Author's Note

I ain't going to lie to everyone...this is going to be one of the hardest chapters for me to write. But I have to do this one and one more after because of certain circumstances. I'll make a blog post after.

Season 3: Episode 5 - The Last Wrath

Everyone was hanging out at Sugarcube corner, when one of Twilight's knights came limping into the buidling.

"Cadet First Watch, are you okay?" Flash Sentry asked the injured Knight.

"It's...Insightful Wrath sir...he's back...and he's much stronger then before..." First Watch said.

"But how? I blasted his horn clean off!" Sweetie Belle said. Twilight Gasped.

"I know of one way..." Twilight said and rushed out with her friends with Flash Sentry close behind. The Sonicbolts soon joined them as well.

"Insightful Wrath..." Rarity said.

"I was right." Twilight said, noticing what he was wearing. "The Alicorn Amulet." She added.

"Quite the interesting trinket isn't it? With this thing, I will demolish Ponyville and make you feel the pain you've made me feel after my two defeats. This is no longer about my ancestor. This is now about the here and now." Insightful Wrath said.

"Yeah, well we've beaten your ass twice already. What's going to make this time any different?" Rainbow Dash asked. Suddenly, Insightful wrath laughed manically.

"Oh, I'm so very, very glad you asked that, Rainbow Dash." Insightful Wrath said before suddenly he used the alicorn amulet to grow into a giant pony made entirely of evil magic.

"OKAY, BROKEN RECORD'S FATHER IS BIG NOW!" Flash Sentry exclaimed.

"DON'T GIVE UP EVERYONE; WE CAN DO THIS!" Twilight said.

"We need to stop him; Second Periculum is still in my shop with Fancy Pants and his sister Fluer De Lis." Rarity said.

The group began to battle this new form of Insightful Wrath that they began calling "Final Wrath" without even stopping. But they were struggling. Every attack they let out wasn't doing much to Final Wrath.

"Just like I thought. With the power of the Alicorn Amulet, my already powerful magic is increased to near limitless potential." Final Wrath said. Suddenly Starlight, Trixie, Ace, Rumble, and the CMC joined in.

"TIME FOR SOME BACK UP!" Starlight said.

"YEAH, TIME FOR YOU TO GO DOWN!" Scootaloo said as Ace soon joined in the fight too.

"YOUR GOING TO PAY FOR TRICKING ME THAT ONE TIME; I'M GOING TO ENJOY FIGHTING YOU." Ace Said.

"WHAT INSANITY IS THIS?!" Final Wrath Exclaimed.

"Let's not give up." Rumble said, and began flying up into the air with his Marefriend.

"You said it!" Spike said, joining in the fight with his fire breath.

"WHAT IS GOING ON? HOW CAN SO MANY WITH SUCH DIVERSITY EVEN BE TOGETHER LIKE THIS?!" Final Wrath exclaimed.

"It's the Magic of Friendship; something you continue to underestimate!" Twilight said.

The group continued to battle with Insightful Wrath. Meanwhile, Second Periculum was with Fancy Pants and Flur De Lis trying to get everything out of the shop just in case.

"Quick, we probably don't have a lot of time. We need to get everything of Rarity's out stat!" Second Periculum said.

"We hear you. But seriously, why is your father such a hardened criminal?" Fancy Pants asked.

"I don't know. It might have to do with the fact that I ran away from him five years ago." Second Periclulum said. "Or maybe he's always been secretly evil, but now everyone is seeing him for how I've always seen him: An evil, conniving monster." He added.

"I have to agree with you there: He's just a monster now." Flur De Lis said.

As the battle continued to rage on, Final Wrath began to grow desperate.

"IF I MUST FALL, I WILL DO MY BEST TO MAKE SURE PONYVILLE GOES WITH ME!" Final Wrath said and used his enhanced magic to pick up a tree from Everfree Forest and chucked it into Ponyville. It's target? Rarity's Boutique.

As the tree began to fly right at the Boutique, Fancy Pants managed to get the last of the stuff outside, but was too late to get his sister and Second Periculum out before the tree impacted the boutique, destroying it.

"MY BOUTIQUE!" Rarity said.

"OH NOW YOU'VE GONE AND DONE IT!" Flash Sentry said. Suddenly he began to glow as he and the main six suddenly gained the rainbow power used on Lord Tirek.

"WHAT THE...WHAT IS THIS POWER?! I'VE NEVER SEEN A POWER LIKE THIS BEFORE!" Final Wrath said.

"This is a power only possible through a special kind of magic." Twilight said as the rainbow power soon effected the Sonicbolts, the CMC, Starlight, and Trixie.

"And it's a magic you villains just don't seem to get." Scootaloo said.

"We keep telling you it over and over again." Rainbow Dash said.

"But none of you villains seem to get it." Flash Sentry said.

"AND THAT IS THE MAGIC OF FRIENDSHIP!" Twilight, Flash, Rainbow Dash, and Scootaloo all yelled out before a giant rainbow laser was fired at Final Wrath, making him go back to being Insightful Wrath and destroyed the Alicorn Amulet. Though it also had the added effect of blasting Insightful Wrath away.

"YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE LAST OF ME!" Insightful Wrath said. "...Actually, you have seen the last of me." He added before he was finally lost over the horizon.

The entire group was back to normal, but Rarity rushed to her Boutique, noticing Fancy Pants holding his sister's now lifeless body in his hooves. Rarity fearing the worst, rushed over to Second Periculum.

"Heh...Rarity...I'm sorry." Second Periculum said. "I don't think...I'm going to make it after sustaining so much damage. I was at least...able to get everything out of the store...just before my father quite literally...brought the house down." He added.

"No...please hold on Periculum." Rarity said.

"I'm sorry...Rarity...but at least...I can say that...I'm glad to have met you..." Second Periculum said.

"No...you'll make it. Just hold on." Rarity said.

"There won't...be any coming...back for...me this time...sorry..." Second Periculum said. He then closed his eyes. He would never open them again. Not this time.

"SECOND PERICULUM!!!" Rarity Shouted into the heavens.
