Creature: Dark Apakolypse

Two day's had passed, as Lotus, Lovebug, Saphirus, and Creature eventually recovered from their second battle that involved the Kraken. Grant it, Creature did feel a little dazed from being struck by lighting, but he managed to recover rather quickly. They also managed to repair the heavy damage done to the ship, before the repair crew being completely exhausted. All of them got the idea to go up the Mountain's stream from the basin that was connected to the bay. The ship itself, Zecora, the scientists, as well as Echo, Lovebug, and all the other Sharklantean's stayed behind on the ship.

Lotus Moon, Saphirus, Creature, and Rainbow Dash were rowing up river to find a place for everyone to stay."Something isn't right....according to the map, this area should be crawling with monster's....but it's completely silent" Creature spoke, as Lovebug shrugged.

"Well maybe after you tearing that Kraken a new one, maybe all of them decided to fuck off" Lovebug chuckled, as Saphirus shook his head.

"No....my guess is, they're going to try, and ambush us" Saphirus stated, as Lotus Moon clinged to Saphirus, and spoke.

"If it's spider's on this island, I'm staying clinged to you Saphy" She told him, while Saphirus smiled, but also blushed slightly.

"Everyone stay frosty" Rainbow Dash shouted, as the upcoming river's current sped up, giving them a fast way down.

"HANG ON!!!!!!" Creature shouted, as all of them journeyed down the huge river basin, with the current guiding them. This took them into a huge cave, as venomous bat's came down from the roof of the cave, and charged at them.

"No you don't" Rainbow Dash growled, as she whipped out her pistol's, and began gunning many of the bat's down with gunfire. Multiple venomous bat's kept raining down from the ceiling, and Rainbow Dash managed to take out every single one, even being able to reload three times with pure speed, as she gunned them all down before reaching the end of the cave.

"How come you don't run out of ammo?" Lotus Moon asked, as Rainbow Dash gave her a cocky smirk before speaking.

"I always come loaded with ammo on job's such as these....I'm a bad bitch if I do say so myself" Rainbow Dash grinned, as Lotus Moon let out a deep sigh.

"Oh dear Celestia what did I get myself into?" She groaned, as the current picked up, and the river became narrow.

"STEER YOUR BOAT'S EVERYONE...TRY NOT TO CRASH INTO ANY ROCK'S UP AHEAD!!!!!!" Creature warned them, as all of them steered the river boat's without difficulty to avoid any damage.

"THERE'S A BLOCKAGE AHEAD!!!!!!" Saphirus screamed, pointing ahead toward the rock formation that blocked their path's, as Creature got up, and cracked his fist's.

"What blockage?" Creature asked, as he used his fist's at the right time to punch down the rock barricades that would have made them crash. They came across three more rock formation's that Creature punched out of the way. The river got a little wider, as they went down a huge curve, the current continuing to take them on it's path. They heard a rumble behind them, as a huge boulder went into the huge water, as it pursued after them.

"BEHIND US!!!!!!!" Lotus Moon shouted, as Saphirus put on his glove's and fired it, smashing the boulder like glass. "Thank's Saphy" She smiled warmly, as he smiled.

"Your WelCOOOOOMMMEEE!!!!!!" He suddenly screamed, along with all of them, as their boat's were launched off a short waterfall, and the river current got slower, as they landed in it all of them still somehow staying in the boat. "Well....that was unexpected" Saphirus sighed, while shaking the water off him.

"PIRANHAS!!!!!!!' Creature roared, as a school of them began leaping, and diving out of the water's. Rainbow Dash pulled out her gun's, and began shooting them, as they rose, and fell, while some lept toward's them, as Rainbow Dash killed a huge number of three school's. A huge single piranha began leaping toward them with it's mouth open with razor sharp teeth, but a huge slash from Creature's claw's, caused the fish to fall back into the water, cut in half.

"Ah Great......Crab's" Rainbow Dash groaned, while re-loading her pistol's, as a bunch of huge jumping crab's with a massive left claw, jumped out of the sand, and went toward them. Rainbow Dash took her gun's, and began shooting them on the ground, while Lotus Moon managed to whack the rather big crab's into the water with her bo-staff when they tried to do a leap attack. After battling these many crab's, two bigger one's the size of raccoon's, scurried out on their little leg's ready to attack, only to be blown up from a grenade thrown by Rainbow Dash.

"WE'RE PICKING UP SPEED!!!!!!!!" Saphirus shouted, as the current began accelerating them forward down a small slopey part, as their boat went faster.

"ON THE LEFT SIDE.....BUG'S!!!!!!!" Rainbow Dash pointed out, as along the cliffside of the lake, thousand's of these red lumps of flesh began crawling on the wall's, ready to pounce at them. Saphirus aimed his gloves, as he began firing at bug's, before seeing way too much rock crumble on them, forcing him to stop.

"That cliff is too weak for gloves, I can't kill them without bringing a huge chunk of rock down on us" Saphirus told them.

"Leave it to me" Rainbow Dash smiled, as she pulled up her re-loaded gun's, and began constantly firing her pistol's at them, successfully bringing all of them down. "I'm gonna need to switch my ammo belt out, becasue my pistol's are starting to run low" Rainbow Dash told them, as the current brought them to a very huge lake. Lotus, Saphirus, and Rainbow Dash (who managed to re-load her gun's again) engaged more spider like crab's, and piranha's that did their best to end their lives. Many of these crab's attempted to even attack Creature but due to his size, and power he was merely brushing them off, as if they were insect's.....or eating them.

A rotten smell began to fill the air, as a certain part of the water beneath them became bubbly. Saphirus felt his blood run cold, as he realized what it was that was beneath their boat. "GEYSER!!!!!!!!!" He shouted, but it was too late, the geyser erupted, as their boat was catapulted high into the air, and over a Reaper pirate ship, shipwreck before landing into the further part of the river. The waters were once again fast, as the boat began to rock back, and forth, while also swerving along withcthe current. They managed to dodge many falling rock's before coming across a very huge waterfall, as the river became narrow, and all of them fell down another huge waterfall.

Once again, all of them somehow managed to stay in the boat. "Ugh.....I feel like I wanna lose my lunch" Lotus groaned, doing her best not to puke. The water's behind them began to shake wildly, as a massive 30 foot tall crab emerged from the river's water's as it angrily roared at all of them. Thankfully the impact of the crab getting up, caused them to move further down the river, as the huge crab pursued after them.

"RAINBOW DASH.....WATCH THE FRONT, LET ME HANDLE THIS GUY!!!!!!" Creature roared, as she nodded, steering the boat, while Creature guarded the back, as Saphirus got in front of Lotus Moon, raising his gloves.

"I'll help" He smiled, as both of them readied for battle. Creature had an idea, as he lept forward, and punched both leg's that were climbing on the wall's of the rocky cliff, like a spider. Saphirus got the same idea, as he fired his gloves, at the creature's leg's. After the impact Saphirus's own glove's, rocketed back onto his fist's. The huge crab staggered a bit, but continued it's pursuit. It sped up, ready to attack with it's claw's. Saphirus managed to strike it's left claw into the cliff, as it roared angrily. It tried to swipe it's right claw at Creature who saw the attack coming, as he jumped high into the air, lept off the cliff wall, and gave it a powerful punch in the face, knocking it back.

Creature backflipped back onto the boat, while keeping an eye on the giant crab. The crab still kept up it's pursuit, before it's cage, like mouth opened, as bubbly foam began form in it's mouth, as Creature turned to Saphirus. "THAT FOAM IS POISONOUS......EVERYONE.....DOWN!!!!!!!" He shouted, as Rainbow Dash ducked down with Creature, while Saphirus tackled Lotus to the boat, as a ray of toxic foam fired from the crab's mouth. It fired 3 times before re-attempting to attack, as Creature, and Saphirus almost immiedietly got back up their feet, as the crab rushed forward on it's spider leg's ready to capture Rainbow Dash.

The Pegasi managed to use her speed to dodge the attack, as she threw a grenade into it's claw's which detonated, angering the huge crab even further. "I'M NOT RARITY....I AIN'T SO VULNERABLE TO CRAB'S!!!!!!!" She hissed angrily, while firing her gun's a few times at the creature who tried to recoil for another attack. The crab was very persistent, trying to scoop up Rainbow Dash, as she easily fought it off with as many bullet's, and grenades, as she could. Finally with enough power she blew it's right claw off, making it howl in pain, as clear blood erupted from the wound.

The crab was even more furious, as it charged with huge speed, and almost killed Saphirus with it's left claw. The male unicorns ducked quickly, as a huge snap was heard of it's claw snatching thin air. The crab had enough, as he climbed a much higher height, smashing through a rocky bridge, and sending rubble down to the boat. Creature saw a pattern, as he lept forward, and bashed each of the debris out of the way, before jumping up, and slicing one of it's six leg's off. The crab roared angrily, as it tried to charge forward, it's mouth beginning to bubble, ready to spew more toxic foam from it's caged mouth.

Before the Crab could fire, Saphirus used his gloves to blast another one of it's right leg's off the body, as the crab dangled, and limped, but was still climbing on the rocky cliff faces, very persistent of ending it's prey. Saphirus growled, as he brought his gloves back, and readied for another attack before smiling. "Sleep tight with the fishies Mr. Big Meaty Claw's" Saphirus growled, before firing his gloves again, tearing one of it's left leg's off. The crab screeched in agony, as it lost it's balance, and crashed into the river behind them, dead from the fall. All of them were able to get a breather, as Lotus Moon gave Saphirus a warm smile.

"Nice work Saphy" She cooed softly, as Saphirus sat down on the boat, and sighed.

"I'm starting to think of moving to this island once we clear the gauntlet's.....it has a lot of excitement than Equestria did" He sighed, as Lotus Moon looked back at the dead crab, and replied.

"I can agree on that" Lotus Moon chuckled, somehow getting use to this, and enjoying the adventure. The river came to an end, as it lead them to a nice forest with a huge cave system up ahead, as all of them got out of the boat's, as Creature sighed.

"Look's like the only thing we can do....is move forward" He huffed, as all of them continued to explore the island....known as Poseidon's Breath.
