Princess Celestia and the Ring of Solar Sealing
There truly never was anything quite like the evening time in Canterlot. The city was truly breathtaking at this hour, the sights of the setting sun being unlike anything you could possibly imagine, and shadows cast by it gave the city a beautiful contrast. Princess Celestia smiled peacefully as she worked on setting the sun, thankful to be able to do so as she wore a beautiful white gown.
"Another day, another moment court finished, eh Sister?" Princess Luna stated, walking up towards the older alicorn whilst wearing a similar gown to Celestia, only blue with little gold trim around some areas.
"That it is, Luna. After today though, I may consider just going to sleep right away. Today's court was just so much more.....irritating than it normally is" Celestia answered, resisting the urge to let her eyebrow twitch at that moment in particular. The things that some ponies came into the Solar Court for....It got to the point where the solar alicorn needed some form of vice afterwards, or at least considered it anyway. Luna just laughed at her reaction though, often liking seeing this side of her, when cameras and paparazzi were nowhere to be seen.
"Perhaps a hot bath might take some of the stress off? I know I enjoy a nice bath before going to sleep" Luna then suggested, to which Celestia simply smiled.
"Always the one with the right idea, thank you, Luna" Celestia mused as she finished off setting the sun, then letting Luna raise the moon moments afterwards. She passed by a maid and immediately had her draw a bath, letting the princess relax and take her time walking back to her room. After getting there, that is, the maid bowed her head as she had just finished preparing it, even adding in some bubbles for the sake of it.
"Thank you, that will be all" Celestia mused with a warm smile, dismissing the maid before stripping down and dipping a dainty white hoof into the water. She sighed and felt her wings unfurl themselves from the water, and after a little faint glow coming from her horn, the rest of her settled into the tub soon after. "Luna was right, there really isn't anything like a bath. The simple things really are what makes life worth living" she mused, reaching a hoof down below her rear for a second and washing up, blushing somewhat as her hoof slipped by a few things in particular, but we wouldn't spoil that for now. Instead, he focused on keeping the ring near her, and as it glowed orangey-red, it seemed to be having a more adverse effect on the princess. Her horn glowed a soft yellow, but it was slowly being absorbed directly into the ring itself. Celestia oddly didn't stir, but a certain section between her hindlegs seemed to glow in response. The thieving pegasus only looked for maybe a second, but his jaw dropped when he saw a monumental tent being pitched under the covers. He couldn't believe his eyes and the ring fell to the floor with a clank, getting the attention of some lunar guards that were conveniently placed nearby.
"Did you hear that?" asked one bat-pony guard to the other, their sensitive ears shuffling about as they then knocked on the door to the room, getting the sleeping princess to awaken.
"Uh-oh" the thief breathed, leaning down and grabbing the ring before running over to open the balcony doors, further alerting the guards.
"Princess!" the guards mused as one knocked on the door, the other one kicking a big hole straight the wall right next to the door, startling Celestia awake and making the other guard sigh and face-hoof afterwards.
"What-who-why is there a hole in my wall!?" Celestia screamed as she looked around, then looked at the pillar in front of her under the covers, blushing and then trying to use her magic, only for it to then end up shocking her that she couldn't use her magic afterwards. The bat ponies just looked worried themselves. They had never seen this part of her before, and had thought the worst afterwards.
"Summon Princess Luna and someone escort my student here right this instant!" Celestia demanded in a fairly uncharacteristic tone, to which the guards simply saluted and took off afterwards. That just left Celestia to try and deal with her rager alone. "What's the situation?" Twilight bowed down out of respect.
"Someone seems to have snuck in and stolen Princess Celestia's magic, or at least, portions of it. Right now, she's currently...dealing with an unfortunate side effect of it" Luna stated, coughing into her hoof. Twilight tilted her head somewhat before the bathroom door opened, the bedroom door closing as Celestia stuck her head out and saw Twilight there.
"I need you to promise not to reveal what you're about to see, Twilight. The situation is grim, and we need to work fast" Celestia immediately deadpanned, not having any time for formalities. That alone managed to make Twilight panic internally. The princess had NEVER taken a tone like this before, even when dealing with Discord. To hear it now must have meant something MASSIVE. The purple unicorn just nodded her head quickly as Celestia blushed and looked back behind her for a moment, then stepped right outside of it.

We already have our best spies and such working on trying to collect whatever information we can, but if something were to happen, I need some pony such as you to help me reclaim what is rightfully mine" Celestia then mused as she heard a tapping on the window. Luna went over and opened up the door, revealing a pitch-black pegasus stallion with short, gray hair and blue eyes.
"We've got him. This thief in particular came from Saddle Arabia, and seems to have already placed the device he used in some form of bank there" he answered, giving no nonsense or anything else as his gaze was serious and his tone calm.
"That was....fast" Twilight blinked, shocked at the level of information acquired in such a little amount of time in particular.
"That's the point, Twilight, they're supposed to gather intelligence as quickly and effectively as possible. Speaking of which, now that we know where to go, we should be prepared for a long flight. We need to reclaim my magic, otherwise, there'll never be another sunrise in Equestria again" Celestia said with a very dire warning as Twilight just gulped, incredibly worried for multiple reasons in particular, but went off to prepare alongside her teacher.

Princess Celestia and Twilight headed into their hotel room and both sighed, Twilight immediately crashing on the bed with an adorable little yawn as she struggled to deal with jet-lag. How it was possible for them to utilize advanced aviation techniques and technological advances, yet couldn't manage to deal with an issue as minor as jet-lag was completely beyond her. "Stay vigilante, Twilight, we'll need to be ready for this" Celestia mused, trying to flatten out her dress somewhat, make it less obvious that she had a raging erection for the massive majority of the flight here. "Well, I guess we may as well relax a little bit for the time being" Celestia mused, still possessing just enough magic to send a note for one of her local spies in the area to come up towards them. Not even a minute later, a knocking came on the door to their room.
"Room service!" he announced, lacking the local accent and sounding straight from Equestria.
"How many spi-" Twilight was about to ask before Celestia stuffed the flowing matter of her tail into her student's mouth.
"Don't use words like those here, Twilight" Celestia told her very carefully as she answered the door. Seeing who was on the other side, it made her feel better. "Always nice to see you, Schwann" she greeted, letting the elderly pegasus step inside.
"The pleasure is all mine, Your Majesty" Schwann answered, his voice deep and his face finely aged. His eyes and hair were both a dark grey color, with his mane held back in a spike-bun of sorts that stood out a fair degree more. His cutie mark was that of a grey shield with raven-black wings on either of it, matching how his coat was jet-black. "Now, we've already managed to locate the bank that ring is being stored at. Still not entirely certain why it's there, or why it's currently open, but at the very least, we know that it's where your ring is" he then answered, making Celestia nod happily.
"It's so nice to have reliable assistance" Celestia giggled to herself, though it still left quite a few questions on Twilight's half.
"Princess, if I may, who exactly are these ponies? Not just Schwann, but the pegasus from the castle as well" Twilight asked rather innocently, though Celestia didn't really seem all that interested in sharing at the moment. She had a hoof to her muzzle in thought, her eyes looking elsewhere as she thought it over, wondering to herself if it was okay to tell Twilight.
"Well...." Celestia started, Schwann just awkwardly trying to avoid making eye contact. "I shouldn't tell you here. Once we're back at the castle, I should be able to better explain the situation regarding these ponies in particular" she then added after a brief pause. Twilight just made a flat face in response, not enjoying being left in the dark about something, particular when it randomly happened to her.
"Oh, don't give me that face, Twilight. I'll let you know when we go back home" Celestia stated in a very 'Mom' tone. Twilight hated that tone, since it usually made her look like an ignorant child whenever she had used it.
"Alright" Twilight sighed, settling in on the bed as she tucked in her limbs and listened carefully to the situation at hand....at hoof.
"You may continue, Schwann" Celestia stated as her spy did a double-check of the room. Once he was certain about the situation, he then smiled and pulled out a small map. "Twilight, you remember the enlargement spell?" Celestia asked as Twilight's horn lit up, expanding the map to provide a better view of it overall.
"As it stands, the entire facility is heavily guarded. They require ponies to disable their magic here, much like the Equestria Games, and they have metal detectors all over the place, with armed guards every few hoof-lengths inside and outside the building. Whatever your plan is, we won't be able to get close" Schwann had started saying, Twilight looking over the map and other notes and thinking of it like a game of Chess, only with VERY real punishments as opposed to losing. Celestia's expression hardened as she walked off to the balcony for a moment, clearly distraught with thought.
"This is going to be exceptionally difficult. An escape plan shouldn't be difficult to think about, but then there's the matter of actually getting in to get the ring...." Celestia sighed, thinking things through carefully. She looked out of the room, into the distance of the sky itself.
"Princess, I'm starting to think that maybe, this isn't a smart idea. I mean....Is it really necessary to do all this, just to hide your....Well, your endowment?" Once inside, they soon entered the line towards the tellers and cautiously looked around them, eyeing the various cameras and the likes. It didn't take long before they had made it to the teller, whom of which greeted them with a bored smile upon their features.
"Good morning, how may I help you?" the teller asked, trying to be helpful. The poor mare didn't know about the odd rumbling noise she heard though.
