Poison IvyView OnlineBlue Brilliance's friendship filesPoison IvyBlue Brilliance was an earth pony born in Ponyville, she was a teen and still didn't have her Cutie Mark. But that didn't bother her much. She knew most ponies living in the town, most probably because of her parents. Most ponies didn't know her other than how she looked, since Blue Brilliance has depression and for years she has not talked to many of the ponies she knew. Ponies thought her as distant, but this has lately changed. "Today is the day, I'm gonna make a real friend, whatever it took, I'm gonna do it!" Blue Brilliance said to herself in her room, soon running out of her house. She wasn't sure where to start. She walked towards the town square, waving at everypone she saw. Most were a lot older than her, she was looking for possibly someone her age. Ponies waved back and either smiled or looked confused. She never did anything like that before, but ponies were happy she was getting out there, and socializing. Couple of hours go by, and Blue Brilliance is annoyed she hasn't found anyone to befriend. She decides to go to a market place to get something to eat, and then she'd continue her hunt for new friends. She was walking in the market place to look something tasty, but not just a sugary treat. She was smelling all the baked goods and was wandering around, in her own world. *THUD* Someone has run into Blue Brilliance and both fell on the ground. "Ow.." Blue Brilliance wailed for a second, before the other pony started to talk. "I'm sorry, I'm kinda in a hurry. Or... Not really a hurry, but... Eh, anyway, I'm really sorry." The other pony said and looked a little shocked. "How are you in a hurry and... not in a hurry?" Blue Brilliance asked very confused. The mare sighed. "Well, I'm a potato farmer and want to get my chores done as soon as possible everyday, anyway I have to go." She answered was about to run but Blue Brilliance stopped her. "I can help you!" She said excitedly. "Are you also a farmer?" The pony asked. "Well... No." Blue Brilliance's smile was soon gone. "Yeah, I usually work alone anyway." The pony told and was again, trying to start running, she was visibly a little annoyed. "Wait! I can go watch, and maybe later I can be some help?" Blue Brilliance smiled again. "Well... Fine. Just follow me." The mare said and started to run and Blue Brilliance started to follow her. She wasn't much of a runner and it was not a long time until she became winded. The pony stopped to look at shovels, and Blue Brilliance was happy to stop for a second. "Hmmm..." The mare was in thought. Blue Brilliance didn't notice that, since she didn't think there were much to shovels. "So anyway, what is your name?" She asks, but the mare shushed her. "Hey!" She said but the mare shushed her again. "Give me a minute, please!" Pony said a little bid agitated. Soon she picked a shovel. "That's it, my new number one!" She said and Blue Brilliance was happy she came back to this world from the... shovel world. "So what is your name?" She asked. "Oh yeah, my name is Poison Ivy." Mare answered. "What is yours?" "My name is Blue Brilliance!" Blue Brilliance said and her face was sparkling. Soon they were running towards Poison Ivy's farm. She realized she was getting ahead, since Blue Brilliance was getting winded again. She slowed down and started to chat, to make Blue Brilliance more comfortable. "Sooo... What you do for work?" She asked "Well, nothing at the moment." Blue Brilliance answered and smiled a little uncomfortably, but Poison Ivy didn't pick up on it. "What you do for hobbies then?" She asked again. "Nothing much, really. I'm bored often haha..." Blue Brilliance started sweating, she thought she was making a bad first impression. But Poison Ivy didn't really care. "So... What do you do at all then?" She asked third time. "Uhh... Sometimes I read about magic, like unicorn magic... I kinda wished I was an unicorn sometimes." Blue Brilliance answered honestly, trying to change the conversation. "Oh, I love being an Earth Pony. I don't have to fly high, or use magic. I just use my hooves and everything is simple. Magic could help me farm, maybe, but I'm happy as myself." Poison Ivy said and smiled. "Wow." Blue Brilliance didn't think of anything to say, but she was impressed. This was the last word anyone said before getting into the farm. Poison Ivy started to dig up her potatoes, while Blue Brilliance watched. "So, potatoes huh?" Blue Brilliance said and laughed a little. "What is funny about my potatoes?" Poison Ivy asked, being very confused. "Nothing, nothing." Blue Brilliance answered and continued watching. It wasn't much fun for her, and it took hours and hours. Until the sun started to set. "All done, did you learn anything!" Poison Ivy yelled. Blue Brilliance jumped a little, spooked. She had dozed off. "Sorry, I wasn't paying that much attention..." Blue Brilliance felt really bad. "It's okay, I know it's not everyones thing. I just love it." Poison Ivy answered. They looked at each other and then away, both didn't really know what to do now. "Well, uhh..." Poison Ivy tried to break the silence. "Do you... want to come here tomorrow? We don't have to do potato-stuff, I kinda did most today." Blue Brilliance's face lit up. She thought she had made herself look dumb. "Sure!" She said excitedly. "Yeah, I don't have that many friends. Some think I'm weird, and I'm not really a big chatter." Poison Ivy said, she was surprised anyone would want to hang out with her. Blue Brilliance wasn't ready to tell Poison Ivy about her past, or that she didn't either, but she smiled. "See you tomorrow!" She yelled and happily trotted towards her home.
Silver SpiritView OnlineBlue Brilliance's friendship filesSilver SpiritBlue Brilliance woke up, very excited. She couldn't wait to go see Poison Ivy. She ate breakfast and went back to lay in her bed. She didn't want to leave too early. She rolled around in her bed restless and bored. "Maybe I should read a little." She thought and took one of her books about unicorns and unicorn magic. She couldn't focus well, but at least time seemed to move. Blue Brilliance had fell asleep, the book on her head. Soon she woke up and the book fell on her bed. "Oh, I fell asleep..." She said to herself quietly. She sat for a while, until he remembered what she promised to do today. Her face sparkled from happiness and she immediately left the house. She was so excited and ran towards the farm. Blue Brilliance didn't see Poison Ivy working, so she was a little confused. "Well, she is probably in the barn." She tought and knocked the barn door. She heard laughter. Soon Poison Ivy opened the door. "Hello." She said and smiled. "Hi!" Blue Brilliance answered. "Hiya!" She heard inside the barn. She raised her eyebrow. A silver colored flash quickly flew to the door. "We haven't met yet! I'm Silver Spirit." The mare said and and gave her hoof to Blue Brilliance. She didn't say anything out of shock and shaked Silver Spirit's hoof. "Not like that!" Silver Spirit laughed and gave Blue Brilliance a bro hoof. Blue Brilliance looked at her dumb founded. "You haven't said a word since I showed up, soooo... What is your name?" Silver Spirit said and rolled her eyes. Blue Brilliance shoke her head. "I'm Blue Brilliance." She said and smiled uncomfortably. "And I thought I wasn't a chatter!" Poison Ivy laughed and started to walk inside the barn. "Come inside, we baked you some potato- and non-potato baked goods." Poison Ivy smiled. "Well, Poisey here made most of it. I'm not much of a baker haha. But I did try to help." Silver Spirit explained. "Do ponies really call Poison Ivy "Poisey"" Blue Brilliance thought, but was too embarrassed to ask. They started to eat some apple pie. Silver Spirit ate very messily and fast while Poison wasn't in any hurry. Blue Brilliance wanted to break the silence. "If I may ask, how did you two meet?" She asked. "You don't have to sound so serious! But answering your question, I was at a Wonderbolt show in Ponyville and Poisey here, was selling some potato-based goods." Silver Spirit smiled, and tried to talk mouth full of food. "Yeah, she bought a bucket of fries, and started to chat with me. Well, she mostly talked and I actually thought she was so annoying!" Poison Ivy laughed. "Yeah, but now Poisey loves to hear my stupid stories!" Silver Spirit said and kissed Poison Ivy on the cheek. "Clean your mouth first, ya dork!" Poison Ivy exclaimed. "Yeah, now we love each other so much! Silvia here is the the cutest pony around." "Don't call me that! Not infront of others!" Silver Spirit blushed. Blue Brilliance became less uncomfortable, learning that Poison Ivy and Silver Spirit were marefriends. If Poison Ivy likes her, she can't be that bad, right? Soon they have ate. "Sooo, what's it like being a pegasus?" Blue Brilliance asked. "Well, it's awesome! You can't go anywhere as fast without wings!" Silver Spirit stood up and spread her wings proudly. "I've been reading about unicorns and some of them can teleport." Blue Brilliance said and saw how quickly Silver Spirit's face turned into annoyance. "Yeah I know. But flying is way more fun, I'm sure!" Silver Spirit answered. "I know you love being a pegasus and I love being an earth pony, but Blue Brilliance mentioned wanting to be an unicorn at one point, I think." Poison Ivy said. "Y-yeah. It's true." Blue Brilliance looked at the floor. "I didn't want to annoy you, I'm sorry." "Ah I get it, unicorns are cool, but nothing beats being a pegasus!" Silver Spirit said. "Yeah. It's kinda stupid to be an earth pony, who can't handle animals nor anything related to nature..." Blue Brilliance rolled her eyes, trying to look strong even tho it hurt a little bit inside. "Don't worry, Blue, you'll find your destiny when you are ready. I'm sorry about boasting about being a pegasus. It's just a big part of my identity." Silver spirit lifted Blue Brilliances head. Blue Brilliance smiled a little and felt somewhat better. Blue Brilliance chatted with Silver Spirit and Poison Ivy for a while, until it was almost sunset. She trotted towards her house and even after heavy talk, she felt good. She had made another friend.
Paper WeightView OnlineBlue Brilliance's friendship filesPaper WeightBlue Brilliance was walking into a bookstore, to find herself more books about unicorn magic and about past tales of Princesses defeating evil. She walked inside and a she heard someone. "Hello!" Somepony said excitedly. Blue Brilliance looked and the pony was waving. They had a booth with cards. She wanted to be nice and walked to the booth. "Hello. What is this booth about?" Blue Brilliance said. "I sell poems for Hearts and Hooves day!" They said in a loud voice excitedly. Blue Brilliance started to look at the pony. "I don't want to be rude or anything but... What are your pronouns?" Blue Brilliance tried asking nicely. The pony looked at her surprised. Tears started coming to their eyes. "I'm-I'm sorry!" Blue Brilliance said and was starting to panic. "N-No it's not that. Nopony ever a-asks me that. They just assume I'm a weirdly dressed stallion. I-I'm actually a trans mare." The pony cried and had a huge smile on her. "What is your name?" "I'm Blue Brilliance. You have a lovely smile, what is your name?" Blue Brilliance answered. "T-thank you so much!! My name is Paper Weight." Paper Weight answered and cleaned tears of her eyes. Blue Brilliance smiled and took one of the Hearts and Hooves cards Paper Weight had written. Then she looked another. And another. "These are amazing!! How do you come up with these? These are so romantic!" She was in shock. "Thank you! I just write what I feel in my heart. I don't have a partner but these are things I'd say to them if I ever had one haha!" Paper Weight answered. "Not many people come to see my writings, and don't like me saying hello to them. They want peace at looking at books I guess..." "Oh that's sad. You should write a book if you haven't yet!" Blue Brilliance shouted excitedly. "Well, I've been writing romance story about two mares." Paper Weight said and blushed. "I'd love reading it!" Blue Brilliance started to hop on her hooves a little bit. "It's not finished yet, but I'd show it to you if you'd like. I really need some critique! What kinds of books do you read? Paper Weight said. "Well I read mostly about history, and about unicorn magic. I don't really know what to do, since I'm soon an adult and still don't have my Cutie Mark. I really don't know my destiny." Blue Brilliance looked to the floor. "Oh you don't have your Cutie Mark. That's interesting, but I'm not judging. I found my passion as a filly, but it took me a long time to realize who I actually am as a pony." Paper Weight told and looked down to the floor too. Both were silent for a moment. "Can I-... Can I hug you?" Paper Weight asked and looked at Blue Brilliance. "I'd like that." Blue Brilliance answered and hugged Paper Weight, who hugged back. "Would you want to be friends?" Blue Brilliance asked a little awkwardly after the hug. "I'd love that!" Paper Weight clapped.
