After jumping off the bridge to escape the creatures that were chasing her, Twilight climbs out of the river and heads towards the town, where she saves Cinch from the creatures, as she was looking for Fluttershy as well.

Working together, Cinch causes a distraction with the creatures, while Twilight takes the opportunity to advance towards the town square, only to discover a huge door locked with chains and, to complicate matters, the chainsaw killer who kidnapped her from the asylum reappears to try to kill her.

With little choice, Twilight decides to fight the assassin and manages to kill him, only to witness her opponent's blood being sucked into the mysterious hooded woman who attacked her in the asylum and in the ambulance, and she then disappears.

Later, with the killer's chainsaw in her possession, Twilight manages to cut the chain that keeps the exit door closed.

At that moment, Cinch catches up with her and remembers that near where they are there is a hospice where her brother works, knowing that Fluttershy could go there to be safe.

Author's Note

After escaping from the creatures, Twilight is reunited with Cinch, and they go deeper into the town with one goal: to find Fluttershy.
