Everything bends to her will

Universe 75. The Ultalysium Dynasty. Nightfall.

Ash learned the truth. Brock told him straight-on, not holding anything back. Ash, or rather Prisma, was the one to harm Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. That was the most control he lost, allowing Prisma to take the helm for much longer and deal catastrophic damage.

But the problem is that this was a huge weight on his shoulders. How would he live with himself knowing that he had done that to his own friends? How would they react when they wake up and find out? Would they still trust him?

"..." The three remained quiet. Not a single word was spoken. Brock could hear Ash's heavy breathing, and the sound of his heart pounding. Ash was trying to process everything he learned. This was not something he had expected to learn today, and it was not something he could easily accept either. He wanted to scream. He wanted to cry. But he didn't. He just sat there, staring at the ground, feeling numb.

Brock finally broke the silence. "I'm sorry, Ash. I wish I could've stopped him, but..."

"..." Ash couldn't speak. He felt guilty. He felt ashamed. He didn't want to believe that his friends were this badly hurt. Ash slowly stood up. He was still shaking. His hands were clenched into fists. His eyes were filled with tears. "Brock...let's go...we need to leave..."

"Where will we go?"

"I don't know...But we find everyone else and get out of this universe...we'll try our best to find a way back home..."

"..." Brock wasn't sure what to say. But he nodded. He had to agree with him. He had to stay strong. If they were going to survive, then they needed to stick together. And if Ash was willing to fight alongside him, then that was enough reason to follow suit. As the two left the area, Ash couldn't help but wonder where his other companions were. He hoped that they were safe. He prayed that they weren't in danger. That they didn't end up getting destroyed by some unknown enemy.

Within the palace, Twilight Sparkle still continued to rush through it just to find her friends. She had to make sure that everyone was alright, and she was determined to see them all. She had no idea how long she was running, but she didn't care. She kept on going until she found another room. When she opened the door, however, she was shocked to find that Applejack was still undergoing the transformation, having not yet turned into a monster or even an alicorn.

"What's with this one?!" An alicorn exclaimed, confused as to how Applejack could resist this much.

"It's the Aura in her!" Another alicorn answered. "It keeps pushing the magic back!"

"Get away from her!" Twilight bellowed, instantly firing a spell at the two alicorns.

They barely managed to dodge the attack, and the other ponies with them quickly moved out of the way. However, Twilight's spell struck a wall behind them, causing a huge explosion. Several chunks of stone were blown away, and one hit a nearby window. A huge hole was created in the wall, and it shattered completely.

"Applejack!" Twilight exclaimed, quickly running towards her friend.

"T-Twilight..." Despite her Aura pushing the magic back, some of it still ended up changing Applejack's body, as she now had wings. Her cutie mark was gone too, and her body was still changing. "What's going on...?!"

"Look out!" Twilight shouted, grabbing her friend's hoof and pulling her back from the alicorns. "Don't worry, Applejack! I got you!"

"Twilight..." Applejack asked, confused and scared. "My body..."

"I'll get you some help, Applejack! I promise!" Twilight didn't answer her, instead just pulling her friend away from the alicorns and running as fast as they could. "Come on! We need to find the others!" She said, ignoring the question.

As Twilight and Applejack ran, they were being chased by the alicorns, who had now recovered from the shock of the explosion. The alicorns tried to stop them, but they failed. Twilight and Applejack continued to run, dodging the alicorns' attacks. They eventually came to a dead end, where the alicorns had cornered them.

"You're not going anywhere!" The leader of the group of alicorns shouted, preparing to fire a spell. "Capture Twilight Sparkle! The All-Seeing wishes to have her!"

The other alicorns would attempt at doing so, but would be blocked by a shield Twilight conjured. "No way I'm gonna let that happen! Go, Absol!" To assist her, Twilight also used her magic to launch a Poke Ball. Out of it, Absol emerged, ready to assist Twilight and protect Applejack.

"Absol!"

"Dark Pulse!"

"Ab...Sol!" From his mouth, Absol unleashed a wave of Dark-type energy, which was aimed directly at the alicorns. This blast hit them all head-on, sending most of them flying into the wall. The impact caused some of the stones to crumble, and one of them fell on top of the alicorns, causing a loud crash.

Twilight would place Applejack in a magic bubble, making it easier to carry her around. "Keep em occupied!" She told her Pokemon.

"Absol!" Without hesitation, Absol would jump at the alicorns. The alicorn gasped at the sight of Absol approaching them as he had used Night Slash. This slash sent out several blades of dark energy, each of which was stronger than the last. He aimed this at the alicorns, and the first one landed squarely on the leader, knocking him out cold. As for the others, they managed to avoid the attack. However, they soon realized that the attack had weakened their defenses.

Absol snarled at the alicorns, soon continuing his wild assault on them. They had no Pokemon to defend themselves with. Only their magic. But even their magic wouldn't help them against the ferocity of Absol. Not only that, but Twilight's magic kept getting in their way.

"Good work, Absol!" Twilight cheered him on, carrying Applejack into the next room. "Now, come on!"

"Sol!" Absol soon followed, making sure to attack any other alicorn along the way. The hallway was littered with alicorn bodies now. The Magiguards attempted to attack Absol, but he had a type advantage over them thanks to being part-dark type. This allowed him to easily overpower the Magiguards and send them flying in all directions.

"Keep it up, Absol!" Twilight encouraged. "If we can just get out of this castle..." Twilight said, panting.

The two continued to run through the halls, heading towards the exit. Eventually, they reached the end of the hallway where the entrance to the castle stood. At that moment, a group of armed soldiers rushed into the room and blocked off their escape route. This group of guards consisted of twenty unicorns and twelve pegasi who were armed with spears, bows, swords, crossbows and axes.

"There they are! The Princess!" The leader of this unit shouted. "Capture them immediately!"

"Oh, give me a break! Absol, we gotta do somethin'! You take the hybrids, and I'll take care of the alicorns." Twilight commanded.

"Sol!" Absol soon followed, making sure to attack any other alicorn along the way. The hallway was littered with alicorn bodies now. The Magiguards attempted to attack Absol, he could easily keep up with them, cutting through these beings of magic energy with Night Slash. This allowed him to easily overpower the Magiguards and send them flying in all directions.

"Keep it up, Absol!" Twilight encouraged. "If we can just get out of this palace and find everyone else..." Twilight said, panting. "We'll have to get out of here as fast as possible."

"S-Sugarcube..." Applejack spoke out, calling for her friend as she shook a little.

"AJ...hang tight...I got ya..." Twilight reassured.

While all of this was happening, Princess Solar had dragged Raleigh along for her shopping date, much to Raleigh's chagrin.

"Cmon, Raleigh!" She chirped happily, forcing Raleigh to be pulled along. "We've got a whole day ahead of us before the wedding! Just think of all the things we can do!"

"Princess Solar, please...!" He tried to plead, trying his hardest to break free. "Can't this wait?!"

"Nuh-uh! I've been waiting for someone like you for years, so I won't waste it for the world." Her grip was surprisingly tight. And strong, too. Too strong. Raleigh's struggling became weaker. "And don't even think about escaping, my darling prince! Not that you'd want to anyway!"

"E-Even with all of that happening?" Raleigh pointed out the raging hurricanes that kept going thanks to the destruction Reshiram's Blue Flare left behind. Alicorns were screeching and panicking as the hurricanes intensified more and more. But Princess Solar seemed to be completely unbothered by this, treating this like a storm. It was just like she lived through this every day. "...W-Why aren't you worried?! Don't you know what happened to cause that?"

"Don't you remember what I said? This world bends to my will. Which also means, whatever bad thing happens, it never happens to me!" Princess Solar gleefully explained. "I'm the luckiest mare in the world! The law of this world makes it so that I never have to suffer anything. No damage, no consequences, none whatsoever! Isn't that great?" She giggled. "Which also means your new home won't fall apart until the day of our marriage!"

"Everything just bends to your will..? But how?" Raleigh looked at Princess Solar with complete confusion on his face.

"It's because it's all my doing. I told you I had a different name before all of this. And that I was responsible for the alicorns here." Princess Solar pointed towards the horizon, where there appeared to be a tall mountain. Or was it? Something about it was strange. "See that over there? That's the origin point of all the magic and Infinity Energy here. And it is absolutely massive."

"That's...that's the origin of it..?" Raleigh couldn't believe it. That was just another word for 'power'. And everything came from it...he was starting to get an idea of what made the world twist to Princess Solar's desires.

"So..." He looked down to the ground in deep thought. "Where...where are we going then?" He felt as though he should ask her to at least get some more details out of her.

"To town, where we'll buy you your clothes. Then we go off to eat whatever your heart desires." She answered with a wide grin. "And since it's the Day of Days tomorrow, everyone will be having parties across the world! Well...if not for your little friends causing such a mess," She added. "But they'll stop! Because everyone will know the consequence for disrupting this important day." Her tone of voice changed from innocent and cheerful to very serious and sinister, almost scary enough to terrify Raleigh.

"...Um...yeah..." Was the only response Raleigh had to that.

The Dynasty's equivalent of a shopping mall was not unlike that of Equestria and Earth's; bustling with ponies of all sorts of species, busy restaurants and eateries and tons of stores offering all kinds of clothing to choose from.

While the rest of the planet was chaotic and panicked due to the devastating weather caused by Reshiram's Blue Flare earlier, Alicorntopia seemed oddly peaceful, though if one strained to listen, they could hear the distant wind, rain, and lightning in the distance. It wasn't hard to imagine that the world outside was in shambles.

Princess Solar was dragging Raleigh to each and every store in the entire building, intending to look over every piece of clothing they offered before deciding on anything. She wanted everything to be perfect for her future husband, even if he really didn't want to do this at all.

All Raleigh did was go with what Princess Solar chose, refusing to put in much effort in resisting or arguing with her. There was no use in talking it out as it'd only go back and forth. Still, his mind wandered to Kimia. The more this happened, the more he wanted to see her.

Alas, he could do nothing about it right now. So with every second passing by, all Raleigh did was follow his future wife around the mall and look at every article of clothing in every store with her, whether he liked it or not.

The Princess obviously had all the money she needed, and no one refused to let her pay extra to take all that they had in their shop. Raleigh watched as Solar walked away with literal bags upon bags of expensive attire. He would have protested, but what use was it?

The shopping didn't end there. Every bit of food that she brought with her was given to him — fresh fruit platters, seafood, gourmet meat dishes...everything you could find on a menu.

Princess Solar definitely spared no expense, and she knew it, too.

Raleigh's mind was so focused on his own thoughts he hardly noticed the time pass. He sat beside Princess Solar, barely listening to her ramble about whatever.

"Excited about tomorrow?" Solar asked.

Raleigh hadn't been listening at all. "Um...yes...? I suppose..."

"Well, it's a lovely holiday. One where everything just comes together..." She looked away, her cheeks turning red. "It's just a day about coming together as one and celebrating with gifts..."

As she was speaking, a tree that had been launched from the fierce hurricane would be seen flying towards Raleigh and Solar's direction.

The moment Raleigh saw this tree fly in the window, he gasped. But the proof of this world bending to Solar's will was shown once more. The tree would miss the duo completely and instead smash into a store next to them, prompting a scream from a frightened shopper.

That would prompt Raleigh to jolt in fright. "How—"

"The whole world changes to my will, darling!" She said with glee.

The more Raleigh thought about the fact that Solar's will meant she'd never be harmed, the more it creeped him out. It went far beyond the idea of karma: any chance of justice was completely erased.

After the incident involving the tree, Solar had decided that she had enough, and led him away to a large clothing boutique. On the front of the store was the slogan: 'Brings out the best in you!'

"Well, here's your stuff," Princess Solar remarked, looking at her hooves. "Now go change!"

Raleigh couldn't believe this was happening. How would he manage to get dressed in these?

"I—" His protest fell silent as his gaze met Solar's eyes, and it was clear that she was in charge. Feeling intimidated and with little choice, Raleigh quietly obeyed and stepped into one of the changing stalls.

"What do you think?"

Raleigh looked into the mirror with apprehension and disbelief. It was unlike any clothes he'd ever worn. These royal garments were heavy and stiff, lacking the flexibility and comfort he was used to. He shifted uncomfortably, feeling constrained by the restrictive fabric. He stared at himself in the mirror, his reflection staring back at him in a similar state of unease. Even his reflection, normally so familiar, seemed out of place. The extravagant clothes served as a stark reminder of the drastic changes that were happening in his life. But alas, Raleigh realized he was powerless to prevent it, trapped in this strange new existence under Princess Solar's influence.

"I don't like them. Take them back," Princess Solar ordered sternly, her expression rigid.

"Of course, sorry..." Raleigh replied quickly, moving to undo the top button. But before he could continue, the curtain swung open and an assistant appeared.

"I'll take those," She remarked with a smile, placing a couple more outfits on the rack. "Why don't you try these next?"

She closed the curtains to leave, leaving Raleigh stunned with even more clothing options to try on. The day passed slowly until they reached the final outfit.

"Now, what about this?" The female stallion queried, her eyes twinkling. "With the collar and cuffs?"

Raleigh stepped back, startled as he caught sight of himself in the mirror. This suit made him look so mature, so sophisticated—it was almost shocking to see his reflection.

"So...so formal." He felt as though he'd aged several years, though still the same underneath. Just wearing it made him nervous, as if the responsibility weighed him down. An entire future laid ahead of him, and this outfit seemed to symbolize that.

"That looks nice!" Princess Solar chirped brightly as she peeked through the curtains. Then, turning to the staff member, she added cheerfully, "We'll buy it!" She then turned back to Raleigh with a cheerful grin. "And with that, you're ready!"

Raleigh nodded quietly, understanding that she wouldn't accept any protests against the purchase.

"Princess!" Suddenly, rushing here was one of the alicorns from the palace, having something crucial to share with the Princess. "You must hear this! It's absolute chaos! The stadium's been destroyed! The ponies from the other world are tearing through the palace! It's a crisis, Princess!"

Princess Solar's brow furrowed in annoyance at the servant's panicked entrance and abrupt disruption. She brushed off their words dismissively, unfazed by their distress. "Calm yourself, will you?" she scoffed. "Don't let such inconsequential events ruffle you. Do you really expect us to drop everything and run to your aid every time something goes awry? Pull yourself together. As for me, I shall not alter my plans nor yield to this upheaval." Her voice dripped with irritation at the interruption.

"But it's horrible, Princess!" the servant insisted, clearly unnerved by the unfolding situation.

Solar shook her head, her tone dripping with disdain. "Ugh, do I always have to clean up messes for everyone?" She sighed dramatically as she started speaking differently. "My patience wears thin, but fine, let us depart immediately." As she spoke, her words carried a resigned acceptance laced with a touch of irritation.

She gestured toward the servant, urging them to lead the way. "Lead on, if you insist on dragging us into this catastrophe. Let's hope this isn't another tiresome waste of our precious time." Her words were terse, yet she followed the servant, ready to face whatever calamity awaited them.

Within the palace, it wasn't just Twilight tearing things up, but Harmony has well. Once she realized what kind of universe she sent everyone to, she wasted no time in trying to make up for it. She fought back against the alicorns who tried to restrain her, effortlessly dodging every magical attack sent her way.

She made her way to Twilight as the two clashed in battle, fighting off the armies sent towards them. One soldier fired a spell to ensnare them in chains, only to have it blocked by a purple shield. Suddenly, Twilight lunged forward with her horn, swiftly bringing it up to slash and cut the bonds surrounding her mentor. Upon breaking free, Twilight summoned two identical swords that levitated gracefully beneath her wings. Then, with an air of nonchalance, she casually flung the blades into the wall beside her.

"Twilight! Thank goodness you're okay!" exclaimed Harmony, expressing concern and relief at seeing Twilight unharmed. "Are you hurt?!"

Twilight quickly reassured Harmony, confirming her well-being and acknowledging the challenges she faced. "I'm alright," she said. "Things got pretty dicey for a moment there..."

A sense of regret washed over Harmony's face. "This was my fault..." she admitted sincerely. "I only tried getting us away from the Null Realm and I didn't know where we would end up. This universe...it's just as worse as the Null Realm itself. I'm so terribly sorry...I've been failing you a lot recently."

"Harmony..."

"Despite me being 5 ponies in one and being the embodiment of the Elements of Harmony, I haven't been able to help protect any of you from proper harm. If Queen Twilight Luminaria were here, she'd be so disappointed in me...All that magic for nothing."

"Well, she's not here." Twilight Sparkle interjected firmly. "What matters is that you are helping out now and you came just in time to help me break free from here."

"You still have faith in me?"

"Yeah. We all do. And besides, it's not like we're stuck here forever. We have the Harmony Badge to fall back on. All we need to do is find everyone else, make sure they're safe and get them out of here."

"But that could take forever. Everypony from Mirados's City was pulled in here. Their population was at least in the 20 thousand margin, perhaps more. Rounding them all up and getting them back to their own universe, will not be easy."

As their discussion continued, tension escalated. Alicorn soldiers broke down the doors, their eyes burning with malice. "Surrender immediately!" they bellowed, ready to unleash their fury.

Without hesitation, the duo sprang into action. Harmony cast her shield to neutralize the attack while Absol seized the opportunity to rush in and strike down the soldiers. Amidst the chaos, Twilight unleashed a barrage of spells upon them before casting a thundering roar to send them flying.

"Well, we'll have to work overtime!" Twilight bellowed. "Harmony...it's best not to doubt yourself. You're five of my friends put together. Even if you're from another universe, I know you can pull it off and make things right!"

"Twilight..."

"The Elements of Harmony have never failed me before. I know you won't. There's one way to fix this mess. You'll have to replicate the gateway that brought us all here." Twilight's expression became serious, realizing that the situation required quick thinking and strategic planning.

"You want me to replicate that!?" Harmony looked shocked at Twilight's request.

"Yes!" Twilight affirmed. "You have to focus solely on restoring everything and ensuring everypony returns safely. Please, Harmony. I know you can do it."

"...Alright. I'll do what I can." Harmony nodded, instantly taking flight. She had to find a good spot to summon this massive gateway back to Mirados, ensuring all of its residents are safe and sound.

At last. The Arcane Institute had arrived. But this time, a smaller group than usual. Entering this universe, Alpha's team had arrived. It consisted of her, a few students, and two Betas and Zetas. Alpha and her two Betas could capture them, the Zetas can apprehend them. The three students would provide backup if things escalated, Thanks to Ash's greatest awakening yet, capturing him was more important than ever.

And upon arrival, they already witnessed what Prisma's rampage had done. Fierce hurricanes, thunderstorms and raging seas were present, threatening to tear up the Ultalysium Dynasty.

"Be wary of your surroundings. Anything could strike at this point," warned Alpha. "You're free to look around and explore the surrounding area. However, should anyone get caught in the crosshairs of either the storms or the raging waves, use your powers to rescue them and bring them aboard immediately. I'll take to the skies to look for the targets."

"Yes, ma'am." the students and the two betas acknowledged, before departing in different directions.

"Due to how erratic this is, we'll rely on it and keep a good distance. The Soul Crystal. Prepare to use it on the entirety of this world." Alpha ordered. "Utilize the maximum output of its magical and technological energy."

"That could take hours though..." A student spoke.

"Indeed. Which is why we will do everything we can to buy you all that time. Either capturing or taking out either one of Prisma's counterparts will work. Hurry, before the worst can happen."

With that, they took off to begin their next mission in the Ultalysium Dynasty, a universe which was on the verge of being torn apart by Prisma's rampage and his counterparts' awakening. Five parties were currently taking action now.

The preparation for the All-Seeing and All-Consuming to pass through, Harmony's attempt to open up a gateway similar to the Blackhole Gateway, the guaranteed safety of everyone that was sucked into this universe and the mission of the Arcane Institute.

As the journey continues.
