Then one day, the Princesses decided to leave our world. I don't know why, but I do know the land fell into chaos shortly afterwards. Even Discord left us. It was 200 years ago, that our 4 Princesses left our land. They got tired of the way their ponies were acting. Since then my world fell into civil war. What once was a united country has split back into the 3 tribes. The 3 tribes have been at war since they left. Thousands of ponies have died since then. Our beautiful country now lies in ruins. The Unicorns control the sun and moon now. They attack anypony who comes through their border. The Pegasi stay in Cloudsdale, unless they need food and supplies. Then they come down and raid it, while killing anypony that gets in their way. The Earth ponies have many villages spread throughout Equestria. The only place that stayed neutral is the Crystal Empire. They stay to themselves, and have been at peace with the other nations. My name is, Lucky Rose. I'm the last Alicorn in Equestria. I was born as a gift from the gods to bring back peace and our Princesses. I have no parents. The gods created me, and put me in Equestria as a foal. I live in the Crystal Empire orphanage. Over the years, I went to the library to study. I would read everything I could about magic, and our past. From the start, I knew what my destiny was. I just had to grow up and learn the skills I would need first. Every now and then, I would leave the Crystal Empire and travel to the other nations. In every place I visited, I would continue to read everything I could. One day, I traveled to the Badlands, just south of Equestria. There I talked with Queen Chrysalis. I asked her about what happened all those years ago. What she told me was troubling. It seems, our Princesses left the ponies in charge of the way things were run.They just vanished without any warning. Chrysalis told me, nopony ever found them. The Royal guard searched for years, before giving up. Once they gave up, our world fell into chaos. I stayed with Chrysalis for a few months to learn everything I could, before heading home. I knew everytime I left home, there was a chance I would be discovered. So I created a spell to change my appearance. For every nation I visited, I would stay for a few months to talk with their leaders and to continue my research. Once I got to know the leaders of the other nations, I would tell them my secret, and reveal my true self. It always felt good to reveal myself to the other nations. But I would only do it in front of their leaders, as long as no other pony was around. Everypony would always bow to me and call me Princess. But I would correct them, and tell them I'm not a Princess. I told them I was a gift from the gods, to bring peace back to Equestria and to bring the 4 Princesses back. Sometimes they would help me with my research. On my 16th birthday, I traveled to Seaquestria. There I met with the Queen. Apparently she is related to the late Queen Novo. She also told me about the Princesses and their history together. The Queen told me they do trade with the Crystal Empire, and that they don't have anything to do with Equestria. Once I revealed myself, she was shocked. I could tell by the look on her face, that she never expected to see an Alicorn in front of her. I told her my story of where I came from, and what my destiny is. She would ask me questions and I would answer them. I'm now 18 years old, and it's time for my journey to begin. My journey will be a long one, and I must succeed for the fate of this once great nation hangs in the balance.
Chapter 1, My journey beginsView OnlineThe fate of EquestriaChapter 1, My journey beginsToday, I travel to Canterlot, home of the Unicorn tribe. From there, I will start my search to find any clue to where our Princesses went. Before I leave, I have to prepare first. The first thing I do is change my appearance to that of a Pegasus. Once that's done, I pack my saddlebags up with bits and everything else I'll need for my trip. After I got everything ready, I took to the skies and headed for Canterlot. The flight took me a few hours nonstop. Once I got close to the Unicorn tribes border, I changed my appearance to a unicorn. I don't want to be discovered, so I try to blend in. As I make my way into Canterlot, I ask a unicorn directions to the archives. While I make my way to the archives, I look around and see despair on everyponies face. As I was looking around, I decided to find a restaurant. While I was walking around, I found a pizzeria and walked inside. I sat down at a table and ordered a medium mushroom pizza and water. Once I was done eating, I paid for my meal and left a tip for the waiter. As I got closer to the archives, I quickly ducked into an alleyway and cast my invisibility spell. I don't want anypony seeing me going there. Once I got inside, I started looking for anything that will help me find our Princesses. After 6 hours of searching, I found something that says they went to the nearest star. Not knowing which one that is, I go to the observatory to figure it out. But I don't know where it is, so I make my way home to use our advanced observatory. Once I got home, I went to the observatory and figured out which star is the closest one. Now that I know which one it is, I can prepare for my journey there. It would be a long trip through deep space, but thankfully Alicorns don't need to breathe to survive. It took me a few days to get ready. I had to chart a course there, which took a lot of time. Once I charted my course, I decided it was time to leave. As I took to the skies, I couldn't help but to think. I was thinking about how much this world would change once I left. As I left the Atmosphere, I saw a something very strange. I didn't know what it was, so I approached cautiously. The next thing I know, a beam of light engulfed me. I found myself on board this strange ship. The next thing I know, I heard a voice say “hello, welcome aboard". I spun around and saw a strange looking being. He was grey in color, with 2 big eyes. “Hello. Where am I?”, I asked nervously. “Your on board the Daniel Jackson", the alien said. “The Daniel Jackson? Who are you?” I asked, while keeping my guard up. “My name is, Thor. I'm the supreme commander of the Asgard fleet. The Daniel Jackson, is the name of my ship. I've been watching your world. Your kind fell far, from where you once were.” Thor said. “I'm Lucky Rose. We were once a peaceful nation, until our Princesses left us. Then everything fell Into chaos.” I said. “Where are you heading?” Thor asked. “I'm heading to the nearest star, to fulfill my destiny. I have to find the Princesses and bring them back, so my world can be at peace once again.” I said. “It would take you around 100 years to get there. How about I give you a ride?” Thor asked. “That would be wonderful. Thank you.” I said, as I breathed a sigh of relief. It took us a few days to get to my destination. Once we arrived, Thor gave me a communicator before beaming me down. As I looked around, I saw a world unlike any other. There was green everywhere, unlike back home. I decided I would start my search by taking to the air. About 5 hours into my flight, it started getting dark. So I decided to look for a place to spend the night. But then I saw a castle, so I made my way there. Once I got to the castle, I saw our Princesses. The Princess of the night was in the process of bringing the stars out, while the others watched. I decided to approach the castle very cautiously. As I got closer, they spotted me. I watched as they took to the air and headed in my direction. My first reaction was to turn tail and run, but my body couldn't move, I was trapped in a levitation spell. As the 4 Princesses got closer to me, I couldn't help but to admire their beauty. The most beautiful one, was a lavender colored one, with a 6 pointed star as her cutie mark. I was torn from admiring them, when the white one said, “who are you? And how did you find us?” “My name is, Lucky Rose, your highness. It's an honor to be in your presence. To answer you question, I found a clue saying you went to the nearest star. There was a book in the Canterlot Archives that had that in it.” I said, while bowing my head. “My name is Celestia. The others are Luna, Cadance, and Twilight Sparkle. I thought we didn't leave any evidence behind. Why are you here, Lucky Rose?” Celestia asked. “I'm here to bring you back to Equestria. Our world needs you. War has taken over. What once was a united country, has split back into 3 tribes. We need your help. The war has been going on for 200 years. Thousands of ponies are dead because of it. Equestria isn't safe anymore. The other nations decided to stay out of it. The Crystal Empire is at peace with all the other nations. They don't deal with Equestria anymore.” I said “Has it really gotten that bad?” Celestia asked “Yes, it has. It's only going to get worse. I was a gift from the gods to bring peace and you 4 back to Equestria. I was born an Alicorn, but I have no parents. I had to learn everything on my own. I can show you my memories, and you will see how bad it is there.” I said. “Please show us, Lucky Rose,” Celestia said. As I played my memories for them, they just stared in shock, while I had tears in my eyes.
Chapter 2, New allies and enemiesView OnlineThe fate of EquestriaChapter 2, New allies and enemies“Wow, Lucky. How did it get that bad?” Cadence asked. “This all started, once you 4 disappeared. When nopony could find you, everything fell apart very quickly. In fact, I bet it's worse now.” I said. “That isn't good, Lucky. We thought they were ready to rule themselves.” Twilight said. “Twilight's right, Lucky. That's why we left. We thought they could handle things themselves. But I guess we were wrong.” Luna said. “To be honest, your highnesses. I don't think they will ever be ready to govern themselves. It's sad really.” I said. “I think that it's my fault, Lucky. I never gave them responsibility. Instead I made all the decisions for them.” Celestia said. “Lucky Rose, this is Thor. Is everything alright down there?” Thor said, over the communicator. “Yes, Thor. Everything is going pretty good. How's everything up there?” I asked. “We have a problem up here, Lucky Rose. My sensors are picking up several ships coming through hyperspace. According to my readings, it's a Goa’uld Ha’tak class ship with several Al’kesh bombers. They will be here within the hour.” Thor stated. “I don't know what those are, Thor. But it sounds very bad. You need to get out of here.” I said. “But, what about you, Lucky Rose? They will most likely bombard this planet from orbit and enslave you.” Thor said. “It's ok, Thor. I found the Princesses. We can handle ourselves. You need to get to safety.” I stated. “Good Luck, Lucky Rose. If you ever need me, use the communicator I gave you.” Thor said. “Thanks, Thor. I will see you later.” I said. “Lucky, I know a place we can go. We have allies on another world. We will travel through a device known as a stargate. But we have to hurry.” Celestia said. As I followed the Princesses, I saw several ships entering the atmosphere. While we were running, we heard an explosion. Thankfully, we were far enough away from the castle or we would be dead. We turned around and saw nothing but ruins left. Their castle was gone. After another 25 minutes of running, we made it to the stargate. It was a strange looking device. I stood to the side, as Princess Celestia started dialing. Once the gate activated, I jumped with fear. I never saw anything like it before. Once I calmed down, I heard Princess Celestia talking, “General Hammond, this is Princess Celestia. We have an emergency and have to evacuate. Permission to come through?” “Princess Celestia, permission granted. We await your arrival.” General Hammond said. As we stepped closer to the gate, Princess Celestia was the first to step through. Followed by Princess Luna. Cadence then me. As I stepped though, I looked around in shock. Then I saw someone approach. “General Hammond, it's great to see you again. I wish it was under better circumstances. Our castle was destroyed in an attack by the Goa’uld.” Celestia said. “That's unfortunate, Princess Celestia. I thought there were only 4 of you. Who is the other one?” General Hammond asked. “This is, Lucky Rose. She came to us from our original homeworld.” Celestia said. “Please follow me to the debriefing room, so we can talk.” General Hammond said. Once we got to the debriefing room, General Hammond offered us glasses of water. Which we gladly drank, even though I was very nervous about these strange beings. “So, Princess Celestia. What happened to your castle?” General hammond asked. “If it's alright with you, General. I would like Lucky Rose to explain it. Lucky would you please start with how you got to our world? Celestia asked. “As I left Equestria, I saw a strange ship in orbit. As I approached, I was beamed into it. Later I found out it was Thor. He's the Supreme Commander of the Asgard fleet. He told me, that he's been watching my world, and he gave me a ride to my destination.” I said. “Ok, Lucky. Please continue.” General Hammond said “Once I arrived at the planet, I found the Princesses. As we were talking, Thor said he saw several Goa’uld ships approaching. I told him we would be fine and to leave orbit. Then we made our way to the stargate, when they came through the atmosphere and blew up the castle. We barely made it through.” I said. “I'm sorry about your home, your Highnesses. You can stay with us for a while, if you'd like.” General Hammond said. “Thank you for the offer, General. But I think we should go back to our homeworld. Lucky showed us what it's like, and we have to restore peace. Our country has been in a civil war for 200 years. Can we see a star map? We need to find out, if there is a stargate there.” Celestia said. As the General dug out a ton of star maps, we started going through them. After 5 hours, we decided to take a break for some dinner. Once we made it to the cafeteria, I heard someone say,”Princess Celestia? Is that you?” “Hello again, Daniel Jackson. It's good to see you.” Celestia said. “It's good to see you too, Princess. But what brings you by?” Daniel asked. “Our home was destroyed by the Goa'uld.” Celestia said. “I'm sorry to hear that, Princess.” Daniel said. “Thank you, Daniel Jackson. We were looking at your star charts to try to find our original homeworld. But we had to take a break. I just hope there is a stargate there.” Celestia said. “I'm sure there is, Princess. I hope you find you homeworld.” Daniel said. “Me too, Daniel Jackson. We have to return to restore peace. Our homeworld is in a civil war. They have been for 200 years now, ever since we left.” Celestia said. “If you need help, I'm sure Major Samantha Carter will help you.” Daniel said. “Thank you, Daniel Jackson. I'll be sure to ask her.” Celestia said. Once Celestia was done talking, we got our food and sat down. We all had salads and water. While we were eating, everyone was staring at us. I guess they never seen magical ponies before. After we finished eating, we went back to look at the star charts. We looked at them for another 6 hours before we found it. Then we saw Major Carter, and asked her to see if there is a stargate there. After 2 hours of going through their database, she found it. It did indeed have a stargate. So we asked General Hammond to test it, and see if we can get a connection. After we tested it and established a stable wormhole, we sent a probe through it. What we saw was surprising. Apparently the stargate was somewhere under the castle of the 2 sisters, in a cave. Our jaws dropped when we saw that. We decided to stay here for the night, so we can be rested up for when we go home.
Chapter 3View OnlineThe fate of EquestriaChapter 3The next day, General Hammond dialed the stargate so we could return home. As we made our way to the gate, we saw SG-1 waiting for us. “Princess Celestia, permission to come with you?” Colonel O’neill asked. “Sorry, Colonel. This is our fight, and we must do it alone. But once things get back to normal, we will dial the gate and allow you to visit.” Celestia said. “Good luck, Princess. We hope you succeed in your mission.” Colonel O’neill said. Once we stepped through the gate, we got ourselves ready to restore this land to its former glory. It took us several hours to come up with a plan, but by the time we were finished it was time for the moon to be raised. Princess Celestia Lowered the sun while her sister raised the moon. This was of course part of our plan. We wanted the ponies of Equestria to know the Princesses were back. After the moon was raised, we decided to wait till tomorrow to execute our plan. That night while I was dreaming, I was contacted by my mother. “Lucky Rose, congrats on finding your sisters.” My mother said. “My sisters? I don't understand mother.” I said. “Yes Lucky. Your sisters are Celestia and Luna. I know I should have told you this a long time ago. I’m sorry, Lucky.” My mother said. “It’s ok, mother. But do they know?” I asked. “No they don’t, Lucky. You need to tell them. The reason I brought you into this world was to restore peace alongside your sisters. They don’t realize it, but they need your help to rule Equestria.” My mother said. “Ok, mother. I’ll tell them when I wake up. Actually it looks like I'm about to wake up. I’ll talk to you later mother. I love you.” I said. “Talk to you later, Lucky. I love you too.” My mother said. The next morning, Princess Celestia raised the sun and Princess Luna lowered the moon. Once they were done, I discussed the dream I had with them. They were very surprised and also very happy they had another sister. Around lunchtime, we made our way to Canterlot. It didn't take us long to get there. Once we arrived, we disabled the unicorns shield and descended to the castle. Once we got to the castle, we went to the balcony and addressed everypony using the Royal Canterlot Voice, “Greetings Equestria, we have returned. This war needs to end now. We returned to our beautiful land in the midst of a civil war. What were you thinking. We thought you could govern yourselves. That’s why we decided to leave. But no, instead our land instantly goes into a civil war, thousands of innocent ponies died. We want the leaders of the three tribes to come forth immediately. This is not a request, but a demand. The five of us will rule together once more, and will be waiting in the throne room. When Celestia spoke, her voice carried across the land. She was very pissed. I even felt the ground shake. Once she finished speaking, we headed to the throne room. We waited for an hour before three ponies walked into the throne room. “You three are a disgrace to pony kind. This war should never have happened. You could have ended it and lived in peace, but no, you decided to keep fighting and more innocent ponies died because of your poor choices and leadership. I Princess Celestia hereby sentence you three to death. Your execution will be public, and anypony that keeps fighting will be executed.” Celestia said. “Please Princess, have mercy. We didn't start this war.” said the unicorn leader. “It doesn't matter who started this war. The only thing that matters is that you three could have ended it, and chose not to. Your execution will be held today.” Celestia said, while glaring at the three tribe leaders. When Celestia finished speaking, she teleported all of us to Canterlot park. Once there I cast an advanced communication spell to allow everypony in Equestria to watch the execution. Then Celestia spoke in the Royal voice, “This war is over. The leaders of the three tribes will be executed for their crimes. Anypony that continues fighting will suffer the same fate. Too many innocent ponies have died in the last two hundred years, due to this war. And now these three will pay the price.” Once the execution was over, I cancelled my spell. Then we made our way to the dining hall to fix up some dinner. We made daisy and daffodil sandwiches and had some vintage wine. When we finished our dinner, we headed to Celestia’s chambers to relax and drink some more wine. Three weeks later, Equestria is finally peaceful. Only a few ponies had to be executed for continuing the war. Sadly it wasn’t going to last, as Thor got a hold of me and said, “Lucky Rose, we have a problem. The Goa’uld system lord Bal is on his way to you. He’s bringing a fleet of Ha’tak class ships. I’m on my way to you, but I might not arrive in time. He will be there in three days.” “Thanks for the warning, Thor. We just restored peace on my world, and now this. What else can go wrong? We should be able to hold them off until you get here.” I said. “Good luck, Lucky Rose. I’m bringing a fleet with me. I’ll see if we can get there sooner, but I don't know if it’s possible.” Thor said. “Everypony, I have a plan. Twilight, I want you to go to the Crystal Empire and use their advanced telescope. Let me know when the Goa’uld ships enter our solar system. Celestia, I want you to contact Stargate Command and have SG-1 come with any ships they have available. Luna, I would like you to assist Twilight. Cadence, I would like you to stay here with me. When they arrive I’ll need your help to power my shield spell, so it can protect the whole planet. For now let us get some sleep, for tomorrow we prepare for battle.” I said.
