Just outside of the Changeling Kingdom, King Thorax and Queen Twilight were seen seating their son and his pet Vector on a golden carriage with two royal guards in armour in it. They then strapped him in and Thorax and Twilight got on and sat down on the comfortable seat.

"We'll teleport to Canterlot Alistair." Celestia informed him "And we will meet you on the castle balcony okay?" She asked.

"Okay." Alistair acknowledged with a nod.

"Good." Celestia said with a smile, then she turned to the guards "Alright guards, take off to Canterlot." She told them.

The pegasus guards nodded and spread their wings. After that, theu pulled the carriage forward and took off up in the air. Then, they flew to Canterlot.

"Alright my ponies, let's go to Canterlot." Celestia said.

"Aww yeah." Pinkie said in an exuberant tone.

Then, the mane five gathered close to Celestia and Luna. After that, Celestia and Luna both charged their horns in unison and teleported to Canterlot.

But unknown to them, there was an evolved changeling watching them on top of a tree branch behind someplace, and it was seen transmitting the information to his Queen with his magic.

In a cave, Queen Chrysalis was seen sitting on her throne while looking at a giant image of her drone's sighting of the mane six, Princess Celestia, Luna and Prince Alistair's departure to Canterlot. Then, a devious smirk appeared on her muzzle.

"Jackpot." Chrysalis said in a vile tone. After that, she stood up from her throne and looked down at all of her evolved changeling drones who were growling viciously for vengeance after their last failed invasion in Canterlot years ago. "The time has come my drones, we will siege Canterlot and slaughter the ponies and capture the Prince!" Chrysalis exclaimed in a cold tone.

"Mwahahahaha!"

Then, Chrysalis activated her horn and teleported herself and her drones into the Everfree forest to pursue the mane six, Princess Celestia, Luna, Thorax and Alistair.

In the Changeling Hive, Spectre was seen strolling through a hallway of the hive casually. Alistair has offered him a free tour of the place, but what he is focused on right now is to get his weapons back.

"This place sure is huge." Spectre said with a nonplus expression "But, I've got a cunning tactic that might be able to lead me to my weapons again." He added in a chuckle.

Spectre then raised his right arm and clicked on a button on his goggle mask. After that, his goggle set into the see through feature. Once it was activated, Spectre could see through everything in the changeling hive, even through solid objects.

"They don't call me 'Spectre' for nothing." Spectre said with a chuckle.

Spectre then started to look around the hive in search for his stuffs. When he looked up and down he saw no signs of his weapons, just some adult and young changelings walking around the place living their normal lives.

"Where are they?" Spectre asked in a frustrated tone. When he looked to his right, his goggles detected his weapons.

"Huh?" Spectre said as he looked to his right.

When he did, Spectre saw his guns, grenades, combat knife and ammo clips held in a room a meter in front of him. And the room door was being guarded by the same guard he saw strolling down the hallway past the dinning room when he had breakfast with the royal family.

"Well this is a coincidence." Spectre said to himself with a nonplus expression behind his mask "Ah whatever, it's time to reclaim my weapons, and maybe I can teach that guard a lesson if he hinders it for me." He added in a hazardous tone.

After that, he flexed his muscles and cracked his neck. Then, he walked up to the room where his weapons are being held in.

But once he walked next to a window, his goggles detected something else, something very detrimental and scary.

"Huh?" Spectre said as he looked to his left.

When he did, he saw hundreds of those strange bioweapons crawling hastily on the ground which scared many of the animals away. Spectre then turned off his see through feature of his goggles to get a better look. And when he did, he saw a tall shaped figure with them as well. The figure is dark coloured, it has holes in its legs, it has blue hair, shelled wings, a dark horn was on it's forehead, and it's eyes appear to be glowing in a blood red colour.

Spectre then looked in front of him to see where all of those things were headed, and when he did, he noticed that they were heading south to this Canterlot place that Alistair told him about on his map that he gave him after their breakfast.

"Oh no! They're going to this Canterlot place!" Spectre exclaimed in a perturbed tone. "I gotta act now!" He told himself as he immediately turned to the door where his weapons were being held in.

The changeling guard was seen guarding the storage room door casually while wielding a spear in his right hoof, and he was feeling a bit wearisome. But, his boredom has came into a conclusion when he heard some running noises near him. The changeling looked to his left and saw the creature charging towards him.

"Out of the way!" Spectre shouted.

The guard wasn't able to raise his spear and tell the creature to halt in time when it pushed him to the ground with the force of his running. And the impact of the creature's push made the guard fall on the ground as well as making him dizzy in the process.

Then, Spectre pushed the two doors open and stepped into the room. After that, he looked for his weapons. When he looked down on his left, he saw his guns, grenades, combat knife, first aid spray and ammo clips stashed on top of a box.

"Ah there you all are." Spectre said with a smile. He then walked up to them. Once he got to them, he first tucked his samurai edge pistol in his holster, then he tucked his grenades at the right side of his belt, after that, he tucked his knife in his knife holder at his back, and finally he held his assault rifle in his hands.

"Alright, back in action." Spectre said in a confident tone. After that, he charged out of the storage room and rushed to the exit of the changeling Kingdom. "I'm coming Alistair!" He exclaimed.

In Canterlot, the two pegasus guards were seen landing at the entrance of Canterlot. After that, one of the pegasus guard's walked up to the door of the carriage and pulled it open. After that, King Thorax, Queen Twilight and Prince Alistair as well as Vector were seen getting off the carriage.

"Alright baby, let's commence the meeting." Twilight said in a joyful tone.

"Got it mommy." Alistair said with an exhilarated smile.

"Lets go son, there is a surprise for you in the castle." Thorax told him.

"Surprise?" Alistair asked with wide eyes, and Thorax replied to him with a nod "What kind of surprise." He asked again with a raise of his eyebrow.

"You will see very soon, but for now, let's head into the castle." Throax said.

"Okay."

After that, King Thorax, Queen Twilight and Prince Alistair all stepped foot into the capital and started to walk to the castle.

While doing that, many of the ponies were seen waving their hooves at the royal family as well as Alistair's tegu pet. King Thorax, Queen Twilight and Prince Alistair waved back at all of them with smiles.

After walking for four minutes, the family has reached the front gates of the castle. Two guards opened the gates for them and they all stepped in.

"Hey Alistair!"

When Alistair heard the intimate voices, he saw his uncle Shining Armor and big brother Spike in front of them.

"Uncle Shining Armor! Big brother Spike!" Alistair yelled as he ran towards them.

Once he got to them, he embraced them both in a heart warming hug, and they both hugged back.

"Are you ready for this year's meeting Alistair?" Shining Armor asked.

"I am more than ready!" Alistair exclaimed "I am exhilarated!" He told him.

"That's the Alistair we know, always very wise and enthusiastic as his parents." Spike commented with a chuckle, and Alistair chuckled back.

Shining Armor looked up and saw Thorax and her sister in front of him and Spike.

"Ah Thorax, Twilight, so good to see you two again." Shining Armor said with a smile.

"It is good to see you too Shining Armor." Thorax greeted with a smile.

"Indeed it is." Twilight said with a smile towards her brother "But apologies brother, I have to get my son prepared for the meeting." She told him as she levitated her son up in the air and placed him on her back. After that, she walked towards the castle with her husband leaving Shining Armor, Spike and Vector alone.

"Well that was quite the rush." Spike said with a nonplus expression.

"Indeed, but hey, royals have a lot of things to do Spike." Shining told him, and Spike nodded in agreement "Oh, hello Vector." He said as he took notice of Alistair's pet and friend.

Twenty minutes later, Alistair was seen standing near the castle balcony while being suited in a green suit with a red bow tie, Twilight was seen suited in a blue skirt, and Thorax was seen suited in a black tuxedo.

"You look ready." Thorax said with a smile.

"Yes I am daddy." Alistair said with an exhilarated smile.

"That's my son." Twilight said as she planted a light kiss on her son's forehead "Alright now you wait here while I talk to our subjects first, then I'll call you after I am done." She told him.

"Okay."

After that, Twilight walked up towards the balcony of the castle. Once she did, she stared down at her pony and changeling subjects who starred at her with a smile.

"Hello my subjects." Twilight greeted with a bow "Today is my son's tenth meeting with you all!" She exclaimed, and all of her subjects started to cheer.

After that, Twilight turned around and faced her son.

"That's your cue baby."

"Okay." Alistair said as he took a deep breath and exhaling it.

After that, Alistair walked up to the castle balcony. Once he got to it, he leaned near the edge of the balcony and looked down at his subjects who started to cheer loudly at the sight of him.

"Salutations my wonderful subjects." Alistair greeted with a warm smile "Today is my tenth meeting with you all, and I want to say thank you for participating like you always do." He said in a grateful tone.

Then, all of the ponies and changelings started to cheer louder when they heard that. And they began to chant wonderful and positive comments towards the adorable Prince. Then, Alistair looked back at his parents.

"That was great baby." Twilight said with a proud smile.

"Now proceed." Thorax told him.

Alistair nodded and looked back at his subjects.

"In today's meeting, I would like to-"

Alistair wasn't able to finish his sentence when a loud scream was heard following up by a screeching noise.

"Ahhhh!"

"BREEEEEC!"

Everypony turned to the source of the noise and saw a unicorn guard sliding towards them with a blood covered face, and the sight scandalized them, it even made some of the youngs and mares feel sick.

"We meet again."

The mane six, Princess Celestia, Luna, Cadence, Shining Armor, Spike and Thorax recognized the intimate and menacing voice. They all looked in front of them and saw Chrysalis the previous ruler if the changelings.

"Chrysalis." Celestia growled as she and her sister as well as the mane five, Spike and Shining stepped in front of the ponies and the changelings.

"How typical, you all think you can protect yourselves by doing that?" Chrysalis asked with an incredulous expression.

"Leave this place now Chrysalis." Shining Armor demanded menacingly "Or we will beat you up like the way we did back with my wedding with my wife Cadence." He told him menacingly.

"Oh really?" Chrysalis asked with a raise of her eyebrow "Well think again." She told them in a more deeper and detrimental voice which sent chills down to the ponies and changelings spines.

Then, Chrysalis's eyes turned into a blood red colour and foam started to appear out of her mouth which made everypony take some steps back in perplexity and anxiety.

Three seconds later, large claws have formed on Chrysalis's hooves which made many ponies startled. After that, sharp teeth have formed in her mouth, and four long thin sized tongues appeared out of her muzzle, and her spines have popped out of her back. And the transformation was completed.

Everypony including the Princess Celestia, Luna, Thorax, the mane six, Alistair, Shining Armor, Spike, Vector, the ponies and changelings traumatised and petrified of Chrysalis's new intimidating form.

After the transformation, Chrysalis loomed down at everypony with a wicked smile.

"Witness my form and the power of the virus!" Chrysalis exclaimed which made everypony frightened.

"Attack them my drones!" Chrysalis exclaimed dastardly as many of her evolved changelings rushed into the castle.
