After defeating the monstrous wolf, Twilight and Starlight enter the church so they can rest and get some answers.

Once inside, Starlight gets another headache when Twilight thinks she hears Sunset and Fluttershy talking from a secret passageway that leads to the underground catacombs.

Before they could enter, Starlight reveals that she is worried about her transforming and trying to kill Twilight, and that the more she transforms...the less she wants to resist.

Then, just as Starlight starts to get scared, both detectives get another headache that forces Twilight to treat her partner with a syringe she got from Spike.

Shortly after, Pinkie appears to Twilight on top of a chandelier and she levitates her into the air, before teleporting her into a section of the catacombs, separating Twilight from Starlight.

Separated again, Twilight has no choice but to delve into the church's catacombs, where she finds Fluttershy locked inside a cell, revealing that she was separated from Sunset, who is still missing.

When Twilight manages to open the cell, both of them get a terrible headache, which causes Flutteshy to flee down some stairs, causing the door to close and trigger an alarm, locking Twilight in and making someone unexpected reappear: the monster of safe.

While fighting the monster, toxic gases are slowly released into the catacombs, and they will kill Twilight if she doesn't close the valves in time.

Quickly and cunningly, Twilight manages to shut off the toxic gas valves and then crushes the monster with a spiked trap, giving it a brief moment of respite while she thinks she's reaching the exit of the catacombs.
