Spike's Diary

Dear Diary,

Today, Ponyville had a very special guest coming to visit. No, not Princess Celestia. No, not Luna. No, not even Cadance. It was Countess Coloratura! That's right, the famous singer! She was here for a live performance! Everypony was super excited about it, and you know, we got even more excited when we learned that Applejack actually used to be friends with her back in the day. Seems they went to some camp or other when they were fillies, but haven't seen each other since. It was nice for them to finally catch up after all this time, and hey, at least it was a happier reunion than Twilight when she went back to re-meet Moondancer a while back.

Things kinda became rocky after that though. Seems her manager hadn't exactly been the best influence on her, and we managed to get Coloratura to realise that. But without a manager, she was in a bit of trouble, so Applejack and the others managed to help her get the confidence she needed to put on another show. And let me tell you, it was amazing! I've heard plenty of good songs since living here, and this one was right up there.

I hope AJ and "Rara" spend more time with each other after this, because it was really nice that they had this time together.
