It was a late night in Canterlot as the Velcro truck was cruising along until it was cornered by three delivery trucks and a fourth one immediately came from behind.

"I don't like this, something going down,' The driver exclaimed as one of the trucks pushed them inside of the first one.

And just when it got inside knock-out gas was used to knock out the driver and the briefcase holder out. Sometime later, Regina used a welding torch and grabbed the case, and showed it to Tiger Claw.

"Here you go, TC, job done, what now?" She asked him.

"What now, you put on the suit," Tiger Claw opened it and showed her suit. "You still own Mr. X, one Solar Eclipse."

"Look, Twilight, I know messed up big time, if makes you happy, I quit working there," Sunset was talking to Twilight on her phone

No Sunset, I get it, you want a job, who am I to stop you, just please next time, tell me before you do that.

"Don't remind, Rainbow and Applejack gave me the look after finding out, anyway I'll see you later." She cut her off.

...
...

"Sorry about it that kiddo," Platinum Writer, head of the Canterlot Weekly. "Work stuff, so what brings you here?"

"You needed a photographer on Solar Eclipse?" Sunset reminded him.

"Yes, that costume freak sells papers, making us the newspaper team in the city, I've heard you get good photos of her, so I want another set by the deadline, you got two hours."

"I do my best," Sunset left his office.

Much later

"Yeah!" As Solar leaped from the building cheering without knowing someone watching her.

"She's on the move," A thug told High Rise and Bit over the headset. "Set it in motion."

Both headed out and into a truck and took off.

"Well speak of the devil," Solar said then proceeded to follow them.

"Good, she's following us, don't to go fast, or no payday," High Rise told Bit.

"Screw the payday, I want payback," Bit shot back as head straight to the city dump. '

Once they parked inside of the compactor and got out of the truck and readied themselves while Solar was above.

"Okay, two hours before the deadline, no problem."

Solar came from behind and use her magic on the crowbar that High Rise was holding then held his arm back.

"High Rise, how many times does it take it to bring you down?"

High Rise swung the crowbar but missed, the Solar got off him.

"And where's your partner, Bit?"

Bit came from behind and tried to hit her but Solar dodged it and fired a magic blast at him, then turned to face High Rise.

"Look we gotta stop meeting like this, people are starting to talk," Solar said before she kicked him in the face, then punched him in the gut. "Mostly, about how dimwitted you are,"

Solar's head flashed as a shockwave came out of nowhere and sent her back.

"I reckon, that came as shock, kid," A woman said while wearing a yellow suit while having gauntlets on her arms. "Well good, so will this."

She charged her gauntlets again and fired only to miss as Solar dodged it. She kept firing blast after blast but Solar avoided everyone.

"Hold still, girl, so out you out of misery."

"How about you put me out of my mystery, who are you?"

"Call me.... how's about Discharge!"

"How's about... your toast!"

Solar came right at her with a kick but the suit blasted her off.

"Either you have less kick than a three-legged mule, or this suit protects me from my own power," Discharge said before holding her. "I guess clothes do make the better girl."

She blasted Solar across the room.

"Eat this, freak!" Bit exclaimed as he rammed the truck at her. "Did I get her? Tell me I got her?"

"All you got was in my way," Discharge before blasting a shockwave at him. "Now stay out of this, boy, the grown-ups were talking."

Then out of nowhere, Solar held Discharge.

"Don't be mad at Bit, he gets cranky without his..."

Discharge vibrated herself which made Solar fall to the ground, once she did, Solar kicked Discharge on the ground.

"Impressive, you hired yourself out as a kiddie ride."

"Thanks, for the compliment," Discharge blasted her straight into a trash compactor. "But I already got a job."

Discharge turned it on and Solar started to sink into the compactor.

"That should please Mr. X," Discharge then reached for her earpiece. "Extraction, please, I got two guests with paychecks with their names."

As they left via chopper, the compactor was done and blocked and in mere seconds the block was blasted by Solar.

"Just my luck, another supervillain that wants me dead," Solar Eclipse said then left for home.

The next day at Canterlot High...

"So, Sunset, you still up for the sleepover at Pinkie's place," Rainbow asked.

"Sure, I'm up for a sleepover any day," Sunset replied just as a ball hit her on the head.

"Ha! How's that for aim, bacon-head!" Duke exclaimed.

"Knock it off, Dynamite, you think you can do better, how about you and I race, first to the top wins, unless you are afraid to lose to a girl," Rainbow called him out.

"Oh snap, Dash just called you," Thunder Force exclaimed.

"You on, Dash," Duke was enraged then got a whiff of Sunset's costume. "Whew, who smells like tuna?"

I thought I wash this costume Sunset thought to herself.

"What's going on here," Coach Mellor shouted. "Dynamite, if you causing trouble again I'll make a run until class is over."

"Nothing, Coach, just having a nice talk with Rainbow," Duke sweated a bit.

The only person that Duke is afraid of is Coach Mellor and Celestia and Luna.

Later at the Canterlot Weekly

"Uh, Sunset, are wearing perfume?" Gabby asked her.

"That's a long story..." Sunset said as a man walked toward her.

"You Sunset, the photographer?" He asked.

"Yeah."

"Thunder Prism, chief editor, look I'll be honest, the fact you've gotten twice the usable pictures of Solar Ecsliplse is pretty amazing, the photo themselves... have your camera?"

"Sure, but she's a little hard to keep in focus," She showed him her camera.

"This won't cut it, you want to be a Canterlot Weekly freelancer, you need a serious camera," He handed her some cash as Platinum Writer came in and grabbed the photos.

"Nope, Nada, Crud, That's a keeper," He looked through the photos of Solar Eclipse until one showed her in a pile of rubble caused by Discharge. "Now this is a good one."

"Uh, didn't want more pictures of her winning?"

"Show's what you know, nobody loves a winner. The people are a hard market, and the people want their heroes to fail, makes them feel good about themselves."

Then he got a whiff of her costume smell.

"Ugh, piece of advice, perfume does not work, tomato juice, the only thing after taking pics at a dump."

...

"For once, something went right," Sunset said as she walked to the camera store but it was locked. "Uh, sorry to bother you but I need to buy a new camera."

"We're closed."

"But, you're opened for another hour."

"Come back tomorrow." The man closed the blinds.

"Okay that was weird," Sunset said then heard grunting.

On the other side, High Rise and Bit were carrying a box into a truck.

"Once, Tiger Claw spread the word about Solar's demise, it will be open season for every hood in the city," High Rise said.

"And already cashed in my check," Bit replied then started to smell. "Sheesh, something smells bad."

"Are you kidding me? I washed this thing five times," Solar groaned then encased them in a bubble.

"You!"

"Looks you two have deduced my demise was exaggerated."

Both gave her dumfound looks.

"I'm not dead, anyway just let Discharge know I'm ready for a rematch. I got things to do," Solar left them.

....

Later at the Black Hole, Tiger Claw walked and saw Regina at the bar.

"What brings you here?" Regina asked.

"Mr. X is not pleased with handling Solar's demise," Tiger Claw said.

"Why would that be?"

"You don't think you live to your responsibilities."

Meanwhile

"Having any trouble finding a date for the Fall Formal, Sunset?" Rarity asked while walking around the city.

"I'm not sure of going there, giving the last time it happened," Sunset replied then the ground started to quake. "That was weird for an earthquake. Unless that was no earthquake, that's Discharge doing it to draw out you know who. Well then, you're going down, this time. "Listen, Rarity, something just came I got to go, take care."

"Wonder what's with her?" Rarity asked.

With Sunset she donned her costume and became Solar Eclipse.

"If Discharge calling me out, follow the quakes, it should lead me straight to her gingerbread house, The old Canterlot Theater."

"Discharge, come out, out, wherever you are," Solar called unaware the Discharge was right behind, and blasted a shockwave at her.

"Really, I thought I ended, kid, but you got more lives than bags of cats, still I reckon we remedy that situation," Discharge said as blasted her again sending her right into a wall then she walked towards her.

"One more, in close range should do it."

Discharge fired a shockwave making Solar dodge it, Solar grabbed some debris and hurled it right at Discharge and blasted it. Discharge fired shockwave after shockwave but Solar dodged every one of them.

"I do admire your spark, but not enough to let you go, of course, and that's bad for business," Discharge blasted a shockwave only to miss again.

"Who's business?"

"Can't tell the who-"

"Then tell me why, whatever I have done that you want to kill me," Solar replied.

"Nothing personal, the hard truth is a girl as honor her responsibility, and you're one of mind."

Having said that, Discharge blasted at her, but Solar created a barrier to block it.

Okay, if I can't get close, move to Plan B, bring the house. Solar thought then fire a flame orb at her only for Discharge to blast it.

"You know, it ain't wise to a dangerous person look foolish."

"You don't need my help for it, have you looked yourself in a mirror lately?" Solar joked as she dodged another blast. "Talk about incompetent, you had more shots at me, than High Rise or Bit, and done about as well."

"Those two were punks, This is my profession."

Discharge kept blasting at her.

"Wait, you do this for a living, with that accent, I was thinking rodeo clown."

"Don't you mock me, kid!"

"Oh, I mock, I'm a mocker," Solar replied as she glowed her hands. "Also a puller, yanker, and tugger as well."

Solar fired a flame blast on all three columns that cause the entire building to collapse on Discharge.

"And that's bringing down the house," Solar said as she bowed.

Meanwhile at the Mercer Penthouse.

"Sorry for the hold-up, Mr. Tiger Claw," Darell told him. "Trying to set my son straight."

"Eh, kids these days, what can you do?" Tiger Claw asked. "Now, new topic, Solar Ecislpe, we want her gone, you care."

"None of my business."

"Really, hero save your hide."

"I nothing to do, with Solar and wouldn't risk that Velcro shipment if I did."

"Then why tip us off."

"Velcro is my rival in the super mercenary field. If their prototypes go missing, everybody wins."

"Which brings up an issue my boss wants to discuss," Tiger Claw dials his boss on his phone. "Go ahead, X."

Mr. Mercer, we have a proposal, when Solar battles the likes of Raptor, Fang, or even Discharge, she's busy interfering with my empire. We would like to hire you to create more...well...let's call them supervillains.

"What's in for me?"

Ample funding and a ready supply of guinea pigs for your questionable experiments.

On a nearby street, the cops along with a report found Discharge who was stripped of her suit and tied to a lamp post.

"Thunder Prism, it's me, Kyle Bright, I'm at the location, I need a photographer... what do you mean.."

I said, Sunset was there, she emailed me the shots, but still needs a new camera.

"Discharge wanted me gone because I getting in their line of work," Sunset thought about. That would mean she was already working for someone, but who can it be and what's their beef with me?"
