In class, when Rainbow sat next to Soarin, he said that his parents allowed her to come to his house. Rainbow is happy about the good news from him. In class, they were told a story of what the pegasi did for all of Equestria and how it was founded. They then do some activities like racing, playing ball, and so on. A few days later, Rainbow Dash flew with her parents to Soarin’s house, when Rainbow’s mother knocked on the door of Soarin’s house, Soarin opened the door. Soarin introduced his family. Soarin has one older brother named Flying. Rainbow then introduces herself. “So you were the one that our little colt defended from those bullies in preschool,” said Soarin’s dad. “Yes, he did and he is my best friend in the entire world,” said Rainbow Dash. “You two are in love,” Soarin’s dad. “Uh, Dad what is love,” said Soarin. “Well, son, it is hard to describe the meaning to you at this age and you have to find it yourself,” said Soarin’s dad.

"Hey mom, what are you making," said Soarin. "Well, I'm making a favorite dessert for my favorite little sweet colt, apple pie," said Soarin's mom. "Wow, mommy, you're the best," said Soarin. "Honey, what are you doing," said Soarin's dad, "Well I'm making dessert." said Soarin's mom. "Where did you get the recipe from?" said Soarin's dad. "I got it the recipe from Sweet Apple Acres down in Ponyville. Oh, the pie is ready, I'm going to take it out of the oven." said Soarin's mom. "Ponyville?" said Soarin's dad. "I bought groceries over there and Soarin's birthday is in a week" said Soarin's Mom. "Should we start a party for our son's birthday?" said Soarin's dad. "Yes, we should and we could invite his friends." said Soarin's Mom. "Where should we have the party?" said Soarin's dad. "I think we should have the party at Sugarcube Corner." said his mom. "Ok, let's do it." said his dad.

"Well, since my little brother loves the Wonderbolts so much, we should give him that theme." said Flying. "Good idea, my big colt." said Soarin's dad. At Monday, in Cloudsdale Preschool, Soarin handed invitations to his birthday to all of his friends, including Rainbow Dash. His other friends are Spitfire, Fleetfoot, Wave Chill, and more. When Spitfire received the invitation to his party, she said "Wow, this is going to be fun." When Rainbow received the invite, she says, "Wow, your birthday is coming, I'm very happy." "Thanks." said Soarin. In their nap time, Soarin had dreams about his best friend. He also dreamed of joining the Wonderbolts with her in the future. After the nap, the young pegasi learned how to flap their wings and controlling their speed. When school ended, Rainbow's father picked her up. He asked Rainbow about her time in preschool. Rainbow told him about the party she was invited to. At home, her father looked at the invitation and said to her "It says it takes place this Sunday in Sugarcube Corner in Ponyville. "Could I come, mommy and daddy?" said Rainbow Dash. "Ok, my sweet little pegasus, you can go." said her mom. "Thanks, mom and dad, I love you both." said Rainbow. In Soarin's party at Sugarcube corner, when Rainbow came to the party, she met all of Soarin's friends, many of them have a dream of becoming Wonderbolts. She then befriends them. They all tell jokes, play games, and dress in Wonderbolts costumes. "Hey, Rainbow, so glad you came." said Soarin. "Wow, Soarin, this party looks awsome and who are these foals" said Rainbow. "Rainbow, these are my friends, they were from another preschool in Cloudsdale and now they are in our preschool." said Soarin. When Rainbow met Soarin's friends, Soarin introduced them. "They are Spitfire, Fleetfoot, and Thunderlane." said Soarin.

"Hi pals," Rainbow said. "Hi Rainbow," they said. "So, how's it goin." said Rainbow. "It's goin great," said Soarin. "Me, too," said Spitfire. "So, Soarin, what's your favorite food," said Fleetfoot. "Yeah, Soarin, what is it," said Thunderlane. "Well, it's apple pie, my favorite thing in the whole world" said Soarin. "Wow, that's so good, " said Rainbow. “Alright children, time for class," said the teacher. “So, children, what do we pegasi like to do,” said the teacher. “We love to fly,” said a random pegasi. “Excellent,” said the teacher. Afterschool: “So guys, want to come to my house to play on Saturday, we could talk about Wonberbolts stuff” said Rainbow. “Sure, we will come," said Spitfire. "I have something to say to you, I will protect you from danger and I will stand up for you.” said Soarin. “Wow, that’s very nice of you to say that and I will do the same thing for you too,” said Rainbow.
Chapter 8 PlaytimeView OnlineRainbow Dash's foalhood friendChapter 8 PlaytimeRainbow's house on Saturday: Rainbow's friends came to her house with their parents, they came with the Wonderbolts stuff their parents gave them like posters, pictures of the ponies they know that became Wonderbolts, and action figures. Spitfire's mom knocked at the door. "Who is it?" Rainbow's dad. "It's Rainbow's friends," said Spitfire's mom. "Oh, hi, please come on in," said Rainbow's mom. "Hi Mrs. Dash," said Spitfire. "Rainbow, your friends are here," said Rainbow's dad. Rainbow came down the stairs from her room and meet her friends. "Hey guys," said Rainbow. "Hey Rainbow, wanna play, said Soarin. "Yeah, any of you want to come to my room?" Said Rainbow. "We sure do, Rainbow," said Thunderlane. "Well, you foals have fun, okay," said Rainbow's dad. "We will, Mr. Dash," said Soarin. The young foals then went to Rainbow's room, while their parents began talking to each other about their children and their family lives. --In Rainbow's Room-- "Wow, Rainbow Dash, you are a fan of the Wonderbolts," said Spitfire. "The posters you have in your room are cool," said Fleetfoot. "Thanks, guys, so what did you guys bring?" said Rainbow. "I brought my favorite Wonderbolts action figures," said Soarin. "Awesome, what did you bring, Spitfire," said Thunderlane. "I brought a picture of my daddy in a Wonderbolts uniform, what about you, Thunderlane" said Spitfire. "I brought a picture of my favorite mentor, who is also a Wonderbolt," said Thunderlane. "Wow, guys, you guys have cool stuff," said Rainbow. --Few Hours Later-- "Bye guys, see you at school," said Rainbow.
Chapter 9 New LoverView OnlineRainbow Dash's foalhood friendChapter 9 New Lover--A Week later, at the park playground in Cloudsdale.-- Rainbow's dad takes Rainbow Dash to the park playground to have fun then she saw Soarin with his mom with her very own eyes, this is her lucky day, she could spend time with him playing and talking. To Soarin, he was also lucky to see that little filly coming to meet him and thought the same idea. He wanted to get to know her better. He felt that he is in love with her. So when Rainbow and her dad meet Soarin and his mother at the park. They both greeted each other and the two foals then told their parents that they are going to play in the playground. The two happy foals then flew to the playground, they take turns pushing each other on the swings, they sing songs together, and both of them said "I love you" to each other. "Rainbow Dash, when we grow up, I want to marry you," said Soarin. "Me too, Soarin," said Rainbow. "AWWWW, our two little foals are in love with each other," said Rainbow's dad. In the morning, Dash wakes up, prepares herself, and have breakfast with her parents, her brother Rapid Dash, and her sister Cloud Breeze. They then take her siblings and her to Cloudsdale Preschool after they had their breakfast. "I love you mommy and daddy," said Rainbow Dash and then she enters the preschool. When she enters the class and sits in her chair, she met a colt with a blue mane and green eyes next to her and she was curious about him. "Hi, my name is Rainbow Dash, what's your name,” said Rainbow Dash. “Hi Rainbow, my name is Soarin Skies,” said the colt. “Hi, Soarin, let's be friends,” said Dash. Then the class starts, a teacher introduces herself to the class. The little ones are doing activities with each other and they are having fun. Rainbow was trying to draw her dream job in the future, what she drew was the Wonderbolts. Soarin did the same thing. When the school day was over, Rainbow and Soarin were walking together out of school and their parents pick them up. "Hello sweetie," her dad said. "Hello, daddy, this is my friend Soarin", said Rainbow Dash. "Hi Soarin", said Rainbow Dash's Dad. “Hello Mr. Dash,” said Soarin. "So, sweetie, how was school today", said her father. Rainbow is very happy she met a friend at school today, they both have similar interests like racing, playing games, and drawing. Soarin is also happy about his life today. When his mother came to pick up her son, he greeted her. Her mother said: “How was your day at preschool?” “It was very nice, I met a friend today,” said Soarin. “Well good for you, my son,” said his mother. “Her name is Rainbow Dash,” said Soarin with a smile. "She has the same interests and dreams as me," said Soarin. "What do you want to do when you grow up, Soarin," his mom said. "I want to join the Wonderbolts when I grow up because I love to fly and I am a fan of them," Soarin said. "Honey, I'm home," said Soarin's father. "Daddy," said Soarin with a happy face. "So my boy, any good news at school today," said Soarin's father. "So, Dashie, what did you do at preschool today," said Dash's father. "At school,I drew what I want to be in the future and I met a friend," said Rainbow. "What did you draw for your future dream," said Rainbow's mom. "Mommy, I want to be a Wonderbolt," said Rainbow. "We're so proud of you, who is this friend you meet at school today," said Rainbow's mom. "His name is Soarin, he also wanted to be a Wonderbolt in the future," said Rainbow. "Well, let's have our dinner," said Rainbow's mom.

Rapid said he made a lot of friends and played games with each other. Cloud said she loved to do activities. Rainbow said that she met a colt of a similar age. When their parents told them to go to bed, the three children went to bed and sleep. The next morning, the three children went to school together and said their goodbyes to their parents. In school, the children learned about the history of pegasi. During recess, there were young colts trying to bully Rainbow because of what she drew about her dream in the future. The bullies called her names. When they did, Soarin had stood up for the innocent filly and defended her by saying "Leave her alone," the bullies were scared and they ran away. Soarin got close to the crying mare and said "It's okay, Rainbow, it's okay" and Rainbow stopped crying. When recess was over, Rainbow asked Soarin if he wants to come to her house and play and he accepted it. Few days later, Soarin visited her house with his parents, he knocked on the door. Rapid opened it and said to Rainbow “Your friend is here, sis,” Rainbow came and said hello to him. “So, Soarin, how is your day,” said Rainbow’s mom. “It’s good, Mrs. Dash,” said Soarin. "I heard you stood up for our daughter yesterday, that is a very nice thing you did and you are a brave friend to her," said Rainbow's mom. Rainbow then showed Soarin her bedroom, her bedroom was full of posters of the Wonderbolt legends on her wall. Soarin was surprised that she is also a fan of the Wonderbolts. Rainbow then asked him if he wanted to race and he said yes. Rainbow then asked her parents: “Mommy, daddy, can me and Soarin play outside?” Her dad said: “Yes, you may, my little one.” The two young pegasi then raced from her house to Cloudsdale Stadium. While racing, Rainbow told Soarin that she’s going to do the sonic rainboom. Soarin then asked a question about that, he did not know what a sonic rainboom is. Rainbow then tries to do the sonic rainboom. She dives down at high speed and makes an explosion. When Soarin saw it for the first time, he thought it was beautiful. “Wow, Rainbow, that was amazing,” said Soarin. “Thanks, my dad taught me,” said Rainbow. Rainbow then asked Soarin if she could come to his house. “Okay, I will ask my mom,” Soarin said.

"We will be together when times are tough." Said Fleetfoot. "We will, everypony, we will and we will all be wonderbolts when we grow up." Said Rainbow. "Come on, friends, let's party." said Soarin. "You got it, birthday colt." said the others. The five friends had played games like pin the goggles on the Wonderbolt and crossing a Wonderbolt style obstacle course. They then talked to each other about their favorite Wonderbolt idol. "So, Rainbow, why do you want to join the Wonderbolts?" Said Thunderlane. "Well, it's because I'm the fastest flyer." Said Rainbow. "Wow, Rainbow, I couldn't believe it, are you joking?" Said Fleetfoot. "Okay, kids, time for cake." said Soarin's dad. "YAY!" said the kids. The cake that Sugarcube Corner made was a circular cake with the same colors and design as the Wonderbolts uniform and it says "Happy 4th Birthday, my little Wonderbolt" written in yellow icing. "Wow, you guys, I could not believe you did this for me, thank you." Said Soarin with a smile on his face. Soarin was happy about the party because it had his favorite things like the Wonderbolts decorations and the cake. All of Soarin's friends and family had began singing happy birthday to him. Soarin then recieves these gifts from them: a card from Rainbow, a Wonderbolt snowglobe from Spitfire, and many more. Soarin then said "All of you guys are awesome."
