My Little Pokémon: Grander World
The Star Trials
Previous ChapterNext ChapterEquestria. Unilight City. Day.
The Star Trials were about to begin.
There were so many people in the stands, and the noise of the crowd was deafening. They could barely hear themselves think as they stood before the arena. Celestia walked into the middle of it all, hearing the voices of the Unilight Residents. All of them were rooting for the downfall of Ash, the boy that would return Prisma. The boy who would bring back the end of the world.
But they were also talking about Celestia's defeat, talking down on her for supporting the defence of Ash Ketchum.
Sunset and Sci-Twi looked at one another, knowing that they had to do this. They couldn't afford to fail. If they did, then Prisma would return. Celestia's life was on the line, and the lives of everyone else in the world were at stake. This was a battle that they could not lose.
Twilight Luminaria looked down on the three of them, narrowing her eyes. "Don't worry. It won't be just you three. Celestia. You've already agreed to bring Ash and his other counterparts here, so I expect to see them. They're the ones who need to take part in this competition as well."
"They'll be here." Celestia narrowed her eyes at her.
"Good. We will begin shortly. Allow me to inform you of our esteemed Star Trials." She said. She tapped her hooves and a large magical projection of a map appeared in front of them. "For centuries, the Star Trials have been held in Unilight as a means of deciding the worthiness of potential trainer to join the highest ranks in the royal family's defence force. It is a competition that tests the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of each individual, with the ultimate goal of finding the one who is worthy to become a champion of Unilight."
She demonstrated by showing the soldiers who had once gone through the trials and secured a spot. All of them had the experience and now it was time to pass it on to their enemies.
"Those who pass the trials are said to be granted special powers and abilities, allowing them to serve as protectors of the city and its people. The trials are a test of endurance, strength, agility, and intelligence, as well as a test of one's ability to work as a team and make strategic decisions. In addition, the trials are meant to challenge the individual's courage, moral character, and leadership skills."
"That's not the worst thing I've heard..." Sunset commented.
"During the Star Trials, competitors are pitted against each other in a series of tasks that involve problem-solving, combat, and strategy. Each task is designed to test a different aspect of the competitor's abilities and to push them to the limit. Competitors are judged on their ability to complete the tasks, their performance during the trials, and their overall conduct. But since you're fighting for the sake of your friends, the outcome will be different. If you win, then perhaps, we'll see if we can work something out regarding your friend and his counterparts. But if you lose...then our mission continues. The Star Trials are a way to mitigate the conflict between us and your friends, to avoid a war from happening." Twilight explained.
"Wait!" Suddenly, Sci-Twi would speak up, grabbing everyone's attention as they all stared at the human form of Twilight herself. "You don't have to do this! Listen to me, please!"
"Oh, right. I wasn't at all surprised when you showed up. I should be happy that one of my counterparts is around here, but why are you even participating in this trial?" Twilight Luminaria questioned.
"I know why you're doing this, but we can always find another way! After all, you're up for it since you decided to have this competition! So that means you really do think there's another way to stop Prisma! Without destroying Ash!" Sci-Twi bellowed.
"She's talking crazy?!" The crowd were appalled by what Sci-Twi were saying.
"There's no way she can be a reincarnation of our Queen!" Another person in the crowd said.
Twilight Luminaria narrowed her eyes at the human, before sighing. "Compared to the main one...you're a fool."
"What?!" Sci-Twi gasped.
"I don't know why three of my reincarnations are this blind. So blind that they can't even see the truth. The only exception to this is Moonlight, but even she's faltering. All of you...You're far too weak-willed." She insulted Sci-Twi. "You should all have adopted my best traits. Traits that would help and ensure Prisma's defeat. But instead, you chose the path of the weak. Someone who can't do what it takes to stop this monster."
"I..."
"I've seen the way you act. You are without a doubt the weakest of my counterparts. I wish you were strong enough. You have the potential, but you can never reach it. Even with that Arceus Pendant on you, you just can't reach it. You lost Midnight Sparkle, effectively losing a majority of your magical power as well. I say this as the true version of you. You don't belong here and soon, you'll become better once your soul returns to me."
Sci-Twi gasped, stepping back. She was horrified at what her original incarnation was telling her. She was also scared. What was happening to her?
Sunset was horrified at what she just said. She was basically insulting Sci-Twi and calling her the weakest of her counterparts. "Hey! You don't get to talk to her like that!" Sunset yelled, her eyes narrowing at Luminaria. "I can say that she's better than you'll ever be for a bunch of reasons!"
"I don't want to hear anything from you either." Twilight Luminaria narrowed her eyes, instantly causing Sunset to stagger from the glare. "There's a reason why you and others never had secret souls of Unilight residents within you. Every single one of my subjects here are important. The reason their souls even survived and persisted was because of their will to fight, to carry on. But you? You're nothing. You don't even have a right to be in this competition, so don't act tough. Your very existence is pointless."
"Kh...!" Sunset grimaced at this. She wanted so badly to challenge Twilight Luminaria right then and there, but she knew it would be foolish to do so.
"Maybe I am." Sci-Twi would say, causing Sunset to look over.
"Twilight?" Sunset gasped, seeing the sadness on her friend's face. "What do you mean? Don't listen to her!"
She turned to her. "Sunset...It's alright. I'm fine. To her, I may be weak. All my counterparts have a lot going for them. Twilight Wish has the power to make her own wishes come true. Twilight Moonlight is a prodigy. A natural one at that. And my Equestrian Counterpart is a Princess and is just as skilled at magic and being a trainer as Moonlight. All three of them have a lot going for them..."
She had to admit that. All three of them had plenty of advantages. They were at the top of their game. They were great Pokemon Trainers and just great at magic in general. One of them was a Princess and even the Leader of One Light itself, plus the Principal of Equestria's Pokemon School. Compared to Sci-Twi, who, at the end of the day, was just a schoolgirl and Professor Oak's assistant, she was nothing special. But that wasn't the point.
"But I refuse to let you ever call me weak." Sci-Twi's tone would change, causing Twilight Luminaria to narrow her eyes. "I know I'm not weak. I've been through way too much to be called that. And right now, everything I want to do for Ash is something I can't let you ruin. Even if you're my incarnation!"
"!" Twilight Luminaria was slightly taken aback by this. So was Sunset. For Sci-Twi to be this bold, Midnight Sparkle would have to be influencing her or overtaking her. But this was her true self self showing through. The confidence. The will. The heart. Everything about Sci-Twi was there at its fullest. No longer was she the scared little girl, but the one who was willing to take any risk to protect her friends. Even if it meant standing up to her own true self.
"I don't care who you are! Even if you're me! You're not going to hurt my friends!"
"Twilight..." Sunset was at a loss for words. She was so happy to see Sci-Twi stand up for herself, and against Twilight Luminaria of all people.
"Hm." Twilight Luminaria was more shocked than anything. She could never imagine herself being this stubborn and foolish. She had to admit that it was impressive, but it was also foolish. She was risking her life in a trial that could potentially be her end. But at the same time, she saw the resolve in her. Sci-Twi was willing to go through anything for Ash and her friends, even if it cost her own life.
"Awesome words, Twilight." A familiar voice spoke to her from behind as the doors to this stadium opened up. Sci-Twi gasped as everyone turned their attention to the ones that walked through.
Appearing before everyone were Ash and his counterparts, managing to show up after all. The crowd were shocked at their arrival. Ash Ketchum, the original, the one they all were reincarnations of, had arrived.
"PRISMA!" They all screamed at the top of their lungs.
"Ash!" While Sci-Twi would speak with happiness in her voice. She ran to him, glad that he was okay in all of this an unharmed. Ash would see Sci-Twi hug him, which would see him hug back. "Did you hear all that?"
"Just the last part. Good to see you're safe and sound during all of this." He chuckled at the girl, patting her on the back. "But don't worry, I'm fine. I won't be destroyed anytime soon, I promise." He smiled at her.
She smiled at him, nodding her head as she stood up straight.
"Prisma." Twilight Luminaria spoke, addressing Ash and the 9 Counterparts that appeared there. "If I had not decided on this negotiation, I would be over the moon to finally take action against each and every one of you. But that's what trials are for."
"Get out of my friend's body!" Ash bellowed at Twilight Luminaria, causing the crowd to gasp at his rudeness.
"I think not. Not until I've achieved my goal. Stopping Prisma will lead to me using this body for as long as possible, or if I end up reforming into my true self." Luminaria shut him down.
"Oh, yeah? Then why don't you come down here and face me for it!" Ash pointed at the Queen, shocking the crowd once more.
"Who does he think he is?" A griffon would ask.
"It's only natural. He's Prisma deep down at the end of the day. All of them are." A unicorn spoke up, shaking his head at this.
"Watch who you're talking to! You're far weaker than how Prisma originally was!" An earth pony bellowed at Ash. All of them would do the same, booing at him and his counterparts and cheering Luminaria on.
"Enough!" Twilight Luminaria shouted, getting the crowd to quiet down. "I won't face you now. It'd be a waste of my time and energy. And I have a tournament to host. I have a trial to commence. I will not have anyone interrupt it. If you want to fight me, then do so when it's our turn to fight. I'm sure your friends will have something to say about that."
"Scared?" Ash would smirk, causing the Queen to twitch a bit. "Oh, yeah. You totally know that if you and I battle right now, I'd win this. Even if you use your magic, Pikachu and I will find a way to take you down."
"Pika!"
Ash was using the fact that he was the superior Trainer to Twilight Luminaria. And she knew that as well. But as for the magic part, even Twilight Luminaria knew that wasn't an auto-win against him. Ash has gone up against ridiculous odds, so the chance of him winning was very much there.
"Not just that. But you'd have to deal with all of us too." Ethan rested his hand on Ash's shoulder, smirking at the Queen.
"If you're really all that, then you won't be afraid to come down here and challenge us all to a battle." Brendan pointed at himself, getting involved.
"In fact, you can have everyone on your side take us on right now. I promise you, we'll blow past them like a Tyranitar through the mountains." Lucas crossed his arms while grinning.
"Even though I'm spirit, you'd best believe I'm still on top and can do some major damage!" Hilbert pointed at the Queen. "If anyone wants to take on yours truly, I'm all in! Plus, defeating a Queen of a Supernation will boost my rep way more!"
"Even though you decided on this competition, as if that's gonna stop you from trying to take us out anyways." Calem could see through Twilight Luminaria. "We can take part in it yeah...But what's stopping us from taking you on?"
"We just wanna go back to our normal lives without worrying about these other universes of a ton of destruction. So if that means battling you or clearing this trial, then we'll blast past it all." Elio declared. Even though Red didn't s anything, his glare spoke volumes.
The way he stared at the crowd made them all shudder in fear. His eyes were the closest to Prisma's out of anyone's. The sheer intensity and intimidation was enough to make the crowd back up. Even some of the strongest trainers were backing down from him. And when he looked at Twilight Luminaria, the Queen of Unilight snarled. She snarled at all of them.
The nerve of them to talk to her like that was mindboggling. Celestia smiled, those words being music to her ears while Sci-Twi cheered them on. When Sunset took a look at Red's serious face, she felt a little bit flustered, swooning at the sight.
"...My...You all sure do have a mouth on you." Twilight Luminaria grizzled her teeth, showing that she was irritated by them. "I'd hate to imagine what the 10th one Victor would say if he were here. But it doesn't matter! If you even wish to battle me, then take on the trials! Because I hereby declare the Star Trials to finally begin!"
And with that, she forced the crowd to cheer for the competition that was about to take place. The stadium would light, showing that the trials were about to begin. Clusters of stars would start glowing across the area, showing that each trial was going to be in a different universe. The trials were going to start soon and the contestants were going to have to be prepared.
Music was playing. The ceremonial theme of the Star Trials would be played by a group of Kricketunes and soldiers would be dancing to the music. As that happened, the crowd would cheer, waiting for the Star Trials to officially begin.
Ash and the others looked around them, feeling a powerful magic presence form in the atmosphere. Soon, the Star Trials were going to begin.
"The First Stage. The Trial of Endurance. Let's see if you all can overcome one of Unilight's most volatile landscapes." Twilight Luminaria smirked as the stars would all glow, ready to take the group somewhere else. "You'll be taken to another dimension where I've kept the landscape. Good luck."
And in a flash, they were gone. The Stars had taken them away to this landscape that would test their enudrance.
The cluster of stars would form in this very landscape. A landscape known as Velestra Ascent. A ridiculously large landscape that seems to touch the heavens themselves. The terrain was alive with celestial energy and was very unstable. There were a multitude of things that one would have to overcome.
The group found themselves on the bottom of this massive mountainous landscape. They all felt the power in this area. The power of the stars. The very thing that was the core of the Institute's mission. Now they were feeling it for themselves and it was overwhelming. The energy was so immense that it could crush them.
"Wha...?" Ash uttered while looking around.
"Welcome to the Velestra Ascent." Twilight Luminaria's voice would speak to them as an echo. "A place formed from fragments of a fallen star. The magical essence that's imbued within the land rewards courage and determination while punishing hesitation and fear. Let's see how you can all get past this and reach the spire."
"The spire? Where?" Elio looked around, seeing the spire Twilight Luminaria was talking about from a distance. "So we gotta climb this mountain...? That's it?"
"It's so high up..." Lucas said, looking up at the spire. "It looks like it's as big as Mount Coronet."
"Hm. What's stopping us from just using our Pokemon to fly?" Calem questioned.
"That." Twilight Luminaria turned their attention to what was around the sky itself. The Nebula Winds. Constant streams of magical air that shift gravity, containing the power of a Nebula. "Those winds are known as Nebula Winds. They're wind currents infused with magical power that constantly shift gravity. The moment you and your Pokemon are inside of it, you'll be in a constant state of shifting gravity, making it impossible for you to do anything. This ascent is made for you to walk, run, and climb to the top."
"And how many people have actually been able to clear this?" Ethan questioned.
"Only 4 have been able to clear the first trial and go to the second. None have cleared it after that. So the chances of you doing so are very slim, I'm afraid." Twilight Luminaria explained.
"...So we gotta get through that?" Ash looked up at the spire, then at the rest of his counterparts. "If that's all, then that should be easy."
"Then begin! Because you're not alone!" Suddenly, from above, stars would start falling from above. Upon landing, their burning energy would combust and start spreading like a wildfire.
Once they saw the stars descending, they ran for it, trying to get out of their way. They were on the move. The first trial began.
As the flames burned behind them, Ash's group would have to keep moving, running up the mountain as they went. They had to watch their steps, because the ground was already becoming uneven.
As they ran, Calem was in the front, using his speed to get ahead of everyone else, but not by much.
"Those flames are as hot as the stars they came from!" Celestia gasped. "If any one of them touches us, we'll be absolutely incinerated!"
They kept moving. But soon, the ground below would start to become uneven. Rocks would jut out as they kept moving, making the path even harder to get through. But the stars weren't the only problems here. The Nebula Winds were still a threat even at a low level
Soon, they'd find themselves in an area where the winds were prevalent. But instead of the usual tornadoes of winds, there was just a straight path of winds for them to get through. They had to navigate through this area of shifting winds, which was easier said than done.
Twilight Sparkle found this out the hard way as she tried to walk through the area, only to end up on her head. "Ow!...Oh..." She groaned.
"You alright, Twilight?" Ash asked.
"Yeah...I'm fine..." She said, getting up.
We can't go through this normally, or else, we'll end up like that. We have to find a way past this without going through the winds." Lucas pointed out.
"But how are we gonna get past this without having to worry about the winds?" Ethan asked.
"I got it! Dragonite! I choose you!" Ash would send out his Dragonite.
"Dragonite!"
"Change up those winds with your own! Use Hurricane!"
"Drago!" Dragonite would start flapping her wings rapidly, unleashing a powerful hurricane of her own. The Hurricane would clash with the Nebula Winds, the energy of the Nebula pulsating and shifting the gravity of Dragonite's Hurricane, but it still held strong. It was strong enough to push past the Nebula Winds, keeping them at bay.
"Do you honestly think you can push back against a nebula?" Twilight Luminaria commented, finding it pointless for him to try. "You'd need far more than a single Pokemon to do so."
"We'll see!" Ash barked back. "You can do it, Dragonite!" He would call out, everyone nodding in agreement as they kept going, following Ash as he ran ahead.
"Gonite...!" Dragonite growled.
"Dragonite! Use Hurricane all the way through!" He called out to his Pokemon, who was right above him, keeping her Hurricane going as the group kept going.
"Dr!" Dragonite called out, keeping her Hurricane going.
The others watched in surprise at this. The idea of using a powerful move to help push back against the Nebula Winds. They didn't think it'd be possible, but it was.
"She's actually pushing it back...?!" Twilight Luminaria gasped at this sight. Slowly but surely,Dragonite was pushing back the winds with her Hurricane. It was an impressive sight that she didn't believe was possible.
Dragonite's Hurricane was starting to give way. The Nebula Winds were getting stronger, causing the Hurricane to slowly break apart as she tried to keep her winds going, pushing back the Nebula Winds. But as the winds grew, her Hurricane would break apart, causing the Nebula Winds to come crashing down on them and sending them flying.
"Gah!" Ash grunted, hitting the ground.
"Oof!" His friends landed around him, having been caught in the winds and unable to move.
"Ugh...Man..." Ash grumbled while trying to stand up. As they were all downed, the descending stars would get closer and closer to them. It didn't take long for Ash's eyes to widen as they were getting closer. "Dragonite! One more time!"
"Dra!" Dragonite would try Hurricane once more. But the winds would come crashing down again. But she was successful in keeping the Nebula Winds from coming any closer, making it easier for the others to get closer without having to deal with the winds.
"Merge it with Draco Meteor!"
"Dra! Drago!" Dragonite's eyes would flash as her body was enveloped in a purple aura. She began to gather energy from the Nebula Winds around her, channelling the Draconic Power inside of her. Then, with a powerful shout, she unleashed a powerful burst of magic that shot up to the sky, creating a massive surge of magic that would shoot down and collide with the Nebula winds, causing a massive explosion of energy that would engulf the area.
The stars that were coming down would be destroyed instantly by the Draco Meteor. Then, the Nebula Winds that were in the area would be destroyed as well. The Nebula winds would be gone, but the area would still be unstable.
"She destroyed the stars...?!" Twilight Luminaria gasped along with the entire crowd. What Ash and his team just did was unbelievable. The Nebula Winds were known for being powerful and unpredictable, and yet they were able to destroy them with a single attack. They were also able to destroy the descending stars as well, leaving nothing but a path forward. "That's impossible...!"
Ash and the others were in disbelief at what happened. They were able to push past the Nebula Winds. And not only that, but they destroyed the stars that were coming down at the same time. It was an impressive feat.
"Whoa...!" Ethan exclaimed. "Did you see that?!"
"Yeah, I saw it!" Ash smiled widely. "Way to go, Dragonite!"
"Drago."
"So that means we can fly now, right? Excellent!" Celestia smiled, spreading her wings and flying up. With the Nebula Winds being pushed back, she could actually take flight. And the same went for the others and their Flying-Types.
Ash and Twilight would get on Dragonite's back, prompted by Red and Calem to bring out their Charizards. Red and Calem would get on theirs while Sunset joined Red on his Charizard. Following up was Ethan and his Ho-oh. On Ho-oh's back, the other counterparts would join Ethan's side.
"Alright, guys, let's keep going!" Ash called out to his friends, who nodded, following him.
As they kept moving, they would feel the ground shake, signifying that the area was becoming unstable. They didn't have much time to get through this place, as the area would eventually start to collapse.
More stars that were falling would be coming at them faster, signifying that they needed to hurry up. They kept going, running through the unstable landscape. They had to make sure they didn't fall off, or else they wouldn't be able to get back on the path.
But this time, they could outpace the stars thanks to the pushback of the winds. The winds were no longer a problem and could easily push past the winds with their Pokemon.
Dragonite would start flapping her wings, unleashing another Hurricane that would keep the Nebula Winds at bay, allowing them to get past the area without a problem.
"Keep going! We're almost there!" Ethan called out, looking at the spire that was in the distance. The spire was getting closer and closer. It was almost in sight.
But of course, it would not be that easy. From below, they were above another part of this massive landscape known as the Meteor Ravines. And as the name suggests, beneath them were narrow and also massive gorges containing a plethora of meteors. A lot of meteors were scattered across the ravine and were erupting from the gorges. As they erupted, some of them would start descending, crashing down at high speeds.
The meteors were exploding as they impacted the ground. Soon, the meteors would begin to erupt with a huge amount of force. The force was enough to send a shockwave that would shake the entire landscape, sending everyone flying in different directions.
"Waaaaah!" Everyone was sent flying. Ash, his friends, and all the other counterparts were all sent flying in different directions, away from the group.
Ash was sent flying into a gorge where a lot of stars were. He landed on the ground hard. His eyes opened, seeing the meteors. He quickly got up, running to avoid the meteors that were falling down and exploding.
Dragonite would swoop in to help her trainer, only to have to dodge a few meteors that were coming at her too. She was able to dodge them, but she was still in danger as the meteors would start to crash onto her. She did her best to help him dodge the incoming rocks.
"Dragonite! Use Hurricane one more time to keep those meteors away!"
Dragonite tried using Hurricane one more time, but the meteors were too much. The force of the meteors was enough to send her flying. "Gah! No!" She called out. She was trying to stay in the air, but the meteors were too much. She was eventually knocked down to the ground, sending her crashing down.
"Dragonite!" Ash called out to his Pokemon. He quickly rushed to her side. "Are you okay?!"
"Pika?!"
"Dra!" Indeed she was. It would take more than that to stop her.
Celestia looked at these meteors that kept rising, promptly using her magic to deal with them. She would hold them all with a telekinetic hold, stopping them all in their place and throwing them all far away from them. As more meteors kept rising, Celestia had to focus on grabbing every single one that would try rising. She had to make sure that none of them were able to reach the ground. She had to stop them all, to prevent them from exploding and causing more damage. She had to do it to save her friends, to save the people she loved.
"Hm!" With a grunt, Celestia would then use her magic to expand the size of the meteors. But she would use this to her advantage. By increasing their size, the Sun Princess would use them to block the massive gorges in the ravine that the meteors were coming out of, preventing more from coming out. And with that, the meteors would stop rising, and the explosions would be gone.
With them being blocked, the group continued on their way. The crowd booed at this sight, annoyed by how they were managing to overcome these challenges. They wanted to see Prisma's incarnations fail so badly.
"Hmmrh..." Twilight Luminaria was not impressed, but she was still going to allow this. After all, she had to show that she wasn't a hypocrite and was being fair, even if she was going to rig the trials in the end. She was a fair queen, and she would make sure the competition was fair. She would allow them to continue on their way, even though she was secretly hoping that they would fail. The crowd would continue to cheer, unaware of the fact that she was hoping they'd fail.
"They might clear the first trial, Your Majesty." Professor Grogar commented. "Shall I get involved? I could perhaps send one of my Monstrified Pokemon there?"
"...Fine. Do so." Twilight Luminaria allowed it. Music to Grogar's ears. He smiled, ready to bring out one of the many Pokemon he's turned into a monster. And he already knew who would be the best option. Looking at the Poke Ball he held, inside it would be the Tyrantrum he transformed. It's roar echoed inside the ball, wanting to break out.
As they were traveling, the group had to be quick, because the stars were coming down faster and faster. The Nebula Winds were starting to become more and more intense as they continued on. The landscape was becoming more and more unstable. The area was becoming more and more unstable and the stars were coming down faster and faster.
The Nebula Winds were starting to become more and more intense as they continued on. It wouldn't be long until the landscape would collapse in on itself, forcing them to get to the top as soon as possible.
The spire was close. All they had to do was get to the top. Once they did, the trial would be complete and they could move on to the next trial. They were so close. But as they kept going, they were suddenly stopped by a massive shockwave that would shake the entire landscape and cause them to fall to the ground, unable to move. The stars were coming down at them faster and faster, causing the landscape to become more and more unstable. As they were all down, a Pokemon would appear. A Monstrified Tyrantrum.
Tyrantrum had become truly monstrous version of its prehistoric self, embodying the unbridled fury of a dominant apex predator from ancient times. Its body became larger and bulkier, with jagged, armor-like scales glowing with a molten red colour, as though its very body contains the core of the Earth. Its teeth elongate into devastating blades that shimmer like volcanic glass, and its tail ends in a massive, mace-like formation capable of crushing anything in its path.
The Monstrified Pokemon roared loudly, causing the landscape to shake once more. Ash and the others would be knocked back as the ground shook once more.
"W-What is that?!" Celestia exclaimed, looking at the Tyrantrum. "Is that...a Tyrantrum?!"
"What's up with that form?! I've never seen that kind of Tyrantrum ever!" Calem gasped, seeing the Monstrified Pokemon for the first time. Everyone else who was from the Pokemon World had the same expression, not knowing what to think.
"TYRANTRUM!" Tyrantrum roared, here to not only halt their progress, but to put an end to them, being the first truly major obstacle. Even larger than the stars, the nebula and the meteors.
No one said this would be fair. Considering who was running this and Unilight's collective hatred towards Prisma, this was to be expected. But the level at which it was about to reach would be unprecedented. This was only the first trial after all.
As the journey continues.
