Everyone and everything changes, it’s a part of life. Whether it be mental, emotional, or even physical. Well, there are four great examples of this.

Apple Bloom, who’s known on the streets as Death Blossomed (Deadpool), she's always on the run, looking for something. Nopony knows what, though.

Sweetie Belle, who resides in Manehattan, finds an alien symbiote in an experimental lab, and is now forced to hide from her friends, especially one who she just met up with.

Diamond Tiara, also in Manehattan, finds herself bored in her science class. Yet when she gets bit by a radioactive spider, her world is turned upside down.

And finally, Scootaloo, who inherits a fortune from her deceased parents at 18, and makes a business, raising that fortune. However, she also works on weaponized suits and dedicates her life to protecting Equestria.

These four have been gifted for a reason. Now, let’s see them put those gifts to use. Shall we?
