Canterlot office building hallway 15th floor

On the 15th floor hallway in the office building. Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie were running through the smoke filled hallway trying to find another fire escape so they could reunite with Thorax and Twilight. And Rainbow Dash was trying to call Thorax with her walkie talkie.

"Thorax! Thorax! This is Rainbow Dash! Do you copy?" Rainbow asked while running with her friends.

*Static Static*

When Rainbow heard the static, she tucked her walkie talkie back into her belt and continued to run with her friends.

"Come on! We gotta hurry!" Said Pinkie with a worried look behind her oxygen mask.

"We will!" Rainbow replied.

"I hope their okay." Said Fluttershy.

"Of course they will be okay Flutters, Thorax is a legendary firefighter, and Twilight has him by her side, so there's nothing to worry about."

"I guess." Fluttershy sighed behind her mask.

After they made a right turn, they saw another fire escape.

"Look! Another fire escape!" Said Pinkie pointing at the fire escape door with a happy look behind her mask.

"Today's our lucky day!"Said Rainbow Dash with a happy look behind her mask as well.

"Well what are we waiting for? Let's go." Said Fluttershy.

Rainbow and Pinkie nodded at her respite and ran up to the fire escape door. Then Rainbow Dash gripped onto the door's handle and pushed it opened. Then they ran in.

20th floor fire escape

There were nothing but smoke and debris on the 20th floor. And on the 20th floor stairway, Thorax and Twilight were unconscious for six minutes after that previous event.

Both Thorax and Twilight have regained conciousness at the same time. They both moaned and slowly opened their eyes. And they both saw each other.

"Twilight, are you okay?" Thorax asked her.

Twilight grunted and said "I'm fine."

Thorax noticed something oddly suspicious about his position.

"Um Twilight, why are you underneath me? Am I stuck on a roof?" He asked her.

"No, I don't think so." She replied as she shook her head. Twilight also felt something, she felt something heavy on her body.

"Thorax, my body feels kind of heavy." She told him.

Then Thorax's eyes widened.

"Wait a minute, if I'm not stuck on the roof, and your feeling something heavy on your body, does that mean?" Thorax stopped in his sentence and looked down and he realized that he was lying on top of Twilight.

Twilight raised an eyebrow when she saw him looking underneath him.

"Thorax? What is wrong?" Twilight asked as she at where he was looking.

Then her eyes widened as well bacuse she saw that he was lying on top of her.

They then looked at each other with large blushes on their cheeks behind their masks.

"Um, this is awkward." Thorax chuckled.

Twilight couldn't respond because of the position they were in. Then they heard a voice.

"Um, are we interrupting something?"

When they heard the voice, Thorax looked back and Twilight looked in front of her. Then they saw Rainbow Dash, Pinkie pie and Fluttershy starring at them with smiles on their faces behind their masks.

Then Thorax got off Twilight and she stood up, and they looked at them with blushes on their cheeks behind their masks.

"How did you three get to us?" Thorax asked them.

"We used another fire escape on the 15th floor." Rainbow Dash replied.

"Uh, where is Rarity and Applejack?" Twilight asked quietly.

"They are escorting two ponies out of the building." Pinkie replied.

"Oh." Said Twilight quietly.

"Either ways." Said Rainbow Dash with a smirk. "Can you two tell us what you were do-" Rainbow was cut off when Thorax stepped onto the stairs.

"Let's just forget about this and go up. The 21st floor is just up there." Said Thorax walking up the stairs.

"Okay." Rainbow shrugged. Then she and her friends followed him up the stairs, and Twilight was still blushing from that event she had with Thorax.

21st floor fire escape door

Once they reached the fire escape door on the 21st floor, Thorax slowly pushed it opened and began to scan the hallway. He then saw no fire in there and he turned to his friends.

"There's no fire here girls. We're clear to move." Thorax told them.

"Yes Thorax." They replied.

Then they walked through the hallway and began to look for the ponies trapped in this floor.

"Hello! Is anypony here? We're firefighters! We're here to rescue you!" Thorax yelled. But there was no response.

"Do you think anypony can hear you Thorax?" Rainbow asked.

"Maybe." He replied.

"I can't even see what's in front of me through the smoke." Said Twilight.

"At least we have our flashlights." Said Pinkie.

"Okay girls, let's try to go-"

Thorax was cut off when a voice was heard.

"Hello? Is there anypony there? We're over here *cough* please help us." Said a mare.

"Somepony is in here! Come on girls!" Said Thorax running towards the voice.

"Yes Thorax!" All of them replied as they followed Thorax.

After they made a left turn, they encountered an office area. Thorax pushed the door opened and he and his friends rushed in. Then they saw seven ponies in the office room sitting on the floor with small towels covering their mouths.

"Don't worry, we're firefighters, we're here to get you out." Said Thorax.
