Spike's Diary

Dear Diary,

Today was a LOT to take in. It all started when, after having the day to myself, I ended up being chased by Timberwolves in the Everfree. I'd have been done for if it wasn't for Applejack, who saved my life. In gratitude, I offered to serve her to repay my debt. She didn't really want me doing that, but I insisted on it, and so I spent a whole bunch of time trying to do whatever it was she needed doing, no matter how small. But, things took a rather bad turn when an even bigger Timberwolf turned up. This time, it was my turn to save Applejack's life, and after I bravely threw a nearby stone, the Timberwolf just collapsed.

I'd paid my debt, but I had also found out that AJ had been trying to stop me from being in debt to her to begin with. I was kind of upset at her at first, but then I realised that, after everything I'd been doing, I guess I was kinda overbearing the whole day. She said helping each other is just what friends should do, no debt required, and yeah, I guess I can live with that. Still, it was nice to spend time with her, We don't hang out that much, and it was neat for us to do so for once.

Here's hoping we don't come across terrible danger to have the chance to do so though.
