The mane 6 are on a mission. A mission to vaccinate Pinkie Pie and they won't stop until they completed it. For her sake.
It is vaccine day in Equestria and everypony must go through it. Almost everypony already did it although some refuse to get vaccinated like Pinkie Pie. It is up to the mane 6 to help her. Sadly, it's not easy as it sound.
