Dear Diary,

You know how I talked about how one of Rainbow's big things was how she likes to appear all cool and stuff? Well, apparently this goes deeper than I thought, because she went to insane lengths to keep us all from finding out that she has a love of reading. I mean, what, did she really think ponies have that low an opinion of liking books? How often has somepony come along and just say "I think books and ponies who like them are stupid" for her to think that? Whatever. If she's wound up liking them then at least some good came from this. And you know what else? It's a Daring Do book that she likes! Yeah, that series Twilight loves so much? Now Rainbow likes it too!

I've read a few before, and I think I mentioned that once. They're really fun, and I guess it makes sense that Rainbow would enjoy them. I mean, one adventurous pegasus liking another adventurous pegasus? Yeah, it was bound to happen sooner or later. Hey, maybe Rainbow would like to come over and read with me and Twilight one day? That'll be pretty fun to do.

At the very least, let's hope she doesn't have to break another wing before realising that something she dislikes is actually really good.
