Luster Dawn's Journal: Entry Number 9 - Enter Amelia

Today, I found myself hanging out with Screwball at the animal sanctuary and helping out where I could. At some point though, one of the employees came across this really large rabbit that had a few draconequees features on it. We stared it for some time before Screwball said something that took me by surprise.

Ponyville - Animal Sanctuary

"...This rabbit has been modified by Chaos Magic." Screwball said. That made Luster and everyone else there go wide eyed.

"Did Discord decide to have some fun?" Luster Asked.

"Nope. This isn't daddy's magic. I can tell. It's not my magic either." Screwball said. "I've never seen a chaos magic signature like this before...it's very unique." She added. Little did everyone know, they would be getting an explanation sooner then they realized.

Ponyville - Train Station

"Thanks for the conversation." A Draconequees-Pony hybrid said to a standard blue unicorn. "It was nice talking with you." she added.

"Same to you, miss Amelia." The stallion said. "Hope you meet up with your mother." He said.

"You bet I will. I promised I'd meet with her as soon as I could once I returned." Amelia said. She headed off towards the animal sanctuary right away.

Everfree Forest - Deep Woods

We see the former changeling queen keeping a very large egg warm as it begins to hatch.

"Not much longer, my dear Chrystalis..." Chrysalis said to the hatching egg. "With you by my side, we will build a new changeling hive, and eventually overrun the old one." she said. She cackled as the egg shell began to break away to an emerging chageling with blue highlights and looked a bit like Chrysalis as a young hatchling. "My daughter...Chrystalis..." Chrysalis said.

Ponyville - Animal Santuary

As the group was still discussing the strange rabbit, suddenly Amilia's voice could be heard.

"Mom...are you here? Hello?" Amilia shouted as loud as she could. Screwball rushed over to Amilia.

"Okay, who the hell are you, and how do you have Chaos magic?" Screwball asked Amilia.

"As if I should answer you. I am Amila, daughter of Discord and Fluttershy. I'm looking for my mother and she should be here." Amilia said.

"Ha! I don't believe you for one second." Screwball said. Amilia smiled and after morphing a hoof into a paw before summoning some chocolate rain above Screwball. However, Screwball used her own magic from her horn to summon some chocolate rain above Amilia.

"You...you can do that...too?" Amilia asked, shocked at the implications.

"Well...at least I know your telling the truth." Screwball said. Suddenly Amilia hugged Screwball.

"Then...you have to be my younger sister." Amilia said. "Hello little sis, my name's Amilia. What's your name?" Amilia asked.

"Um...it's Screwball..." Screwball said I have an older sister?! Screwball thought to herself.

"Looks like Mom won the name argument again then." Amilia said.

"What do you mean again?" Screwball said.

"Daddy Discord wanted me to have a more 'draconequees' name but mommy Fluttershy wanted to me to have something closer to ponies. So she suggested naming me Amilia, which worked for daddy, and thus she won the name argument with me." Amilia said. Screwball laughed.

"Oh yeah, your DEFAINTLY my older sister. Same thing happened with me when I was born." Screwball said. I could get used to having an older sister... Screwball noted in her head.

"So sis, where's mommy Fluttershy at?" Amilia asked. "She promised me she'd meet me here and..." She continued before noticing Screwball's dejected look. "...Sis? Screwball what's wrong?" Amilia asked, panicking a little.

"It's about mommy Fluttershy..." Screwball said as Mothball and Luster Dawn came to her. "...she's passed away...she's no longer with us." Screwball said. This caused Amilia to gain a look of dejection of her own.

"Then...I was too late..." Amilia said. "I wasn't able to fulfill my promise..." she said. She started crying. Everyone comforted her for as long as she needed it. Suddenly Discord showed up.

"Alright Screwy, what was with the chocolate..." Discord said before noticing Amilia. "A-Amilia?!" He said.

"Daddy..." Amilia said before hugging discord and crying onto his coat. The draconequees hugged his oldest daughter as everyone else joined in the hug.

"Let it all out Amilia sweet heart...daddy's still here for you..." Discord said.

Elsewhere, Chrysalis was busy gathering love for her growing daughter.

"Soon my daughter Chrystalis...soon..." Chysalis said as she gathered more love.
