Universe 11. The Solar Empire. Day.

Sunrise Sparkle had returned to her Universe with the Suntree Applejack heavily damaged, feeling the aftershock of the Dark Matter. And upon returning, she had Applejack and the Wonderbolts with her, all of which were carried by the soldiers of the Solar Empire. Once she returned, she saw how the monitors were rapidly moving.

"What's happening?" Sunrise questioned

"Queen Daybreaker asked for the Supernova, but Mewtwo had disrupted the ship for a while. Two Mewtwos. Not only that, Lunala's shown up."

"That so? Lunala is expected, but Mewtwo also showed up? With two of them involved, that could botch our plan. Get the gateways working again and send the Supernova over. Now that Lunala's there, we can't afford to fail this capture. Also, get the Suntree to its healing spot."

"And what about them?" One pony asked about Applejack's group, the ones who were knocked out.

"Prepare their bodies to be absorbed by Necrozma. Send them to the Light Converters, so their essence can be transformed." Sunrise ordered as the fate of Applejack and her friends would be decided. Yet more fuel for Necrozma. Their unconscious bodies would be grabbed, carried off, set to head elsewhere.

The area in question that they were sent too was located in the West section of Canterlot Castle, where a few guards would escort the prisoners to the designated location. As they were being carried away, Delta Lucario, who's mind was in spacetime at the moment, started twitching all of a sudden, mainly his left eye.

He was actually responsive somewhat. His body was reacting, his eyes opening. He was waking up, a low growl coming out his mouth. Lucario managed to respond because of one reason.

His Aura.

It allowed him to snap back to reality, freeing up some of his mind, even though most of it was still trapped in spacetime. His eyes moved to view his surroundings, his vision was a blur, but he could see a bit, his hearing muffled.

Delta Lucario knew that he had a chance to break free from this, relying on his Aura. But he also knew that he had to do whatever he could as fast as possible so that his friends were safe. Gritting his teeth and letting more of his Aura buildup, Lucario would muster the strength to make his arm move, reaching his paw forward and touching one of the guards carrying him.

"Wha...?"

"Lucar..."

"Huh, wh-what the?!"

"Luca!" Exerting his Aura, he created a pulse that knocked the guards back, the ponies losing their grip on his body. "Rrr.." Lucario took a deep breath, slowly getting back on his feet. He managed to free his mind from Spacetime.

"Hey, the prisoner's awake! He-" Lucario had to act fast before all of this was alerted. Using Bone Rush, he materialized energy ones in his paws, promptly smacking the guard right in the face, knocking him out.

The other guards attempted to alert the others immediately, trying to get up after that pulse knocked them all back. However, by exerting more of his Aura his body, he intensified his pulse, attacking the guards by staggering their bodies.

They were all taken down, falling to the floor, the Aura Pulse having knocked them all out. After dealing with the guards, Lucario would look at the door, and despite his vision being blurred, he could tell the door was shut, having not yet opened. One of these guards was supposed to open it. After knocking them all down, he looked at his trainer, seeing her unconscious.

"Rrr." Lucario would walk over to her, placing his paw on her chest. She was alive, but she was in the same position as before, her mind still trapped. Applejack also had Aura, but hers wasn't active at the moment, unlike Lucario. Delta Lucario had to wonder if she trying to unleash and it was just delayed. But he couldn't take that risk. He had to free her now.

With his paw on her chest, Lucario used his Aura to send a pulse, sending his energy through her body. It was a risky move, but it was the only way he could help her. He was essentially forcing her own Aura to activate, and once he did, the blue aura would surround her body.

"Rio...!"

"Gaaaah!" Applejack gasped, her eyes flashing as her heart was racing a bit, the orange mare breathing heavily. Her mind was a bit fuzzy since it was trapped in spacetime for a while, he eyes moving left and right, trying to gather what was around her.

Once she recollected herself, she would spot Lucario, looking him in the eyes, the Aura Pokemon panting. "L-Lucario?"

"Lu."

"W-What's going on? Why are we here?" Applejack was still confused, and then her mind snapped. "Ah, th-that's right! That Sun messed up our minds..." She then turned her attention to Sceptile, all of her Golett, the Wonderbolts and their Pokemon who were still trapped in spacetime.

She then realized that she was not in her universe at all. Applejack found herself in Universe 11, right in the Solar Empire's castle. And being out here in the open with all of these guards knocked down was not a good look. If they get caught now, it would all be over without a doubt.

"Lucario. Free them all." Applejack quietly said.

"Rio." Nodding, Lucario would use his Aura Pulses, activating their Auras, and just like Applejack, their bodies would glow, their eyes flashing as they woke up, gasping.

"Gah!" Spitfire and all the others were startled, the Wonderbolts and their Pokemon were surprised, their minds were a bit fuzzy, and their hearts were racing, just like Applejack. But soon their bodies would calm down, recollecting themselves once they noticed their surroundings. Some of them groaned, still a bit dazed.

"Wh-Where are we?" A Wonderbolt asked.

"No time to explain. Just grab some of that armor and suit up." Applejack figured that since they were here, they had to blend in right away, otherwise they would get caught. She would explain it all to them later.

"Suit up?" Spitfire groaned.

"Just do it. We gotta blend in."

Outer Space.

In Outer Space, with Lunala's arrival, all attention was turned to the Moone Pokemon, the bat-like creature staring down Daybreaker and the Solar Empire.

"Lunala. I've been waiting for you." Daybreaker said, a smirk on her face. Meanwhile, Mewtwo was hoping that Lunala wouldn't have to show herself at all. Alas, here she was. Now that she was here, all efforts from the ships here would be focused on capturing Lunala, making sure Necrozma gets to absorb her.

The Solar Sword, despite being greatly disrupted by the two Mewtwos was beginning to recover and was starting up again, the ship's control panel sparking to life, screens blinking. The main gateway had been fixed and the Supernova was ready to be used. However, the only thing left to do was find a way to lure Lunala closer. If they launched the Prism Shards with the laser cannons, they could draw her near. But it was a risky move that might miss and end up wasting a bunch of them. So they needed another idea.

"This is our golden opportunity. Use the Siphon Rods to take Lunala's energy before she can leave. Then, unleash the Heliolux Wave to incapacitate her!" A pony cried out as they got to work immediately, firing the siphon rods towards Lunala. There were five large solar panels that each aimed to fire the siphon rods at the Moone Pokemon.

Once fired, the Solar Empire soldiers watched in excitement as they witnessed the siphon rods being launched at Lunala, all of them aiming at her. And while the ponies aboard the ships thought that they were going to land a direct hit, they had underestimated how strong the Moone Pokemon truly was. Lunala saw through this tactic right away and used one powerful swipe of her wing, releasing a crescent moon-shaped wave of energy.

The attack cut right through the siphons, breaking them in half before the remaining bits crashed into the ships. "S-She's destroyed them!" One soldier called out.

"Again!" Another exclaimed. As long as there were any Solar Empire ships, there were no shortage of siphons that they could use to capture Lunala. It was just a matter of bringing Lunala within close enough range for them to work.

Seeing more siphons coming at her from both sides, Lunala would send out the same attacks she did earlier, cutting through them in a circular shape, completely demolishing them as if they weren't even there. Lunala was not about to let this be a repeat of the past, where she was almost captured. She wasn't about to be defeated that easily.

Lunala then looked at Mewtwo, letting out a cry that said that she knew what he was trying to do. Lunala suggested that Mewtwo stay back since he expended so much of his power in that attack. As powerful as he was, even he couldn't keep this up forever. In which case, it was best he retreated, the same goes for Newtwo.

"I can't leave." But Mewtwo rejected leaving even in his state. "Neither of us can. The Solar Empire is just too large of a threat to leave alone. You can't hope to do this alone."

"He's right you know." Daybreaker managed to read the minds of Mewtwo, surprising him as she would land on top of her Solar Sword. "Speaking alone...where is Deoxys? I figured I would've seen him by now."

Lunala screeched at Daybreaker, speaking about how she'll never forgive her for what she's done and attempted. After almost capturing Lunala last time and even damaging the Moon, Daybreaker would be punished for her actions today.

"This time, we'll succeed. Mewtwo. You've wasted a lot of energy in that attack of yours, haven't you?" Daybreaker pointed out, causing Mewtwo to scowl. "So, for the most part, you're reaching your limit and I'm far from finished."

"That is correct. At this point, my body is aching. My mind is drained, and I feel I will reach my limit soon. I cannot say the same for Lunala but judging from those siphons, her strength would be used up in no time if she attempts to fight alone." Mewtwo replied telepathically. "I will admit, I overexerted myself."

"Which makes you vulnerable! You two are too much of a hindrance, especially in that state! So...I think now is a good time to use this. I'll pierce the Moon. Ramping speed at full force!" Daybreaker was going the distance. With that order, the Solar Sword was prepared to pierce the Moon itself, the weapon moving closer and closer to it.

Mewtwo noticed this and was surprised to see a ship like that was able to target such an immense celestial object. But it was going to do more than just ram into it. Surrounding the ship was a radiant magical energy with blazing heat, giving it that extra destructiveness. Not only was the Solar Sword about to pierce the Moon, but it would bring an immense amount of heat with it that would make that destruction greater. The moment it made contact with the Moon, it would be a disaster.

Mewtwo readied himself and so did Lunala. No matter what, they had to stop the Solar Sword from piercing the Moon. Inside the Solar Sword, Newtwo noticed the advancement towards the Moon, gasping as she tried to head out of the room she was in, only for Gardevoir to grab her by the tail. Newtwo gasped as she was pulled back.

"Let go at once! Do you have any idea what will happen if the Moon is destroyed?!" Newtwo exclaimed, but Gardevoir didn't let her go. She instead pulled Newtwo close, holding her with one arm as her eyes glowed a bright pink. Newtwo had to rely on her regular strength since she was out of her Mega Evolved state.

Doing so, she managed to push Gardevoir off, launching herself backwards away from the Psychic Pokemon. Giving all that she had, Mewtwo forced herself through magical wall that stood in her way, breaking through them all as she charged across the corridors. With that teleportation she was finally able to make it out, appearing in the main hallway where she was surrounded by guards who were armed.

Newtwo, in a burst of speed, passing by them and their magical rays, sending a pressure that knocked the guards down. Gardevoir chased her down by also flying through the ship. The two Psychic-Types moved swiftly across the ship, passing by many rooms.

As she continued flying through the halls, she came across a large bridge, which served as a path between two rooms. As soon as Mewtwo flew over it, she would see a massive opening that would lead into space right behind her. And with that realization, she would realize that there was nowhere else to go. If she wanted to escape, then this was it. But that realization would be interrupted by a flash of light that would emerge from her side.

In a swift movement, Gardevoir had used two Shadow Balls to block off the doors of the room next door before teleporting directly behind Newtwo, grabbing her again. With a quick movement, Newtwo turned around and fired a Psybeam directly into Gardevoir's eyes, causing the Pokemon to shriek and reel back, having been blinded.

The attack would only be momentary and when her vision would clear up, Gardevoir would see that Newtwo had jumped backward out into open space, escaping the Solar Sword completely. Now, all that was left was for her to return to her universe as fast as possible and try to stop the Solar Sword before it made contact with the moon.

On Earth, reports of the Solar Sword threatening to pierce the Moon were immediately made, updated with the Ranger Union. Not only that, but the sight of the Solar Sword going for the Moon could also be seen, especially in places where nightfall had hit. In the sky sky, they saw the golden glow of the Solar Sword moving straight for the Celestial Body, some being terrified by the sight.

Over at Alola, Twilight and her friends were currently moving through Vast Poni Canyon when heading for the Altar of the Sunne, seeing the sight up above. Their jaws dropped as they saw it too.

"They wouldn't...!" Rainbow Dash gasped. It didn't seem real, but it looked to be the case. The Solar Sword was seriously about to ram into the Moon. If that happened, no telling what could happen.

They couldn't stand by and keep watching this sight. They had to keep moving until they reach the Altar of the Sunne. Thus, Twilight, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy kept moving through Vast Poni Canyon, hoping they make it in time.

Ash, who had been brought to a Local Hospital to rest up due to his burn, would look outside the window of his room and gaze at the Moon, thinking about Twilight and the others, believing that they could make it in time before the absolute worst happens.

Equestria. Canterlot.

Princess Luna, who was getting ready to advance on Universe 11 through the gateway, spotted this as well even during the day that Daybreaker had forced on Equestria. Her pupils dilated, her heart racing at such a sight. The Moon that she felt a connection to at times was now at risk as a ship of the Solar Empire was advancing towards it. And if this went wrong, then the Moon itself might be gone. That feeling was just...indescribable to her, a lump forming in her throat.

"Great Auntie! I'm here!" Arriving here at last was Princess Flurry Heart, who Luna requested for her help before she left. The moment she showed up was one of great relief for Luna. Flurry's timing could not have been better, even if the Moon was currently being targeted.

"Flurry Heart..."

"I'm ready." She had a serious look on her face, prepared to do her best. Luna was counting on her to deal with the Cosmic Flame that blocked entryway to Universe 11 from others. She may be young, but there was so much potential that Luna knew that Flurry could handle this task. Luna placed a hoof on her shoulder, Flurry noticing that nervous expression on the Princess' face.

"I am placing my trust in you, Flurry. Can I count on you to stop this cosmic flame?"

"Mmhm." Nodding her head, the Young Alicorn from another Universe smiled in confirmation, reassuring her Great Aunt. She had confidence in herself because others believed in her, especially her family. Now, it was time to live up to that trust.

Flurry Heart stepped forward, her eyes fixated on the Cosmic Flame that stood in front of them, blocking entry into Universe 11. With that determined look in her eyes, the blue energy that was around her body began to form. Her horn, the crests on her shoulders, and her wings would start glowing intensely.

Her horn glowed brighter as an orb of light surrounded her, increasing in size exponentially. The ground started to shake and tremble from the sheer force. She lifted off the air and the sphere would continue to expand until it had reached the ceiling.

Once it had gotten close enough, she unleashed a blast, sending it at the Cosmic Flame at a velocity reaching the speed of light t, but the Cosmic Flame wasn't that easy to stop. Flurry Heart grit her teeth, her hooves trembling a she could feel the heat interacting with her magic. The intense energy was overwhelming her and the Cosmic Flame was fighting back.

"Ngh...!" Sweat dripped down the side of Flurry Heart's face as her legs started giving out. However, the moment that Flurry Heart looked back, and saw Luna looking at her with faith, that allowed her to muster up every bit of power she could conjure up and with a loud shout, sent out the rest of her attack.

Her magic increased dramatically as the force of it was so great, it could be felt from the other side. The residents of Universe 11 gasped as the castle and buildings around it suddenly started shaking. They wondered what the cause was. Meanwhile, a few more people who were in the Ponyville area all turned their heads and gazed at the sky, spotting something in the clouds. It was bright like a shooting star, but this was no ordinary meteor. Whatever this was, it was huge.

"What is that?!" Sunrise Sparkle gasped at Flurry Heart's radiant magic managing to reach here. Due to the Cosmic Flame being attacked, it interacted with the space of this universe, making it seem like the moon itself was being cracked by an unworldly light. Flurry Heart's body could be seen gaining cracks.

Blazing red cracks to be exact. The heat from the Cosmic Flame was affecting her far more than expected as she fought against it, the cracks beginning to spread throughout her entire body, some leaking out blue magical aura. The princess' body trembled more and more as the fight with the Cosmic Flame became fiercer, the force of it being too much for her young self. Luna and the others noticed this as Flurry Heart was being hurt more and more.

But with one final push, she managed to surpass the Cosmic Flame a slight bit, her magic transcending the speed of light, pushing back the Cosmic Flame, forcing it away. "Nrrraaaaahhh!" Letting out a scream of agony, Flurry Heart had made enough of a gap, one that was just big enough to get through, thus creating a small wormhole right where the Cosmic Flame once was.

"F-Flurry!" Luna dashed towards Flurry, catching her as her fellow Alicorn dropped down, weakened.

"Ngh...Ghhh..." Her body was trembling, and upon lifting her head, Luna saw the burning cracks on the surface of her skin, leaking with magical aura. Flurry was badly burned and her magic was completely drained. The Princess had put forth all her strength into this. It was too much. She was exhausted. "I did it..." She said with a sile, satisfied that she pulled it off.

"Flurry Heart..." Luna was glad that Flurry did indeed manage to pull it off. But she was horrified at seeing her body in this state. However, what they couldn't afford to do right now was lose any time. Time was running out, and Universe 11 was almost close to destroying the Moon.

"You need to go now, Great Auntie." Flurry whispered. "If you hurry, then...you might make it."

"Thank you, my little niece." Placing a hoof on Flurry's forehead, Luna would slowly place the weakened Princess down to let her rest, using magic to give her water and potions to heal her. Then, turning towards the gateway, she knew what she had to do. It was off to sabotage Universe 11's main ship. The Solar Sword. There was one way that Luna thought off. Force open a gateway in front of it before it could hit the Moon.

Outer Space.

With so much on the line, Mewtwo and Lunala could come together to unite their strengths, just to stop the Solar Sword. With Mewtwo holding his arms out, he would use Psychic to the fullest of his abilities, putting all of his mind to force himself to reach greater potentials.

Meanwhile, Lunala would use her signature move, Moongeist Beam to fire an energy mean filled with extravagant moonlight. And the two would combine their attacks, unleashing powerful psychic waves combined with moonbeams of light as they shot it directly at the Solar Empire's most formidable ship, the Solar Sword.

The attack struck the center of the ship, creating a powerful explosion that not only broke through the shield around the Solar Sword, but also caused it to malfunction a bit, causing damage from the inside. All of its functions started to act up as the ship shook from the force of this impact.

Daybreaker would hold onto the side of her ship, keeping her grip to make sure that she stayed on. But that wasn't the only thing that was happening to the Solar Sword. The Prism Cores started going haywire due to the shockwave of their ship being struck by the attack.

And yet, the Solar Sword would keep moving, mainly supported by the magical aura around it. The Moon was nearly within range as well, so Daybreaker was intent on pushing the ship's limits to reach her destination.

Inside of the ship, Gardevoir and Newtwo were both knocked back, Gardevoir catching herself while Newtwo went flying through the air, managing to grab onto the edge of a platform and climb back up. At this rate, it looked like the Solar Sword would end up passing through the Moon at full speed with no stopping in sight. So even if the ship was damaged, it didn't stop the main mission.

Seeing this, Newtwo would blow a hole through the ship, entering outside of it. Upon arriving outside, she would also use Psychic on the Solar Sword, assisting her fellow Mewtwo and Lunala to try to stop the ship from progressing forward. The two of them groaned, their arms trembling a bit as they could feel their minds burning with heat. This ship's magical aura was even managing to heat up their bodies, making this struggle even greater.

"It's over!" Daybreaker declared. "Say farewell to your Moon!"

It seemed to be the case as the Solar Sword was nearing more and more by the moment, prepared to successfully push through. That is until another beam flew in, striking at the ship and holding it back once more. The two Mewtwos, Lunala and Daybreaker collectively gasped, their attention drawn to the culprit.

It was Deoxys.

It arrived after all but way later than expected. Using Hyper Beam, the DNA Pokemon would assist Lunala and the two Mewtwos to force the Solar Sword to stay put. With Deoxys here, the firepower for Lunala's side had greatly increased, giving them that little bit more push to try and stop the Solar Sword. And to ensure that its attacks were potent enough, Deoxys appeared in its Attack Forme.

Daybreaker grit her teeth, watching the situation unfold before her. Even with her enhanced power, and with her most powerful ship, the odds still remained stacked against her. Seeing Deoxys come here to join the fray further showed her that this threat wasn't one to take lightly.

"All together!" Mewtwo exclaimed, prompting all four of these Psychic-Types to pour every last ounce of energy into this. With each of them crying out, their attacks merged into a single massive Psychic attack, never before seen. Daybreaker's eyes widened as the appearance of this attack changed as well, now becoming multi-colored instead of just a pinkish aura. The force of it was outstanding, larger than anything the four of them have ever shown.

Daybreaker closed her eyes as the Psychic Attack started spreading, interacting with the magical aura the Solar Sword gave off, aggressively attacking it as cracks were beginning to form on the frontal exterior. The golden light flickered and soon faded, unable to resist the immense power of this Psychic attack.

It looked like they were about to win this struggle, but that's when it happened. With a smile on her face, Daybreaker knew that they forgot one detail. Necrozma wasn't found after that previous clash.

Until now.

Appearing behind them, concealed from sight until his reappearance, Necrozma's claws were spread wide, mainly behind Lunala. With full aggression, Necrozma grabbed onto Lunala, causing her to cry out from this surprise attack.

The three turned, and Mewtwo was left in horror to see that Necrozma got a hold of Lunala, pulling her back as she was unable to break free from his grip. Due to this sudden moment, their focus would be broken a bit, the Psychic Attack coming to an end, but still leaving behind major damage. The Solar Sword would be pushed back either way by the aftershock.

"Jackpot!" Daybreaker exclaimed. "Well done keeping yourself hidden, Necrozma! Now, do it! Absorb Lunala!"

Necrozma didn't have to be told twice. He knew what had to be done and he wasn't going to waste any time. With Lunala's cries for help echoing as loud as possible, she could feel her body being surrounded by an aggressive light that came from Necrozma's claws. She was helpless right now as he began absorbing the light within Lunala. The process of using up her light energy would cause her great pain as her body trembled within his grasp.

Mewtwo, Newtwo and Deoxys cried out, trying their hardest to reach Necrozma, only to be stopped as the Prism Pokemon unleashed a massive shockwave of light that made both Pokemon go flying, hurtling through the cosmos. Necrozma was unleashing more light than he ever has, his body undergoing a transformation in the midst of this action.

With a glorious yet menacing glint that was a large as the Moon itself, the cosmos would shake a bit in response to this transformation, as if such a revelation should've never happened. But it was. Everyone watched as a new being had emerged from the light.

A being that resembled Lunala but with Necrozma as body armor arrived. It had armor around its torso, head, and certain parts of its wings and tail. It also has a triangular helmet with the brain prism visible, as well as Lunala's own eyes visible as glowing pink lights. Necrozma's arms extended from the center of its chest. The armor surrounding its body has two large spikes jutting up from around its shoulders and four, glowing pink lights in the center. On its lower back are two thin, antennae-like growths extending downward.

This was Dawn Wings Necrozma. Its appearance gave off an indescribable feeling to all. They could feel the power emitting from it.

"Yes...Yes!" Daybreaker cackled at this successful capture while the two Mewtwos watched in horror as they failed to stop Necrozma from absorbing Lunala. Now that the Moon Guardian herself had been absorbed, she could see why it was such a success for the Solar Empire, especially Daybreaker. And so, now having absorbed Lunala's power, this form was born. "We're one step closer to ultimate victory! Now...show them your new self!"

Upon declaring this, Dawn Wings Necrozma faced the oppossing three Psychic-Types, feeling better than ever. Necrozma could even feel a chunk of his illness gone. He managed to keep himself stable, even without the usage of Fairy Matter. Absorbing Lunala made him feel better than ever to where he could possess such titanic levels of light and not lose control. This is what Necrozma was searching for and now, he was about to unleash a part of his true self onto his opponents.

As the journey continues.
