Life of a human turned dragon in Ponyville

Hunter's POV

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK

That was the sound that made me freeze in my tracks I looked around and saw that Wolf had his ears perked up, and was looking at the door Thinking for another second or two I decided I should probably get to know my neighbors. After turning the sink faucet off I turned around to the door and hollered the most idiotic thing I could have said.

"Hold your horses, I'm coming I'm coming" I called out to whoever was at the door. The knocking stopped and I walked over to the door, and after taking a deep breath I opened it wide and went wide eyed at who I saw, there smiling wide, in all her pink glory was the one pony that I actually had a plan for when we met.

I wonder how Pinkie Pie will react when she's the one unable to get a word in, I don't know what all I'll say, but a certain word from Mary Poppins comes to mind. I thought while smirking.

Before I introduced myself I decided I should lower myself so I was closer to her height, so I tried going down to all fours... I'm sure it would have ben a nice gesture If had actually done some practice. As I got down on all fours, my stance was less than friendly, apparently I didn't bend my rear legs right, and I went into a crouch like I was going to attack her. However I didn't realize this at the time, so in my crouched state I opened my mouth wide taking in a big breath because, you know, epic Pinkie Introduction time!

Before I could say a word, I was tackled back into my house by a blue blur, but before I could react I received a jolt of pain to my head, which gave me enough time for one more thought before promptly blacking out.

Well, at least I got the infamous Rainbow Dash introduction...

When I regained consciousness I thought I was hearing voices , but before I could think on the matter. I immediately became aware of a small pain throbbing through my head, which caused me to let out a groan, the voices I was hearing stopped and I decided I should open my eyes and see what was going on. After opening my eyes I realized everything was a blur so I blinked a few times and things cleared up, who and what I saw sitting in front of me caused my eyes to go wide, for sitting in front of me, about six feet away, was a group of seven ponies and one baby dragon, all of whom had worried looks on their faces. I remembered the main six and spike right off the bat, but seeing as I don't have extensive knowledge about the show I don't know, who the big red pony is, he seems familiar, but I cant recall who he is.

Realizing I had been starring I decided to say hello and ask why they were all staring at me. "Hrmo...?" Noticing I couldn't talk I looked down my snout, and to my surprise and aggravation I found they had put a makeshift muzzle on me! Reaching up to take it off I noticed that they had tied my arms and legs together to, which made me more than a little mad, and also caused me to wince as my headache spiked. "Whmrghrhmrmmm!!!" I tried forcing my jaw open, but the rope didn't budge a bit. Now, normally I would have tried staying calm, but realizing that I had been attacked, knocked out, and restrained in my own home brought forth a hatred for these folks and my headache wasn't making things any easier, but the worst thing of all , and what was making me go into a slight state of panic was my claustrophobia, at least that's what I call it, I'm sure that the fear of being unable to move is actually called something else. But anyway, I was going into a slight state of panic when Spike out of everyone there decided to step forward.

"Hey calm down dude, I understand your angry, but can you please calm down for a second? I promise we aren't going to do anything, you can trust us." he said raising his arms up in a calm down gesture. It took a second, and I was still furious, but him actually talking to me un an understanding way got me to calm down, and after taking a few deep breaths I relaxed my muscles a bit, while still glaring at all of them.

Twilight took that opportunity to walk up beside spike and sit down. "I really am sorry about all of this, we all are, right Rainbow Dash? She said before turning to glare at the pegasus who glared back, but then stopped glaring and gave a slow nod. "Like I said," she said turning back to me with a smile. "we are extremely sorry for restraining you, but we couldn't just leave you here unconscious, and since we didn't know if you would attack us or not, I decided to tie you up so I could explain what happened to you. Do you understand?''
I nodded, not ending my glare for one second. "Ok good, and again I'm very very sorry about this, now, can I trust that you're not going to attack us if I remove the ropes?" After thinking a moment and deciding that I wouldn't attack them, but that I definitely wasn't going to let them get away with this unscathed I nodded.

After Twilight removed the ropes I rolled my jaw, and worked my legs and arms a few times to stretch out the mussels, turning to the group I decided what my first verbal response to the situation was going to be.

"What is yawl's problem!" I yelled which caused them to take a few steps back. Rainbow was about to respond but I interrupted her before she got a chance to speak. "No, you don't get to talk, not yet. I open my door to find your friend over there there smiling at me, then as I'm about to say hello, you decide to tackle me and knock me out!!" I said glairing at the hovering blue pegasus. "And then, the rest of you come into MY house and proceed to restrain me like some wild animal!!" All the ponies minus Rainbow Dash had the decency to look ashamed at their actions, while Spike nodded in understanding while rainbow dash continued to glair at me.

"But you were about to roast Pinkie Pie!!" Rainbow replied earning a fierce glair from me. "So, what do you have to say now, huh" she said while smirking. at that my fierce glair turned Ice cold. "What do I have to say for myself?" I asked "Well, other than the fact that I was definitely not going to roast your friend, nothing, and actually until I get an apology from all of you, and I mean a heartfelt one, I'm not saying another word." I was about to get up and go to the bathroom to grab some pain killers when I got a startling thought. "Hey!, where's my dog, you didn't hurt him to did you!?" I asked in worry and anger.

"Oh!, No, he's fine, he got knocked out when you landed on him after Rainbow hit you." Said Twilight again glairing at Rainbow Dash. "Fluttershy laid him on the rug over there" Twilight quickly replied pointing to Wolf who was sleeping on the living room rug. At that response my anger flared again. "So not only do you hurt me, but my dog too!" I roared out, which scared scared Fluttershy into fainting, and actually startling me, because until this point I hadn't realized I could roar like a dragon as well. While the ponies shook in fear I decided I needed to get away from them before I learned of the other things I could do as a dragon. "Well, I'm going to grab something for my headache, but know this, if Wolf is seriously injured in any way because of what you did." I said glairing back at Rainbow "Then being roasted will be the least of your worries!" I finished, which made everyone including her gulp in fear.

"Now, by the time I get back I really do expect an apology from all of you, and I really do mean a heartfelt one, and If you cant accept that you were wrong and apologize, then I don't want to see you here when I get back." I said walking away "Oh, and incase you haven't noticed I'm extremely furious at all of you at the moment, so don't push me, because if you do, Ill push back so hard you'll wish we had never met." I added while rounding the corner into the hallway.

After taking the pain pills and waiting a few minutes to calm myself down, I Exited the bathroom shutting the door loudly enough so anyone up front would be able to hear me. As I rounded the hall corner I saw that Everyone was still there, even Rainbow Dash, So walking up to them I decided to go down to all fours again, this time getting it right, and proceeded to sit like they were. After a few seconds Rainbow broke the silence by walking up to me and giving me an actual apologetic look.
Look, dude, I really am sorry. Its hard for me to admit, but I did Over react, and, after thinking things over a little, I guess I was in the wrong I guess I read the situation wrong, but, I just want you to know, from where I was it looked like you were going to attack my friend" she finished before backing up and retaking her seat by the rest of her friends. After that the rest of them came up to me offering their apologies. When everyone had finished I closed my eyes and finally let my anger drain away, but my irritation was still very much present.

"Hmm, I guess you'll really are sorry, and... well, I guess we'll see how the rest of today goes, If all goes well, I might just be able to forgive you." Everyone smiled at that and gave an understanding nod. That's when I realized that I had yet to introduce myself. "Well, I guess I should introduce myself since no-one else has. " Clearing my throat I did just that.

"Hi, my name's Hunter, what's yours?"
