Princess Celestia has many secrets. Most of which are very personal to her, and thus, are only known by her closest of friends. Amongst one of these ... oddities is the frequent visit of a rather unassuming little batpony. Nopony knows who he is.

So, Naturally rumors had spread amonst the royal guards who this pony might be. Some say they have heard noises indicating a deep physical bond between them. Other say it is more complex than that.

So it comes to no surprise that many beg the question of what is going on between Celestia and this mysterious companion of hers. Who is this batpony and what does he have to do with the solar Princess of Equestria?
