He then leads her into a small room, where Twilight sits on a chair, where a device suddenly connects to her head.

The device quickly heals Twilight, who is then blinded by a white light.

Quickly crawling outside, Twilight follows a path that leads to a lakeside town, witnessing Vinyl Scratch violently devour a corpse and acting like a zombie, and is forced to kill her when she attacks her.

As she approaches the town, Twilight is reunited with Fluttershy, who is confused and runs away scared when Twilight mentions the word "hospital".

Following Fluttershy, Twilight arrives at the town, where she witnesses a man turn into a hideous zombie-like creature after being struck by light from a lighthouse.

While escaping from more creatures that begin to appear throughout the town, Twilight manages to reach a huge door.

As she walks through the gate, Twilight advances only to be chased by a large mob of monsters to the nearby bridge.

Cornered and without adequate means to defend herself, Twilight is forced to jump off the edge of the bridge into the river below, as the creatures watch.
