Equestria Heat.

Tim ran to the source of the yell and what he found surprised him.Tim saw a humaniod creature,with equine features.The creature was being attacked by another larger creature.It looked like a lion,with small wings and a scorpians tail.Tim knew he had to act fast.He locked and loaded his AR and charged,firing at the lion like creature.Rounds were hitting and the creature was being wounded,when it turned around and swiped it's claws at Tim,who ducked just in time.

The Equine person yelled."LOOK OUT!! IT'S TAIL IS POISONOUS!!!!!!"

Tim quickly grabbed his short barreled Remington M-870 shotgun,from his back and racked a round of 00-Buck and fired.Nine .32 caliber sized pellets made impact and shredded the lion creatures tail.The animal cried out in agony.And charged at Tim.Tim then reracked the shotgun and put in the animals mouth.

Just as he pulled the trigger.Tim said,"EAT THIS!!!!!"

BOOM!!!!

The next set of 00-Buckshot pellets scrambled the creatures brain like an egg.And the animal fell over dead.Tim taking no chances,grabbed his Colt Commander from his vest holster,and fired 2 .45ACP rounds into it's eye socket.

Tim said,"It's dead.Whatever it was."

Tim then walked up to the equine creature.And saw it had a cyan coat.Rainbow colored mane and wings.It was also a female,and she was wearing clothes, she was also holding her arm.Tim then spoke to her.

Tim asked,"Are you OK??Can you understand me???"

The equine replied,"Yeah,but I think my arm is broken."

Tim examined the arm.When the equine winced in pain.Tim knew it was broken.

Tim said,"Yep.It's broken allright.You need to get to a hospital,but first.I'll make a splint."

Tim then used his knife to cut ti small branches and found some bandages in his pack,and placed the branches on the equines broken arm and wrapped it in bandeges and used another for a sling.

Tim asked,"So how is that??"

The equine replied,"It dosen't hurt as much now.Thanks."

Tim said,Now we gotta find a town or village.

The equine said,"Ponyville is not too far from here."

Tim asked,"Speaking of here.Where is here??I mean what is the name of this place."

The Equine then realized something and said,"I take it your not from around here."

Tim replied,"No.I'm from another world.A planet called Earth."

The equine replied,"Well I can tell you this.Your in Equestria.And I guess the planet is called Eques,by the way.My names Rainbow Dash."

Tim shook Rainbow Dash's good hand and said,"Nice to meet you Rainbow Dash.My names Tim Miller."

Rainbow Dash said,"It's good to meet you too Tim.And thanks for saving my life."

Tim then asked,"So,how did you end up on the ground?I mean your a Pegasus??Right??"

Rainbow Dash answered,"Well.I'm a weather pony,and I was flying,but a sudden crosswind got me and knocked my outta the sky,and I ended up here in The Everfree Forest."

Tim asked,"Can you walk?"

Rainbow Dash said,"Yeah.I can walk."

Tim then asked,"So what are you called anyway?I mean.I never met a talking horse on 2 legs before."

Rainbow Dash replied,"Well first.We're called ponies.We don't like the term horse.It's kinda dirogitory."

Tim then said,"Sorry.I didn't know."

Rainbow Dash laughed and said,"It's OK.I was just joshing you,but still.I wouldn't call anypony a horse."

As Tim and Rainbow Dash were walking.Tim heard a rustling sound.Tim aimed his AR-15 in the direction of the sound and said,Rainbow Dash.Get behind me.

The cyan pegasus did just that.And just as Tim was about to pull the trigger.Figures emerged from the forest.Rainbow Dash saw who it was.And said,"Tim.Wait.I know him.He's The Captain of The Guard."

The Captain said,"Rainbow Dash.Are you allright??We heard you fell from the sky,and that they're were loud bangs coming from the forest."

Rainbow Dash said,"Hey Shining Armor.Yeah.I had a little accident and broke my arm,and the loud bangs came from this guy.He saved my life.A Manticore was gonna have me for lunch,when he came up and used those things he's carrying to kill it."

Shining Armor looked at Tim and said,"Is this true??"

Tim replied,"Yes.The thing I killed is a few miles back that way."

Shining Armor look his guardponies and said,"I need 5 to go and confirm this."

Shining looked at Tim,shook his hand and said,"Thank you for saving Rainbow Dash.Now your name sir??"

Tim answered,"Tim Miller."

Shining then said,"Shining Armor.Captain of The Royal Guard for Princess Celestia and Princess Luna.and Equestria.So what brings you here to Equestria Tim??"

Tim answered,"I'm here looking for 2 others like me.A female about 40 years old and a male about 21 now.They may have come here about a little more than 20 years ago."

Shining knew who Tim was talking about,but decided to keep his mouth shut.A few minutes later a squad of GuardPonies came back and confirmed that indeed an Manticore had been killed by Tim and his weapons.Shing ordered the squad to bury the animal and looked back at Tim,and said,"Well you'll have to talk with Princess Celestia.However.I will ask that you disarm,for now.If Princess Celestia deems you are not a threat.You will get them back."

Tim replied,"OK.Fair enough."

Shining watched as Tim went through the procedures of unloading his Colt AR-15.His SigPro 9mm,his Colt Commander,his Shotgun and his dads Colt.As well as his knife.And took off his load bearing vest.And emptied his red wagon and put everything in the trunks of 2 chariots.The squad of guardponies returned about 20 minutes later after burying the now dead manticore.

Shining looked at the squad and said,"Now take Ms.Dash to Ponyville Hospital."

Just as she was leaving Rainbow Dash said,"Well so long for now Tim.I hope I will see you again."

Tim smiled and replied,I hope so too Rainbow Dash.Take care."

Soon the guardponies took Rainbow Dash to the hospital.The rest of the chariots flew on to Canterlot.After arriving at The Royal Castle Tim was allowed to take his change of clothes and the briefcase.Shining Armor escorted Tim to The Guard Barracks so Tim could take a shower and change his clothes.Tim came out later dressed and Shining Armor saw what he was wearing.And he saw the oval shaped badge Tim wore,DETECTIVE LOS ANGELES POLICE 26459

Shining asked,"What kind of uniform is this??Are you military Tim??"

Tim replied,"No.I was once,but this is the uniform of The Los Angeles Police Department.The city on Earth that I'm from,and serve.And I felt I should meet your Princess as a professional."

Shining said,"I see.Well.Let's go.The Princess is waiting."

Shining and Tim walked into the castle and entered the throne room and Tim saw a White Alicorn wearing a crown,he assumed it was Princess Celestia.

Shining said,Your Highness."I present Detective Tim Miller,of The Los Angeles Police Department,from a world called Earth.He is the one who saved Rainbow Dash's life."

Tim bowed in respect and said,"Princess Celestia.I am honored to meet you."

Princess Celestia replied,"No Detective Miller.The honor is mine.I thank you for what you did.I welcome you to Equestria.Now please let us retire to my chambers so we may talk and have some lunch.Captain.You will join us."

With that Tim and Shining followed Princess Celestia into her chambers and began the meeting.
