When Luna's father, Sombra, falls into a coma, Luna decides to stop her studies for a while to find a formula to save him. After eight years, Luna has managed to make a formula that is able to separate good and evil from ponies: The NL8 Formula. All she needs is somepony willing to take the test so the formula and separation will be conclusive. But will it all work out?

Some of the song's lines and talks will be mortified so it doesn't look 100 percent the same as the musical, but that doesn't mean the story will change.
