Chapter 10: Alex Mans Up

"If you won't be turned..." Nightmare Alex said, "You will be... DESTROYED!" Nightmare Alex suddenly shot lightning from his hands, but Alex quickly dodged them by jumping out of the way. Alex quickly landed on the ground and had a great idea! If he could outsmart the ponies, he can outsmart himself. Alex then ran out into the Everfree Forest with Nightmare Alex in tow. The two ran throughout the forest. Alex then remembered the trap he set for the ponies in Whitetail Woods and quickly made it difficult for Nightmare Alex to catch up to him by running around the trees.

'Hold still me!" Nightmare Alex said angrily.

"How bout' no?" Alex smirked As he quickly ran behind a tree and prepared a trap.

"I know you're behind there, Alex!" Nightmare Alex said as he got closer.

*THWACK!*

"OW MY BUTT!" Nightmare Alex screamed.

Alex chuckled as he ran off.

As Alex ran through the Everfree Forest, he saw the blue flowers that caused him to become small. He knew if he stepped on those things, he'd be in deep trouble with Nightmare Alex. He quickly stopped and turned around, only to find out that Nightmare Alex caught up to him.

"This has gone far enough, Alex!" He said.

"Just face it, fake Alex." Alex replied. "You may be more powerful than me, but I have something you don't have, a life!"

"THIS TIME YOU ARE DEAD!"

Nightmare Alex screamed as he swung at Alex, only for him to dodge and cause Nightmare Alex to fall into the joke flowers. Alex took no chance and started to run off.

“Why… Why is this all happening to me? Why do I have to go through all of this?! I’ve lost my parents! I’ve lost my home! And I’ve lost my only friend in this crazy world!” Alex said in a somber tone. “I just want me and Andrew to go home. I don’t wanna be a lab rat, or a circus slave, or a zoo attraction, or a pony, o a pet, or a toy, or a school project, or a statue, or to have Earth be taken over by ponies, or be part of a magic show! PLEASE ALREADY WORLD, I JUST WANNA GO HOME! IT’S ALL I ASK FOR ALREADY! I’VE HAD ENOUGH!”

As Alex continued to bawl his eyes out, he suddenly saw 5 of the ponies who were after him as couldn’t believe their ears, they were starting to think maybe capturing Alex and Andrew was not a good idea after all…

“Alex…” Fluttershy came out of the bushes and said softly. Alex at first felt afraid at seeing her again until he listened to her conversation. “I..I didn’t know how you’ve felt this whole time… I’m sorry I chased you around a lot…”

“Yeah, me too!” Pinkie came out of the bushes too and looked at Alex. “I wasn’t trying to make you feel scared, I was just trying to make you feel happy about being turned into a pony.”

“Same here…” The CMC said coming out of the bushes as well. “We’re sorry too.” Apple Bloom said making her puppy eyed face from Season 1. “We just wanted our cutie marks.”
“But we didn’t realize how much we scared you…” Scootaloo intervened.

“We promise we’ll make it up to you in anyway possible!” Pinkie said.
“Y-you mean it?” Alex said softly.
“Of course!” Sweetie Belle said. “We want to do it so you can feel happy again!”
Alex got up on his feet and looked at them. “Do you think you girls can bring me to Andrew?”
“Oh, that may be tough, but I’m positive we can find Andrew.” Fluttershy said.
“Yeah! Though I did see him in Rarity’s window while Applejack was planning to catch him!

“Wait… WHAT?!” Alex shouted.
