Jenet or Green as the professor Dickson insisted on calling her watched as the old man's grandson finally did it to the edge of town still carrying the unconscious Harold or Red again as the old man called him.

Finally letting go of his companion who felt harder than a sack of rocks Billy or Blue felt to his knees breathing hard for the physical labor of bringing a kid almost as heavy as him near the end of the town.

Jenet felt a small fickle of pity within her been born and decided to help her fellow trainer-in-training and walked to him. "Here, this should help". Jenet said handing him a water bottle.

Billy didn't hesitated and brought the tip to his mouth drinking half in record time. "Tha-thanks! I need that! Uf uf uf, this guy..uf is heavier than he looks!".

Jenet spared a look to the downed guy and shrugged. " I thought you all would have left town by now, what's keeping you?".

"My partner decided that a bicycle would be a better way to move that walking so she went for hers". Jenet explained with a poker face.

"I see, make sense but... You wouldn't have the chance to properly use your PokePon right?". Jenet nodded mentally putting Billy higher in her smart scale of the kids that were with her in class.

"Anyway, thanks again for the water, uh? Jessica?". Billy extended his hand for her but she only watched it as if it was dirty which maybe it was.

"Jenet, you are welcome". She ignored the hand and simply looked away.

Billy decided to ignore her animosity and using the few onces of strength he got back he pulled himself up and poured the rest of the water over his sleeping companion. "Ugh gruuu waaaah I didn't wet the bed again!".

"About time, we need to get going!". Harold looked around finding only the other two teens looking back at him.

"Where am I? Am I PokePon Master already?!". Asked Harold getting up.

"Not quiet yet, anyway I'm Billy and this here is Jenet, I'm your partner by the way".

Harold extended his hand for a greeting but only Billy took it, Jenet again simply nodded and looked away from the hand."Nice meeting ya guys! Harold here, so partner of what exactly?". Billy explained the whole thing that happened while he was out. "Wow! And you brought me here by yourself?".

"Didn't have much of a choice, now that you know we better get going"

"Alright! Lead the way!". Harold said but he was the one in the lead running toward the main road that lead to the next town, Billy turned to the girl in green" Wanna come?". The girl seemed to think for a moment but then turned him down since she needed her partner with her.

Nodding his understanding Billy followed after Harold, he found him looking at the town's sign which indicated the way to reach the next town, Brentwood town. "So which one do we take partner?". Harold asked, Billy observed the map and saw 3 possible routes to reach Brentwood.

The town was located Northeast of their current location , the first route was the longest because it run around a small forest located a few miles from the town, the second route was passing across the forest, this one would take any traveler almost at the entrance of Brentwood but there was a warning proclaiming a high chance of finding wild PokePon, the third route was a difficult walk along a tall grass area with no road and a few hills, while not dangerous it seemed to require more stamina than the other two.

Seen as they didn't have a bike the long route was out of the question. "Hey Harold, you grew up here right?".

"Yep! Born here too". Harold commented with pride.

"Is the forest dangerous?". Asked Billy while weighting the pros and cons of each path.

"Hmmm, for an adult with at least a well leveled PokePon don't think so but kids are always warned about avoiding it". Billy thought about their situation, time was a constant pressure.

"Are you up for disobeying that warning Harold?". A grin spread in the other kid's face indicating his acceptance.

"This is gonna be awesome! I always wondered what that old forest looked inside! And now I'll know!".

"Sure".

"With my very own PokePon!".

"Good for us".

"And my new partner!".

"Yeah".

"Holding my hand!".

"I gueeee-wait what?". Billy looked with shock at his companion.

"I mean only if I get cold feet you know, not that I'm afraid of dark spooky forests, he he".

"Aren't you?".

"... Nah!... Just messing with you, but enough talk, it's time". Breathing deep, Harold pulled out one of his Cuve, taking a very dramatic pose Harold took aim and threw his Cuve with all his strength.

The square flashed and like before the empty space was replaced with a small equine, this one was smaller that the Ditzy Door they saw before, been a filly jet the little pink PokePon had both a puffy mane and tail, when it's eyes opened they were light blue and full of energy.

"Wow! Who did I got? It looks strong! Is it a Pegasus? Can it turn into a princess?".

"I think is a Pinkie Pie and no it can't turn into a princess?".

"But she can shoot magic from her horn right?".

"I'm sure we could if she had one, you... really don't know a lot about PokePon don't you?".

"Whaaaat, that's crazy Billy, you're crazy, I know all that there's need to know! It's just... well she's a pretty rare PokePon so...".

"Well, Pinkies are rare indeed, anyway let's check her with our Ponydex". Both guys took out their devices and pointed to the small pink form who yawned cutely.

"Pinkie Pie, the bubbly PokePon. This PokePon is quiet energetic and hyperactive, it posses huge amount of stamina and creativity but it could get overboard if not directed properly, if not enough amount of happiness had been provided for her previous to evolve she could turn into a PokePon with a completely different personality".

With another ping the device closed up. "She's an earth pony and for what I heard she's difficult to raise but if you do it right she can be quiet the challenge".

"Awesome". Harold did a pump first.

"Fun?". Both teen turned to find that the little Pinkie was now a mere inches away.

"Did you said something my little Pinkie?".

The pink PokePon watched the gizmo in their hands and then started jumping trying to get a closer look. " Fun, fun fuuuun fuuuuuun".

"Hey look at her! She like my Ponydex, you want to see it too Pinkie?". Harold kneeled so that Pinkie could reach the Ponydex.

"I don't think that's such a good idea Harold".

"Fun fun".
"Ah come on! Just look at he- eyyy, Pinkie!". The pink filly took hold of the Ponydex and ran off outside town with impressive speed for such small creature.

"Pinkiiiiiiie!".

"Oh boy, wait Harold! I'm coming!". The two boys give started giving chase not realizing that they were been observed, from the top of a house Ditzy Doo took flight following after them.

Finally after so much waiting Jenet could see her partner coming back, Emma arrived with the bicycle she took so much time to find, still dressed almost all in pink, to Jenet's horror the bicycle too was painted in the same pink color, not only was the color absurd but it was adorned to maximize the girly factor, a cute basket in the front with flower patterns, shinny strings coming out of the handles, sticker of teddy bears and smiling clouds all over the frame, it even had a huge pink bow in the back of the double seat, yes, this was a double seat bicycle, who knew those still exist, Emma even presented Jenet with an extra pink helmet for her to use.

"Sorry for the wait Jen, but mother insisted in cleaning it for me before departing, well now let carry on, hop hop".

"You... you want me to seat on that!". Jenet asked giving a step back involuntarily.

"Well sure, we can get to Brentwood faster and with style using this beauty, don't you agree?". Jenet now wished to had accepted Billy's offer now so much but she had little on the choice department, they were the last one to exit the freaking town and time was been wasted just arguing.

"Fine, let's just get them over with". With a sigh Jenet climbed in the back seat and after counting at three the two girls started pedaling, it was bad at first with them out of sync but soon they got it and were doing pretty good, the girls took the longest path but it was the only road ideal for bikes.

After a while Jenet called out to Emma. "We should stop somewhere around the forest to see if we can find a PokePon for catching or to observe".

"Splendid idea Jen, we totally should". Jenet felt better now hearing that, at least this girl wasn't against the idea of actually training, she knew that besides capturing and using PokePon for fights there were those who used them for silly things such as beauty contests and TV shows, to Jenet exploring and research was the game so she wanted to have all the opportunity to do that and more but first came the test, she just wanted to finish this to be alone again and do things her own way.

The girls continued in their route without anymore words but soon Emma started to sing much to Jenet annoyance, oh how she wanted to finish this.

"This hill was worse that the last one, don't you think Harold?". Asked a girl dressed in Orange to the boy in yellow.

"My... My name is not... Harold". The boy answered breathing with difficulty, exercising was never his forte and this terrain was worse that a boot camp course. " It's Da-Dan".

"Ok Dan-Dan, my name is Rosemary but my friends call me Rosy".

"Yeah, you told me already, anyway where are our PokePon?".

"Oh they are ahead and playing!". Rosy said while pointing to a ball of dust from where growls were coming out.

"I don't think they are playing Rosey". Rosemary did a happy face finding out another nickname for herself.

Dan went to where his and her PokePon were fighting, his blue furred filly Pegasus was busy biting Rosemary's orange coated earth pony, since the two released their PokePon they have been fighting non stop and the boy was getting tired of breaking them up every time.

Dan took his Rainbow Dash in his arms and started caressing his multicolored mane, the blue filly smirked and put out her tongue irking the little Applejack even more.

"Apples appleees!". The orange filly jumped trying to reach the smirking Pegasus but soon her owner took her in her arms as well and started swinging her in the air.

"I love you too my little munchkin! Aren't you precious? Yes you are, yes you are!". Rainbow Dash started laughing when she saw Applejack with her eyes crossed and about to puke from all the twirling, soon after The orange filly completely forgot about her nausea and jumped off Rosey snatching the Pegasus with her toward the floor, the two landed hard but despite the fall the two got into another brawl immediately.

After separating them and scoldings them for their behavior Dan suggested to scan them with the Ponydex to see if they could learn how to control them better.

"Sounds good let me go first". Rosemary took her device out and pointed it to the blonde filly.

"Applejack, the hard worker PokePon. Applejacks are very well rounded PokePon with a hard personality, wherever task they set to do they don't stop until they have accomplished it, Applejack do not mix up well with slackers and jokers".

Dan took a look at his Rainbow Dash and caught her making faces toward Rosemary's Applejack. "Well, that make sense, let me try now". Dan repeated the process with his own Ponydex.

"Rainbow Dash, the daredevil PokePon, Dashes are thrill seekers and like to explore a lot, they also are one of the fastest Pegasus know until now, their only downside been poor interest in everything else and lack of common sense in serious situations".

"Now I understand, they are going to-".

"Become best friends!".

"Uh? Where did you came up with that". Asked Dan as Rosemary brought Applejack close to Rainbow who nervously tried to back away as Applejack tried to bite her.

" Didn't you heard? It was pretty clear, your Dashie is a lazy bum and my Jackie is a workaholic with no sense of life, perfect comedy duo!". Rosemary said happily as all the others could do was stare at her with mixed feelings.

"Anyway let's just continue before we lose more time". Each took their PokePon in arms so that they wouldn't fight, after a while of more climbing they came about another path with tall grass just like the one before the hills.

This one was shorter but the grass was way higher, tall enough so that something may hide in it. Getting another idea Dan spoke to his PokePon. "Dashie, could you fly over the field and tell us if you see something?". Rainbow took a look in the direction of the city and puffing her chest she did a salute with her wings, Dan placed her down and the blue filly prepared to take fly, she jumped kicking dust with the flap of her little wings, she managed to stay airborne for a few seconds before falling flat on her rear, Rosemary's Jackie started laughing at her blue counterpart.

Growling Dashie tried again lasting more in the air that before but falling non the less, angry with herself Dashie went for another one but fell just the same. "That's ok Dashie, it was a good try". The Pegasus crossed her arms and pouted.

"Ok listen, we're in a bad place so we need to be careful, stay close to us and please do not fight anymore or at least until we get out, is that ok?". The two fillies exchanged frowns of dislike but also of understanding, after a little nod of agreement they bumped their hooves in a show of cooperation even if it was for a moment.

The teens advanced with their PokePon slightly behind watching carefully the terrain for any sign of danger but so far it was calm, that was until they heard the sound of grass moving at their right. Rosemary jumped behind Dan before he could do that himself, the two fillies growled in the direction of the noise, soon the grass started moving too and the sound of dragging joined the noise as well.

"What's that?". Asked a trembling Rosemary, her Jackie reacted coutionus and slowly moved next to her while Dashie stood her ground.

Finally the hidden figures came out in the clearing, the horrible creature had a dirty brown fur and long ears, a huge muzzle with big teeth made for crushing, it's body was robust and long, powerful hooves at the end of it's short legs and finally a slim tail with a few strands of fur on the tip.

"It's a... It's a...".

"A doodle donkey!". Rosemary forgot all her fear seen the slow moving mammal, she pulled out her Ponydex and scanned the creature.

"Doodle Donkey, the grumpy PokePon. Doodle Donkey is concidered one of the less popular of all the PokePon due to its rough personality and anti-social behavior, they normally roam around town areas but will keep their distance, they are also very territorial creatures".

As the Ponydex finished it's explanation Rosemary moved to pat the PokePon but before she could reach it Dan pulled her away just in time as the Doodle turned her way and tried to take a bite off her.

"Whaaaah!". Dan pulled Rosemary so hard both fell to the ground.

"Close one". Dan said as he laid firm on the dirt with Rosemary on top of him, still shocked. "Sorry Rosey but-". He cut himself short when he saw the wild dunce approaching. "Dashie! A little help!".

His commanded was responded instantly as the cyan Pegasus engaged the larger PokePon. In that instant something strange happened, a laud tune played followed by a catchty and repetitive one.

"What's going on?". Asked Rosemary off screen.

"I think, I think I'm in a PokePon battle with the Doodle Donkey". Said Dan now standing.

'Wild Doodle Donkey appeared!'.

"Uh? Yeah apparently a PokePon battle".

'Dan choose Dashie!'.

'Dashie's *20% awesome* allow her to attack twice in a row at the beginning of the battle'.

The cyan filly shot a smug smile at the Donkey who was getting angry now.

The Donkey stomped the place where Dashie was a few seconds ago but thanks to her high speed and the move low level of a accuracy she escaped the attack. "Wow! That look like it could hurt, ok Dashie one more time, *Tackle* !". The Pegasus did as instructed and sprung into action hitting her opponent right in the head.

The wild Donkey snapped, angrier this time, he started digging one of his back hooves in the ground also lowering his head getting ready for another attack.

"Don't you love the getting the breeze on your face Jen?". Asked the pink dressed girl, Emma.

"Sure". In reality Jenet was struggling not to get Emma's flowing hair into her eyes. "I believe we are half way through, we should stop and let our PokePon out so that they can get some Exp".

"Hmm good plan Jenny, let's". The bike came to a halt and both girls took their Cuve out.

"I must say, this is so exciting!". Emma said hugging her Cuve. With a gentle throw the Cuve landed not too far away and out came a light gray furred PokePon, with a dignified yawn the white filly unicorn rose to her legs and curiously watched the two humans watching her back. "Oh my Gosh! A... A Rarity! I never thought that I would get one as my first". Emma dropped to one knee and opened her arms, as a que the ivory unicorn moved to sat in the embrace of her trainer.

Jenet saw the scene and felt awkward witnessing such thing, making quick memory she knew that the boy in red Harold had got a Pinkie Pie and that the other two got Applejack and Rainbow Dash as companions, following logic ment that the first 6 PokePon from the Ponydex where chosen by Prof Dickson for the trainers, if so then chances were that her own was a Twilight Sparkle, one of the most intelligent PokePon, getting her as a starter wouldn't be so bad.

Mentally crossing her finger Jenet nonchalantly dropped her Cuve, the light came and went leaving behind a furry ball of butter yellow and pink, immediately a sense of dread surged in. "Don't tell me that...". A couple of wings appeared as the filly woke up hearing her master's voice.

"S-shy?". The yellow filly muttered before hiding her face behind her pink mane.

"A Fluttershy! You're so lucky Jen friend, we are lucky, just look at those cute PokePon we got". Emma expressed with joy that was almost non-existing in the girl in green.

The Rarity saw her fellow PokePon fearful state and moved next to her in a friendly manner, the Fluttershy still seemed afraid but she did stood up offering a weak smile.

"So cuuute! Oh, before we forget, let see, I think it was this button here? Oh yes".

"Rarity the fabulous PokePon. Rarity are well known for been well mannered and trying to keep their coat in pristine condition however if they feel threatened they will defend themselves with any mean in their hooves or horn".

"Quiet the ability my Rarity". The unicorn looked pleased and even did a pose showing her attractiveness. "What about you Jen, aren't you going got scan your Fluttershy?".

"I... guess". Jenet did the action with her PokePon with little to non interest, her expression didn't escape her partner.

"Fluttershy, the kind PokePon. This PokePon is widely know for her friendly but cowardly personality, while not all the known Fluttershies have the same issue it believed that at least 7 out of 10 will have this traits making them difficult to train for battle and more suitable as house pets".

The little Fluttershy who came out of hiding after the red light finished passing across her body, Jenet approached her thinking that maybe if she was lucky enough she could trade her or capture another PokePon that could be more useful in the long run, while Jenet didn't hate the little Pegasus she wasn't thrilled to train her either as that may take too much effort.

"Something wrong Jenet?". Jenet could feel the sight of her companion on top of her, Emma seemed like a nice person but Jenet was sure that if she expressed her disappointment in getting Fluttershy Emma may leave her there in the middle of the long road.

"Nothing, just anxious to get the show in the road, we can't lose more time".

"I suppose you're right, ok then, we should drive while our PokePon follow close, exercise will improve their condition and give them some Exp without too much hassle".

Jenet nodded and took the Fluttershy with her next to Emma's Rarity. "Ok you two, we'll try to run our way to town but if you feel tired let us know, ok?". Her Rarity nodded but Fluttershy seemed to wonder if she could make it.

"It's not far, it should be easy with your wings". Jenet told her PokePon who seemed to realize for the first time of the two extremities on her back. The yellow pegasus tried to take fly but her wings seemed to weak to even hover.

Her failure to fly was a another blow in Fluttershy's confidence. " Maybe a little trot is better for now so that both can gain some Exp".

"Fine". And so they started with that, Rarity seemed with no problem keeping up to the bicycle but Fluttershy lacked behind, still, a quick check to the PokePon manager system revealed that indeed they had gained some Exp even if a little so they decided to keep at it.

For a bit more they continued until Fluttershy was seen dragging her hooves, taking a small break the two girls chatted while the their PokePon rested.

" It was the closest it have ever come to a PokePon until now and I must say that this is way better that I thought possible!". Emma described her first few interactions with PokePon to Janet while their own fillies recharged energy.

"Good for you". Jenet told her just showing the smallest of smiles, Emma was about to ask in how was her own experience with PokePon when she noticed that her backpack was been pulled by one of her handles toward some bushes.

"Hey look!". Jenet saw where Emma was pointing and put a finger in front of her lips signaling for Emma to keep quiet, slowly Jenet took a small rock from from the ground and took aim, when she was sure of her target she threw the stone followed by a surprised yelp.

"Oh dear, that sounded bad, your aim is quiet impressive though". From the bushes came out two blurs of persian blue landing opposite to the trainers.

The one in the left and closer to Jenet landed a bit off, it was a pegasus slightly taller that Fluttershy, she had a wild white mane and a bump in her forehead, she was carrying Jenet's backpack and looked in pain and angry.

The one that landed closer to Emma had a more straight mane with a pale opal color, she looked upset too. "Oh my, they look quiet moody, that rock probably wasn't what they expected".

"I wasn't expecting Pokepon thieves either, tough luck". Jenet answered with a frown.

"Fair enough, but now we're in a tight predicament, those two look tougher than our PokePon and I don't think that an apology could solve this".

"May as well then".

"A battle it is then".

"Rarity!".

"Fluttershy!". Both fillies took position in front of their respective trainers, Fluttershy with much fear and uncertainty, the pegasus hurt by the rock changed her target to her fellow yellow pegasus, Rarity taking on against the other one.

"What!?". Jenet was taken back as Fluttershy used another move instead of the one commanded.

"Why did she use *Guard* ? Did she not heard you correctly?". Watching carefully Jenet saw the yellow ball shaking.

"No, she's afraid, too scared to follow commands".

"Oh dear, that may be a problem". Emma understood what that meant, Rarity was to fight alone against two PokePon at the same time.

'Wild Cloudchaser use *Tackle* '.
'Fluttershy received 3 Damage'.
'Wild Flitter use *Guts* '.
'Rarity received 3 Damage'.
'Fluttershy received 2 Damage'.

"Our turn again, let's see if she's willing to help this time, Fluttershy use *Tackle* don't hide away!".

"Come on little Shy, we need your help!". Emma tried to encourage the pink mane pegasus.

'Rarity use *Magic ball* '.
'It misses!'.
'Fluttershy use... *Guard*'.

"Fluttershy! What are you doing? If you don't fight back they're going to-".

'Wild Cloudchaser use *Tackle* '.
'Rarity received 7 Damage'.
'Wild Flitter use *Tackle* '.
'Rarity received 6 Damage'.

The double impact reduces Rarity's Hp to mere 16 and send her tumbling with a hurting yell, Fluttershy managed to see the result of her cowardice between her pink frames of mane, gulping she sees the disappointed look on her master's face, the other human, the brunette also shows a face of horror as her PokePon is was trashed around, the final nail is the hurt expression of the little unicorn as she tries to stand up once more.

Suddenly something inside the little frightened yellow pegasus snaps and her own shame forces her to stand up, in shaky legs she confront her opponents with a new look of determination.

'Fluttershy use *Tackle* '.
'Wild Cloudchaser received 5 Damage'.

"Nice one Fluttershy, that's the spirit!". Emma's cheers managed to lift some hope in Fluttershy that things would turn ok, even Rarity smiled for her despite her poor condition, better yet was the small nod of approval from her own trainer that while lacking happiness or pride it was still an improvement.

"Think we have a chance Jen? If one of our PokePon faints we'll have to go straight for Brentwood and wait until she or they recover". Jenet understood what Emma meant, one of them fainted and both would fail.

"I have a plan , we keep attacking the Cloudchaser only, then I'll take care of it". Jenet showed her hand with a Cuve on it and Emma understood.

"When that one is out of the way then we focus on Flitter and do the same". Emma nodded with a smile. With 19 Hp both trainer focused their PokePon's attacks on the sounded Cloudchaser for another turn, bringing her Up to 9, Rarity got one more attack at her while Flitter used her *Guts* again to damage both.

"Ok, here goes nothing!". Jenet threw her Cuve at the wild mane pegasus hitting her in the chest, the pegasus normally wouldn't have trouble withstanding such small object but in her state it was more that enough to shake her.

The other blue wild pegasus look in confusion as her partner had disappeared in a flash, in her place a small square was placed with a small light changing from red to blue in intervals, Jenet look with real nervousness as the light keep changing until it sets in blue indicating that the wild Cloudchaser was now hers.

"Ok is that you captured her friend Flitter shouldn't be much of a problem for our combined effort". Emma was preparing the next commands when Jenet spoke again.

"I don't think that would be necessary". Jenet pointed to the wild Flitter who by all purpose had forgotten the battle, she was busy now looking at the small square were Cloudchaser was now contained.

Jenet used the opportunity to retake her backpack and pull out a couple of fruit bars from it, she then handed them to Emma. "Here, I don't know if it's going to work but it may". Emma accepted the bars confused as to what Jenet was implying.

Jenet approached the Cuve and Flitter jumped away in fear that she would be trap like her sister, she watched as the black haired girl took the small square and pushed the button, in a flash of light Cloudchaser reappeared, confused and still bruised but ok at least.

"Emma? Could you give them the bars?". Emma looked at Jenet then at the blue pegasus and nodded. She did as asked and kneeled next Cloudchaser, she removed the wrapping and broke the fruit bar in half giving one piece to the white mane pony.

Cloudchaser looked at the bar with caution, Flitter landed next to her and observed the same candy with curiosity, finally both took a piece of the bar and soon started munching at it with hurry.

"They were hungry, that's why they stole my backpack in the first place, they probably smelled the contest and wanted it, sorry I didn't noticed earlier, could have saved us some unnecessary problem, sorry you two, because I didn't noticed you got dragged into a battle for us".

Fluttershy and Rarity exchanged looks only to smile soon after. Jenet stepped closer and took Fluttershy in her arm. "Sorry for been a dick, you did good and... Well thanks.

"Shy shy".

"I think she forgive you and so do I". Emma turned when she felt fur over her knees, she found Flitter leaning over her with a hungry expression that said that she wanted more food. "Look at you, you look so cute, and to think that only minutes ago we were fighting". Emma give another piece of the bars to Flitter who quickly started eating.

"So what do I do?".

"I'm sure that Flitter will be a good addition to your roster, besides, it looks like those two are related so it would be bad if I take Cloudchaser and leave Flitter here by herself".

"Good point, what do you say girl, you want to be part of my team, if you agree we could provide more yummy food for you and... this cute little bow, so... What do you say?". Emma asked pulling out a pink ribbon and turning it into a bow for Flitter. A few minutes later the two girls were in the road again with two new PokePon with them.

Harold marched with caution behind his human shea-friend yes, friend who in turn walked behind his own companion a lavender unicorn filly with violet eyes and mulberry fur, her mane had three different colors, blue, purple and raspberry.

Many minutes ago the duo was chasing after his Pinkie Pie who snatched his Ponydex and ran away, their chase took them inside the forest that lead to the town and continue following Pinkie they end up inside.

It was right after entering that Billy took his own PokePon out revealing a Twilight Sparkle inside, according to Billy she was both intelligent and curious to a fault. After introducing himself and Harold and explaining the situation the unicorn turned tail and started her quest to look for the wayward Pink PokePon. Harold was very impressed by how Billy took command of Sparkle with no problem at all, even more impressive was how the pair battled, not sooner they got inside the forest they were attacked by some insect looking PokePon that Billy identified as Changelings, Billy quickly and calmly directed the filly which he started calling Twilie in how to use her moves efficiently, the unicorn in her part did her moves flawlessly and won the first two battles with ease, despite that Billy decided to avoid further confrontations as he told Harold that without supplies of medicine and food Twilie would tire out or end up to injured to continue the search, so the priority was getting Pinkie and escape before something bad could happen.

"So, what was that ability you used before again? ".

Billy sighed but didn't denied his request, then a better idea popped up. "Rather that explaining for the fifth time why don't you use my Ponydex, here". Billy tossed the device to Harold who barely cought it.

"Hmmm good plan". Harold did so.

"Twilight Sparkle, the egghead PokePon. Sparkles are very eccentric and curious PokePon always hungry for knowledge about anything that surround them, if they don't manage to understand or gain the information they seek they may turn extremely unpredictable and psychotic".

Special Ability:
' Twilight's *Smarty-pants* when an opponent use the same move twice on Twilight the move loses half of its effectiveness both in damage, accuracy and chance of produce a status alignment on her'.

Hearing the description about her Twilie turned around with a scowl printed on her face and angrily stomped her little hoof in the ground prancing and pointing to the insulting device. " Twi!". Harold didn't need to be a PokePon whisper to understand that the unicorn just called the Ponydex blasphemous.

"Sorry but we didn't write what it said, don't worry though, you're cool". Billy kneeled and patted the filly in the head calming her.

After hearing the Ponydex Harold understood why Twilight had been so badass fighting those bugs, it also explained why after 4 battles she was still in good health, although his Hp was now at 19, almost half of her original, the good part was that thanks to those first victories she was now Lv8 and had now a second move.

As Harold was thinking he failed to see that both Twilie and Billy had stopped completely causing him to crash into Billy's back. "Ouch! Why did you stohmmmm!".

"Sssshhhh! Look". Billy covered his mouth and pointed ahead were a sleeping Pinkie Pie laid on a patch of grass and twigs, the Ponydex was just a few inches away.

"Cool! We found her, ok let gahhhmmm!". Again Billy covered Harold's mouth and grabbed the collar of his shirt pulling him close to him. "What gives dude!". Billy again shush him and pointed to his PokePon, the Little unicorn was in a defensive stand looking up with a scowl on her face.

Harold followed the trajectory of her sight and saw what she and Billy were so worried about, over the branches were Pinkie was sleeping so peacefully there were at least 5 sleeping Changelings, they all looked as Young's as the ones they encountered before but the fact that there was five of them was alarming.

Harold turned to Billy and nodded his understanding of the situation, Billy turned to Twilie and did hand signs that Harold couldn't understand but apparently Twilie did, she scratched her chin with a hoof and adopted a thinking pose, she then did an eureka motion and nodded to her trainer.

Turning toward the pink PokePon Twilie took a deep breath and started focusing magic in her tiny horn, her purple magic then started to appear around Pinkie and she started to levitate her toward them, Twilie focused harder and the Pink bundle floated closer, when everything looked like it would be ok Pinkie woke up and watching herself floating she got excited. "Fun? Fun fun? FUN FUN!". Her happy screams echoed through the dense canopy of the forest startling Twilie and the two humans, with her focus broken Pinkie fell to the ground and if her yells of joy didn't woke up the menace in top her cries did the job.

Like an angry swarm the five black Changelings hissed at the Intruders and descended upon them surrounding them at all sides, Pinkie stopped her cries only to run and hide behind Harold's legs. "Yeah sure, now you feel like getting to know me!".

The hissing increased and soon more Changelings joined attracted by the noise. " Any chance that... We could fight them?". Asked Harold about to faint.

"11 against 4? Not a chance, even if we fight with the PokePon it would be almost impossible".

"T-then what now?". Billy's brain switched to overdrive and it got an idea out, a crazy one but one at least.

"Ok first take Pinkie in your arms". Both trainers took their respective PokePon. "Good next, Twilie prepare *Flashbang* ". The unicorn understood immediately and started charging her horn. " At the count of three Harold, you close your eyes, got it?"

"Ye-yes!".

Twilie tapped Billy's arm to indicate that she was ready. "Good, here we go, One... two... THREE!". Twilie released the magic accumulated within her horn causing a blinding light to appear in seconds, the horse of Changelings were completely blinded by the magic, Billy used the chance and sprinted the way they came. "RUN!".

Harold followed close behind and the two escaping trainer continued to run away, while the blast was bright enough to cause harm in the eyes it was hardly enough to blind every single Changeling in the forest, as they continued running for their lives Billy heard the buzzing grow closer, it sounded like the whole nest was chasing them and may as well be.

In his hurry Billy's foot got tangled with a protruding root sending the boy straight to the ground, still managed to fell without crushing his PokePon Billy hugged the little unicorn protecting her from the upcoming danger.

In that instant, before the mass of PokePon bugs could lay a claw on him a gray lighting descended braking through the thick canopy of branches, it landed with a resounding shockwave so brutal that the bugs were pushed back by it.

The light found its way through the new hole in the top of the trees and all sound stopped, Billy lifted his head and despite the dust and leaves blocking his view he still could recognize the phenomenon before him for he has witnessed it many times before while playing with her.

Shaking her body from debris and dust Ditzy Doo stood in the small crater created by her landing and despite the damage caused around she looked like it was normal for her, Muffins turned her good eye to look at the boy and smiled after seen him unharmed, when the buzzing in front of her started again she turned her attention forward, taking a ready stand she cracked a few bones in her neck and smiled again but not a friendly smile like before but one that promised nothing but pain if they dared to come closer.

Feeling not fear the horse threw itself against the gray pegasus and she in return jumped to meet the foolish attacker head on.

Author's Note

Hope you like this chapter, as I mentioned before I have a difficult time adjusting MLP with Pokemon for two main reasons: 1) my only experience with Pokemon came from the only game I ever played, a remake of the first one I think is called Red Fire for the Gameboy advance (yes I'm that old) so I don't know the status of the new ones I think they use letters now instead of colors for the names. 2) How to present the info, I went for the decision of doing it like if it was the game and not the anime but it takes a while and my eyes aren't at 100% yet so it's pretty slow.

Anyway as you saw I don't have sounds for Rarity and Rainbow Dash yet, if you think of a good one let me know and I'll use it, finally thanks for waiting and again hope you enjoy it.
