When Isaac Clarke crash-lands in Equestria, he unknowingly unleashes a violent Necromorph upon Equestria, killing the Mane Six and Spike, but Applejack and Rainbow Dash remain. They, alongside Isaac's stowaways Mario, SMG4, and SMG3, must team up with Isaac in order to stop the horde of undead that want them gone, but someone else wants the six heroes dead... but who?

Named after the song by DAGames and inspired by the Dead Space 2023 remake.

This story takes place before the events of SMG4... Are You Ok?, and thus, takes place before SMG4's dive into insanity.
