what to draw!" Ditzy smiled, and touched the tip of the tool to Candy's chest.
Candy tried screaming, but her voice was hoarse and cracked when she tried to make a sound. Ditzy took her time drawing her masterpiece, and even had to reheat the knife a couple times. When she was done, it was a two pointy ponies. One with curly hair and the other with bat wings.
"Aw, is that us, Ditzy?" I asked.
"Yea!" Ditzy nodded, "Cause you two are my bestest friend!"
Pinkie's lip trembled, and she hugged Ditzy tightly. I joined it into a group hug with tears welling up in my eyes. She really was such a sweet pony.
"Okay Derpy, I know we haven't played for very long, but I bet you want your muffins, huh?" Pinkie asked.
"Yea!" Ditzy replied, as I let the two Ponies go.
Pinkie handed Ditzy the scalpel once more, and then traced a line on Candy Mane's abdomen with her finger, showing where to cut.
"You're going to cut her open, but first I'm going to numb her." Pinkie Pie explained, and she gave Candy another shot of liquid.
After a few minutes, Pinkie gave the okay to Ditzy, who began carefully cutting open Candy Mane's belly. Her hands were shaky, but she bit her tongue with concentration as she tried to keep the scalpel steady. Candy Mane watched in horror. She couldn't feel it, but it made her sick to see he own body being cut open.
"Now what?" Ditzy asked Pinkie.
"Now, start pulling out whatever squishy thing you see and toss it into this bucket!" Pinkie replied, "I usually try to make jokes to entertain our guest, but you can do whatever you want!"
Ditzy smiled and chose an organ. It was Candy's liver. Derpy tugged hard, finally managing to rip it away, then held it up for Candy Mane to see.
"Look, Candy! It's a Lively Liver!" She smiled, and Pinkie and I giggled. Then Ditzy pulled out the kidney, "Kind Kidney loves to go with Lively Liver to her house and play!" She tossed the two organs into the bucket, "But Sad Stomach is very sad because he never gets invited. But it's okay, cause Bad Bladder will go with him to crash the party! Playful Pancreas hears their plan and tries to stop them with the help of Silly Spleen, and they go to warn the others. The Intestine Twins go over too to try and bring peace to them! They don't like fighting. Then Laughing Lungs comes over to see what all the fuss is about! Sad Stomach and Bad Bladder argue with everyone until they get a call from Helpful Heart..." Ditzy grabs the still beating heart, but doesn't pull it out yet, "She says, 'Don't fight! We should all be friends and play nicely together!' And then everyone makes up and has a good time..." She pulled the heart out, and Candy slowly began to fade. "The end!"
"One of the best stories I've ever heard." I clapped.
"Now what?" Ditzy asked.
"Now we gotta skin her and pull her bones apart." Pinkie replied, "It gets a little annoying, but it feels great when we're finally done!"
Together Pinkie, Ditzy and I began cutting up the remains of Candy Mane.
*Later, that afternoon...*
"Wow, Ms. Pinkie!" Apple Bloom smiled, taking a warm, fluffy muffin. "These look great!"
We started eating the muffins, and Ditzy giggled. They were fluffy, full of flavor and all-in-all delicious.
"How are they, Derpy?" Pinkie Pie asked.
"They are great! Better than any muffin ever!" Ditzy exclaimed, "Can I help you bake more often?"
"Of course!" Pinkie nodded with a smile.
"Just be sure to keep our special ingredient secret," Apple Bloom reminded.
"Okay!" Ditzy nodded, and she helped herself to another muffin.

Eleanor's POV.
Pinkie Pie and I were in the kitchen of SugarCube Corner, starting the baking for Ditzy and Roseluck. But, I felt something wrong in the air. The air had a cool breeze in it. That's not right. It's summer...
Suddenly, Pinkie and I heard Ditzy's voice scream loudly, "Pinkie Pie!!"
Pinkie Pie and I suddenly ran down the stairs, to the basement. Pinkie's and my eyes widen with worry. Ditzy was sitting on the ground, hugging her knees close to her chest. Her face was in her knees, sobbing. Her wings wrapped around her.
"Derpy/Ditzy!" Pinkie and I exclaimed, running to the Pegasus and kneeling down to her level.
Ditzy looked up to us. Her crossed golden eyes tried to focus on Pinkie as they swam with tears.
"Derpy, what happened?" Pinkie asked.
"I..." Ditzy gasped, sobbing. "I... D-did... It... Wr-wrong...! I m-messed up!!"
Pinkie Pie turned to see that on Roseluck's right Cutie Mark, the incision was cut into the stem of the rose. An honest and easy mistake.
Pinkie and I smiled and Pinkie faced Derpy again, stroking blonde her mane, "It's fine, Derpy!" She cooed, "It's your first time! No one's perfect!"
"B-but I w-wanted to d-do it on m-m-my own this t-time!!" Ditzy cried.
"Nellie and I'll help you today and you can take another shot at it next time." Pinkie Pie assured soothingly, "Is that okay?"
Ditzy wiped her eyes and nodded, giving a weak smile. I smiled and moved her bangs away from her cute, fuzzy face. Ditzy gave me a small smile.
"Pinkie Pie!? Eleanor!?" We heard Roseluck's voice from the back wall, "What are you two doing?! Why are you teaching her these things? She doesn't know right from wrong, she's too stupid to know what she's doing!"
Pinkie's expression became mutinous, and I lowered my head to the point that my bangs covered my eyes. Pinkie stood up, but I walked over to the gardener Earth Pony. With a swift motion, I grabbed Roseluck's Cutie Mark and ripped the mark clean off. Roseluck shrieked in pain, looking down at her bleeding flank.
"Don't you dare call my Ditzy stupid..." I hissed calmly and low-toned, "She's proven to be smarter than you."
"She also said I was a... 'Retard'." Ditzy added with an angry pout.
Pinkie gasped and punched Roseluck across the face with her powerful right fist, giving her a black eye.
"HOW DARE YOU!!" Pinkie bellowed in her high pitched voice. She ran to the bottom of the stairs and called up, "Apple Bloom! APPLE BLOOM!!!" The door opened again and the little filly came jumping down the steps.
"What's wrong? What happened?" Apple Bloom asked in an urgent tone.
Pinkie Pie's murderous glare moved to Roseluck, "Roseluck called Derpy a retard." You can taste the acid in her tone.
Apple Bloom gritted her teeth as she slowly approached the trapped pony, "Well that wasn't very nice..."
"Apple Bloom?!" Roseluck exclaimed, "You're part of this too?!?"
"Of course I am!" Apple Bloom answered happily, "I've gotta earn my cutie mark some how!" Roseluck started crying, and Apple Bloom took a look at Derpy's tools, "We need to punish you for hurting our sweet Derpy." She chose a small hand axe and held it up, ready to swing--
"Wait!" Ditzy called. Pinkie, Apple Bloom and I turned to her. Ditzy stood up and slowly walked to Apple Bloom, taking the axe from her. She turned to face Roseluck, "I'm going to do this on my own like I said I was."
"D-Derpy!" Roseluck sobbed, as Apple Bloom and Pinkie Pie cheered, "Please, you don't know what you're doing!"
"I know just what I'm doing!" Ditzy screamed angrily, "I may not understand so good, and I may not talk so good, but I do know that I am going to chop you into bits and make you into muffins." She gave an evil grin and narrowed her crossed eyes, "Didn't I tell I love muffins?"
"You're going to kill me!" Roseluck cried, struggling violently.
"Yup." Ditzy nodded.
She swung the axe, chopping off her left arm. Roseluck screamed even more as Apple Bloom rushed forward with a bucket to catch the blood.
"I'M NOT STUPID!"
Ditzy swung again and chopped off Roseluck's right ear.
"I'M NOT A RETARD!!"
Ditzy threw the axe to the floor, breathing hard and grabbing her scalpel again. She skipped over to Roseluck's other Cutie Mark and managed to carve a rather neat circle around the rose. Roseluck was breathing heavily, sobbing still, her voice hoarse from screaming.
"Alright, Derpy!" Pinkie Pie cheered, "That was a perfect cutie mark cutting!"
Ditzy smiled and nodded, "Thanks Pinkie! I'm glad to do good! I'm not nervish anymore!"
She gave a small dance, her hooves clacking on the cement floor. Then she suddenly slashed a deep cut into Roseluck's chest. It started to bleed freely.
Ditzy gasped and covered her mouth, "Oh sorry! I'm so clumsy. Lemme make you better!" She took a needle and thread and started sewing the wound shut very roughly. Roseluck winced, shaking her head back and forth desperately.
"Oops! Clumsy me! I messed up." Ditzy smiled, then cut the wound again, slicing the stitches, then started sewing it back up, "Oops!" She repeated this process a few times before just giving up and jabbing the needle right into the gash, "I just don't know what went wrong!"
I supressed a giggle.
"Hey Derpy." Apple Bloom called, "I've got something special for you!" She held up a large pair of pliars, and Ditzy took them.
"What should I do?" Ditzy asked.
"Whatever you want!" Pinkie answered with a bounce.
Ditzy's evil grin returned, and she suddenly forced Roseluck's mouth open, "I wanna play dentist!"
She started ripping out Roseluck's teeth one by one with the pliars. The teeth landed on the floor with a little tink! sound. Once Ditzy was satisfied, she dropped the pliars and started chucking the teeth at Roseluck as hard as she could. They left scrapes and welts on her hide.
"Derpy..." Roseluck spoke weakly. "Please..."
Ditzy pulled a lever to rotate the chair to stand vertically. Then she turned away from Roseluck, went on all-fours and started kicking her repeatedly with her back hooves. There were cracks as ribs were broken, and large bruises began to form.
"Careful, Derpy," Pinkie chimed in, "We don't want to damage her organs too much!"
"Okie dokie lokie!" Ditzy answered with a smile, then started kicking Roseluck's legs, breaking them in several different places.
I clapped my hands and smiled. Pinkie giggled and turned to Apple Bloom.
"I'm so proud of her!" She smiled excitedly, "It's like having a little sister!"
"You sure did teach her good, Pinkie Pie!" Apple Bloom smiled back.
Finally, Ditzy ceased her kicking and stood up. Roseluck's legs resembling a couple of strangely shaped sticks. Roseluck was still crying, but didn't even bother to scream or plead; she was too weak.
"Pinkie, should I finish up?" Ditzy asked Pinkie.
"If you feel you've had your fun!" Pinkie replied.
Ditzy fluttered briefly with happiness, and then took her scalpel again. She cut two horizontal lines, one below her ribs, and one above her pelvis. Then she connected them with a vertical cut straight down the middle.
"Don't you want to numb her first?" Apple Bloom asked.
"No." Ditzy answered, opening up Roseluck's abdomen, "I want her to hurt lots. She called me stupid."
"Revenge!" sang Pinkie. "It's best served in muffins!"
Apple Bloom came forward with her bucket and held it up for Ditzy, who started pulling organs out.
"We return to the story of Lively Liver and his friends," Ditzy started her new story, pulling out the liver, "Bad Bladder and Sad Stomache form a new plan to make Lively Liver very sad." She pulled out the bladder and stomach, "They want to make Laughing Lungs think that Lively Liver stole her favorite dress! This makes Laughing Lungs not laugh so good, and Lively Liver keeps telling her that he didn't do it! Playful Pancreas knows Lively Liver wouldn't ever do such a bad thing and tries to prove that he is good. And down comes Kind Kidney to tell that Bad Bladder and Sad Stomache do bad, and all the other organs know the truth. Helpful Heart comes over to make happy again, teaching them all about friendship and honesty..." Ditzy dug out the remaining organs, including the heart, and dropped them into the bucket. As Roseluck's head lopped forward, Ditzy finished, "The end!"
"I think we've got everything we need!" Apple Bloom spoke up, holding up the bucket.
"No, we still need to skin and debone Roseluck and collect the rest of the meat." Pinkie chirped up.
"Oh yea!" Apple Bloom smiled.
"Did I do good, Pinkie Pie?" Ditzy asked nervously, bowing her head and putting her ears back. She put her hands behind her back to emphasise her nervousness.
Pinkie gave her a huge hug, nuzzling her, "You did fantast-erific!" She giggled, "I'm making you my new little sister! I love you, Derpy!"
"Yay! I have a sister!" said Ditzy, overcome with giddiness.
"Now let's get to work." Pinkie concluded, holding up a knife, "We gotta make those muffins!"

Eleanor's POV.
Today's victim was a Pegasus stallion named, Spectrum. His fur coat was a pale lavender color. Grey spiky mane and tail and emerald green eyes. His Cutie Mark was a rainbow of three colors.
I participated flight school with this stallion, until I was kicked out for being a Bat Pony.
It was nearly twenty minutes before the stallion regained consciousness. Spectrum opened his emerald eyes and gasped lightly, looking confused.
"Where am I?" he asked weakly, then looked at me, "Who are you?"
"What's the matter, Spectrum?" I asked, calmly with a small smile, "Don't remember me?"
Spectrum stared at me, I opened my wings to give him a clue.
"I... I went to flight school with you..." He answered, "They kicked you out because you were a Thestral..."
"I'm not a Thestral." I answered back, then thought back, "Well, I guess I am now."
Spectrum began to feel scared, and chose to not respond. My smile disappeared and I turned away from him, my black hooves clacking as they came in contact with the concrete floor.
"Maybe I can make you remember..." I started. I turned to Spectrum and quoted in a raspy child voice, "'Look at the Thestral'. 'Shouldn't you be collecting souls?' 'You deserve to be damned'!"
Spectrum's eyes widen in shock and his pupils shrunk, "E-Ellie!" He faked a smile, "Uh... It's... Nice to see you again..." Then he asked me, trying to flap his wings, "Could you get me out of here?"
I shook my head, walking over to the tray of knives, grabbed a scalpel and held it up to inspect it, "I'm afraid I can't do that." I turned to him, "You're no different from my sister. Always judging. Always casting down on those who don't deserve it. Ditzy, Apple Bloom, me, Dinky."
After a good inspection, I decided it was time to start. I walked toward Spectrum with the scalpel in my right hand, "Those Ponies need somepony to avenge them. And that Pony shall be a Thestral."
"No! Ellie, no! Please!" He pleaded.
I thought for a second, then shook my head, "Nah."
I adjusted my glasses and placed my hand over his right Cutie Mark. I felt his body shiver under my touch. At the corner of my eye, I noticed something poking from his sheath. I traced the scalpel over my hand and peeled the hide away from the muscle. I repeated the same thing over the left Cutie Mark and set both Marks on the nearby table.
I gave a small smile, "Now, look, Spectrum. Karma works in mysterious ways." Then I noticed from his sheath was a dark purple pole poking from his home, "Spectrum, are you going to introduce me to your little friend?"
"Ellie, please, let me go!" Spectrum huffed, his body trembling from the pain, "Just... Just let me go and I'll... I'll leave Cloudsdale! I'll move far away from Ponyville and won't ever bother you or Derpy again!"
I put my hands over my hips, "Weren't you listening to me? I told you that I can't let you go." I walk closer to him, "This isn't just for me and Ditzy. It's for all the Ponies that have been treated wrong because of being different." I pressed the scalpel to his cheek, "And now, you're gonna make delicious muffins and cupcakes for everypony to enjoy."
"You're actually going to kill me and bake me in muffins?!" Spectrum shouted, not wanting to believe his ears.
"Of course!" I smiled, as I set the scalpel on the metal side table. Next, I took hold of Pinkie Pie's favorite hacksaw and waved it in the air, testing its sharpness. It sang through the air.
I looked at the Pegasus stallion, "Thanks to you, I never learned how to fly." I raised my brow, "Are you a good flyer, Spectrum?"
"Y-y-yes..." He answered in a stutter.
I grabbed Spectrum's left wings and started sawing through it violently, splattering blood all over my face and Spectrum's cheek. He screamed in a high-pitched voice, struggling with the pain and clenching his teeth.
"Aw, you sound like a little filly!" I giggled, when I sawed the wing completely off. Then I rubbed my chin in thought, "I wonder what I'll do with your wings. I have my own. Ditzy has a pair already. But maybe Apple Bloom will want them."
I put the wing on a table, moved to his right wing and sawed it off as well. Then she set both wings aside and smiled at Spectrum. "Pride is a bad sin, Spectrum!"
"E-Eleanor..." Spectrum gasped, his face soaked in tears.
"Keep talking, my friend. Talking or singing reduces pain by at least 30 percent." I replied, examining the table of implements, debating on what to do next.
I glanced at the lavender stallion. Spectrum let out a soft, defeated wail, hanging his head. He was fading. I need to keep him awake. I noticed the hot coals Pinkie had set up, and then nodded with delight. Perfect. I took a long, thin, metal rod and set it in the coals to heat up.
I wandered around the basement, looking for something to protect myself from getting burnt. I didn't notice Spectrum lifting his head, watching me. As if luck was on my side, I was able to find some cloth and tied them around my hands. I returned to the table and grabbed two unfamiliar metal objects. They were bent at each end, so they looked like giant, dull staples.
I forced Spectrum's mouth open, and as he tried to wriggle out of my grasp, she shoved the metal things on either side of his mouth, forcing it to stay open. I grabbed a pair of plyers in one hand and finally retrieved the rod from the hot coals.
Spectrum started whimpering as I grabbed his tongue tightly with the plyers, pulling it out as far as it would go. Then I slowly, with great suspense, brought the hot rod closer and closer...
The stallion let out a high pitched scream as the white hot metal came in contact with his tongue, sizzling as it burned the flesh. I let out a maniacal laugh of enjoyment, pressing the rod against his tongue as firmly as I could. When I felt it cool down, I threw the rod away and jerked the plyers hard. There was another blood curdling scream from Spectrum as his entire tongue was ripped out. He sobbed, blood flowing from his open mouth.
"Aw... Do you want to close your mouth, Spectrum?" I asked soothingly.
Spectrum didn't answer, just continued to sob.
I smiled kindly, taking the metal things out of his mouth. I watched him with a tilt of my head, think that I'm starting to feel sorry for the guy. Maybe he's suffered enough. Maybe I should let him go. Spectrum met my eyes, spitting out blood.

I walked over to the pot of hot coals, leaned to all-fours and bucked the pot at Spectrum. He screamed as each rock collided with his body, leaving scorches of black and burned marks in his fur and skin.
I clapped my hands in enjoyment, "What lovely fireworks!"
Spectrum's puffy eyes started to close very slowly. He was beginning to fade again.
I gasped in worry, "Oh no!" I quickly grabbed a syringe filled with adreneline and injected it into Spectrum. His eyes burst open, and he gasped, coughing as he inhaled a lot of blood. I smiled in relief, "There we go! You don't wanna miss the party!"
I skipped to the little table, scanning it over and trying to decide what to use. I frowned at the tools. I was feeling really creative today. I looked around the room, brow furrowed, and ears pulled back. Then I remembered something Pinkie told me and fluttered over to a large tool box that Pinkie Pie kept in the basement. I started going through drawers to find something new.
Suddenly, I gave a girly scream, like a young filly getting the present she always wanted, picking up a spool with some shiny silver thread on it and walked over to the adrenaline-pumped stallion.
"Check it out, Spectrum!" I spoke to him, setting the spool on her table. "I just had a great idea!" I giggled and started unraveling the spool.
I noticed Spectrum watch in fear as the thread sparkled in the dim light. His eyes widen in horror. That's right. The silver thread wasn't an ordinary thread. It was twine.
I started humming Pinkie's 'Smile' song, as I cut four long pieces of twine and laid them carefully on the floor. Then I explored the vast basement again and managed to find a dusty old yoke in the corner, which I pulled back into her working area.
I began tying all four sections of twine to the yoke, but suddenly let out a quick and quiet, "Ow!"
I accidentally sliced the skin above the index finger of my left hand. I inspected the wound, and saw that it was bleeding much more than a cut that size normally would've. I licked it clean and smiled in delight.

I looked at Spectrum, "These string is quite sharp!" I smiled, "We won't have trouble playing with it!"
Once I was done tying the twine to the yoke, I started tying the other ends to Spectrum's limbs. He groaned in fear, unable to speak clearly without his tongue, and tried to evade my advances. It was no use, however, he was tied up. Soon the twine was tied to his upper arms and both his thighs.
At last, I slid the yoke under my ruby choker, around my neck and started slowly walking toward the stairs to the main floor, away from Spectrum. I looked over my shoulder at him, seeing he was wincing and struggling. I gave a small smile and a sharp tug. There was a shriek of pain from the stallion, which made my smile widen.
Spectrum's POV.
With a piercing scream of a laugh, Eleanor started running as fast as she could, the twine being pulled taut as a result. I wailed as loud as I could, as the twine began to cut into my skin, blood seeping out at a surprisingly fast rate. I yelled in pain, just wishing it'd be over. At this point, I didn't care if someone helped me or not, I just wanted it to end.
Eleanor lifted herself into the air with her wings, flying fast and tugging the twine even harder than before. My screams became hoarse as my throat burned in pain. The agony on my limbs increased as the twine started cutting into the bone. My throat burned and I threw up into my chest. It was mostly blood and bile. I closed my eyes tight, panting and writhing as I heard cracking sounds...
Eleanor's POV.
I smiled in glee, cleaning the twine and yoke, until I noticed Spectrum was about to give up. The adrenaline must be wearing off. I didn't want to waste anything, so there was only one thing I could do.
I used my wings to lift myself to his level, then I pressed my muzzle against his. Spectrum's eyes shot open and I felt him gasp in my breath.
I pried away and waved my finger at him, "Not yet, Spectrum." I looked at his lower torso and smiled, "We still need to give your friend a proper goodbye."

With that, I carried the bloody bucket up to the kitchen where Pinkie Pie and Ditzy were waiting. While Ditzy was cutting up the organs, Pinkie went down into the basement to skin and cut up Spectrum's remains. When she returned to the shop with the meat, she smiled at me.
"Wow!" She exclaimed, "You did a great job, Nellie!"
"Thanks!" I replied, "I wanted to make it extra special for him cause he was Ditzy's bestest friend at school, as well as the only Pony that was last to make fun of me. I owed him a favor..."
A Cheshire grin grew on my face. A disturbingly creepy grin played Ditzy's face, and Pinkie Pie returned it with a terrifying smile of her own. The two ponies laughed as they made the muffins, celebrating Derpy's job well done.
