The Arcane Institute.

At the Arcane Institute, a horrifying plan came into fruition. A plan to create a Trainer that would be perfect in their eyes. A Trainer strong enough to defeat Prisma and his counterparts. And to do so, the souls of many had to be used.

Kimia groaned as a figure using her body as a baseline would start manifesting in front of Grogar, the BlueLight Sisters and the students. It was a slow process, with the figure's features slowly coming into view. It was clear that the figure was a human, but the details of her face were still blurry and unclear. The process was taking longer than expected, but Grogar was patient.

He knew that the Soul Crystal could get it done, and that it was worth the wait. As the figure continued to take shape, Grogar could make out more and more details. He could see that the woman had the face of Kimia, perfectly capturing her blue eyes and stalwart demeanour. This being also kept Kimia's blonde hair along with her Quad Drills. A perfect representation of Kimia herself, matching her appearance as if she were a clone. In a way, she was.

The students couldn't believe that actually worked. The culmination of many souls, forming into one being. Kimia's Soul Clone stood there, her azure eyes opening with a stoic look on her face. She was wearing an outfit that matched Kima's regular colours. The Sisters were ecstatic to see their work come to life.

"Oho! That actually worked!" Flawless blinked in awe.

Grogar watched as the figure fully formed in front of them. It was a human woman, with Kimia's face and her blonde hair, and was wearing a blue and black uniform. She looked just like Kimia, but with a blank expression. He couldn't help but smile at the success of their experiment.

"Excellent. This being will serve us well." He declared. "he will be the first of many. The soul of this Princess will be used to create replicas of the Perfect Trainer. For this very first Soul Clone, she will be known as Alpha."

The students were impressed by the Soul Clone, which was a perfect representation of Kimia. They could tell that she was a powerful being, with the strength of many souls merged into one. The Soul Clone was a testament to the power of the Soul Crystal and the skill of the BlueLight Sisters. They knew that they could use this new weapon to their advantage, and they were eager to put it to the test.

Before they could make multiple of her by using Kimia's soul as a base again, her skills as a Pokemon Trainer had to be tested. And the only way to do that is by battling.

The students of the Arcane Institute were gathered in the training hall, preparing themselves for the upcoming battle. They had been instructed to take on the Soul Clone in battle, to see how powerful it truly was. The room was filled with a sense of anticipation and excitement, as the students eagerly awaited the chance to test their skills against this new opponent.

The BlueLight Sisters were also present, their eyes glittering with excitement. They were the creators of the Soul Clone, and they were eager to see how it would perform in battle. They had put a lot of work into creating the Clone, and they were confident that it would be a formidable opponent.

Grogar, meanwhile, was watching the proceedings with a sense of satisfaction. He knew that the Soul Clone was a powerful weapon, and he was eager to see it in action. He had high hopes for it, and he was confident that it would be a valuable asset to the Arcane Institute.

As the students finished their preparations and took their places in the training hall, the air was thick with anticipation. The BlueLight Sisters stood at the edge of the room, ready to unleash the Soul Clone. And Grogar watched from his seat at the front of the room, his eyes glinting with excitement.

"Alpha. Step forth." Grogar commanded the Soul Clone. Alpha nodded and stepped forward, ready to take on the challenge. The students were eager to test their skills against this new opponent, and they were determined to show their worth. Alpha's azure eyes narrowed as she watched the students prepare themselves. Her face was set in a determined expression, and she was ready to battle. Grogar looked on with a sense of satisfaction. The students were ready, and the Soul Clone was prepared to take them on.

"As for the Pokemon, the Soul Crystal makes sure that the Trainer is given the Pokemon they are most compatible with. So for her, she will be given a Gardevoir." Grogar said. He would turn to the students. "After this test, more of her will be made."

The test began. In Alpha's hand, a Poke Ball would manifest, made entirely out of Soul Energy. The energy would take the form of a Pokeball. She would then throw it and a Pokemon would come out of the ball. It was a Gardevoir. The Psychic Fairy-Type was ready to fight.

The students would release their own Pokemon and the battle began. Alpha was immediately focused on what was in front of her. Her mind was built to focus on two things. Defeating Prisma and becoming the Perfect Trainer.

This was a perfect opportunity for her. The battle was fierce, with the students' Pokemon attacking with all their might. The Gardevoir was a formidable opponent, dodging attacks and striking back with powerful psychic blasts. Alpha was in her element, her eyes narrowed in concentration as she directed her Pokemon with precision and skill.

The students were impressed by the Soul Clone's abilities. They could see that the BlueLight Sisters had created a powerful weapon. They were determined to prove themselves against this opponent, and they fought with all their might.

As the battle raged on, the room was filled with the sounds of battle. The students' Pokemon attacked and dodged, while Alpha and her Gardevoir fought with a ferocity that was matched only by their skill. The air was thick with the tension of the fight, and the students could feel their hearts pounding as they struggled to keep up with the Soul Clone.

The way this Gardevoir battled was far different from how most Pokemon would battle. This Gardevoir not only battled like how Kimia's Gardevoir does, but also had an aggressive disposition. It fought like Kimia's Pokemon did but since it was also the strength and skill of multiple trainers in one, Alpha's style of battling was quite different.

All those skills culminated into an unorthodox yet aggressive strategy. Grogar loved what he was seeing, but knew that Alpha could use more than just one Pokemon. But so far, this was a stupendous display of talent.

And in a swift maneuver, she switched the positions of her Gardevoir and a nearby student's Pokemon, swapping them in a flash of light and disorientation. It was an unexpected move that caught everyone off guard, but the true shock came when the Gardevoir, now standing where the student's Pokemon had been, unleashed a devastating psychic blast on them all, scrambling their minds to the point where they started jittering uncontrollably. Alpha and her Gardevoir won.

The students were amazed and slightly intimidated by the Soul Clone's victory. They could see that the BlueLight Sisters had created a powerful weapon, and they were eager to learn more about it. Alpha seemed to revel in her triumph, her face set in a triumphant smirk as she recalled her Gardevoir back into its Poke Ball. With that, Alpha passed her tests and proved that she was capable of serving as a weapon.

"Good. You've done well today." The voice of Grogar said. He then faced the sisters. "I want more clones like Alpha created using Princess Kimia as a baseline. Have each of these clones be the strongest among the souls selected."

"You got it, Professor~" The three girls chirped in response.

With the completion of the initial cloning process, the Soul Clones of Alpha were created. These clones, each possessing the same set of skills and memories as Alpha, even shared different names. The other two were Beta and Zeta. Multiples of them were manifested while Alpha remained as the only one of her caliber.

So much progress completed in the span of minutes. All thanks to the power of the Soul Crystal. This machine can manipulate souls in various ways, and once it's turned on, its functions can last a long period of time. Even without the intervention of anyone else, the Soul Crystal can produce an unlimited supply of artificial trainers for as long as it was activated.

"I'm impressed. Now then...I want these Clones to go out into different worlds, conquer and collect more souls for us. More and more, and the rest of you students will follow." The bodiless Headmaster would command to both the army of Soul Trainers and the Institute students. Everyone in the room listened and prepared to head out.

While these new Trainers were certainly strong, there was no telling if they would be capable enough to defeat any versions of Prisma across all of existence. Since Prisma is extremely powerful no matter where he appears in the multiverse, there was a good chance he would prevail.

Thus, they were prepared to set out for another mission. A gateway would open as they aimed to hunt down another one of Prisma's Counterparts. They would invade that universe, no matter where they would appear.

"The Gateway to Universe 50 has opened, Professor." The voice of a worker said to Grogar. "We've found out that the ones there are Hilbert and Nate. The third one, Lucas, is in another universe."

"Excellent. Let's see these Soul Clones go to work for the first time. I will send all of these Soul Trainers to Universe 50 while the rest of us prepare. As soon as they arrive at Universe 50, they should already know their locations. And they shall bring destruction to those that try and stop us" Grogar said.

"Yes, sir." The workers spoke and soon enough, all of the Soul Clones stepped through the gate, bringing a possible destruction upon Universe 50. What they didn't expect however, was the arrival of a few new faces to that world. In a couple days time, something was going to happen there. Something that may spell out disaster for Ash and his friends.

Back at the Azoth Kingdom, Raleigh sat on his own, lamenting the capture of his older sister. Despite trying to protect her and the entire kingdom, he failed to do so in the end. He held in his hands, a picture of Kimia and him, missing her deeply. But he was also starting to panic. Without his sister, as the young prince of Azoth, guidance and protection, who could possibly step up to lead the charge? He did have plenty of support from his servants and many retainers, but nothing was certain.

Granted, he was very lonely right now, being the only one left in the Azoth Kingdom, plus Magearna.

"Oh, what do I do, Kimia...? You're gone and I don't know what to do next..."" How could he fix things without her? He was the ruler, yes, but he mainly relied on his sister who was much older. If only he wasn't the current ruler and heir to the throne. Unfortunately, he was, and he had to bear the responsibility that comes with it, whether he wanted to or not.

Raleigh sighed softly, wondering how he could face the future without his sister's guidance. He was informed that Princess Celestia planned to send a team that will rescue all those captured, including his sister. That would mean having to wait. Raleigh hated that but knew full well that a proper rescue party has to be prepared.

His thoughts were interrupted by a gentle knock at the door, followed by the entrance of his Magearna. Naturally, Magearna was here to do what she doest. Cheer him up. When Raleigh felt alone and dejected, Magearna would be by his side, doing everything in her robotic power to provide comfort and support, which came in the form of food, a warm blanket and a shoulder to cry on.

She stood by the young boy's side, silently offering a shoulder to lean on or a reassuring presence. "Thanks, Magearna." He thanked her. "But I still don't know what to do..." The Mechanical Pokemon continued to remain silent, unsure of what words to offer in the face of Raleigh's predicament. "I still don't know how to be a ruler...The best I can do and always did was just tell my sister my input."

"Should I grow up faster? Or maybe get a stronger army?" Raleigh's thoughts spiraled, fueled by the fear of failing his people, his lands, and his sister. "There's too much on the line right now...I can't afford to screw up."

Magearna gently nudged Raleigh, her mechanical body emitting a soft, comforting warmth. Raleigh wrapped his arms around her and hugged her tightly, drawing strength from her silent companionship. He closed his eyes, thinking of what he had to do. What should he do as the Prince and Ruler of Azoth?

In Raleigh's mind, he did what he believed was best. The young prince opened his eyes, deciding on something risky. But that something would potentially bring his sister back.

"Magearna. We're going." Raleigh some as Magearna tilted her head. "Princess Celestia's going to send others to rescue them all. We'll go with them. Even if it means going to another universe, we will do whatever it takes."

Magearna asked if he was sure of this. This would be incredibly risky, but Raleigh's eyes said it all. This was the one major decision in his life that he wanted to see through, no matter what. Seeing and sensing that fire, Magearna agreed. She too would come with him. After all, her friend Volcanion had been captured too. They both wished to bring back the ones they cared about.

"I'm going to join them. I know that Princess Celestia's not going to be happy about it, but I wanna do it." His grip on her grew tighter. "And I'll do my best to save her...and all my subjects that were taken away."

He stood up, placing the picture of him and his sister back onto the table. His gaze became focused as he turned to leave his chambers, his destination clear.

Raleigh knew that convincing the princess would be a tall order. He suspected that she wouldn't want a young ruler like him getting involved in such a dangerous situation with none of his guards, especially after his sister, the Strongest in Azoth, had already fallen victim to the Arcane Institute.

And since everyone else in the Azoth Kingdom has had their souls taken, Rleigh would rescuing his subjects as well. His servants, his guards, his retainers and so on.

Raleigh also knew that he was taking a significant risk by heading to the mysterious force's location without adequate preparation. There were countless unknowns and potential hazards that could be lying in wait. His decision might cost him dearly, but he believed it was the right thing to do.

For this, he would become the Prince that saves his Kingdom, if he can pull it off.

Equestria. Canterlot.

He wasn't the only one heading out. So were Ash and his friends. After a short recovery and preparation time, they were ready to go, along with many others. Zero had arrived, holding a Travel Sphere that would take across various worlds.

Members of One Light would stay here and ensure that their fellow teammates come home safely. Fluttershy, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and Rainbow Dash would gladly go to get their best friend back. How could they not? They would be joined by Canterlot Forces, Shining Armor and some Crystal Empire Guards still around.

"I'll get it working...like so." Clutching the Travel Sphere, Zero activated it, as a gateway formed "This has enough Rift Energy to stay active for 4 days, so you'll have quite a lot of time."

"Thank you, Zero." Celestia nodded before facing everyone else. "Alright, you all. You know what to do. So many souls have been captured by the institute and we intend to bring them all back. And by simplifying it, you'll have to target the Soul Crystal, destroying and freeing all souls that are trapped."

"Right!"

"You must get Twilight back and prevent anything from happening to her. If you cannot destroy the SoulCrystal, then you can at least try and bring it back, so we can figure something out. We won't let the Arcane Institute get an inch over us."

As Celestia continued, someone else was listening on ni this in secrecy, not wanting to get caught. That someone was Twilight Moonlight. She made sure to conceal herself, planning on jumping in with them. It was the only way she was going to get back to her universe. She had to return. But not to continue her mission. To receive answers.

Right now, there was a lot going through her head.

"What do we do about that Flawless Aura? It really messed us up back there." Rainbow Dash spoke. It seemed that Flawless and her sisters had an ability of hers that made everything that happened on the Nebel Plateau turn into a one-sided beat down against the group.

"I was told that Ash's Aura cancelled it out. Even though Prisma was the one elevating it, it proves that you can overcome it if you can cancel it out with a greater Aura. Ash was the only one able to counter that technique, which he had done in his own battle with Twilight Moonlight."

Ash stayed silent from that. He didn't want Prisma to help him out this time. He wanted to overcome them with his own strength. He had to. If not, then the risk of Prisma awakening will in case even further.

"If something is to happen to your souls, do not worry. I've requested the Dread League to prepare for that. The Lich Queen will be able to free your souls with her magic. There's a chance she will also enter later on. For now, good luck." Celestia said to them all before looking right at Raleigh. "Raleigh."

"Um...P-Please, Princess Celestia!" Raleigh was determined to join them on their rescue. "Please allow me to come along. I need to get my sister back! And my subjects! They need their ruler!" Raleigh said, pleading to the Sun Princess. "I promise to be of good help. Please!"

Celestia could sense the fire in the young ruler's voice and knew that he would not be easily swayed from his course. She paused, weighing the consequences of his actions against the potential benefits, and eventually nodded in approval. "I will not let you go." Raleigh's face fell, but he quickly realized that Celestia wasn't finished.

"But, I do understand how important it is to rescue the ones we care for and who we love. So, you'll go with them but with supervision." She then looked towards Fluttershy and the Mane Six. "Fluttershy. I request you to look after the Prince."

"Oh! Okay!" Fluttershy responded. "I'll do my best!"

"Okay...thank you." The Prince responded with a smile of his own.

"Everyone, be ready." The Sun Goddess would turn to the others and then faced the Rift. "I shall leave everything in your hands. Be safe." Everyone would then head through the Rift to rescue their friends. They had a job to do. A very big job.

"Do you think that was a wise decision? Allowing him to go?" Luna would ask Celestia. It seemed that Luna didn't know how Celestia would allow a child like Raleigh to join in a rescue mission.

"Flurry Heart is going as well. If she has the courage to go and save her friends, then I believe in Raleigh as well. He has his own responsibilities to fulfill, as the current Ruler and Prince of his land." Celestia responded. She wasn't going to doubt him, but she wasn't sure if this was the best course of action either.

Before Luna could say anything else, she sensed a magical presence passing by. It was Twilight Moonlight. She leapt through the gateway with her own teleportation spell. Soon, she joined them, concealing herself with invisibility.

"Wait!" Luna instantly flew in, being the last to enter the gateway. She knew that something was amiss

The Arcane Institute.

But that was the least of her worries. The Arcane Institute's scientists picked up on the group's gateway, managing to detect it. Their technology allowed them to easily do so. Not even the Travel Sphere's new functions could bypass them.

"Professor! They've opened a gateway! I believe they're coming here! One pony exclaimed.

"Hmph. They wish. They won't have the chance to even set foot into our Institute." Professor Grogar scoffed at such a possibility. "Give them a surprise. Send them where the current team is headed too. Makes it easier to capture them, especially with what's coming next."

Twilight Sparkle heard this and knew what was coming. The scientists would change their trajectory, interfering with the gateway. By interacting with the many modules, they would send a vibration to the gateway. Not long after, the group of heroes were heading for the other side, not knowing what was in store.

Twilight knew how dangerous such an act could be. Tapering with a gateway could result in rather unfortunate outcomes. Such as great harm. Or worse than that. Refusing to let that happen, her plan to break free was accelerating. Twilight Sparkle had to get out of here now and join her friends.

Everyone travelling through the gateway gasped and hollered as they felt the vibrations through the space between. Their destination had been changed. "W-What's going on?!" Someone exclaimed, but there wasn't much they could do.

Due to all this space shaking, their vision would be obscured as a multitude of colours were flying all around, but also a few of the group's own Pokemon would slip from their grasps as a few Pokeballs were knocked loose. Ash had a good hold of his Pokeballs, but some of the Pokemon in his team slipped through. The same was said for a few others, like Fluttershy, Rarity and Applejack.

Pikachu held onto Ash tightly as the sound of the gateway shaking and speeding up increased. At this rate, they could be greatly harmed before they reach their destination, even though it would be in the wrong. They just had to brace themselves as the gateway would brighten up, ready to bring them to Universe 50 and what it had to offer.

As the journey continues.
