Dear Diary,

Twilight and I had a bit of an unexpected surprise when we returned back to Ponyville from a recent trip. Turns out that Discord had become rather chummy with all of our friends while we were gone. Now, I'm pretty happy that things with them are okay since the various incidents Discord was involved with recently, but Twilight wasn't so sure. And I can understand that, since Discord, being Discord, has a habit of mischief even on his good days. So Twilight started poking around and seeing if he was doing something wrong. Oh, and she was also totally jealous of him while this was all happening.

And don't think for a moment that she didn't feel terrible about it when she finally accepted it. She's the Princess of Friendship after all, so letting herself feel that was was something she felt she shouldn't be doing. But she really shouldn't be beating herself up over this. It's only natural to have moments of weakness like this every now and again. Besides, given how amused Discord was by this whole thing we can't exactly call him completely innocent, now can we?

Still, at the end of the day, we can just look back on this whole thing and laugh, which is always nice.
