Chapters In the Rainbow Factory...
Author's Note
This will take place after Twilight is a princess, I forgot if she became a princess before or after the Mare Do Well thing. If it was before, act like it was after.
Betrayal
"Wh-what..."
"You guys..."
"What?"
"Rainbow! What was that for!?"
"Why... why did you do this?"
"We're sorry. We just didn't know what else to do."FIVE. FUCKING. TIMES!!! "
"SHUT UP! You all know that I value loyalty over everything! I would've died to save one of you! I would've done anything to save you all! But after this! THIS BETRAYAL! I DON'T THINK I'LL EVER DO THAT AGAIN! THAT INCLUDES YOU, FLUTTERSHY!!!"
"B-but I only did the fly by. I didn't do anything else."
"I. DON'T. CARE. You were part of this! You were all part of this! Now nopony even considers me their hero! It's all just Mare Do Well here, Mare Do Well there, she's everywhere! There's only one pony I know who still likes me more than your 'Mare-Do-Well' and that's my sister! No, not Scootaloo! Rainbowrio! And Scootaloo used to think of ME as her hero! SO BUCK YOU ALL!"
"If you excuse me, I have somewhere to be right now. Enjoy your lives as Mare-Do-Well. Now I'm a nobody outside of the Rainbow Factory."
"Well, girls. This backfired on us."
"I'h can't believe it. What were we thinkin?"
"We betrayed her. She's right. And she does value loyalty over everything else. We betrayed her."
"I don't think we're going to be able to make it up to her."
"I'm afraid so." Celestia said, as she flew to the five ponies.
"P-Princess Celestia!" Twilight cried.
"I'm afraid you just lost one of the most important elements. Rainbow Dash will never forgive you now. I don't know what will happen to you all, but I hope she will at least come back."
"I hope so..."
In the Rainbow Factory...
Rainbow Dash landed in front of the Rainbow Factory and scanned her hoofprint. She let the door open as soon as the scanner recognized her hoofprint and she stormed in.
"Ms. Dash! Are you alright?"
"My so called friend just betrayed me. And you know I don't take betrayal well."
"Hm? Well, what do you plan on doing with her?"
"Er, Miss Dash? Are you okay? You kinda zoned out for a sec."
"Ah. So you're going to act like that, eh? You'll going to be fine soon."
"What's wrong with her now?"
"What am I going to do?" Rainbow Dash said, slamming a hoof on her desk, the other one on her forehead.
"I can't move now! Nopony would survive a day in my horseshoes. Probably except Atmosphere. But I can't."
Just kill them.
"Who is it?"
"Now they'll just keep bugging me until they get me back." Rainbow Dash groaned.
As I said, just kill them and they'll stop bugging you.
Rainbow Dash heard a commotion outside. She got out of her chair and opened the door. She flew towards the racket and growled when she saw what the commotion was about.
"Rainbow Dash!" Twilight shouted as Applejack attempted to buck a guard in the face. Twilight flapped her wings at the guards, making it more difficult for them to reach her. Unicorn and alicorn magic was prohibited inside the factory. Rainbow shook her head and sighed.
"Let go of them. ALL FIVE OF YOU. OUT. SIDE. NOW."
"Rainbow Dash! Please! Just give us ano-"Rainbow Factory. The Weather Factory is RIGHT THERE. NOW GO AWAY."
"Just go away. If I ever see you guys again, don't you dare try and get me back again."
"Okay. But I hope you'll change your mind."
"Sorry."
"It's too late for sorry's now."
In the Rainbow Factory...
You Went Too Far, Twilight...
"Dr. Atmosphere, in my office now." Rainbow Dash said over the income. About a minute later, he arrived.
"Yes?" Dr. Atmosphere asked, opening the door to Dash's office.
"I... kinda need help. I usually would have my- *ahem* 'friends' help me, but they can't do anything now. So you're one of the best ponies I can call right now."
"Princess Celestia said we might be able to get her back... but how?"
"She said maybe so it's possible we won't." Applejack said.
"I know. We have to try. But I don't know how."
"It's just a made up fanfic . Like I would actually kill somepony for a cupcake, let alone any of you guys or Dashie!"
"I regret this..."
"No... stop..."
"Whaaaaat? Give me a sec." Rainbow Dash got out of bed, fixed her mane, and put on her uniform. She walked over to the door and opened it.
"Dr. Atmosphere? The hay are you doing here?" Dr. Atmosphere sighed.
"I'm sorry to disturb you, but your... 'friends' are here again." Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes.
"Tell them if they ever come here again, then my guards will TAZE THEM and I will bring down the ENTIRE Lower part if the Factory on them if VERY. NECESSARY." Dr. Atmosphere nodded and flew away.
How much longer will it take before you actually agree to kill them?
"Rainbow Dash!" Twilight burst into the room.
"What the- TWILIGHT!? WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING!?!? YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE YOUR ASS IN HERE!!!"
"D-did you j-just... s-swear?" she asked, bringing a hoof to her mouth. Rainbow Dash facehoofed herself and swore some more under her breath.
"Yes. Now tell me how the hell you got in and how you aren't dead yet."
"In the Rainbow Factory... Where your fears and horrors come true..."
"I'm sorry, Princess. But I can't let you go now..."
"Lock her up. If any of my other 'friends' come in, make sure they don't escape. I already have plans for them."
"Look at you. So desperate to get out. I was planning to let you and the others live, but you wouldn't stop bugging me. And you finally reached my maximum annoyance with you all. Desperately trying to get me back. But that's never going to happen. After your... betrayal."
Rainbow Dash grabbed Twilight's horn and jerked it off. Twilight gasped.
"A-AH!"
"In the Rainbow Factory... Where not a single soul gets through..."
In the Rainbow Factory...
It's The Other Four's Turn...
Applejack stomped a hoof on the cloud floor.
"Alright! What is takin Twilight so long!?"
"She's been in there for almost an hour." Pinkie Pie said, flopping onto the cloud floor.
"An hour!? It wouldn't take Twilight that long!" Rarity jumped up.
"Should we go in?"
"Well, we can't just wait here! I forgot how long Twilight said the cloud walking spell hoodoo would last. That's a metal floor so at least we won't fall down."
"B-but the p-pony said that Rainbow w-would bring down the entire W-"
"Wait! Applejack! Rarity yelled. Pinkie Pie sat up and one of her Pinkie senses acted up.
"Ooohh... my Pinkie sense is telling me Applejack is going to be in big trouble and something bad will happen to her."
"Rarity!" Fluttershy cried. But she was already out of earshot.
"Should we go after them Pinkie?" she asked.
"They're going to die in there if we don't help them."
"Nothing!"
"Sh-should w-we still g-go in?" Fluttershy whispered.
"Our friends are going to die, we can go in and save them now or die with them. I think going in would be a good and bad idea."
"I think we should go in."
Rainbow Dash zoomed through the hallways. She stopped by one of the turns. She thought she heard a familiar voice just around the corner...
"I'h think we're lost."
"Well, what are we-"
"Get them." she said.
"Wha-"
"What they hay!?!?" Applejack yelled.
"I'll be willing to repeat to you what I said to Twilight..."
"What the- WHAT THE HAY DID YOU DO TO TWILIGHT!?"
"Oh. Well, she's locked up right now and are waiting for you guys."
"Oh, I wouldn't do that."
"What's so funny!?" Applejack shouted.
"I think I hear Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy coming."
"Pinkie! Don't-"
"Hey, Pinkie! Over here!"
"Dashie! What are you doing?!" she shrieked.
"Oh, I was just taking them to Twilight. WITHOUT fighting."
"Then why does Applejack have a muzzle on?"
"I'm sorry. I can't hear you through your muzzle." Rainbow Dash said with a look of disgust.
"Now follow me. Or you will be forcefully dragged there, just like Applejack and Rarity."
"Why is there so much of this red stuff?" Pinkie Pie asked again. Rainbow Dash was reaching her limit.
"It's just there." she growled.
"Okay!"
"But why is it-"
"Is this a good idea? We've never tried non-pegasi before."
"Can you both stand still?" Rainbow asked Pinkie and Fluttershy.
"Whyyyyy. You know I can't-"
"What are you-" She flicked on the taser and tased Pinkie. Fluttershy screamed and tried to run, but she was too slow. She was down in less than a second. Rainbow Dash grabbed Fluttershy and Atmosphere lowered the shackles above the Pegasus Device. Dash clasped them to Fluttershy's hooves and ordered the pegasi to throw the others into one of the cages in front of the device.
"Now, we wait for them to wake up before bringing Twilight in." She said flying over to the scaffolding and landing by Dr. Atmosphere.

In the Rainbow Factory...
"Ow... what happened? Dashie?"
"So... I see you're finally awake. And I expected you to be the first one to wake up." Rainbow Dash said from. All three ponies looked up and saw Dash had landed on top of the cage.
"Let us go!" Applejack yelled. Rainbow Dash made a clicking sound and hovered above.
"You really think I would after your betrayals? No. Never. You knew how I would react after your whole Mare-Do-Well act."
"It... it's true. We all knew it. But..." Rarity buried her head in her hooves, smearing her makeup even more than it already was.
"Help!" Fluttershy cried. She had finally woke up and realized what was happening.
"What is Fluttershy doing up there?" Applejack asked, pointing and biting her lip.
"Oh. She's the first one up. Which reminds me... YOU CAN BRING HER IN NOW!"
"Girls!" Twilight cried, grabbing the bars.
"Twilight!" The three ponies in the cage cried. They ran towards the side of the cage and watched as the pegasi pushed her until she was directly across from them but was slightly angled to face the device as well.
"Fluttershy!" Twilight cried and tried to force the bars apart, failing miserably.
"Aaaaaaand that's not going to work." Rainbow Dash said.
"Rainbow! Please! Don't do this!" Fluttershy tried to yell. She cried and pulled on the shackles around her hooves. She tried to flap her wings, but they were being pulled back by a separate pair of shackles.
"What are you going to do to her!?" Twilight shouted.
"Oh. Well, you'll see. And then it'll be the annoying one's turn."
"Okay. I can sometimes be annoying."
"Just so you know, what you're about to see will not happen to all of you. Each of you may be killed in the same or different way than another."
"Are you going to give us a lecture?" Applejack said.
"I'm not Twilight. And no, I'm not."
"STOP! PLEASE!!!" she screamed. But it didn't.'
The shackle tore Fluttershy's other wing off. As it pulled back, the skin and some flesh peeled off since it wasn't a clean snap. Fluttershy screamed and nearly passed out. Rainbow paused for a bit as one of the pegasi below injected something to keep her wide awake and alert to the torture. The smell of blood had already begun to spread out around the huge room. The pegasus flew back down and Rainbow continued. The left shackle jerked very suddenly and Fluttershy's back left hoof was torn right off. Fluttershy gritted her teeth. Her throat already hurt, and her head too. She couldn't sustain the pain any longer. But whatever that pegasus had injected into her was keeping her from passing out.
P-please. L-let this b-be over a-alread-dy.
The shackles on her right back hoof and front left hoof started pulling away from each other and both hooves began to tear off. Blood poured out of each wound. Fluttershy was losing every sense due to blood loss. Both shackles jerked and tore both hooves out. Fluttershy let out a small squeak, the only sound she could muster up. Now she was hanging by her front right hoof. The shackle opened and dropped the timid pegasus into the machine. It grinded her up, splattering blood and flesh everywhere. The pain was beyond what Fluttershy had just felt. It was enough to make her make the loudest scream anypony had ever heard from her. As the last bits of Fluttershy disappeared into the machine, yellow and red spectra spewed through the tubes and into its coagulated parts.
The four ponies below stared, their mouths agape. They all instantly began to furiously yell and pound at the cage bars.
Dr. Atmosphere flew over to the cage Pinkie was in and was able to confuse Pinkie. He injected something into her body to temporarily numb her so he could get her out.
"Hold the others back while I get this one!" Atmosphere yelled. Two pegasi in the room flew over and went inside, quickly pinning Applejack and Rarity to the floor. The one holding Applejack struggled a bit but managed.
"Alright. Put her on there and we'll begin. But first... Glaze? Do you have it all ready?"
"SHUT UP, or you're death will be long and painful."
"Alright. So should we start with the cutie mark? Or with the hair?"
In the Rainbow Factory...
"The hair would be great. Starting out with something more painful than what you did to me in the fanfic."
Damn it, Dash! You weren't supposed to mention that!
Ah, shit. There I go again.
"Th-WHAT?!?!" Pinkie Pie screeched.
"Yes, that's right."
"What the- where did these come from?"
"I don't know why there are chains, but anyway. I put cloths around the cages so they would want to see what you're doing. Raise the suspense."
Rainbow Dash grabbed something from the cart and turned her attention back to Pinkie Pie.
"This is going to be fun."
She grabbed Pinkie's hair and yanked it up. Pinkie winced as the metal strap around her neck applied pressure and dug into her skin. Rainbow pulled even harder and wrapped Pinkie's hair around the pole. She yanked as hard as she could and tore off a bit of hair along with the flesh around it. Pinkie Pie tried to pull herself back onto the table, but it just caused more hair to rip off. Pinkie Pie stopped as a tear streaked down her cheek. Rainbow Dash pulled Pinkie's hair even harder. Blood ran down Pinkie's neck and onto the table. Pinkie Pie gritted her teeth as tears continued to streak down her face. Rainbow grinned and grabbed a knife. She pulled on Pinkie's hair and swiftly cut her scalp off. Pinkie screamed in agony as her blood streaked down her head.
"Dashie! Stop!" She cried.
"Why should I? This is so much fun."
Rainbow Dash ran the knife down Pinkie's chest. Blood leaked out and she stabbed the knife through Pinkie's stomach and flicked the knife up. A trail of blood followed and Dash tore her open. Pinkie screamed as blood continued to run down her face. Rainbow Dash grabbed a nail and slammed it into Pinkie Pie's cutie mark. Pinkie Pie was losing consciousness but Rainbow injected something into her to keep her awake. She took another nail and took the time to dig it into Pinkie's flank. Pinkie Pie gritted her teeth and prayed for the torture to be over soon.
"D-da-sh... p-please..."
"Come on! I'm not even halfway done with you and you already want me to stop. Why should I? You didn't stop when I said to stop in th-"
DON'T DO IT AGAIN!!!
"B-but Dashie! You know I would never do that to you!"
"Heh. Have fun gurgling your own blood and swallowing that tooth of yours. With your mouth open."
"Alright. Let's see. We have this part..."
"...We have the face and the hooves. Which one should we do first?"
"It's alright, sugarcube. I hope she'll realize what she's doing soon. She'll regret this."
"I know what I'm doing. And I will never regret it." She said. She turned her attention back to Pinkie Pie and grabbed an ax.
"What the... this wasn't here before... whatever."BANG! Pinkie Pie screamed as blood spewed out of the cut and onto Rainbow Dash and the table.
"Okay. THAT was awesome."
"I never thought killing my victims myself was so much more fun!"
"Dash! Are you INSANE!?" Twilight yelled. She had managed to tear off a bit of the cloth and watch what was happening.
"Of course I am! Why do you think I'm the manager of a pony killing factory?"
"WHAT!?!?" The four other ponies screeched. Pinkie managed to get the rest of the blood out of her mouth but it was now filling up again.
"Now shut up. I gotta finish this bitch here."
Rainbow Dash grabbed Pinkie Pie's head and jerked it up. She spread her wings and hovered above the table, pulling on Pinkie's head. The metal strap dug into the earth pony's skin and blood began to leak out. She kicked the side of Pinkie's face and stomped a hoof on the side of her face. The pole fell out of Pinkie's moth and knocked out two more teeth.
"D-ashie! S-top!"
"Shut up. You talk too much."
"Aw. What's wrong? You want this to end right now? I can do that!"
"You said that you wanted it to end now. So tell me, do you want this to end now or go on with the torture?"
"You can start it, Hide."
Dr. Atmosphere nodded and flew down to the control panel. He pressed a few buttons and the machine awoke with a small crunch . Rainbow Dash smiled and looked in Pinkie Pie's eyes for the last time before grabbing her tail and pushing down on her flank as hard as she could. The pink poofy tail disconnected and Pinkie Pie fell into the great maul of the machine. It grinded her up, bone by bone until nothing was left. Rainbow Dash quickly took over at the control panel. Instead of pink spectra, red spectra began to spew out of the hoses. Nopony said a word in a long time.
"Rarity." The broken horn unicorn instantly turned her attention away. "You're next."
In the Rainbow Factory...
Author's Note
I can't write this chapter. I have to go to Twilight's chapter. My friend is a fan of Applejack and I'd hate for her to have to read this chapter. I'm sorry. But all I can tell you is that Applejack was tortured to death, just like Pinkie Pie, but in a different way.
She asked for an alternate ending. The next chapter is the alternate ending. I will not use that for the sequel. Now enjoy the final death of the final pony alive.
The Final Goodbye
Rainbow Dash turned toward Twilight Sparkle.
"Why...? Why did you do this?"
"I know you will regret this."
"You and the others were my friends. You decided to betray me. You know I don't take betrayal well. I have been loyal to this factory since that Sonic Rainboom that gave you your cutie marks. And now, years later, you have finally betrayed me. You also decided to annoy me. I will not accept this."
"Friends... don't betray friends. Friends don't kill friends."
"Please forgive us. And I hope we'll meet again above."
"I'm sorry..." Were the princesses last words before she disappeared and purple spectra spewed out of the tubes.
"Apology... rejected."
In the Rainbow Factory...
"Get her out. And Hide, remove the cloths. They were never necessary in the first place."
"So... I think I have an idea for you. But first- tie her hooves up!"
"Good try."
"Do it again. You might be stabbed in the back five times, just like what you and the others did to me."
"Aw. Trying to escape, aren't you? Just like Scootaloo did. But failed to."
"Death... is all you horrible ponies deserve at this point. There will be no regrets."
"RAINBOW DASH!!! WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!?!"
"Get Applejack out. I think I know what to do. Twilight. You're next."
In the Rainbow Factory...
"Apology... rejected." Rainbow Dash walked down the hallways and stopped. She flew towards her office and slammed the door shut.
I'm sorry... Friends don't kill friends... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!
"Stop!" She cried, slamming her hooves onto the ground.
"Dash? Are you-"
"I..."
"You wanted to meet me above?" she said, looking up.
