My Brave Pony Alternate Adventures

Their majesties were trapped by a group of hostile ponies. They escaped Chrysalis only to run into a hostile group of ponies. “Put them in the cage.”

Their majesties were levitated by the unicorns into a large cage and the unicorns locked it. Two Earth Ponies carried the cage as the group walked through the forest.

“Darling-” Celestia whimpered.

“Shh… it’s okay, my love. I won’t let anything happen to you.” Celesto promised.

What nobody realized was that they were being watch by a pair of eyes… or more specifically two pairs of eyes.

The group took their majesties to their camp in a dark and damp part of the forest. There was houses made from trees and other ponies. When they saw the group coming back with their majesties in the cage, they gave them suspicious and angry looks. The ponies came to the middle of the camp and the cage was placed in the center.

Their majesties could tell that their presence wasn’t exactly welcomed among the group. A white Space Alicorn with a brown mane and tail approached the group but Grand Ruler recognized him anyway, “Lightning Dawn?”

Lightning snarled, “Why are you here, changelings?” he snarled.

“We’re not changelings, we’re Queen Celestia and Grand Ruler Celesto.” Celestia replied.

“That’s impossible, our rulers were captured when the trio took the throne.” Buddy objected.

“We’re from another universe.” Grand Ruler added.

“A likely story.” Pinkie snarled.

“Stop trying to trick us and confess, changelings!” Starla added as she stood by Lightning’s side.

“We’re not changelings, honest!” Celestia pleaded.

“Oh yeah, prove it then!” a pony challenged. Their majestie winced. How were they gonna prove to these ponies that they were not changelings. A changeling’s magical aura is dark green, so if they saw their magic auras were yellow then that would prove it, but they couldn’t use their magic cause of the anti-magic manacles on their horns. “What do we do?” Celestia whimpered.

Just then, there was a roar and a large, green two-headed creature with blue spots burst from the brush and changed the ponies. They all scattered away from the cage and the creature stood in front of the cage. Their majesties recognized the creature anywhere. “Dusk! Dawn!” Celestia cried.

The royal Titan Wing Zippleback roared happily seeing their riders. “How did you both get here?” Celesto asked.

“What is that monstrosity?!” Lightning snarled.

“He’s out Titan WIng Zippleback.” Celestia answered. The ponies aimed their spears at Dusk and Dawn. “Don’t hurt him, he’s our friend!” Grand Ruler pleaded.

“Please, around here, everyone’s an enemy.” Buddy growled. Dusk and Dawn spread out their wings and roared at the ponies, ready to defend themselves and their riders.

Just then…

“STOP!” a voice came.

Everyone looked in the trees and saw a familiar zebra stepping out of the shadows.
“If they are changelings we will soon see.” she leaped down from the tree and approached the cave. “Though I don’t think they are what they appear to be.

Dusk and Dawn growled at the zebra.

“Ah, a Titan WIng Zippleback I see,
A loyal dragon you have with thye.”

Dusk and Dawn stopped growling and stepped aside, letting her near the cage.

“Set them free
So I myself and judge thye.”

The ponies unlocked the cage and pulled their majesties out of the cage. Zecora approached them. “Beneath this salve, no changeling hides,
For it reveals the truth inside.” Zecora said as she put the moss on the royal ones. They both began to glow and the ponies backed off in fear. “What does it mean?” Lightning asked.

“The meaning is far worse I see,
For it is we who should not be.” Zecora replied.

“So you are our rulers from another universe?” Buddy asked.

“Indeed. Where we come from we defeated all the enemies here.” Grand Ruler said.

“And the two headed beast?” Fluttershy asked, receiving a growl from Dusk and Dawn. Celestia and Celesto rubbed them on their necks, “He’s our dragon.”

“So what are you doing here?” Buddy asked.

“We were teleported from out dimension to here. We’re trying to get back before your ‘rulers’ capture us.” Celestia said. Zecora though for a moment,

“There’s a powerful gem that’s a legend here,
But we all think that it's real,
A magical gem with powerful magic is known
Those where it resides is unknown,
What happens to the object nobody know,
For it vanished ages and ages ago.” Zecora explained.

“If you find the ancient shrine
And wied the gem
It will take you back to where you both resign
And restore our land to its prime.”

“Do any of you know where this ‘power’ would be?” Celesto asked.

“Hmm. The last place I've heard where the ‘power’ was last scene,
Was near Fire Mountain where dragons are known to be mean.” Zecora warned.

“Nobody has ever tried to go there due the dragons… tolerance to ponies.” Starla replied.

The Dragon Lands were on the far south side of the planet. “Well... looks like we’re going to Fire Mountain, darling.” Celesto said. Celestia nodded and the pony tribe gasped in shock. “You two are really going there?!” Buddy cried.

“Of course. We cannot just leave you all like this.” Celestia said. The pony tribe expressed their gratitude to Celestia and Celestia. The tribe helped them pack for their long journey ahead; plenty of food and water, sleeping bags and a tent for them to sleep and etc.

“Thank you all.” Celesto praised. Zecora handed him a map.

“Walk down this trail, and do not delay,
And you should reach your destination right away.” Rhymey instructed.

“But be warned, the journey there has immense danger.” Lightning warned.

“What kind of danger?” Celestia asked.

Lightning took the map in Celestino's hands and spread it out. “First you have to trek through the Nightmare Forest, ruled by Nightmare Moon. Then, you have to climb over the Dark Mountain, ruled by King Sombra and finally, you’ll have to get across the ocean ruled by the King of Waves. He doesn’t take kindly to trespassers so be careful.”

Their majesties nodded.

“Hopefully, you will make some more allies along the way.” Lightning added as he gave the map back to Grand Ruler.

He took the map and nodded. “Well we better get going, we have much to do.”

Suddenly, everybody heard screaming and out from the brush came Rainbow Dash, Rarity and Applejack. “Please you have to help us.” Rarity pleaded. They all looked really beat with scratches all over and their manes and tails were tangled and disheveled.

“The changelings attacked New Ponyville, we barely escaped with our lives. We need the two alicorns to help us.” Rainbow added. Their majesties started to slowly walk towards them, until Zecora stopped them.

“For the new friends we defend.
And the only changeling attack I see,
Is the one come here looking for our new friends.” Zecora said.

Applejack walked in front of Rainbow Dash and Rarity. “So this is where you two decided to hideout, huh?” she said sinisterly before consuming herself in green flames. The pony tribe immediately stood in front of the royal ones as ‘Applejack’ changed into Queen Chrysalis! ‘Rainbow’ and ‘Rarity’ changed into soldier changelings from before.

“Did you really think you could hide from me?” Chrysalis sneered. “Having another set of the Grand Ruler and his Queen would be delightful and delicious. Surrender them to me now, or face the consequences!”

“We’d never surrender our only hope to a creature like you!” Lightning snarled. Chrysalis laughed. “Well then... guess I’ll have to take them by force.” she said as she lit her horn, but before she could fire…

“TENFOLD UNIFORCE” she got blasted hard by Grand Ruler. The soldier changelings charged forth but Celestia came in and kicked the two of them away. Chrysalis got to her feet, growling. “So, you two wanna fight huh?” she challenged. Dusk and Dawn blasted her back while the pony tribe approached her with their spears. Seeing, she was not going to get their majesties easily, she decided to retreat. “I’ll will get you two, so watch your back” and she and her changelings flew away. When she was gone, the tension faded.

“Thanks.” Starla praised.

“It was no problem.” Celestia replied.

“Now you both get started on your journey,
We’ll try not to worry.” Rhymey said. Celestia and Celesto nodded and they and their dragon set off into the forest, where anything could happen to them.
