Author's Note

Before you read any further, please note that everything in this season was originally planned for Season 3 before Broken Record AKA Second Periculum was to be killed by Insightful Wrath. As such, there are some dialogue exchanges that will happen as if the unicorn stallion was still alive. The episodes in this season are the ones that only have a passing mention of Broken Record AKA Second Periculum; though there were two planned that outright featured the stallion in question. To avoid there being total inconsistency and confusion, I chose the five episodes that don't feature the stallion in question; the most you'll see here is a reference to him. Still, given that these are meant to happen before Broken Record AKA Second Periculum's death, they should be treated as such. These episodes should also help to explain certain events that were brushed aside in the final season too. Thank you for your time.

The Cut Season: Episode 1 - Secrets of Fluttercord

Fluttershy and Discord were enjoying time together. Even though Discord caused chaos every now and then, it was fine as Fluttershy had been getting used to it.

"You know Fluttershy, you've become the only one whose not scared of the chaos I create." Discord said.

"So long as you don't go crazy with it anymore, I am fine with it." Fluttershy said. "What was it Celestia wanted from you the other day though?" She asked.

"Promise me you won't be upset at me?" Discord asked.

"I could never be upset at you. Whatever it was, it had to be important." Fluttershy said.

"Celestia wanted me to give her a child." Discord said.

"Oh. Well..." Fluttershy said.

"I know! I was really hoping that my first time could've been saved for you." Discord said.

"It's fine. I'm not mad..." Fluttershy said.

"...But your not happy about it either, are you?" Discord asked. Fluttershy sighed.

"Have we really gotten that close that you can tell? I was really wanted to be your first too." Fluttershy said. "I hope you don't have to go live with Celestia now..." She added.

"No. The child Celestia has from this is to be secret until further notice. She did this so Twilight wouldn't have to take over the throne for that Alicorn." Discord stated.

"Why? Why did Celestia do that?" Fluttershy asked.

"You of all ponies should know why; especially if you know Twilight as well as you should." Discord said. That made Fluttershy smile.

"Ah. Celestia was thinking about Twilight then and how Twilight would not want to leave me or the girls." Fluttershy said.

"Exactly." Discord said. "If it makes you feel any better, I still love you, and only you." He added.

"Thank you Discord. That does make me feel a little better." Fluttershy said. But she obviously wasn't fully over what Celestia made Discord do yet. Discord knew right then and there he had to do something special for his special somepony.

"I was hoping to save this for another time...but desperate times call for desperate measures." Discord said before he snapped his talon figngers. A flash of light blinded Fluttershy and when she looked, in Discord's place was a Pegasus Stallion with the same general color scheme as the Draconequus.

"D-Discord?! Is-is that you?" Fluttershy asked the Pegasus Stallion now in front of her.

"Did I...did I do a bit too much?" Discord asked Flutttershy before she suddenly tackled him into a loving hug.

"You really didn't have to do this for me, you goofball." Fluttershy said. Discord smiled. Right now, his powers of Chaos were limited in scope.

"But I wanted to. For you. I managed to figure it out for your sake. Right now, for brief period of time, I can be a pegasus stallion. And while I am, it doesn't matter how normal I am, I won't fade away." Discord said. "I wanted to do it...for your sake my dear." He added. Fluttershy muzzled Discord in the later's pony form.

"This was such a nice surprise. Thank you so much." Fluttershy said. She could feel herself getting pretty warm. "...Oh...Oh dear..." Fluttershy said.

"What's wrong Fluttershy?" Discord asked.

"I think...I think it's that time of the year..." Fluttershy said. "Oh no...no doubt the other girls are going to suffer through it too." She added.

"What's going on Fluttershy? And why you suddenly smell a bit...different?" Discord asked.

"It's Eques month." Fluttershy said.

"Eques? What's that?" Discord asked.

"I'M IN HEAT!" Fluttershy shouted.

"Oh...oh my. Should I..." Discord said but then, Fluttershy started to ride his cock.
