My Little Pokémon: Grander World
Dawn on Despair
Previous ChapterNext ChapterOutskirts of Equestria. Day.
Celestia and Passion had lost.
Defeated by Daybreaker and her Gardevoir, the two of them fell into a deep chasm, exhausted and out of power after stopping a truly devastating attack. Seeing this in the distance were the Canterlot Troops, who witnessed it play out. They were in absolute shock, seeing their leader fall. It seemed impossible since Celestia had always appeared as an unstoppable force. Even if she were to be knocked down, it would only be for a while. But not this time.
Her crown could be seen lying on the damaged ground, charred by all the flames as parts of it have been melted off completely.
After her defeat, Daybreaker descended upon these soldiers with a smile, intimidating them. "Well, well, well. What do we have here? A bunch of weaklings?" Daybreaker asked, looking at them. "You're all so pathetic. You couldn't even save your princess. How sad."
"Ngh..." The soldiers looked at each other, wondering what they should do. They didn't want to fight, but they knew they had to. For Celestia. "W-We're still here though!" One of the soldiers shouted.
"You are, but you're scared stiff." She said as her many ships had broken through the veil of clouds, revealing themselves. The sight of those massive ships was enough to make the soldiers gasp in fear. "Never before have you had to see your Celestia in such a position. I think it's safe to say that I've won."
"Golurk...!" The Golurk of the Canterlot Troops were still present and not to be underestimated. They were as plentiful as the ships and not only that, the Canterlot Troops had other Pokemon by their side. And yet, Daybreaker was unbothered by this. She was confident in her victory.
"Golurk! Hyper Beam!" All of them shouted, prompting their Golurks to each use Hyper Beam. The beams would fly towards Daybreaker, but they were soon reflected by her flaming aura, being sent back to the Golurks. The Golurks managed to dodge the attacks, but the ground was hit, causing a great explosion.
The ships would then start attacking, shooting out beams of light from their cannons. These beams would strike the ground, creating explosions that would destroy the landscape even more.
The Golurks would fly upwards along with the other Pokemon the troops had, trying to fight off the ships. Soon, an aerial scuffle occurred, with the Golurks and other Pokemon fighting against the ships.
"Now that I've dealt with Celestia, I believe I should make this victory known to everyone else. Give them a good inkling of what they have to deal with." Daybreaker spoke casually while the battle ensued. "Bring out Necrozma."
From the Solar Sword, Necrozma's tube would be lowered, revealing the Pokemon inside. He let out a cry once his tube was lowered as he would cease gathering light from whatever energy was transferred into it. Now free, Necrozma would fly out of the Solar Sword as the top of it would open up for him.
Daybreaker would watch as Necrozma flew around the area, absorbing the light given off by the Sun. Now out here, Necrozma looked upon all of the Pokemon here that he could feast on. The troops and all the opposing Pokemon gasped once Necrozma had arrived.
"Go on, Necrozma. They're all yours." Daybreaker said as Necrozma would approach them all at ludicrous speeds, grabbing one of the Golurks. The Golurk struggled to break free, but it was futile. Necrozma would absorb its light, making it disappear. "Ah..." The troops gasped, seeing that happen.
Necrozma would then grab another Golurk, doing the same thing to it. It disappeared as well, leaving nothing behind. This caused the troops to panic, realizing that Necrozma was far too powerful for them to handle. "No! Stop!" One of them shouted. Necrozma would also target the ponies, grabbing them and rapidly draining them of their magic.
The troops watched in horror as their fellow soldiers were being picked off by Necrozma. They couldn't do anything to stop him. Those drained would lie there spent. Unable to do anything in their current condition, simply groaning with nothing to give. And very soon, everyone else here would join them.
Equestria. Canterlot. Day.
Meanwhile, at Canterlot, Luna looked up in shock to see how the Sun had come up so early. "What is going on...?" She asked herself, wondering why the Sun was up. "Why is the Sun rising?"
She would then hear a loud explosion, looking down to see a large cloud of smoke coming from the distance. "What in Equestria?!" She gasped, seeing that. "That's...that's where the Canterlot Troops are! What's happening over there?!"
Before she could wonder, the clouds would part as a blinding light broke through. She squinted her eyes at this light which broke the clouds, illuminating the city. "What is that?!" She exclaimed, trying to block the light with her hoof.
The light would then materialize into something. Something with a bit of an astral appearance. Appearing in the sky as massive as many mountains was the face of Daybreaker. A magical projection of her face to be exact. "Citizens of Equestria! I have some news for you all!" Her voice boomed, echoing across the land.
"Apologies if this comes as a major shock to you. But I'm not that sorry. Princess Celestia has been defeated."
"What?!" Luna couldn't believe her ears.
"With her defeat, my goal to have Necrozma absorb all things draws closer. Her defeat also has a lot of you terrified now that you have heard this, no doubt. And if you believe I'm bluffing, look upon your skies and see for yourself."
Luna would look up to see Daybreaker's ships breaking through the veil of clouds, revealing themselves. "Oh my goodness..." Luna gasped, seeing those ships.
"And if you still aren't convinced, perhaps this will change your mind." She would then bring out a projection of Celestia's crown in its most recent condition. The crown had its sides melted as the gem in the middle was slightly cracked.
Luna backed away at that sight, mortified by it. But it wasn't just her. Many across Equestria that have yet to enter Pyrestar's Universe would view the projection and see Celestia's crown greatly damaged. The projection of Daybreaker's face and the crown were large enough to be seen from so many places, including Pegalysium.
Ash and his group would gander at the sight before them as Twilight's pupils shrunk. Celestia had lost and Daybreaker didn't look like she was bluffing.
"Hmph. That was supposed to be my victory. Whatever." Second Wind scoffed, wishing she had defeated Celestia instead.
"Great Auntie..." Flurry Heart silently said, still present in the Crystal Empire.
"To all those who are trying to stop me, for your sake, I'd cease entirely. Celestia had reach her peak during our battle. She lacked something in particular to continue onwards. Something that I can guarantee that you all lack. Your universe will have its light taken by Necroza. There is no doubt about that. After this is all over, I will personally see to it that your universe becomes a part of my Solar Empire. Considering how well of a fight you all put up, you will get special treatment. You'll find out once this is all over. For now, if you want to continue resisting, do your best, so that I can rip victory from you in a crushing way. That is all."
Daybreaker's face would disappear, leaving the sky empty. Luna was left in shock after hearing that. "No...no...this cannot be..." She said, shaking her head. "Sister!"
She would then see one of the ships fly towards Canterlot, opening its hatch. There was yet another item that it was about to unleash and it wasn't one that could just siphon light. It was something far worse.
From the ship, an item in the shape of a satellite emerged and immediately. It began pulling from the Sunlight that Daybreaker had set up. "The Solar Reflector Arrays are ready." One of the ponies said, revealing the name of these items. Multiple of them showed themselves as they were capturing and condensing sunlight, channelling it into pulsating balls of light.
Specifically, balls of sunlight. They managed to create extremely miniature suns with these weapons, which was enough to make Luna gasp in horror. "What in Equestria are those?!" She exclaimed, wondering what those things were.
"Fire!" The pony shouted as the satellites would then launch the mini-suns at Canterlot. Luna watched as the small suns flew through the air, heading straight for the city. "Oh no!" She cried out, using her magic to try and stop them. A large magical wall as formed from her magic, attempting to stop these advancements.
Each time the miniature suns hit the wall, they created miniature supernovas. Luna struggled to keep the wall up, but she knew she had to. If she didn't, then Canterlot would be destroyed.
Thankfully, all residents of Canterlot have been safely led out of this universe, but that didn't stop Luna from trying to protect the homes they've all come to know and love. "Ngh...!" She grunted, feeling the strain of keeping this wall up. Each of these explosions were devastatingly aggressive to where if even one of them landed on Canterlot, it would level so many homes. That absolutely could not happen.
Pegalysium.
At Pegalysium, Twilight was in disbelief after seeing that message from Daybreaker. "No...no...this can't be..." She said, shaking her head. "This can't be happening..."
"Oh well. It is what it is." Second Wind cackled. "That is a wonderful sign of victory right there, wouldn't you agree? She's done her part and now I have to do mine. Much like how your precious Princess Celestia has now fallen, you and your friends will be next in line. And I bet it will be in a pathetic way, presumably how Celestia lost."
"Grh!" Twilight scowled at her for even insulting Celestia in such a way. Second Wind merely smirked at Twilight's scowl. She then heared the violent wingbeat of the giant pegasus behind her.
With Rainbow Dash currently inside of the library, surrounded by the rubble, it left Twilight and Espeon by themselves with Second Wind, the giant and the Unown. But that wasn't all she had to worry about. Another loud sound would be heard nearby, alarming her. From what she could tell, it sounded like something was falling all of a sudden.
"Ah. Sounds like some of the islands are beginning to fall." Second Wind said as the tremor of an island falling would reverberate across Pegalysium, reaching here. "When one island falls, Pegalysium loses some of its stability. Each island here is supported by the same magic that connects them all. Remove a piece of it, and the whole thing will start weakening. This place is going to collapse soon enough once more islands fall."
Twilight gasped, hearing that. "What?! You're kidding me!" She exclaimed.
"Not at all. And judging by the position we're in right now, that island or any other island, will eventually land into a location somewhere in Equestria, crushing that area." Second Wind explained.
Speaking of which, that very island that started falling would immediately gain a lot of friction, catching on fire as it fell. The flames would spread across the island, burning everything on it. It would also catch on fire as it descended, creating a massive ball of flame.
The Sky Serpents that reside in the clouds, especially the Sea Clouds looked up to see one of the islands falling this way, threatening to fall through the Sea Clouds. They let out cries of fear, flying away from the island as it continued to descend.
The Sea Cloud, a massive mass of clouds that had the same properties as water, would start boiling when the island got closer to it. The island would then break through the cloud, causing a huge chunk of it to separate.
The island would continue to fall, heading straight for Equestria. It would crash into a sea near Fillydelphia, destroying the shoreline instantly. A huge tidal wave would form as a result of this impact, washing over the land.
This caused a great deal of damage to the city, flooding it and destroying many homes. With all the residents of Baltimare gone, no lives were affected. Only the homes that they love. This tidal wave would stretch out further, moving past Baltimare and crashing through the Hollow Shades and any area nearby.
As for the Sky Island itself, it would sink into the ocean, disappearing beneath the waves. That entire island, everything that it had built up over the years, was now ruined. But other Sky Islands in Pegalysium were at risk of this.
Various of them were to be ripped out of the sky just so that Second Wind can replace them. Responsible for this were the Pegalysium Giants. At this moment, the giants were beginning to rip another island out of the sky, using their immense strength to do so.
They would grab onto the island with their hooves and pull it downwards, ripping it out of the sky. The island would begin to fall, making the ground shake. Twilight and Espeon would look up to see the island falling, gasping in horror. "Oh my goodness!" Twilight exclaimed, seeing that.
"That's right. This place is going to fall apart and you're not going to be able to stop it." Second Wind said, looking at her. "You're going to have to watch as precious Pegalysium falls apart before your eyes. And from it, my Pegalysium will take over!"
"No! I won't let that happen!" Twilight shouted, glaring at her.
"Do your best. But of course, how are you going to stop them from bringing down the islands and me at the same time?" Second Wind rubbed her hooves together, loving the worried look on Twilight's face. "Ah, that look on your face is so wonderful! This is such great vindication! You've been nothing but a thorn in my side ever since you came here and now, I'm finally getting back at you!"
Twilight gritted her teeth, knowing that she couldn't do anything about this. She didn't know what to do. If she tried to fight Second Wind, the Unown would get involved and attack her. And if she tried to fight the giants, Second Wind would also get involved.
She was stuck between a rock and a hard place. "Aw? Can't decide? Let me help you with that!" With a maniacal smile, she had her Unown use Hidden Power, each of the unleashing red rays.
"Eve! Use Psychic!"
"Espeon!" The Sun Pokemon would promptly generate a Psychic Blast, blocking the Hidden Powers. She would deflect the Hidden Powers for a brief moment, jumping out of the way. Twilight would also fly back, prompting Second Wind to take flight.
"Obliterate her! Hidden Power!" She yelled, prompting the Unown to unleash those red rays once more. Twilight would soar through the air, avoiding these rays as they were fired at her. She would then see one of the Pegalysium Giants approaching her, trying to swat her out of the sky.
"Psychic!" Twilight shouted as Espeon would create a psychic barrier, protecting herself from the giant's hoof. The giant would try to hit her again, but she would dodge it. "Use Shadow Ball!"
"Esp!" Espeon would launch a Shadow Ball at the giant, hitting it in the face. However, that did not budge the giant at all. It simply made him flinch. Second Wind would then approach Twilight, flapping her wings to generate her own magic.
A flare of magic flew in Twilight's direction, forcing her to move out of the way. Twilight then used her magic to hold out a Poke Ball, throwing it out. "Togekiss! I need your help!"
"Togekiss!"
"Use Sky Attack!"
"Kiiisss!" Togekiss would ascend into the air, avoiding the flare of magic and the rays of Hidden Power, enveloping herself in a beautiful golden aura. She would then descend upon Second Wind, flying towards her at high speeds. Second Wind's eyes widened seeing Togekiss approaching her, only for the Unown to construct a wall of stone with their Hidden Power, protecting their Queen.
The Sky Attack would crash into the wall, shattering it, but ending her momentum as she suffered some recoil in the process. "Now! Use Hidden Power!" Second Wind commanded as the Unown would fire Hidden Power at Togekiss, who was unable to react in time.
"Togekiss!" Twilight cried out as Togekiss was struck by the Hidden Power, holding her in place. As Togekiss was held there, Second Wind took the opportunity to unleash Rift Magic on her. By flapping her wings, she sent cosmic stardust in Togekiss's direction, striking her. "T-To!"
"Togekiss, No-" Twilight was immediately cut off by a wing flap from the Pegalysium Giant, sending her crashing into the ground. "Ngh...!" She grunted, feeling the impact of the fall. As she raised her head, she looked up to see the rays of Hidden Power coming her way, engulfing her.
"Ahhh!" She screamed, being bombarded by these rays. Much like Togekiss, she too was restrained by the rays by all these Unown.
"Oh, how the mighty have fallen." Second Wind said, looking down at Twilight. "I'm going to enjoy this. You're going to be the first one to go. And once you're gone, your friends will soon follow after. Then, I'll make sure that everyone else is dealt with."
Twilight struggled to break free from the Hidden Powers, but it was no use. The only way to break out of this was to wait for her Rift Magic to recover, but that was too big of a risk to take right now. She had to think of something fast.
"Giant! Crush her!" Second Wind looked at the giant, ordering that she finally bring an end to Twilight Sparkle. The Pegalysium Giant would fly over, raising his hoof to crush Twilight. "This is it! This is where your story ends!"
"No it's not..." Twilight greatly objected, using her other magic reserve. In this case, it was Sorrowful Rage Magic. Tapping into that power, she managed to shatter the rays that surrounded her with a raging magic blast. "What?!" Second Wind exclaimed, seeing that happen. The magic radiating from Twilight was pulsating aggressively and the name of this type of magic made sense.
It was a magic that was in response to strong emotions and in this instance, hearing that Celestia had lost was enough to bring sorrow into Twilight's heart. She stood there with that pulsating magic, tears almost showing up on her face. But, she managed to keep her emotions in check unlike last time, perfectly controlling the Sorrowful Rage Magic.
Twilight looked at her Espeon who was currently dodging as many Hidden Power Rays as possible, her Togekiss who was still trapped, the giant nearby and the islands being targeted by the giants. She knew what she had to do.
"I haven't lost yet, Second Wind." Twilight, using her magic, would whip out a certain item. From it, she unveiled her own unique Z-Crystal. The Twilightium Z. The second she held it out, the Z Energy from it would erupt, reacting to her.
Since it was a Z-Move that could work with two Pokemon. The energy resonated with Espeon and Togekiss, shattering the rays that held the Jubilee Pokemon up. The energy powered her up as well was powering up Espeon. The rays that approached her would fizzle out right away once they came into contact with her.
Twilight would spread her wings, letting the Z Energy flow within her and her Pokemon. "Princess Celestia ay have been beaten, but that doesn't stop us from trying to stop you!" She shouted, holding out her Twilightium Z. "Eve! Togekiss!"
"Esp...!" Espeon snarled while letting her energy erupt.
"Toge!" Togekiss cried out, feeling all that amazing power swell in her. The time for the Z-Move was now. However, Second Wind, who looked nervous at first, then put on a sinister smile. She knew something. And in this case, she knew something big was coming.
Literally.
Underneath them, a loud sound could be heard as it would get closer and closer with each passing second. It felt like a wind pressure should be around them but it was actually underneath them all.
Breaking through the ground was a massive hoof that struck Twilight from below, sending her flying into the air. "Ahhh!" She screamed, soaring into the sky.
"Espeon!" Espeon cried out, seeing her trainer sent flying.
"Toge!..." Togekiss gasped, seeing that happen. Another Pegalysium Giant had arrived, absolutely destroying the ground by barging through. Twilight's eyes would close, her body hurtling through the air.
The giant emerged from the ground, showing herself as the force of her emerging had pushed Espeon and Togekiss away. The giant would then look up, seeing Twilight falling. She would raise her hoof, preparing to catch her.
Twilight was then caught by the giant, knocked unconscious. "Ngh...!" She grunted, feeling her body being squished by the giant's hoof. The giant would hold her there, looking down at her. "Now, I've got you." Second Wind said, approaching the giant.
She would then see the Twilightium Z fall out of Twilight's grasp, dropping to the ground. "Oh? What is this?" She asked, picking up the Z Crystal. "This looks interesting."
"Espeon!" Espeon growled, glaring at Second Wind.
"Togekiss!" Togekiss also glared at her.
"Hrm!" Second Wind attempted to shatter the Z-Crystal, but found that it didn't break that easily. It was far too powerful to be destroyed so easily. "Hm. I suppose not. Oh, well. All that matters is that I now have you unconscious. You two Pokemon will witness your Trainer crushed. Absolutely, thoroughly and definitely without failure.
"Eon...!"Espeon tried getting back up, only for the Unown to generate Chains with Hidden Power. They would wrap around Espeon, restraining her. "Espeon!"
"Kiiisss!" Togekiss struggled to try and free herself, but she was held in place by the same chains that were holding Espeon. "Toge!"
"Now then, let's begin." Second Wind said, looking at the giant. "Giant! Crush her! Do it right this time!" The giant nodded, raising her other hoof. She would then bring it down, ready to crush Twilight. "Esp!" Espeon cried out, struggling to break free.
The hoof of the giant came in closer and closer as it looked like it would truly land without fail. Right before the eyes of Espeon and Togekiss, they witnessed the hoof connect, along with a vibrant flash the second it connected, letting out a powerful shockwave afterwards. The shockwave would reach them, knocking them out of their restraints and sending them flying off the sky island.
The duo found themselves falling off the island and ultimately, off Pegalysium itself. The giant would look down, seeing the two Pokemon fall. "Ah, don't worry about them." Second Wind said, waving her hoof. "They're not important anymore. What's important is that Twilight Sparkle is no more! Wonderful~!"
It looked to be that way. Once the giant removed her hoof, Twilight's body was nowhere to be found. The giant would look around, wondering where Twilight went.
"Huh? Where did she go?" Second Wind asked, looking around. "Smashing something means parts of it should still be around. Unless..." Her eyes widened, realizing what happened. "No...no...NO!"
Second Wind knew that Twilight was still around somewhere. Somehow, she escaped, but it didn't seem to be by her own will. The Grand Queen looked around, searching for Twilight, but with no luck.
The reality was that Rainbow Dash, in the nick of time, zoomed by as fast as she could to save Twilight. The two of them ended up in a forest area, landing in a bush. "Ow...!" Twilight groaned, feeling the impact of the fall. "Ugh...Rainbow...is that you...?"
"Yeah...it's me." Rainbow Dash replied, helping Twilight up. "I saw everything from inside the library. That giant really knocked the wind out of me. I couldn't do anything to help you, but I'm here now."
"Thanks...but we need to do something...Eve and Togekiss are falling...the other islands will start dropping at this rate...!" Twilight took deep breaths while getting up. "At this rate, we might fall behind."
"It's not over yet. Ash and the others won't let that happen." Rainbow Dash replied, trying to reassure Twilight. "We just have to keep going."
The sound of another island falling could be heard in the distance. It was a loud crash, followed by a tremor. This caused a lot of damage to the surrounding areas. "Not another one...!" Twilight grunted, feeling the ground shake. "If this keeps up, Pegalysium won't hold anymore...!"
"What do we do?" Rainbow Dash asked, looking at Twilight. "Do you have any ideas?"
Twilight thought about it for a moment. She knew what she had to do. She knew what they all had to do. "It's nothing complex, but it'll do." She would then take out her Xtransceiver, ready to call someone. "I'm counting on Ash to match the giants."
"Match the giants? How's he gonna do that?"
"The only way we can. Dynamax."
Shooting Star had managed to keep all the residents safe while freeing more of them. He kept them all concealed with his magic, moving stealthily across Pegalysium. The citizens watched in horror as their lovely nation was coming apart before their very eyes. Sky Islands were dropping, clouds were falling apart and entire structures were being destroyed.
"Oh my goodness! What is happening?!" One citizen cried out, seeing the destruction.
"Is this the apocalypse?!" Another one said, panicking.
"Don't worry everyone! We'll get through this!" Shooting Star tried reassuring them. "Just stay calm and trust me!"
"What do we with our homes gone?! Where will we go?!" A third one asked, worried.
"I don't know, but we'll figure something out!" Shooting Star replied, trying to keep them calm. "For now, just stick together!"
He continued to move across Pegalysium, avoiding the Unown and the Pegalysium Giants as much as possible. He wanted to save as many people as he could, but it was hard when there were so many enemies around.
As he moved, he noticed that some of the islands were beginning to fall. The ones that fell would cause tremors, making it harder for him to navigate. Eventually, however, his focus became on some of Second Wind's forces who were looking for him. While they couldn't see him thanks to his magic, they could use the power of the Unown to detect him anyway.
Once they sensed him, they began firing Rift Beams around his location, trying to pin him down. They even used Hidden Powers to attack the other islands, causing more pieces of land to drop.
This was getting out of control fast. In one corner of the sky, two giants were holding one another at an impasse as they were both attempting to bring each other down.
Shooting Star grit his teeth out of pure nervousness, knowing he had to think fast with his magic. It could do a lot of things and now was a good time to take full advantage of that. The Rift Beams kept flying in this one spot, attempting to hit the young prince.
"If Ash believes in me, then I believe in myself..." He said to himself, closing his eyes for a brief second.
Suddenly, a transparent blue barrier manifested around him, protecting him from any potential attack. The Rifts kept bashing into the magical field, trying to break through to reach their target, but nothing came of it.
The beautiful white magic would then pull in the spears that the soldiers held, removing it from their hooves
"Now come forth, the magic within me! Protect me! My shield!"
Suddenly, a transparent blue barrier manifested around him, protecting him from any potential attack. The Rifts kept bashing into the magical field, trying to break through to reach their target, but nothing came of it.
The beautiful white magic would then pull in the spears that the soldiers held, removing it from their hooves entirely. Their eyes widened upon realizing it had slipped out of their grasp completely! As soon as those spears disappeared, the Rift Energy around them would diminish greatly and vanish, unable to do anything else. Their bodies felt the pressure, causing them to fall over. Now deprived of their energy, those pegasus troops were sent hurtling downward as they struggled to regain control over themselves.
Seeing this opportunity, Shooting Star grabbed everyone once again and flew them away, continuing to keep them protected. "Come on...it's only a little further." He told the townspeople following him. "Don't lose hope just yet!"
They continued on their way. Despite all the dangers, the devastation, the fear of falling, and despair surrounding them, the people did their best to hold on. However, they were still frightened.
Soon enough, they were caught up in debris, crashing directly into buildings, sending everything scattering like bowling pins. They would watch helplessly as the remains of Pegalysium came right at them with such deadly speed they'd never escape being crushed at that rate.
In a moment of desperation, every single living creature around Shooting Star let out their cries of terror in unison, clinging onto one another for dear life. Along the wya, he used his magic to free as many trapped Pegasi, Sky Animals and Pokemon as possible! All sorts of creatures came out safely and hurried after Shooting Star who was running as if his own safety meant less than any of theirs combined.
They continued fleeing across several platforms as though their very survival depended on it. There were far too many victims involved to carry, some not fast enough despite the adrenaline surging through them or unable to fly for the time being so his spell had to expand even further for the entire village itself.
Even after he pushed his powers this far without training, he managed successfully save countless lives! Finally having reached an end, he could relax a bit seeing as all he needed do now was find refuge somewhere until help arrived because it.
There was one place that he could go to. But before he could even see it, opening in front of them all was a gateway. Not just any gateway, but one that seemed to be from Universe 11. They all gasped upon seeing this gateway as out of it emerged what appeared to be a massive vehicle that resembled a four-legged creature. Its legs were long, being the first to step of the gateway before revealing its back. On top of this four-legged object is the main ship, floating in the air.
Shooting Star gasped upon seeing this machine while most residents cowered at the sight out of pure awe at how enormous it actually was; others ran away frantically assuming it was an enemy. And they were 100% right.
Everyone began to scatter at once knowing it had come from nowhere and couldn't risk facing potential doom. However upon reaching a point where no amount of distance left anywhere near safe within this vicinity of debris or lack thereof nearby which was already close by since earlier today when things took turns for the worst among several incidents.
And the one on the other side, watching all of this, was none other than Sunrise Sparkle herself.
"We've made contact with Pegalysium." She said with a stoic face. "Let's begin. The absolute absorption of its magic. Including the one above."
As the journey continues.
