I'll Make Them Whole

Equestria was pitch black. No one, not even the Necromorphs, could see anything. And with the Mane Six and Spike all dead and the Princesses no more, Equestria was in a state of disrepair. However, someone was still unaware of everything that had been going on... until he decided to pay a visit.

Mario, SMG4, SMG3, and Isaac were determined to keep Hope safe at all costs. Everyone around them was a Necromorph. "This is all my fault", Isaac said. "Not Mario's. If I had ended my journey in your world, the Necromorph would've plagued it."

"Hey, man, we all make mistakes. It's what makes us human", SMG4 replied sympathetically. Suddenly, someone pulled the quintet of heroes aside. "What the..."

"Shhhhhh! Quiet", the stranger said. "I have a safe house... well, more like a safe universe." The stranger snapped his fingers and a portal opened up. He leaped into the portal with the quintet of heroes in his arms. The portal led to a chaotic realm.

"Oooooooooooo...", Mario said.

"HEY! Who the hell are you?!", SMG3 snapped.

"Who, me? Why, I'm the Spirit of Disharmony, the undisputed Lord of Chaos... DISCORD!", the stranger revealed.

"Who?", SMG3 replied.

"Shut up, 3. He saved us", SMG4 said. "Hi, I'm SMG4, a fellow... connoisseur in the world of chaos. The idiot with the goatee is SMG3, the mustached man is Mario, and the man in the space suit is Isaac Clarke. And that... is Hope." He points to the baby pony in SMG3's arms.

"Ah, yes. The offspring of Applejack and Rainbow Dash", Discord said.

"Are we... in space?", Isaac asked.

"Um... sort of? This is my realm. Welcome to Chaosville", Discord answered. "You should be safe here." However, a low rumbling was heard. "What was that?"

"Not what... who", Isaac replied. A massive Leviathan roared as it approached the group slowly. "Now we just need to figure out who this really is."

"Dis... cord...", the Leviathan uttered.

"Cosmos...", Discord replied.

"Oh. Crap", Isaac responded.

"Again, who?", SMG3 asked.

"Malice incarnate. She basically has the same powers as me", Discord answered. "I sealed her away in the stars." That was enough for SMG4 to finally snap.

"MARIOOOOOOOOOOOO!", SMG4 screamed. "Because of your little space battle, you freed a monster who might kill us all! If you hadn't have gone after Rainbow Dash, none of this would be happening! But, NO! You just HAD to be a giant fucking IDIOT! I am DONE! DONE!" SMG4 launches himself at Mario, who grabs SMG4 and throws him into a landmass. The duo clash with each other as Discord, SMG3, Hope, and Isaac face off against the Cosmos Leviathan.

"This should be fun...", Discord said as he hurls several landmasses at the Cosmos Leviathan, dealing some significant damage. "I defeated you once before, I can do it again!"

"Discord, deal as much damage as you can! Weaken that thing!", Isaac shouted as he used his Plasma Cutter to attack the Cosmos Leviathan. He leaped off of the landmasses Discord threw and managed to get the upper hand on the Cosmos Leviathan. "I've dealt with your kind before."

"Isaac, wait! She still has my powers!", Discord shouted as the Cosmos Leviathan began to use the power of chaos, transforming into a dragon.

"I... uh... wow. I hate that", Isaac said. As the Cosmos Leviathan went on the offensive, Isaac did battle with it. Meanwhile, Discord fled into his house to look for something.

"Come on, where is it?!", Discord asked himself as he frantically searched. Eventually, he found what he was looking for: Grogar's Bewitching Bell. "Bingo." He flew back into the battle and used the Bewitching Bell to drain the Cosmos Leviathan's chaos powers, transforming it back into a regular Leviathan. Discord then used the Bewitching Bell to transfer the Cosmos Leviathan's chaos powers to himself. "Let's finish this!" He transformed into a Leviathan himself and fought on equal footing with the Cosmos Leviathan. "The stars await your return, Cosmos. Now, Isaac!" Using SMG3's meme manipulation powers, Isaac turned his Plasma Cutter into a massive Plasma Cutter and sliced the Cosmos Leviathan into 16 massive pieces. Discord reverted back to his normal form and managed to seal almost all of the pieces into the stars of Chaosville. The Cosmos Leviathan's head, however, managed to slip away unnoticed.

"Whoa... that was... insane", SMG3 said. "Are you two okay?"

"Yeah, thanks to you", Isaac replied. "Hold on, where's Mario and SMG4?"

Meanwhile, Mario and SMG4 were fighting across Chaosville, hurling landmasses at each other and causing widespread destruction. "I've had ENOUGH of your stupidity, Mario! You're the reason for all of this! Hundreds of civilians dead because of YOU!!!", SMG4 yelled as he continued to attack Mario. However, Mario didn't say a word as he countered everything SMG4 threw at him. Eventually, SMG4 went Super Saiyan Blue and delivered a punch so hard it sent Mario flying into a landmass, cratering it. "It's OVER, Mario. You can't win. You don't even know my weakness."

"Yes... I... do", Mario managed to say as he stood up weakly. "I'M your weakness, SMG4. Remember? I'm your avatar. You can't survive without me." Mario glared at SMG4. "You kill me... you die. Our whole universe dies. But let me tell you something, SMG4. Sometimes... you REALLY piss me off." Mario pulled out an Invincibility Star, activating his invincibility power, and launched himself at SMG4, having finally gained the upper hand. "I'm sending you home, SMG4." Mario threw SMG4 into a nearby landmass and punched him through it, causing SMG4 to revert back to his original form. Unbeknownst to SMG4, however, a portal back to the Mushroom Kingdom was right behind him. With a powerful punch from Mario, SMG4 flew through the portal. When SMG4 realized what had just happened, however, it was too late.

"No. No! No-no-no-no-no-NO-NO-NO-NO-NOOOOOOO!!!", SMG4 screamed as he ran for the portal, but it closed in front of him, trapping him in the Mushroom Kingdom. "MARIOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

In Chaosville, Mario, now without his Invincibility Star powerup, joined up with Isaac, SMG3, Hope, and Discord. He then saw the damage caused as a result of the fight between him and SMG4. "Oooooooooooo...", Mario said.
