Having foreseen the end of Ponykind at the hands of the Tree of Harmony itself, Starswirl cooks-up a counterattack, too bad he over-shots of a couple millenniums.
Luckily he is still in time to stop that form of Armageddon from happening again...Unfortunately Discord as well popped-up as well since his existence is needed to counterbalance the existence of the Elements of Harmony, but beggars ain't choosers so he and the others will need to find a way to talk him into helping along.
The story covers the events of the Naruto manga with the Mane 6, Luna and Celestia, Starswirl and Discord taking the place of several key characters in thier quest to stop the corrupted Tree of Harmony from destroying the human world as it did with Equestria before.
