Author's Note

Another episode changed from its original state; this time it was originally meant to be an aftermath episode. And since it's a rebooted episode form the original concept, it's another episode being labeled with the "R" distention even if the original episode was never posted.

Season 3: Episode 8R - Back in Ponyville

"Wow...Ponyville is a bit...different..." Nyx said. The entire group was back in Ponyville, and there wasn't much of a fuss. Most ponies took one look at Nyx's medal and just walked right past without another word.

"Different how, exactly?" Apple Bloom asked.

"I could give details, but then I feel like I might spoil a thing or two." Nyx said.

"Wonder where she gets that from." Sunset teased Twilight.

"Sunset, you know you don't have to tease me." Twilight said. "So, Nyx, mind telling me why exactly you considered your me your mother?" She added.

"It was something chrysalis said about me admittedly that really put things into perspective. Sure, she was totally evil and stuff, but...she mentioned how her hive his her blood, and there for her children because they shared blood with her even if she was their queen, she was also their mother. It made me realize that just because my Twilight Sparkle didn't give actual birth to me, I still shared her blood, so it only made sense from there. Ever since then, I've grown to call my Twilight my mother, but I suppose she wouldn't mind if I called another Twilight my mother as well." Nyx said. "After all, your still a version of Twilight, even if your not my Twilight." She added.

Rainbow Dash chuckled. "She totally takes after you, Egghead." Rainbow Dash said.

"Oh hardy har har..." Twilight said in a sarcastic tone.

"You're getting good at that." Sunset said.

"Let me guess: She picked that up from you?" Flash Sentry asked Sunset.

"Who else did you think she picked it up from?" Sunset asked. "But she doesn't do it much though. Which is fine. I don't want her completely copying my shtick." She added.

"...Your what the what now?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Don't ask." Both Twilght and Sunset said at the same time.

Nyx giggled in response. "That's entertaining to watch to say the least." She said.

"...It kind of is, got to be honest with you." Diamond Tiara said.

"Well well well, look what we have here..." A male voice said.

The eyes of the CMCs minus Nyx suddenly went wide. "...I know that voice..." Diamond Tiara said. Suddenly a gray colt came up to them with Silver Spoon.

"Silver Platter..." Apple Bloom announced.

...So that's Silver Platter... Nyx thought to herself.

"I turn around for a couple of days, and here is this pony with an actual cutie mark hanging out with you Blank Flanks." Silver Platter said. "Listen, you shouldn't be hanging with those losers; you should be hanging with us instead." He added.

...Wow...this guy makes my Diamond Tiara look like a saint with words like that. Nyx said. "Silver Platter, was it? Look, they may not have their cutie marks yet, but at least they want to get them. And correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't you a so called 'Blank Flank' once upon a time? Really makes what you're doing right now seem childish in comparison." She told Silver Platter off.

"What the...you...OH YOU DID NOT JUST SAY THAT!" Silver Platter shouted. "Mark my words, you're going to pay for saying that." He added. "Come Silver Spoon." The colt said.

"Your in so much trouble now." Silver Spoon said and left with Silver Platter.

Scootaloo whistled. "Dang, I don't think any of us have seen anyone tear into Silver Platter like that. That was B-O-L-D girl!" She said.

"...Did you really have to spell that out Scoots?" Diamond Tiara asked.

"It was an emphasis." Scootaloo said.

"...Fair enough." Diamond Tiara said.

Well there is a bit of Diamond Tiara's natural snobbish tendencies after all. And yet, these girls know she isn't actually being mean about it. Nyx thought to herself. "Silver Platter is no Diamond Tiara. Heck, I dare say his attitude alone makes my Diamond Tiara seem like nice girl in comparison. I saw what he was trying to do, and I made sure he failed HARD." Nyx said.

"Oh you and me are going to have some fun~" Sunset said.

"Oh please..." Twilight said.

"Stupid new girl, she has no idea who she's messing with around here..." Silver Platter said.

"Well, she's clearly Nightmare Moon, but you saw the medal same as me." Silver Spoon said.

"...Silver Spoon, have I ever told you I love the way you think sometimes?" Silver Platter asked.

"Uh...many times. But what's that got to do with anything?" Silver Spoon asked.

"That Medal...it's all that's stopping this entire town from rising up and asking for that filly's head. If we could just steal it away from her, and make sure she can never find it..." Silver Platter said.

"...Then the entire town will demand for her to be captured and imprisoned in Tartarus, showing up those Blank Flanks once and for all!" Silver Spoon realized.

"Exactly." Silver Platter said.

"I'm so buying us a sundae first thing tomorrow. So, what's the plan?" Silver Spoon asked.

"...Don't know yet. Haven't thought that far ahead." Silver Platter said.

Silver Spoon sighed. "...Well knowing you, whatever plan you do come up with will be epic on a grand scale!" She added.

"Heh...you know me well." Silver Platter said.
