Canterlot and Ponyville, both places had been covered in posters either advertising Triple Layer Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate Ice Cream Cake or The Pal Festival. Whoever put these poster didn't do a very good job because the smeared glue on the back and front of it which would make the posters very hard to remove.

The Pal Festival was an event held by the rulers of Equestria Bulletproof an immortal unicorn that doesn't stay dead, Seaspray the former military leader of the hippogriffs and now political leader and Frostbite a frost dragon, the military and political leader of the dragons.

In a small unnamed village, 2 bill posters, more accurately billboard and flyposter installers Spike the dragon and Pinkie Pie were walking through the entrance both whistling a tune, both carrying a mop and a bucket of glue. Both creatures were wearing overalls and Pinkie wore a yellow top hat with a brown band.

This was their first attempt at trying to start a successful bossiness without their friend Twilight Sparkle. While the pony and dragon have had a few smaller sponsors in the past when they first started The Drake-Pony Poster Service the Pal Festival and Equestria's Ice Cream was the duo's first big sponsor.

As they continued to walk through the village, still whistling the tune, the duo settled into a area with a windmill and a barn and as they did they unintentionally scared away 3 fillies playing ball "Well here we, lets start with a billboard and I know exactly where!" Spike said looking at a blank billboard.

Pinkie then reached into her mane and pulled out a ladder, it was already pretty tall but not tall enough to reach the blank billboard she then pulled it upwards which extended the ladder and allowed it to just barely reach the platform on the billboard.

Spike stepped onto the ladder, but once he got to the extended part of the ladder it suddenly fell and as a result the dragon's head fell on the first part of the ladder and as a result his neck almost got crushed between the first and second part of the ladder.

"Pinkie you forgot to secure the second part of the ladder." Spike complained "Oh sorry about that!" Pinkie responds before flipping a switch with locked in and secured the extended part of the ladder. This time Spike let Pinkie step onto the ladder first before following after her.

"Of course with a blank billboard like this we should advertise The Pal Festival, Pinkie got the glue?" he asked the pony "Right the glue!" But when she reached behind to grab the bucket of glue it was gone. They both looked around and Spike spotted the bucket rolling into a cave, wooden boards on the cave had fallen off and it had a lot of danger sings.

"Yeah i'm not going in their" Spike stated as the duo walked up to the eerie cave, "Well one of us has to go in their if we want to retrieve that bucket of glue."

"Fine then, lets decide this with rock paper scissors!" Spike declared they did this only for both of them to get paper, they tried again both of them chose rock and again they both chose paper, they went a few more times, they both somehow manage to choose the same option.

"Okay how about we turn around so we don't see what the other is choosing!" Pinkie suggested, they both turned around making sure they weren't look at the other and when they turned back around to present their options they both ended up choosing scissors.

"Okay if we get the same thing this time i swear to Bulletproof-" Spike trailed off before they both closed their eyes and turned around but just like all the past time they both got the same thing this time it was paper. This made Spike completely lose it he started throwing air punches, then did his fighting pose and finally laid on his chest and started banging his claws and legs on the ground causing dust to form.

"Guess we both have to go into this cave." Pinkie stated before grabbing Spike by the overalls and dragging him into the cave. Once inside the cave the spotted the bucket of glue, which had rolled near a rock shaped like a stump. The duo approached it, but as soon as they did they a Ursa Minor come out of the darkness.

Pinkie quickly grabbed the glue bucket and ran off, Spike on the other hand ended up getting mauled by the Ursa Minor, but luckily he managed to slip away and catch up to the earth pony. Once they were both out of the cave Pinkie pulled metal boards out of her mane and then bolted them to the entrance, so when the Minor reached the entrance it left dents shaped like its body.

Once that near death experience was over, Spike having gotten some scales ripped off, a piece of a back spike broken and pieces of his overalls torn off. The pony and dragon climbed back up the ladder onto the billboard platform, opened the bucket of glue, smeared glue on the blank billboard, smeared glue on the Pal Festival poster and finally placed the poster on the billboard.

They both the climbed down and Pinkie put the ladder back into her mane. They then walked back to where they started the area with a barn and windmill and planned out their next move.

"Alright here's the plan you take that that one" Spike informed the earth pony pointing to the windmill "And i'll take this one!" he said pointing to the barn, Pinkie giggled "Okie dokie lokie Spike!"

Pinkie altered between whistling humming and singing her tune as she walked over to the windmill, rolled the ice cream cake posters down her legs, threw the bucket of glue in the air, caught it with her hoof before placing it down and finally started dunking her mop into it.

When she intended to place her mop against the wall she accidentally placed it against one of the windmill blades right as it was going past her and stuck to it, so when Pinkie rolled out her poster and went to grab it she was surprised and confused when she saw it was missing.

She for some reason checked under her glue bucket and of course it wasn't their, when she placed it down, the handle got caught on another one of the windmill blades. Pinkie shrugged placing both her hands up only to suddenly have the mop in her hand which in reality, the windmill blade had just circled back around.

Once she realized her mop was back she freaked out and dropped it only to brush it off with some laughter. When she picked it up the windmill blade with the glue bucket circled back around, knocked her top hat off and balanced itself on her head.

When Pinkie found herself dunking her mop into her top hat she freaked out, accidentally tossing her mop aside. She then took the bucket off her head to scratch it but when she heard a clang and looked up she found her glue bucket unfortunately it tipped over and spilled glue on the earth pony making her look like an elephant

Spike dunked his mop into his glue bucket, while humming his tune, but unknowingly to the drake a airship landed a few miles from him and out came a purple unicorn with a broken horn.

Enter Tempest Shadow she was the commander of the Storm King's army but after he was defeated she became the new leader of his army and once hearing that the hippogriffs had made peace with the ponies and dragons she had hatched a new plan.

Now instead of just going to war with the hippogriffs again to rule over and enslave them, now her plan was to steal the magic from The Big 3 Bulletproof, Frostbite and Seaspray and take over Equestria she scheduled her attack during the Pal Festival where The Big 3 would be present at.

She walked through the village getting flashbacks of the incident she had that broke her horn before coming across a Pal Festival poster, this enraged her she then released an electricity blast that reduced the poster to ashes. She then spotted Spike smearing glue on a poster, so when he lifted it about to stick it to the wall Tempest disintegrated it to ashes.

"What in Frostbite's name is going on here?" Spike asked realizing he was just smearing glue onto the wall. The unicorn behind him then decided to zap the head of his mop so when the drake looked at his mop he found ash in place of the head.

He then turned around and saw Tempest and before she had anytime to react the dragon hit her with the mop and knocked her into a shed that locked itself, he then laughed at the unicorn and taunted her by waving his claw up and down to resemble a tongue.

Pinkie whistled and then sung her tune while she dunked her mop into the glue before smearing it on the wall of the windmill and then on the Ice Cream Cake poster but when she placed it on the wall most of it got caught on the windmill blade which took it away. Confused she looked around and even somehow managed to put her head under her legs to check.

She looked behind the windmill and of course she found nothing, she shrugged again putting both in her arms in the air but instead of getting the poster back in her hand she got it stuck to her face. When she pulled it off, she ended getting the poster wrapped around her chest. She opened her eyes with a pop and then managed to wiggle her arms out of the glue covered poster around her chest.

She tried to pull down one side of the Ice Cream Cake poster left then right, getting frustrated she did the same thing only this time more aggressively. She then jumped out of her overalls but not wanting to leave them behind she jump back into them which brought the poster down to near her hooves.

She then tried to shake the poster off one of her hooves, and once it was off the earth pony didn't notice that her horse shoe had come off. As Pinkie was walking away the wind blew the poster towards her, causing the pink pony to step back into her shoe which caused her other hoof to stick to the poster.

As a result she face planted in a pile of animal hair, she then circled her legs around her body which allowed her to jump back up. She then started kicking both her hooves to try and get the poster off, once it came off her horseshoe, leaving only a stain of glue on the bottom of her shoe.

Pinkie then brushed her hands off while laughing and walking back to the windmill only for one of its blades to hit her in the back of the head knocking both her hands and chin into the Ice Cream Poster as also got her face covered in glue, she then opened of her eyes with a pop.

Spike was humming his tune while smearing glue on the back and front of the Pal Festival poster to hang it up, Tempest carefully took off on of the wooden boards of the shed that was just big enough for her to escape through.

She then walked over to the piles of Festival posters the drake was standing on and zapped them reducing them to ashes and causing Spike to land head first into his bucket of glue. Some glue had already fallen on his chest but when he pulled the bucket off his head it revealed his head was coated in a bucket shaped gelatin like coating that liquefied after a few seconds.

Without any hesitation the dragon started hitting Tempest with his mop, it even got to the point where the head of the mop broke off. Suddenly the unicorn destroyed his mop and pulled out a black orb with a green crystal inside out of nowhere. "You see this?.. this is what i'm gonna use to take over Equestria and I'm more than willing to test it on you." Tempest said as she pinned Spike against the wall.

"I'm sure we can talk things out." Spike said nervously as he backed up against the wall. The dragon suddenly found his arm near a small hole in the wall seeing and opportunity here he started circling one of his fingers around the hole which seem to confuse and even disgust Tempest, Spike then proceeded to uppercut the orb out of her hand that landed on a wheel barrow that got encased in obsidian.

She then tried to zap Spike but he dodged by moving aside before running away and diving into a stack of hay which was then disintegrated by another electric blast. Tempest started chasing him, she tried to grab him a few times and destroyed a lot of things in the village.

Spike eventually reached the windmill where he stepped right over Pinkie who then got electrocuted Tempest. The second time the dragon came around the windmill he jumped on the earth pony's tail and head before grabbing on of the machine's blades.

"Golly!" Pinkie exclaimed before getting electrocuted again causing her to jump up and grabbed onto a different windmill blade. Tempest constantly electrocuted them whenever she had the chance at some point a zap hit Pinkie's mane which lit fireworks in her mane which alerted a nearby police station.

Pinkie was reading a newspaper which had the headline of unicorn arrested and faced with more than assault charges after shocking discovery.

"That's it NEVER AGAIN!" Spike declared as threw away all their left over Ice Cream Cake and Pal Festival Posters, and buckets of glue.

"Huh had no idea we just stopped not only a war crimnal but also another Equestrian war." Pinkie thought before looking over at Spike "I'm gonna call Twilight and tell her we need a new business plan." the dragon declared

Author's Note

Yeah unlike most of the movie characters, I don't have a set role for Tempest one off or persistent, the setting of Billposters just reminded me of Tempest's unnamed village.

And remember Twilight and her friends are just normal civilians in this universe
