Short: The Palace that was found
The Lost Universe.
The Lost Universe. Home to Prisma and Twilight Luminaria. A Universe that once was.
The battlefield in the lost Universe was scarred beyond belief. The ground had been broken apart, the skies had become darkened and the air was thick with ash.
This was the result of Prisma's rampage.

He had caused destruction on such a level. A universal level. Cosmic smoke and dust blew against the wind as there stood Prisma on his own, surrounded by his Pokemon. In this case, it was his Dialga, Palkia, Giratina and Pikachu. "Hah...Hah...You can't hope to stop me like this, Twilight." Prisma muttered. "No matter what, I'm still and always will be stronger than you. All of existence has to come to an end."
There she stood. Twilight Luminaria. A regal alicorn who's regalia had been greatly damaged in this grandiose battle for the fate of reality. She took deep breaths, destruction all around her. "I agree. It has to come to an end. But it won't be the end of all this, I assure you."

Her horn was glowing brightly, her eyes were glowing with it and her wings spread wide open. "I can't defeat you in a battle...but I can at least ensure that you won't cause this much trouble anymore. I will erase you before you can get the chance to do so."
Prisma's eyes widened. "What?!" He shouted out.
"I've made a deal with the Rift. This will be the end. Of us, our universe, our friends, and our foes. In order to ensure you never cause destruction ever again, all of us must cease to be for good!" With her eyes flashing and her horn glowing, Twilight unleashed a radius-wide spell, one that was aimed to erase every single living thing within her sights.
The Rift, the entity who was behind this entire situation, watched it all play out. To him, all of this was something that had to be wiped clean. Just like how he has travelled to various worlds, seeing their stories play out, interfering just for the sake of entertainment, this was a universe he considered a waste of time.
Prisma felt a grandiose surge of energy surround him, and his Pokemon. He looked around, seeing the effects of this spell, the way the air distorted and the ground trembled. It was all being erased. He watched as the skies were dissipating and the clouds were dissipating. His eyes widened.
Dialga, Palkia and Giratina attempted to stop this with Dialga trying to reverse time, Palkia trying to rewind the dimensions and Giratina attempting to tear open space-time, but the power Twilight was exerting was far too strong.
"N-Not like this...!" Prisma growled as all of his Dragons roared, feeling their bodies rapidly being destroyed. Prisma looked at his hands, seeing them evaporate. All of space-time was being ripped apart, being eaten away. "I won't let it end like this!" Prisma screamed as his body was vanishing on the spot. "I promise you this isn't the end, Twilight! I'll be back!" He let out that final declaration before it all vanished.
Every last bit of this fantastical universe was gone and all those that lived in it.
The True Universe. Kanto. Pallet Town. Day.
"Mom! I'm home!" Ash rushed into his home with Pikachu, elated to be back. After that intense battle with the Solar Empire, he could return for a relaxing rest, his body aching.
"Pika" Pikachu stretched his body once within his home, muttering and groaning with satisfaction.
"Ah, welcome back, Ash. I'm guessing you're finished, right?" Delia questioned, already having some food ready for Ash the second he came back.
"Yeah. It got rough out there. But we all pulled through and did it. Everything's back to how it was." Ash would fall onto the couch, feeling its softness. "Aaaah..."
"Well, that's nice to hear. I was quite surprised to see a lack of a Sun or a Moon anywhere. No stars either. You all must be involved with some truly out of this world events." Delia giggled.
"No kidding." Ash yawned. "But man...Daybreaker really pushed us to our limits. It felt like we were facing something that could've easily ended it all."
"Pika." Pikachu agreed, rolling on the ground.
"That's good to know you made it out alive, dear." Delia said. "Now, how about something to eat before you rest?" Delia then served him a freshly cooked meal of his personal favourites. The aroma alone was enough to make Ash drool, starving after everything that had happened to him.
He sat down, beginning to indulge in his delicious dinner. "Thanks, mom! You're the best!" He began wolfing them down with his fork, devouring the meal in front of him. Pikachu took a seat at his table too, enjoying his own dish. "Mmmmmm....!"
"Piiii!" Pikachu cheered as he ate his food, savouring every bite. He closed his eyes in bliss as he relished in the wonderful taste. His mouth watered as he chewed each morsel with delight, not wanting it to end. He licked some crumbls off, happily, feeling satisfied with every bite.
As Delia smiled at this, she looked outside the window, gazing at the heavenly blue skies that were back once more. She recalled seeing nothing but darkness earlier today, so she was glad that the world was restored back to how it used to look. However, she couldn't shake the feeling that something else was on the horizon.
Something big. And it involved her son.
Equestria. Canterlot. Canterlot Castle.
The Solar Empire was promptly dismantled. With their leader defeated and their resources finished, the entirety of Universe 11 collapsed. That was the end of it as all resources were to be taken back by the governments of the respective worlds. They would be distributed amongst other nations for free distribution.
And thus, it was the end of the Solar Empire once and for all. Their final days had finally come. All who remained were being rounded up, imprisoned and sentenced accordingly to their crimes.
"Thank you all for your help." Celestia addressed her counterparts. "I am grateful for your assistance in dealing with the Solar Empire."
"We are happy to do so. You can expect our assistance whenever you need it." A counterpart spoke, having arrived here after hearing of Daybreaker's defeat. "But...our own universes have still lost their light. I'm not sure if we can ever get them back."
"Not to worry." Celestia shook her head. "Ash made sure to inform Dialga to handle that. He should return time to when your worlds still had light. You will not be without any."
"Ah...thank you. Thank you very much." The counterpart bowed before leaving. "We will remember this."
"Haha! I got off scot-free! My world still has it's light!" Cackling was Universe 28's Celestia, the young alicorn filly being full of herself as always. That prompted all of her older selves to side-eye her. "Sorry..."
"And Necrozma? What of him?" Another Celestia asked.
"With my newfound magic, I decided to heal him myself. I implanted a grandiose amount of light magic within him that equates to what he had when he was Ultra Necrozma and with everything that has happened, his sickness is no more. Of course, the magic I put within him won't unleash his power and he won't be causing any trouble for us anymore. I've had his Poke Ball sent to be locked somewhere until further notice."
"I see. That's good then." Another Celestia nodded, glad to hear that. "Well, I guess we can rest easy now. As long as there's no more threat from the Solar Empire, that is. I suppose that's the end of that alliance."
"It is. No more empires to deal with." Celestia looked outside with a refreshed and satisfied face. "I am looking forward to whatever tomorrow may bring us." She said with hope, watching as the sun shone brightly over the land. "Because, well...we have nothing left to fear. Nothing at all."
Pegalysium saw itself being restored, Dialga using his power over time to repair all damages done to their home. The entire landscape was filled with life once more, trees growing, grass returning, forests coming back to life. The entire world was brought back to its original glory, even before it was first crafted.
Everything returned to how it should be, including the many flying creatures and Flying Pokemon that live there, the various islands returning to the skies along with the people living in them. And because of this, it felt like Pegalysium was brand new. A fresh start.
All of the ponies that lived in this nation were relieved and excited to know that things would finally be normal again. They looked around their world, seeing that it was back to how it used to look before the Solar Empire and Pinnaculum Pegalysium attacked them. The same went for other locations in Equestria and beyond.
In a quiet little port village, the ocean's waves were calm and the sun was shining brightly.
There were several small houses, a few shops and a few ponies who lived here. It was a humble town, but it was nice and friendly. It also had a great fishing community, with many going far and wide to fish for days on end.
At this moment, one of these ponies, a rather old individual was out doing his daily routine, his Lombre in the boat with him, ready to go out for a bit of fishing.
Things were relatively quiet, with only the sound of the sea and the occasional squawk from a Wingull or two. As the old pony's fishing rod lingered in the sea, waiting for a catch, the man decided to take a look at the horizon. That was when something was felt. His fishing rod got something, but he didn't feel it until a bit later.
"Hm?" The old pony blinked as he saw a glint of light coming from the water. There was a massive splash that followed soon after, startling the old man as well as the villagers. "Oho! What's this?!" He felt like hit the jackpot, feeling his fishing rod tremble and struggle against whatever it was hooked onto.
"Lombre!"
The other ponies were interested in this sudden commotion, the old man's Lombre jumping about excitedly, cheering him on. "Lom! Lombe!"
With all of his might in his current age, the old man was able to pull up his catch, and it was quite a big one. What emerged from the sea was not a Pokemon or anything of the sort.
Erupting from the sea and parting the waters was an entire location that was now on the surface. The entire town gasped, aghast at the sight of this. The old stallion, his eyes wide open, almost dropped his fishing rod if his Lombre didn't take hold of it. "Sweet Celestia...!" The old pony's eyes couldn't believe what was going on.
From the ocean's waves, an entire palace had emerged. An entire island that was just beneath the water. Everyone could only stand there in amazement. The Palace itself was quite massive, standing as tall as the surrounding mountains, with the palace itself being bigger than them. The Palace itself was white in colour, with golden lining. The structure itself looked rather futuristic, having many large spires that shot up high, towering above all else.
Everyone's jaws dropped, with a few flying over and trying to get a better view of this. Many more had their eyes peeled at the sight of this, especially those who were fisherponies, having spent their whole life in the waters. They'd never seen something like this before.
Before they could fully comprehend what they were looking at, the palace started moving. It's movements were slow, and the structure seemed to be a part of the ocean's floor, slowly moving forward. The entire area was slowly rising and then began moving forward. The old man's fishing pole snapped as the force from this was far too great. It was impressive the rod even lasted that long in the first place.
They all watched as the palace would also take flight, the very bottom of it letting out an ethereal light that made the bottom float up and start flying. It flew forward, taking off into the skies. "It's a flying palace!" One of the ponies said, a filly that was a part of a fishing family.
Soon, the palace was off. Where was it headed? It was unknown at the moment, but many wanted to know.
As it flew further away, the sea calmed once more, and everyone's jaws were still dropped, their eyes glued onto the spectacle they just witnessed. It left behind a golden light in the heavenly blue skies, making its grand escape. That was a sight to behold, and one that would not be forgotten anytime soon.
All that it left behind after fading into the distance was a massive sparkle that looked like a certaIn Cutie Mark as the journey continues.
